Abstract:
Terpolymer MAF synthesized by the polycondensation of melamine (M) and aniline (A) with formaldehyde (F) in the presence of an acid catalyst in 1:1:3 molar proportions of the reacting monomers. Polychelates were prepared by using metal acetate, metal salts and MAF ligand in DMF medium. The prepared terpolymer and its polychelates were characterized by using elemental analysis, magnetic studies and spectral analysis. In the present paper, electrical conductivity properties of the terpolymer and its polychelates were studied over a wide range of temperature and is in the order MAF <Mn(II)<
