Na základě dostupných dat byl proveden rozbor vhodnosti jednotlivých metod finanční analýzy pro tuto firmu. Provedení finanční analýza firmy Prádelny a čistírny Vodňany a to analýzy horizontální, vertikální a poměrové. Následně pak závěrečné zhodnocení získaných výsledků z provedených analýz a vyvození závěru a doporučení pro firmu do budoucnosti.

Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce je finanční analýza společnosti Pacovské strojírny, spol. s r. o. Cílem je zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti z pohledu externího uživatele. Diplomovou práci jsem rozdělila do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsem popsala východiska finanční analýzy, v druhé jsem se zabývala metodami používanými ve finanční analýze, třetí kapitola patří popisu společnosti a čtvrtá kapitola aplikaci teoretických metod v praxi. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na analýzu účetních výkazů, poměrovou analýzu, analýzu soustav ukazatelů a ukazatel EVA. Podrobněji jsem popsala tržby za zboží, u kterých jsem se setkala s určitými nesrovnalostmi. Na závěr jsem provedla celkové zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti, včetně doporučení na co by se měla společnost zaměřit.

The thesis is divided into two parts - in the first the detailed description of the methods and tests used is presented. The second part of the thesis focuses in the actual analysis which includes the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the income statement, asset management ratios including the DuPont model, the analysis of the working capital and the analysis using the formulas for predicting the bankruptcy and assesing the value.

Po přechodu od centrálně plánované ekonomiky k ekonomice tržní nastal v Československu, později v České republice obrovský rozmach podnikatelských aktivit Zpočátku bylo na trhu mnoho nového prostoru pro expanzi všech podnikatelských subjektů. Později, spolu se zmenšujícím se volným prostorem na trhu, zesiloval konkurenční boj mezi firmami Začala se postupně čím dál více uplatňovat převaha nabídky nad poptávkou a zákazníci, odběratelé, začali této situace stále větší mírou využívat. Konkurence přinutila dodavatele,aby část období své odběratele úvěrovali obchodními úvěry. Pro dodavatele tato částka znamená pohledávku, pro zákazníka ? odběratele závazek, který by měl nejpozději v dohodnutém termínu splatit.

Finanční analýza se sestává z horizontální a vertikální analýzy účetních výkazů, dále z analýzy rozdílových ukazatelů, bilančních pravidel a poměrových ukazatelů. Followed the practical part, in this are utilized in processing data emerging from company results of individual analysis. Object of the diploma work is economic analysis of a selected agricultural company. Main aim of the work is, based on economic situation analysis of the agricultural company Unesovsky statek a.s. in years 2010-2014, suggestion of measures and recommendation of procedures that would lead to overall improvement from the external users´ perspective. Main goal is met by following partial aims: - Introduction and characteristic of the company Unesovsky statek a.s. - Application of financial analysis methods in the period 2010-2014 - Comparison of some indicators that are used by similar companies operating in the Pilsen region. Diploma work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part, there is processed a bibliographical research. Author of the work used professional literature as well as internet sources. Second part deals with practical application of the information gained from the previous study. Content of this part is application of financial analysis methods. Final part of the work deals with the summary of the findings, their evaluation as well as recommendation.

This Master's thesis is focused on financial analysis of joint-stock company Recoop Tour for the period 2004-2007, which owns one of the luxury hotels in Prague Diplomat. This hotel has a rich tradition of providing accommodation and catering services, the organization of international symposia, fairs and conferences. The company Recoop Tour is attractive for the purposes of financial analysis because it is a relatively new corporation, which was actually created for the construction and operation of one of the most luxurious hotels in Prague. The company uses a bank loans from its very beginning and therefore has negative equity. However, the results of economic activity show a continuous reduction of negative values of foreign capital. Development of indices of financial analysis suggests that the situation in corporate finances needs to adopt a number of measures such as a raise of common stock and certain other management decisions, which will increase the overall performance and achievement of economic profit.

Abstract:
V této práci je představena metodika pro posouzení finančního zdraví podniku a určení jeho tržní hodnoty. Postupně byla představena horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů. Následně byla provedena komplexní poměrová analýza, doplněná o pyramidový rozklad ROA. Dále bylo posouzeno zdraví společnosti pomocí Altmanových modelů, IN indexů a Kralickova rychlého testu. V závěru práce je představena metodika pro oceňování podniků. Vzhledem k charakteristikám hodnocené firmy byly upřednostněny výnosové metody ocenění, zvláště pak DCF modely včetně DCF modelu ve variantě EVA. Na závěr jsou jednotlivé výsledky porovnány. Práce je doplněna i o analýzu konkurenčního prostředí prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil a diagramu konkurenční síly. Zdrojová data byla získána z účetních uzávěrek vybraných společností.
