Finanční analýza je dále doplněna o analýzu ukazatele EVA, ČPK, ekonomické normály a jiné.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is an evaluation of the financial and economic situation of the two agricultural companies ZZN Polabí, Inc. and ZD Křečhoř Inc. using selected methods of the company financial analysis. The theoretical part is focused on getting acquainted with the meaning and purpose of the financial analysis, sources of the financial analysis and some methods that can be used to evaluate the financial health of the company. The practical part includes a brief characterization of selected companies and their real calculations of the financial analysis methods. Each of calculations is linked to the content of the theoretical part. Based on the balance sheet and the profit and loss account the financial analysis is performed on absolute indicators, ratio indicators, differential indicators and economic value added and the application of bankruptcy and credibility models. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of the two companies and suggestions of author for possible improvement of the financial situation both companies in the future.

Object of the diploma work is economic analysis of a selected agricultural company. Main aim of the work is, based on economic situation analysis of the agricultural company Unesovsky statek a.s. in years 2010-2014, suggestion of measures and recommendation of procedures that would lead to overall improvement from the external users´ perspective. Main goal is met by following partial aims: - Introduction and characteristic of the company Unesovsky statek a.s. - Application of financial analysis methods in the period 2010-2014 - Comparison of some indicators that are used by similar companies operating in the Pilsen region. Diploma work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part, there is processed a bibliographical research. Author of the work used professional literature as well as internet sources. Second part deals with practical application of the information gained from the previous study. Content of this part is application of financial analysis methods. Final part of the work deals with the summary of the findings, their evaluation as well as recommendation.

The aim of the dissertation thesis is an economic assessment of the selected company AGROFARMY BEZDRUŽICE, s.r.o. for the period 2010 - 2014 and formulation of appropriate recommendations for improvement of the current situation. Interim goal of the dissertation thesis is recommendation of applicable solutions for increase of the company's competitiveness. The dissertation thesis is divided in to two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part includes key concepts of given issues and methodical approaches used for economic assessment of the company. Practical part includes the company's analysis based on analysis of absolute, differential and ratiometric indicators. Based on the analysis' results possible solutions for improvement of the current state, improvement of competitiveness and business performance are included at the end of the dissertation thesis.

Cílem práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Škoda Auto, a.s. V teoretické části se zabývám významem finanční analýzy, věnuji se problematice absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů, bilančním pravidlům či pracovnímu kapitálu. Zmiňuji i modely predikce finanční tísně, zaměřuji se na Du Pontovu analýzu ukazatelů rentability a na analýzu finanční páky. Nechybí ani metodika výpočtu ukazatele EVA či SWOT analýza. V praktické části jsou čtenáři krátce seznámeni se společností Škoda Auto, a to její historií. Především jsou zde ale výše zmíněné teoretické poznatky aplikovány do praxe. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky celé finanční analýzy, a je tak posouzena komplexní finanční situaci podniku.

The theme of this thesis is the financial analysis utilization for selected company´s economic results. Its aim is to assess the situation of the selected company with use of indicators of financial analysis during the reporting period of time 2008-2013 and on the basis of these results to formulate recommendations for possible improvements in problematic areas. The introductory part summarizes the theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis, defines its characteristics and purpose, sources of information for its processing and describes the methods and tools used by it. In the practical part the selected methods of financial analysis are applied to the selected company. All calculations of the indicators are processed into charts and the development of some of them is supplemented with graphical representation. Based on the resulting values there are conclusions and recommendations designed in order to increase the efficiency of the company.

Using financial analysis methods, this dissertation evaluates the financial situation of Keihin Thermal Technology Czech, s.r.o.. It is divided into two main parts. The first contains theoretical definition of the examined issues. The second part is practical and describes the company, its competitors and the overall sector in which the companies operate. Furthermore, it includes the analytical part which contains the final values of individual factors of the financial analysis, and these are described in detail. At the same time, they are compared with the results achieved by competitors and by the sector as such. The numerical data used in the analytical part were acquired from the companies statements of account. The information about the sector was gained from the financial analyses of the industry and civil engineering, published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The conclusion contains overall evaluation of the examined factors as well as suggestions and recommendations to improve the situation.

This Masters Thesis is focused on the assessment of the economic situation of the selected company Účetní, s.r.o. which is engaged in tax and accounting consultancy. The Thesis has two parts, the theoretical and the practical part, which are further divided into the chapter and the subchapter. The Theoretical part presents the basic terms and users and sources of an economic analysis. There are also mentioned methods of an evaluation of a financial situation of a company using financial indicators in this part. In the practical part it deals with the characteristics of the company, the calculations and the evaluation of the selected financial indicators, the calculations of the ratio indicators and the evaluation both the external and the internal environment of the company. This part further includes the SWOT analysis, based on which are uncovered the strengths and the weaknesses of the company. The discussion contains the evaluation of the economic situation of the company. The conclusion of the Thesis proposes the recommendations for the improvement of the financial situation of the company. To this recommendations contributed the results of Porter's model.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic situation and further its application in the proces of the financial situation assessments of comanpanies Pharmos a. s. and Phoenix a. s. for the period 2008 to 2013. The analysis is made on the basis of findings about business aktivity of companies at that time. The thesis has two main chapters: theoretical definition of an issue and analytical part where knowledge is applied. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the fundamental techniques of financial analysis - methods of horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis. There are also described analysis by means of ratio indicators (profitability, aktivity, liquidity and indebtedness), but also there are describedthe models that are used for prediction of the bankruptcy and financial health of the company. The following chapter presents the companies Pharmos a. s. and Phoenix a. s. on which is applied the analysis. There are analyzed the financial reports of companies. In conclusion, there is an overal evalution of the results along with a possible proposal for the future direction of companies.

Finanční analýza společnosti Stock Plzeň a.s. vychází z horizontálního a vertikálního rozboru účetních výkazů, pokračuje analýzou poměrových ukazatelů a bilančních pravidel a končí zhodnocením celkového finančního zdraví podniku souhrnnými indexy. Nemohli bychom ale vyřknout konečný ortel bez porovnání hodnot podniku a hodnotami odvětví, ve kterém působí. Cílem je tedy zhodnocení finanční situace této společnosti v letech 1999 až 2005 a doporučení možných opatření pro budoucí úspěšný rozvoj.

Soustředila jsem se zejména na metodu procentního rozboru, analýzu vývojových trendů a poměrovou analýzu. V závěru teoretické části ještě uvádím nová kritéria hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a systémy včasného varování. V praktické části jsem se pokusila implementovat poznatky z teoretické části.
