Abstract:

Los alimentos de origen marino representan uno de los grupos de alimentos más saludables y completos que existen. Los moluscos han sido reconocidos como una fuente de alimentos nutritivos de alta calidad y muchas especies se consideran delicias culinarias, especialmente los caracoles. Se determinó la composición proximal en los moluscos marinos C. pomum, C. brevifrons, S. gigas, F. tulipa y F. caboblanquensi, colectados en Guayacán, estado Sucre. El contenido de lípidos totales fluctuó entre 2,16% y 18,50%, para las especies F. tulipa y C. brevifrons, respectivamente, presentando la mayoría de las especies un alto contenido de lípidos. Para las proteínas totales, se obtuvieron valores entre 21,24mg/g y 26,61 mg/g, siendo el valor más bajo el de F. tulipa y el más alto el de C. brevifrons. En la determinación del contenido total de carbohidratos, los resultados oscilaron entre 1,44% para C. pomum y 17,14% para F. tulipa. Con respecto a la humedad, se determinaron valores entre 74,03 % en C. pomum y 75,84% para F. tulipa. El porcentaje de cenizas varió entre 2,01% en C. pomum y 2,24% en F. tulipa. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los caracoles marinos muestran un alto contenido proteico y energético, por ende, confirman el potencial uso de dichas especies como una fuente nutricional importante para el consumo humano.

Abstract:

The large Caribbean muricid originally named Murex asperrimus Lamarck, 1822 (non Gmelin, 1791), and illustrated by Kiener (1881), like many mollusks named in that era, was only given the general locality of “West Indes” in its description. The actual locality of this large and impressive taxon was never published, and it became a lost taxon. Since it was obscure, and specimens were not commonly known it has been unceremoniously synonymized with Phyllonotus pomum (Gmelin, 1791) (see Abbott, 1974). Recently, five specimens of this lost taxon were live collected in the Dominican Republic, ranging in length from 73.8 to 87.0 mm. This taxonomic note removes the taxon from synonymy, elevates it to full species level as Phyllonotus asperrimus (Lamarck, 1822), and fixes its type locality as the Dominican Republic

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the history of the Workers Party of Marxist Unity (POUM), which played a prominent role in the events of the Spanish Revolution and the Civil War of 1936-1939. The author traces the history of the anti-Stalinist Marxist-Leninist movement from the 1920s, which developed in the context of regroupings of left-wing radi-cal groups in Catalonia. Formed in 1935, the POUM took an active part in the revolutionary events in Catalonia in 1936-1937. One of the priorities of the POUM was to expose the Stalinist leadership of the Comintern and the USSR. The POUM also generated problems for the pro-Soviet Communists due to its rapprochement with the CNT. The decisive conflict occurred during the May clashes 1937 in Barcelona, which led to the transformation of the republican regime. The May winners launched a campaign of harassment of the POUM, which turned into repression, the victim of which was A. Nin and others. However, the Republican system maintained political pluralism, and an attempt to crack down on the POUM leaders through a Soviet-style process failed. Abstract:

Multiagent goal recognition is important in many simulation systems. Many of the existing modeling methods need detailed domain knowledge of agents’ cooperative behaviors and a training dataset to estimate policies. To solve these problems, we propose a novel decentralized partially observable decision model (Dec-POMDM), which models cooperative behaviors by joint policies. In this compact way, we only focus on the distribution of joint policies. Additionally, a model-free algorithm, cooperative colearning based on Sarsa, is exploited to estimate agents’ policies under the assumption of rationality, which makes the training dataset unnecessary. In the inference, considering that the Dec-POMDM is discrete and its state space is large, we implement a marginal filter (MF) under the framework of the Dec-POMDM, where the initial world states and results of actions are uncertain. In the experiments, a new scenario is designed based on the standard predator-prey problem: we increase the number of preys, and our aim is to recognize the real target of predators. Experiment results show that (a) our method recognizes goals well even when they change dynamically; (b) the Dec-POMDM outperforms supervised trained HMMs in terms of precision, recall, and F-measure; and (c) the MF infers goals more efficiently than the particle filter under the framework of the Dec-POMDM.

Abstract:

Multiagent goal recognition is a tough yet important problem in many real time strategy games or simulation systems. Traditional modeling methods either are in great demand of detailed agents’ domain knowledge and training dataset for policy estimation or lack clear definition of action duration. To solve the above problems, we propose a novel Dec-POMDM-T model, combining the classic Dec-POMDP, an observation model for recognizer, joint goal with its termination indicator, and time duration variables for actions with action termination variables. In this paper, a model-free algorithm named cooperative colearning based on Sarsa is used. Considering that Dec-POMDM-T usually encounters multiagent goal recognition problems with different sorts of noises, partially missing data, and unknown action durations, the paper exploits the SIS PF with resampling for inference under the dynamic Bayesian network structure of Dec-POMDM-T. In experiments, a modified predator-prey scenario is adopted to study multiagent joint goal recognition problem, which is the recognition of the joint target shared among cooperative predators. Experiment results show that (a) Dec-POMDM-T works effectively in multiagent goal recognition and adapts well to dynamic changing goals within agent group; (b) Dec-POMDM-T outperforms traditional Dec-MDP-based methods in terms of precision, recall, andF-measure.

Abstract:

This article is devoted to one of the most tragic topics in the history of this party and the history of the Spanish Republic as a whole, namely, the trial of the leaders of the Workers’ Party of Marxist Unification. The following unpublished documents stored in the Russian State Archive of Social and Political History were used for the analysis (F. 495. Op. 183): letters, personal files, protocols of interrogations after May Days, lists and reports on the “connection” between Trotskyi and the POUM, reports on the preparation and course of the trial of the POUM. Members of the POUM were accused of participating in a “rebellion”, moving to change the social order of the Republic. The accusation of the POUM connections with Franco did not seem convincing, either in Spain or abroad. The international public’s attention was focused on the trial of the POUM. Despite the fact that Spain failed to organize a show trial in the style of the “Moscow trials” and the “conspiracy between Trotskyi and Fascists” was not confirmed, the verdict had a negative impact on the POUM reputation. Thus, the trial of the POUM remained in history as one of the “black spots” in the interaction between the Spanish Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. However, the prisoners of the POUM resisted pressure, they were supported morally by participants of the campaign of solidarity in Spain and abroad. The struggle for a kind of rehabilitation of the party continued in emigration.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 70 pegawai di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari dua skala, yaitu skala keadilan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Skala keadilan organisasi yang terdiri dari 24 butir aitem yang telah diadaptasi oleh Purba berdasarkan teori Colquitt dan skala komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 40 aitem yang telah disusun oleh Ingarianti berdasarkan teori Mowday, Steers, Porter. Seleksi aitem skala keadilan organisasi berkisar antara -0,664 – 0,792 dan memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,933, sedangkan seleksi aitem skala komitmen organisasi berkisar antara -0,633 - 0,847, dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,965. Analisis data penelitian untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson’s product moment correlation, menghasilkan koefisien korelasi antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU adalah 0,762 dengan signifikansi atau nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU.

Pengelolaan limbah disesuaikan dengan baku mutu lingkungan yang telah ditetapkan dalam undang-undang yang berlaku agar tidak menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan, pengolahan limbah yang dilakukan pada PT. Indonesia Power Grati POMU dengan unit pembangkitan berupa PLTGU (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap) salah satunya metode Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Tujuan: untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan air limbah proses menggunakan metode Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Indonesia Power Grtai POMU. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dimana menggambarkan pengolahan air limbah proses utama dengan metode wastewater treatment plant ((WWTP) pada PT. Indonesia Power Grati Power Generation and Operation and Maintenance Service Unit (POMU), penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan observasi langsung pada tempat wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) serta literasi terkait peraturan dan perundangan yang berlaku. Hasil: Proses pengolahan air limbah proses pada PT. Indonesia Power Grati POMU terdapat 10 tahap, dimulai dari storage pond hingga dibuang ke laut. Kesimpulan: PT. Indonesia Power Grati POMU menggunakan metode wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) untuk mengelola air limbah proses utama. Terdapat 10 tahap yang digunakan dalam proses pengolahan dengan WWTP, pengolahan air limbah menggunakan proses ini sudah baik ditandai dengan hasil pengolahan WWTP pada tahun 2021-Januari 2022 dengan hasil dibawah standar baku mutu sehingga layak dibuang ke laut.

Abstract:

The presently reported study was aimed to determine the effects of graded levels of dietary pink oyster mushroom (Pleurotus djamor) meal (POMM), in growth, feed efficiency, protein utilization, digestive enzymes activities, and whole-body proximate composition of Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758), fingerlings (0.3 ± 0.01 g). The experimental design included a control diet (POMM0) formulated with soybean meal, as the main protein source, and four diets designed with increasing levels of POMM: 25% (POMM25); 50% (POMM50); 75% (POMM75); and 100% (POMM100). Experimental diets were administered to 420 fish, randomly distributed in 15, 100-L tanks. The feeding experiment lasted 45 days. Diets and the final whole body were submitted to a proximate composition analysis. Growth, feed efficiency, protein utilization, and digestive enzyme activities were assessed. Compared to POMM0 and POMM25, weight gain (WG), and specific growth rate (SGR), significantly (P &lt; 0.05) decreased in fish that were fed POMM50, POMM75, and POMM100%. Feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), and survival rate (SR) were not significantly affected by experimental diets. Daily feed intake (DFI), and daily protein intake (DPI), decreased as POMM increased in diets. Compared to POMM0 experimental group, condition factor (K), showed a significantly higher value in fish that were fed POMM50, and POMM100 experimental diets. Crude fiber of the final whole body of POMM100 resulted in significantly higher (P &lt; 0.05) compared to that shown in fish fed the rest of the experimental diets. Acid and alkaline proteases, trypsin, chymotrypsin, leucine aminopeptidase, and amylase of Nile tilapia fingerlings, were not significantly affected by experimental diets. Compared to fish fed POMM0 and POMM25 diets, experimental fish fed POMM50, POMM75, and POMM100 showed a reduction in lipase activity. In conclusion, a POMM level higher than 25% affects growth and lipase activity. While a POMM level higher than 50% affects fiber content in a whole body of the final fish.

ABSTRACTThe stages in the formulation of Colombian foreign policy have traditionally been oriented towards the doctrine of Respice Polum; during the governments of President Santos has changed this sphere around new relations with similar states (Respice Simillia) with the foundation of ending the internal armed conflict. Consequently, the objective of this article is to retrospectively analyze colombian foreign affairs since 1990 and present a prospective foreign policy analysis for the 21st century. The methodological approach is of structural revision of primary sources and decoding of categories of analysis from the Theory of Social Representations.RESUMENLas etapas en la formulación de política exterior colombiana han estado orientadas tradicionalmente hacia la doctrina de Respice Polum; durante los gobiernos del presidente Santos ha cambiado esta esfera entorno a nuevas relaciones con estados similares (Respice Simillia) con el fundamento de poner fin al conflicto armado interno. En consecuencia, el objetivo de este artículo es analizar retrospectivamente los asuntos exteriores de Colombia desde 1990 y presentar un análisis prospectivo de política exterior para el siglo XXI. El enfoque metodológico es de revisión estructural de fuentes primarias y decodificación de categorías de análisis desde la Teoría de las Representaciones Sociales.

V Sloveniji je bilo šolsko leto 1998/99 tudi leto, ko so se štirje dijaki udeležili mature iz stare grščine. Statistično zanemarljiva številka, a vendar neskončno velika. Razlika med nič in enaje namreč bistvena. Neopaženo, skromno in pravzaprav sramežljivo je bilo ponovno rojstvo grške mature. Po štirih desetletjih se je rešila iz groba sistema, ki jo je ne samo pokopal, ampak tudi ustvaril prepričanje, da je zgolj okostenel privid in nadležen prah, ki si ga je potrebno na poti v razvitost otresti z ramen. Plodnejših tal, kakor so s pesticidi pognojena tla današnje pridobitniške družbe, si za takšne ideje skorajda ne moremo predstavljati.

Abstract:

The present paper aims to provide evidence about the POUM hypothesis (prospects of upward mobility) in Latin America. It postulates that preferences for redistribution decrease with the prospects of upward mobility of individuals, given that in a possible economic improvement they would be harmed by redistribution. The case of Latin America is analyzed for the period 2009-2018, which has registered changes in inequality and intragenerational mobility in part, due to redistributive policies in the past decade. For this, data from Latinobarómetro and the Probit-Adapted OLS methodology are used. The results support the POUM hypothesis, unlike what the studies carried out for previous periods obtain, in another context of inequality and mobility in Latin America. In addition, suggestive results are obtained about the influence of intergenerational mobility, religiosity, ideology and institutional quality on preferences for redistribution. It should be noted that these results vary according to the country.

Abstract:

Inclusive development is becoming a mainstream development which is being promoted by many parties. This departs from the fact that there are still many people who are still marginalized in the development process, one of which is disability. Disability issues are always a hot topic to be discussed not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. This is because groups of persons with disabilities are a minority group whose fulfillment of their rights by the state often goes unnoticed. In order to support inclusive development, CSR PT PLN Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU conducted an empowerment program for Budidaya Jamur Bisabilitas (Bujali). The group that was empowered was the mushroom cultivation farmers group in Sudi Village, Ibun District. This group consists of persons with disabilities and non-disabilities who are pre-prosperous people. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted with the basic objective to find out how social inclusion is carried out in community empowerment programs. Data collection was carried out by means of literature studies, observations and interviews with groups, the CSR team of PT PLN Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU and drawing conclusions. The concept used is the concept of inclusive development and CSR empowerment. The results of the study from this study based on field data of the empowerment program carried out by CSR PT PLN Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU for disabled groups are inclusive empowerment patterns that lead to capacity building, fulfilling the community's economy, community participation and renewal or innovation developed in home industry commodities (industrial houses) that encourage group sustainability and independence.

Abstract:

There is one interesting piece of testimony relating to the death of Bob Smillie that Tom Buchanan does not discuss in his article on this sad affair (‘The death of Bob Smillie, the Spanish Civil War, and the eclipse of the Independent Labour party’ Historical Journal, 40 (June 1997)). The Orwell Archive at University College, London, contains a statement dated 30 January 1930 that Georges Kopp sent to Fenner Brockway and John McNair of the ILP with a copy to his friend and comrade, George Orwell. In this document, Kopp makes clear his belief that Bob Smillie was kicked to death by his Communist interrogators in an effort to get him to sign statements prejudicial to the POUM and the ILP. As Buchanan points out, Kopp was Smillie's unit commander and was himself arrested during the repression of the POUM and only released in December 1938. His account of events deserves consideration.

Abstract:

Current map-matching algorithms consider more about the common plain road networks. The overpass always be ignored or treated as normal intersection without considering its complex topological structure. In order to fill this gap in map-matching area, the POMM (Precise Overpass Map-matching Model and Algorithm) is proposed in this paper. A novel overpass model is built for the overpasses map-matching algorithm. This model divided the overpass into straight roads and curve ones which consist of a set of directional points. According to the match degree for each straight road or directional point, the optimum road can be selectd from the candidate roads. Finally, the vehicle can be matched to the actual position on the optimum road. Experiment results of Jinan Bayi overpass using the actual GPS data shows that the algorithm has efficiency in accuracy (over 95%) and can precisely find the actual position of the vehicle in the overpass road, especially for the curve roads.

Program budidaya kopi Kamojang merupakan salah satu program CSR PT Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan petani kopi di sekitar area operasional perusahaan. Pertanian kopi sebagai salah satu komoditas utama area Kamojang, Desa Laksana, Kecamatan Ibun, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, layak untuk diberikan pendampingan yang bersifat memberdayakan, sehingga diharapkan melalui program ini, produktivitas pertanian kopi meningkat dan berkualitas, sehingga pendapatan kelompok semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bentuk program CSR yang dilaksanakan ini memiliki 3 unsur yakni Corporate Social Marketing, Corporate philanthropy dan Socially responsible. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tahapan pemberdayaan yang belum dilakukan adalah tahapan terminasi. Perusahaan PT. Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU dapat melaksanakan program yang bersifat pemberdayaan serta memiliki unsur inovasi (kebaruan dan memberikan perubahan secara komprehensif), kolaborasi antar pihak-pihak terlibat (stakeholders), pelaksanaan program yang terorganisir dan berbasis data empiris (dari tahap perencanaan melalui riset pemetaan sosial/social mapping hingga evaluasi melalui riset indeks kepuasan masyarakat/IKM atau social return on investment/SROI) serta menghasilkan dampak-dampak positif yang terukur (ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan dan kesejahteraan).

Motor Control Center (MCC) GT module, is a power breaker device that connects the voltage source to the load. MCC breaker rack-in and rack-out activities can be classified as unsafe action and unsade condition. Because there is a possibility of explosion. As it had happened several times in several places in the world. In 2021 there were 3 force derating and force outages which are caused by MCC motor breaker failures. That accident resulted 500,516.67 KWh loss or Rp 682,262,223,- ($ 44,766). Therefore, modifications need to be made to 0.4kV MCC breaker by adding a selector for the order off blocker to minimize socket damage due to frequent rack-in-rack-out breakers activity. After installing the modification to all breakers in Priok POMU, there was no failures occurred. The frequency of rack-in-rack-out activities were reduced significantly and that is a good result for operation safety. This modification can also prevent Priok POMU from a potential loss and potentially increase net profit up to Rp 221,549,398,- ($ 14,537).

Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner,sampel dan populasi yang di gunakan adalah sebanyak 50 orang pegawai generasi millenial dengan rentang usia 25-35 tahun. teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif, dimana metode ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan atau menggambarkan sifat-sifat dari suatu keadaan objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji regresi linear sederhana, uji asumsi klasik. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari variabel bebas (independent) yaitu loyalitas kerja serata variabel terikat (dependent) yaitu kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.PLN Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU yang berarti apabila loyalitas kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan akan meningkat pula.informasi penting dari penelitian ini bahwa loyalitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja maka perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan mengenai hal ini.

Abstract:

Pinus armandii subsp. xuannhaensis L.K. Phan is a new five needle pine discovered recently from Xuan Nha Nature Reserve, Son La province. This subspecies is considered as a narrow endemic to Vietnam and is assessed as endangered. In this study, 15 ISSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of this taxon collected in five subpopulations (Tan Xuan, Thac Nuoc, Dinh VTV2, Near VTV2 and Dinh Pomu). Results of the analysis showed 15/15 markers were polymorphic. A total of 51 DNA fragments were amplified, in which 50 fragments were polymorphic (98.04%). Genetic diversity was the highest in Dinh Pomu subpopulation (I = 0.555; h = 0.8; PPB = 68.76%; Ne =1.6 and He = 0.4)) and the lowest in Tan Xuan subpopulation (I = 0.428; h = 0.6; PPB = 57.06%, Ne = 1.215 and He = 0.303). Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) results showed that the total level of molecular changes between subpopulations was 7% and between individuals in the same subpopulation was 93%. A constructed dendrogram based on similarity matrix of 71 Pinus armandii subsp. xuannhaensis L.K. Phan samples divided the samples into two main groups with genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.53 to 0.96. Results of the molecular analysis showed that Pinus armandii subsp. xuannhaensis L.K. Phan species should be protected at the population level.

Background. Several studies investigated the use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) after ischemic stroke to improve motor recovery. However, little is known about the effects of preexisting psychotropic medication use (PPMU), such as antidepressants, on a long-term ischemic stroke functional disability. Objective. We sought to determine the prevalence of PPMU and whether PPMU relates to the long-term clinical outcome in a cohort of patients presenting with acute ischemic strokes. Methods. We retrospectively analyzed 323 consecutive patients who presented with an acute ischemic stroke in a single institution between January 2015 and December 2017. Baseline characteristics, functional disability as measured by the modified Rankin Scale (mRS), and major adverse cardiovascular complications (MACE) within 365 days were recorded. The comparison groups included a control group of ischemic stroke patients who were not on psychotropic medications before and after the index ischemic stroke and a second group of poststroke psychotropic medication use (PoMU), which consisted of patients started on psychotropic medication during the index admission. Results. The prevalence of PPMU in the studied cohort was 21.4% (69/323). There was a greater proportion of females in the PPMU than in the comparison groups (P<0.001), while vascular risk factors were similar in all groups, except for an increased presence of posterior circulation infarcts in the PPMU (37.4% vs. 18.8%, P<0.001). Among the patients with available 1-year follow-up data (n=246), we noted significantly greater improvement in stroke deficits, measured by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) between PPMU and PoMU vs. control (3 (0-7) versus 1 (0-4), P=0.041). The 1-year mRS was worse in PPMU and PoMU compared to the control group (2 (IQ 1-3) vs. 2 (IQ 0-3) vs. 1 (IQ 0-2), respectively, P=0.013), but delta mRS reflecting the degree of mRS improvement showed no significant difference between any PMU and control patients (P=0.76). There was no statistically significant difference in MACE. Conclusion. PPMU in ischemic stroke is common; it can be beneficial in ischemic stroke in the long-term clinical outcome and is not associated with increased risks of MACE.

Water hyacinth is an aquatic plant with wide leaves and fast growth in conditions of many nutrients, causing them to thrive in the waters of the Saguling Reservoir, West Bandung. Dead water hyacinth will settle to the bottom of the waters, resulting in an increase in reservoir sedimentation. In addition, the wide leaves and roots that absorb water make water hyacinth increase reservoir evapotranspiration, namely water loss due to evaporation and transpiration. Therefore, PT PLN Indonesia Power Saguling POMU initiated a program to utilize water hyacinth by local communities to process it into various products, such as handicrafts, fuel, animal feed, and compost. This study used secondary data analysis. Geospatial analysis through digitizing satellite imagery was used to measure the trend of water hyacinth numbers in the Saguling Reservoir with the utilization of water hyacinth. Then, a sedimentation analysis was carried out using utilized water hyacinth numbers approach, while evapotranspiration analysis was carried out using water hyacinth distribution numbers approach and meteorological data. The water hyacinth utilization program by PT PLN Indonesia Power Saguling POMU in the Saguling Reservoir from 2013 to July 2023 effectively reduced 8,382,572 kg of water hyacinths, reduced sediment in the reservoir by 829,875 kg, reduced sedimentation rate by 0.09%, and played a role in reducing the evapotranspiration of the reservoir, thus increasing the life of the reservoir.

Abstract:

Kelangkaan pupuk masih menjadi masalah utama di bidang pertanian di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, untuk mengatasi kelangkaan pupuk, penggunaan pupuk kimia diharapkan dapat digantikan dengan menggunakan pupuk organik seperti Bio Slurry. Produk inovasi ini dapat mengatasi masalah kelangkaan pupuk yang terjadi di kalangan petani di Indonesia. Pemanfaatan kotoran domba untuk menghasilkan inovasi 'Bioslurry Plus Trichoderma (BIOS+)' merupakan program CSR dari PT PLN. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP) Gunung Salak POMU Kamojang dalam bentuk kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di kelompok Bina Mandiri di Desa Pulosari, Kecamatan Kalapanunggal, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metodologi pelaksanaan dirancang untuk pendampingan dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Pendampingan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari: (1) Pemberian informasi terkait manfaat produk inovasi BIOS+, (2) Pemberian informasi tentang cara pembuatan dan penerapan BIOS+, (3) Praktek penerapan BIOS+ di lahan garapan mereka, dan (4) Pengamatan dampak penggunaan BIOS+ terhadap kondisi tanah, efisiensi, dan biaya produksi. Dampak BIOS+ terhadap kondisi tanah, efisiensi biaya, perubahan pengetahuan dan perubahan perilaku kelompok Bina Mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil produksi Inovasi BIOS+ yang dilaksanakan oleh CSR PT PLN Indonesia Power PLTP Gunung Salak Kamojang POMU, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Bina Mandiri telah berhasil memaksimalkan aset yang dimiliki dalam program ini, 2) program pemberdayaan menghasilkan pengurangan penggunaan pupuk kimia di lahan garapan mereka sebesar 185 kg, 3) perbaikan kondisi tanah dan lingkungan setelah menggunakan BIOS+ dari total lahan yang dimiliki oleh 15 anggota adalah 4,14 hektar tanaman, 4) efisiensi pengurangan biayampupuk kimia per 3 bulan sebesar Rp 3.700.000, 5) Peningkatan pengetahuan teknis Kelompok Bina Mandiri dalam memproduksi BIOS+ setelah pelaksanaan program mencapai 100%. Hal ini telah melampaui target melebihi target program, dan 6) peningkatan perilaku untuk menerapkan produk inovasi BIOS+ di Kelompok Bina Mandiri sebesar 60%. Hal ini telah melampaui target program.

Abstract:

La política exterior se entiende como una política pública, encaminada a la consecución de los intereses de un Estado, mediante la interacción con los otros actores del sistema internacional. Su diseño y aplica-ción debe fundamentarse en la capacidad que tengan los gobiernos en consolidar los espacios políticos y económicos mediante alianzas estratégicas de mediano y largo plazo, con los demás actores del sis-tema internacional. El propósito principal de este ensayo es analizar la evolución de la política exterior colombiana y la influencia que los distintos modelos han tenido a lo largo de la historia, marcado prin-cipalmente por el réspice polum, como paradigma prevalente durante la mayor parte de nuestro devenir histórico. Así mismo, estudiará los pilares teóricos que el institucionalismo aporta en su diseño, aplicación y transformación, generando con ello, herramientas fundamentales de obligado estudio.

Abstract:

Colombia, como América Latina, ha sido y es más “objeto” que “sujeto” en la escena internacional. Sus relaciones con Estados Unidos obedecen a lógicas que nada tienen que ver con el orden vigente, sino con opciones políticas y decisiones de la élite dominante. De acuerdo con las características de esa tendencia, ha estado prácticamente anclado a lo que se denominó simbólicamente Respice Polum –mirar hacía la “Estrella Polar”- que para este país ha sido Estados Unidos. Ha habido épocas en las que desarrolló una política, simbólicamente llamada Respice Similia –“mirar a los semejantes”- vinculada a una diversificación de las relaciones en forma más “horizontal” respondiendo al criterio “Sur-Sur”; sin embargo esos momentos han sido fugaces y débiles, que sólo demuestran que tan cerca o que tan lejos se ha estado de Estados Unidos, aunque siempre gravitando en su esfera de influencia.

Abstract:

En el presente ensayo se propone abordar la política exterior colombiana desde 1920, teniendo en cuenta que en ese momento coyuntural se reconoce por primera vez formalmente una conducta de subordinación en términos de las relaciones internacionales con Estados Unidos, gracias a la doctrina respice polum —mirar hacia el norte— de Marco Fidel Suárez. Además, se problematiza la nacionalidad colombiana en lo que respecta a sus implicaciones en el marco de la obediencia a la doctrina Monroe. Para ello se propone identificar la orientación de las medidas tomadas durante la implementación de la doctrina Suárez en la política exterior, y abordar aspectos centrales, como la nacionalidad per se, a partir de un caso sui generis y sus implicaciones, que configuraron la orientación y la doctrina que Colombia empezó a desarrollar en su política exterior y que han perdurado desde 1920 hasta la actualidad.
