Abstract:
Cílem empirické studie je popsat kritická místa matematiky základní školy, jak je lze vysledovat z výsledků našich žáků 8. ročníků v TIMSS 2007, a identifikovat pravděpodobné příčiny jejich obtížnosti. V první části je stručně uveden kontext výzkumu – mezinárodní srovnávací výzkumy v matematice a možnosti sekundární analýzy jejich dat. Ve druhé části podrobně popisujeme metodologii výzkumu. Analyzovali jsme data z tzv. almanachů TIMSS (výsledky našich žáků na úrovni konkrétních úloh a odpovědi učitelských dotazníků). K interpretaci možných příčin jsme používali také kurikulární dokumenty a analýzu zřejmě nejpoužívanější řady učebnic matematiky pro základní školy. Stanovili jsme kritérium, podle něhož je možné rozhodnout, zda je výkon našich žáků u dané úlohy pod jejich standardem, přičemž jsme vycházeli z porovnání jejich průměrné úspěšnosti s průměrnou úspěšností mezinárodního souboru. Tak byly identifikovány tzv. slabé a velmi slabé úlohy. Ty byly rozděleny do tří oblastí, které tedy můžeme považovat za místa, která jsou v matematice pro české žáky kritická: Algebra (s podoblastmi Funkce, Substituce, Rovnice a nerovnice, Výrazy), Posloupnosti, Obrazce a tělesa. U každé z těchto oblastí jsou prezentovány slabé a velmi slabé úlohy spolu s nástinem povahy obtíží, které při jejich řešení čeští žáci zřejmě měli, a jejich možných příčin. Ukazuje se, že je nutné získat ještě hlubší vhled do problematiky pomocí klinických rozhovorů přímo se žáky. To bude předmětem dalších článků.

Abstract:
Průzkum 150 českých převážně malých a středních inovačních firem z pěti průmyslových sektorů (strojírenství; elektrotechnika; automobilový, letecký a železniční průmysl; tzv. nové technologie; ICT) ukázal, že firmy k ochraně svých inovací využívají hlavně užitných vzorů, patentů a ochranných známek spolu se strategií neustálých inovací, udržováním náskoku před konkurencí a utajováním. Nejintenzivnější ochrana patenty a užitnými vzory, ale současně i utajováním, byla zjištěna u firem v sektoru nových technologií, kde patentuje více než 80 % firem. ICT firmy naopak patentují jenom zřídka a své inovace (software) si chrání především autorskými právy. V celém zkoumaném souboru firem existuje jasná souvislost mezi intenzitou patentování a velikostí firem; menší firmy využívají patentů výrazně méně často než firmy větší. Důvody, proč firmy patenty přihlašují, souvisejí hlavně s obranou proti konkurenčním imitacím, nicméně častým důvodem jsou i strategické úvahy s ochranou inovací přímo nesouvisející (např. blokování konkurence patenty, prevence soudních sporů a hlavně vylepšení firemní pověsti). Dominantním faktorem, který firmy od patentování naopak odrazuje, jsou vysoké finanční náklady nutné k registraci a udržení patentu i k vedení případných soudních sporů. Celkově však bez ohledu na průmyslové sektory, velikost podniku i intenzitu patentování považují firmy za výrazně významnější položku než patenty utajované postupy a utajované know-how. Porovnání s výsledky analogických zahraničních průzkumů ukazuje, že tyto rysy a motivace IP strategií českých firem jsou v zásadě podobné jako u firem v EU a v Severní Americe. Získané výsledky celkově posilují podezření, známé i z dřívějších zahraničních studií, že současné přespřílišné zaujetí počtem patentů jako indikátorem inovativnosti může být z řady příčin nebezpečně zjednodušující (vlivy specifik různých průmyslových sektorů, velikosti firem aj.). Spíše se zdá, že racionální inovační politika, zejména ve vztahu k MSP, by měla vycházet z podpory využití všech IP nástrojů v celé jejich šíři.

Práce popisuje přímé zahraniční investice jako důležitou součást ekonomiky státu. Obsahuje definice, rozdělení, různé formy a druhy. Porovnává faktory ovlivňující příliv zahraničních investic do země a hodnotí jednotlivé ukazatele, které mají vliv na výši přílivu PZI jak z pohledu makroekonomického, tak i mikroekonomického. Prezentuje kladný ale i záporný vliv PZI na ekonomické ukazatele ? HDP, nezaměstnanost, produktivita, a další. Obsahuje porovnání konkurenceschopnosti na úrovni států Visegrádské čtyřky. Poskytuje informace o historickém vývoji a nastiňuje možný budoucí vývoj přílivu přímých zahraničních investic a jeho vlivu na ekonomiku České republiky, Maďarska, Polska a Slovenska.

Abstract:
The master thesis presents a comparison of direct laser and scanner welding. At first, using literary studies explained the technology of laser welding, followed by a practical comparison of these methods. The experiments were performed on austenitic stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 and S235JR structural steels. These methods were compared in welding times, geometry and weld hardness, mechanical properties and economy of use in industry. The comparison shows that the scanner welding is qualitatively equivalent to the conventional laser welding and is also economical.

The aim of my work is verify possibility to determine the situations in which it is more efficient to use the method of direct systematic search and when the classical method of recruitment. In my work I analyze not only the management of human resources but also the functioning of the personnel departments of companies with reference to personal marketing. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the topic of foreign direct investments in the Visegrád Group, members of which are the Czech and Slovak Republics, Hungary and Poland. These four countries are involved in strong competition in attracting FDI. The main purpose of this thesis is to review the investment attractiveness of these countries and provide an overview about the available investment incentives. Therefore, the first part of the paper defines the term of "foreign direct investment"including its types. Subsequently the author provides an overview about the most relevant FDI theories and the factors which determine FDI localization. The second part of the thesis analyses the investment environment of each country, for the purpose of which the following factors were taken in consideration: macroeconomic stability, investment incentives available to potential investors, labor market, transportation infrastructure and tax system. Finally, the last part concludes all finding and revises the relevancy of the theories. The methodology of this thesis is based on the traditionally used methods of economic analysis and in particular the methodology of comparison. Expert technique was used in the form of discussions and consultations with investors and investment consultants focusing on FDI in the region.

The target of the thesis is to determine the influence on the price of residential units of the given locality and how the influence of prices on the other factors and to evaluate the influence of the location on a larger scale, by comparing the prices of residential units in new buildings in different cities. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the topic of valuation. Practical then by describing localities and their differences and comparing the prices of the residential units.

Diploma thesis "Comparison of systems and impacts of investment incentives in Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Ireland" compares investment incentives in Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Ireland in terms of their development and current situation. Furthermore it compares conditions under which investment incentives can be granted. It also compares their impact on foreign direct investments in terms of their inflow, structure and regional distribution in the country. Part of the thesis also deals with comparison of current situation in these countries in terms of investor's risk and international competitiveness when gaining investments.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the influence of the location in the historic zone on the price of a commercially usable building. The thesis includes the elaboration of the current legal regulations influencing the property valuation, the definition of basic concepts related to the valuation of a selected real estate, and the determination of methods usable in the process of commercial object valuation. Furthermore, the cities of Třebíč, in which the valued property is located, and Žďár nad Sázavou, that is used for comparison, are described in detail. The selected method is a combination of the cost and income approach for valuation according to the price regulation, and in the case of market valuation of seloected real estate, the method of direct comparison is used. Finally, the influences that may have an impact on the object value are assessed.

Abstract This thesis Compare the price of the family house in various parts of Ceske Budejovice in 2015 and 2016 "deals with the valuation of a family house at the usual price and the price determined in 2015 and 2016. The family house is located on the outskirts of the city and then will be relocated to the city center. The usual price is determined by comparison, the comparison is made with similar family houses offered for sale in the real estate advertising. The price recorded for the year 2015 will be calculated by using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll. 2016 using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll., Decree no. 345/2015 Coll., Decree no. 53/2016 Coll. The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts which relate to the thesis. In the practical part are processed individual methods of valuation for 2015 and 2016 and localities - outskirt and center of České Budějovice. The output of the practical part is comparison of the usual price and the price established. Finally, we evaluate the factors that affect the cost of family houses.
