Práce popisuje přímé zahraniční investice jako důležitou součást ekonomiky státu. Obsahuje definice, rozdělení, různé formy a druhy. Porovnává faktory ovlivňující příliv zahraničních investic do země a hodnotí jednotlivé ukazatele, které mají vliv na výši přílivu PZI jak z pohledu makroekonomického, tak i mikroekonomického. Prezentuje kladný ale i záporný vliv PZI na ekonomické ukazatele ? HDP, nezaměstnanost, produktivita, a další. Obsahuje porovnání konkurenceschopnosti na úrovni států Visegrádské čtyřky. Poskytuje informace o historickém vývoji a nastiňuje možný budoucí vývoj přílivu přímých zahraničních investic a jeho vlivu na ekonomiku České republiky, Maďarska, Polska a Slovenska.

Abstract:
The master thesis presents a comparison of direct laser and scanner welding. At first, using literary studies explained the technology of laser welding, followed by a practical comparison of these methods. The experiments were performed on austenitic stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 and S235JR structural steels. These methods were compared in welding times, geometry and weld hardness, mechanical properties and economy of use in industry. The comparison shows that the scanner welding is qualitatively equivalent to the conventional laser welding and is also economical.

The theoretical part describes the field of personnel policy, focusing on the issue of finding employees. The Master´s thesis is focused on the work headhunting companies in comparison with the work of employment agencies. The aim of my work is verify possibility to determine the situations in which it is more efficient to use the method of direct systematic search and when the classical method of recruitment. In my work I analyze not only the management of human resources but also the functioning of the personnel departments of companies with reference to personal marketing. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the topic of foreign direct investments in the Visegrád Group, members of which are the Czech and Slovak Republics, Hungary and Poland. These four countries are involved in strong competition in attracting FDI. The main purpose of this thesis is to review the investment attractiveness of these countries and provide an overview about the available investment incentives. Therefore, the first part of the paper defines the term of "foreign direct investment"including its types. Subsequently the author provides an overview about the most relevant FDI theories and the factors which determine FDI localization. The second part of the thesis analyses the investment environment of each country, for the purpose of which the following factors were taken in consideration: macroeconomic stability, investment incentives available to potential investors, labor market, transportation infrastructure and tax system. Finally, the last part concludes all finding and revises the relevancy of the theories. The methodology of this thesis is based on the traditionally used methods of economic analysis and in particular the methodology of comparison. Expert technique was used in the form of discussions and consultations with investors and investment consultants focusing on FDI in the region.

The diploma thesis deals with the state of the real estate market with the residential units in new buildings of the apartment buildings in Chrudim. The target of the thesis is to determine the influence on the price of residential units of the given locality and how the influence of prices on the other factors and to evaluate the influence of the location on a larger scale, by comparing the prices of residential units in new buildings in different cities. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the topic of valuation. Practical then by describing localities and their differences and comparing the prices of the residential units.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the influence of the location in the historic zone on the price of a commercially usable building. The thesis includes the elaboration of the current legal regulations influencing the property valuation, the definition of basic concepts related to the valuation of a selected real estate, and the determination of methods usable in the process of commercial object valuation. Furthermore, the cities of Třebíč, in which the valued property is located, and Žďár nad Sázavou, that is used for comparison, are described in detail. The selected method is a combination of the cost and income approach for valuation according to the price regulation, and in the case of market valuation of seloected real estate, the method of direct comparison is used. Finally, the influences that may have an impact on the object value are assessed.

Abstract This thesis Compare the price of the family house in various parts of Ceske Budejovice in 2015 and 2016 "deals with the valuation of a family house at the usual price and the price determined in 2015 and 2016. The family house is located on the outskirts of the city and then will be relocated to the city center. The usual price is determined by comparison, the comparison is made with similar family houses offered for sale in the real estate advertising. The price recorded for the year 2015 will be calculated by using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll. 2016 using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll., Decree no. 345/2015 Coll., Decree no. 53/2016 Coll. The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts which relate to the thesis. In the practical part are processed individual methods of valuation for 2015 and 2016 and localities - outskirt and center of České Budějovice. The output of the practical part is comparison of the usual price and the price established. Finally, we evaluate the factors that affect the cost of family houses.

Teoretická část pojednává o problematice přímého prodeje v ČR i ve světě, poodhaluje fenomén multi-level marketingu a pyramidových her. Analyzuje zadlužování českých domácností a zmiňuje se o benchmarkingu. Praktická část se zabývá popisem řízení systému přímého prodeje společnosti Provident Financial a oslovených konkurentů. Stěžejní část práce tvoří hodnocení těchto systémů metodou polaritního a konkurenčního profilu. Z hodnocení vyplývají návrhý a doporučení pro společnost Provident Financial.

This diploma thesis is focused on assessment of methods in valuation of production area. The area will be valued according to valid price regulations and the usual price. Land will be valued separately. The individual valuation methods will be analyzed and an expert estimate of the price of the whole area will be determined after their evaluation. Using the direct comparison method, a market value estimate will be determined. The real estate market in this area will be analyzed with similar real estate and the main factors affecting price levels will be analyzed. The first part of the thesis will be devoted to theoretical knowledge, then there will be formulated individual problems and used methods, which were used for valuation. In the next part the results of individual methods will be stated and in the final part these results will be analyzed and compared with the recommended sessions for individual methods.

The thesis "Comparison of Family House Prices in Selected Locations in the District of Karviná in 2016 and 2017" deals with the awarding of the selected family house at the usual price established in 2016 and 2017 and the determination of the price difference in these years. The family house is fictitious at the beginning in one of the selected locations of the district of Karviná and is then placed in 3 other selected localities. The usual price is determined by comparison. Comparison is made with similar family homes offered for sale in real estate ads. The price determined for 2016 for the year 2017 is determined according to the valuation regulations. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined and explained the basic important concepts related to valuation and methods of valuation are approximated. In the practical part of the thesis are elaborated various methods of valuation for the years 2016 and 2017 for chosen RD located in selected locations of Karviná district, namely the town of Orlová, the statutory city of Havířov, the town of Bohumín and the village of Petrovice near Karviná. The output of the practical part of the thesis is a comparison of the prices of the usual and discovered ones and they are evaluated by the factors that make the individual prices change.

An industrial site will be valued in accordance with the valid valuation rules and then by an open market price. The calculation of the valuation will be divided into the valuation of the building and the appropriate sites. All methods used will be sufficiently analyzed and compared. In common with the valuation process, the main factors affecting the cost of an industrial building and the site will be determined. In the first part of the thesis I will devote the theoretical appraisal, in the second part of the thesis I will devote the practical use of valuation methods.

The objective of this diploma thesis is the analysis and comparison of abortion in selected countries of Central Europe - Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. In the thesis is analyzed in detail the controversial topic of abortions in terms of the various factors that affect it. For a detailed comparison of the differences between countries are used the indicators of abortion and direct method of standardization, through which is possible to compare the countries and eliminate the influance of age structure. The analysis showed that even though it is the neighboring countries of Central Europe, the situation regarding abortions is significantly different, especiall due to legislative changes and other important factors.

This thesis addresses the changes in land-use planning and their overall impact on the final price of land. Selected sites are in locations Dolní Rožínka and Žďár nad Sázavou, in the local area Stržanov. Both plots are established and customary prices recorded for individual phases of spatial planning. These phases are divided into agricultural land, other land-use plan that is designed for building and land intended to be built according to zoning. Final evaluation determines how different land prices in the three phases of spatial planning and price comparison of the two plots each other in different locations.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a practical comparison of pressure vessels design approaches within ČSN EN 13445. The thesis aimed to design the device using various approaches described in the European Standard and compare them. For the design was chosen a liquid filter, which works as the first stage of the filtration system in a waste-to-energy plant. In the first part of the thesis is introduced to different routes of design by analysis (DBA), including a description of plasticity conditions and finite element types. These theoretical knowledge are applied in the practical part. The practical part consists of designs of the pressure vessel according to different approaches and methods. The first approach is a design by formulae (DBF), which was done in software Visual Vessel Design. The second approach is DBA. This method of design can be realized according to the European Standard by two routes, either by Method base on the stress categories or so-called Direct Route. Both routes were performed in this work. Stress analyzes were made in programs ANSYS Workbench and NozzlePRO. At the end of the thesis, there is a comparison of used approaches and the resulting values of the design.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of sale/lease of an apartment in the Královo Pole district cadastral area of Sadová. The main objective of the work was to find out the selling/rental price of the apartment unit in the new building, available 2+kk with standard equipment in Sadová. The price calculation was performed according to statutory regulations, standards and coefficients. At the same time, the price and quality levels of the offered housing units in the surrounding Brno localities were monitored and compared. The secondary objectives of the diploma thesis were the analysis of the housing market in Brno and its description including the preferences for the selection of the housing unit. The market indices used were used for the valuation of the dwelling unit and the price of the land included in the dwelling unit was included in the resulting price. The award was made by cost and comparison method. Sales/ rental pricing calculations were verified through direct comparison and Grubbs test. The rental method used to measure sales/rentals was used to determine the usual rent. In the last chapter of the analytical section, an appropriate procedure for purchasing a new dwelling unit was proposed.

Abstract:
he recent development of the power electronic and high-energy permanent magnets enables developing synchronous machines excited by permanent magnets, that are able to meet very gradual and exact control demands. Due to high torque density, that permanent magnet machines reach, the synchronous motors may be used even in direct (gearless) drives. One of the branches, in which direct drives can be used, is material handling. The most propelling drives in this branch consist of induction motor, simple gearbox with invariable gear ratio mounted to the drive wheel. Main aim of this thesis is designing the direct drive motor for low-lift truck. Motor is built-in the driven wheel, therefore outer rotor design appears to be more suitable. Two types of motors – permanent magnet synchronous motor and transverse flux motor have been chosen on the basis of technical paper study, many years lasting experience and verification computations. Both motor types are described in great details in this thesis. Both synchronous motor with PM and transverse flux motor have been designed for direct drive of the given low-lift truck. The proposals of both motors have been optimized by means of finite element method. Based on these design optimizing computations, both motors have been designed, produced and design accuracy has been verified by laboratory testing. Synchronous motor with PM achieves better electromagnetic parameters and its production is also simpler, therefore this motor is more suitable for this application. The solution with transverse flux motor may save substantial amount of active materials. Results of the detailed optimization and comparison of both motor types are the main benefits of this thesis.

Potato is one of the main targets for genetic improvement by gene transfer. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of genetic transformation of potato, cultivar Bintje, using two methods: Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation and microprojectile bombardment. The same plasmid p35SGUSint, which cosists of 35S CaMV promoter, gus and nptII genes, was used for both transformations of internodal potato explants. Kamamycin selection, transient and stable expressions of {$\beta$}-glucuronidase and PCR amplification of gus and nptII transgenes were used for transgenic plant selection, identification and analysis.

Abstract:
The aim of my diploma work is to indicate the problems of cash and noncash payments. I aimed at the comparison of various types of payment instruments and domestic and foreign payment systems. I compare their advantages and disadvantages from the view of the bank and especially from the view of the corporate client. Concrete examples and recommendations are described in the part of the diploma work named Assessment of payment instruments in selected banks. I compare them among three banks - Volksbank CZ, a. s., Oberbank AG Czech Republic and Raiffeisenbank a. s.. In the diploma work I also describe actual trends and new possibilities of using payment cards and direct banking.

Abstract:
Biological invasions of non-native species are one of the most serious factors threatening global biodiversity. Their negative impacts are particularly evident in the case of freshwater ecosystems and native crayfish populations that live there. Generally, the higher dominance of non-native crayfish species over the native species is relatively well known, but the interactions between non-native crayfish species are significantly less investigated. Although their distribution is increasingly more important and it is obvious that non-native crayfish species will dominate in European waters. However, it is not yet clear which of these crayfish will be more successful. The aim of this diploma thesis was to create a literature review on the topic of interspecific interactions in crayfish with emphasis on native and non-native crayfish species occurring in Europe. The experimental part of the thesis was focused on the comparison of direct interactions and competition for shelter between the widespread spiny-cheek crayfish Faxonius limosus (Rafinesque, 1817) and the newly increasingly occurring marbled crayfish Procambarus virginalis Lyko, 2017. These species are becoming increasingly common in the European wild, but about their mutual direct interactions and competition is largely unknown. During agonistic interactions the marbled crayfish won in significantly more fights than the spiny-cheek crayfish in the absence as well as presence of the shelter. The marbled crayfish established a significantly greater dominance over the females of the spiny-cheek crayfish in the absence and in the presence of shelter, but not over the males. It is also important to say that the presence of the shelter reduces the number of fights and their total duration. There was no significant difference in dominance established by occupation of shelter between the marbled crayfish and the spiny-cheek crayfish. Still, thanks to its aggressiveness, marbled crayfish is able to compete with other non-native species or displace them from freshwater ecosystems.

Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the methods of separation of baseflow and comparing of these metods. It is analyzing concentrations of total phosphorus in the total runoff and influence of baseflow to concentrations of phosphorus in total runoff. The studied area is subcatchment P52 in the catchment Kopaninský flow. Subcatchments P52 is small (64,93 hectares), drained agro-forestry catchment in Českomoravská vrchovina (Czech-Moravian highlands), with a large proportion of forest area (64% forest and 31% of arable land). Studied the period is hydrological period 2009 - 2011. To obtain the necessary results are used daily flow, daily concentrations, daily precipitation of rain gauge station Velký Rybník and monthly precipitation from rain gauge stations of the ČHMŮ (Czech Hydrometeorological Institute) in Humpolec. For the separation of the baseflow and comparison of methods were selected five methods: - method of digital filter according to Chapman (1999), - method UKIH designed by Institute of hydrology (1980), - method RDF proposed by LINE AND Hollick (1979), - method FUKIH proposed by AKOSY AT. AL. (2009) and - method of Kille (1970). All methods are simple to perform and not challenging to input data. When comparing methods, the main problem is that, the results obtained by different methods are very different. Another point of this work is to evaluate the concentrations of total phosphorus in the tatal runoff. Here is analyzed series of daily concentrations of total phosphorus and monthly and annual average concentrations. Low and high concentrations are compared with the values ??of precipitation and clinks are searched between these values. The main problem is that, the concentration of phosphorus are not dependent only on precipitation. The last point is solution of influnence of baseflow to the amount of total phosphorus in the runoff. Here is used the procedure which described BYSTŘICKÝ in its work (2012). There are determined values concentrations typical of baseflow, for direct runoff and total runoff. Groups of values ??are mutually tested and compared. The results show that, the baseflow is negligible contributor of phosphorus to the total runoff, but to achieve more accurate results would be needed to analyse a longer time period (eg 10 years) and compare the results with several different river basins.
