Abstract:

Cílem práce je představit metody a nástroje používané při provádění strategické analýzy podnikatelského subjektu a tyto nástroje dále aplikovat na společnost FABORY ? CZ, s. r. o. V textu se objeví informace o následujících oblastech: analýza makrookolí společnosti (PEST a 4C analýza), analýza odvětví, analýza konkurenčního prostředí (Porterův model pěti sil), interní analýza firmy, SWOT analýza a další metody. V závěru textu jsou prezentovány konkrétní návrhy, které by měly zkoumané společnosti zajistit další růst a rozvoj.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na téma konkurenceschopnosti. Jejím hlavním cílem je podrobit zkoumání strategické konkurenční chování firem a dále identifikovat a analyzovat faktory ovlivňující jejich konkurenceschopnost. V první části práce jsou představeny teoretické přístupy a analytické nástroje sloužící k mapování systémového okolí a konkurence firmy. V kontextu konkurence jsou zkoumány především inovace a strategická partnerství. Ve druhé části jsou tyto teoretické přístupy aplikovány na firmu Medtronic, za účelem zhodnocení firmy z hlediska jejího strategického konkurenčního chování a doporučení dalšího vývoje. Na základě této aplikace je poté zhodnocena využitelnost teoretických modelů v praxi.

Cílem práce je provedení strategické analýzy živnostenského podnikání fyzické osoby. Aplikací teoretického aparátu se odhalují příležitosti a hrozby vyplývající pro analyzovanou firmu z jejího okolí a také silné a slabé stránky firmy samotné. Syntéza nejvýznamnějších poznatků formou SWOT analýzy je pak východiskem pro strategická doporučení firmě.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou faktorů, které významně ovlivňují strategické chování firem a míru jejich konkurenceschopnosti. Konkrétně toto činí ve třech perspektivách, kterými jsou odvětví, zdroje a kapacity firmy a perspektiva institucí, kultury a etiky. Ve své aplikační části se zaměřuje na společnost Dell. Pro analýzu faktorů konkurenceschopnosti této firmy jsou použity modely, metody a teoretická východiska popsaná v teoretické části. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována strategickým partnerstvím, které dnes tvoří významnou součást konkurenčního boje.

Abstract:

The thesis "Strategic analysis of the selected company" follows up comparison of the theoretical evidence and recommendations of solutions in the enterprise. The aim is to assess the strategic focus of the company AL Invest Břidličná, Inc., a division of Tapa Tabor, and the suggestion of changes to the current strategy. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part presents the literary references relating to the issue. There are recounted, for example, the theoretical knowledge of strategic management, strategic analysis, internal and external environment of the company and starting appropriate choice of strategy. In the practical part is briefly described the history of the company, its business activity, personnel policy, technological development, relationship to the environment, research and development and strategic direction of the company. There is also a stakeholder analysis of enterprise and analysis of internal and external environment. There are certain recommendations and suggestions coming from the theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
