Abstract:

In diesem Beitrag beschäftigen wir uns mit einer postmigrantischen Lesart von Solidarität. Postmigrantisch bedeutet, einen radikalen Bruch mit etablierten Integrations- und Migrationsdiskursen vorzunehmen und daraus eine veränderte Praxis der Wissensproduktion abzuleiten. Anhand des Wiener Rapduos »EsRap« und des Arbeitskreises »Secondas« in Zürich zeigen wir neue postmigrantische Solidaritäten auf.

Der Beitrag fragt nach dem empirischen und normativen Status des Ausdrucks „migrantisch“ im Ausdruck „postmigrantisch“. Trotz der Plausibilität des erkenntnispolitischen Einsatzes, der sich im Begriff „postmigrantisch“ artikuliert, geht dieser mit der Gefahr einher, migrationsgesellschaftliche Phänomene durch die Bezeichnungspraxis „postmigrantisch“ empirisch als vergangene und normativ als zu überwindende zu etikettieren.

Abstract:

Die Kritik an einem nationalstaatlich verengten Gesellschaftsverständnis wie es auch in mit dem Ausdruck „postmigrantisch“ verknüpften Analysen anzutreffen ist, führt mit Derrida und Spivak zu einem Denken der unbedingten Gastlichkeit des Planeten. Nicht zuletzt die weltweite Zunahme nationalstaatliche Grenzen überschreitender Praktiken sowie die mörderischen Effekte von staatlichen und alltagskulturellen Grenzsicherungsmaßnahmen verweisen darauf, dass es alle Anstrengung benötigt, die Kultur der Gastlichkeit auszubauen. Hierzu finden sich im vorliegenden Beitrag Gedanken und Argumente.

Abstract:

Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, welche Bedeutung transnationale Mobilitäten für Identitätskonstruktionen bosnisch-muslimischer Jugendlicher im Alpen-Adria-Raum haben. Anhand ausgewählter Fallbeispiele werden die Debattenstränge der Mobility Studies mit postmigrantischen und transnationalen Zugängen verbunden. Mit dichten Beschreibungen (Geertz, 2002'; Peterlini, 2011) wird aufgezeigt, wie vielfältig Jugendliche Mobilität auf transkultureller, religiöser und sprachlicher Ebene in ihren Alltagswelten leben und erfahren. Die Fallanalysen zeigen, dass Mobilität mit hybriden Verortungen (Bhabha, 1994) in der alltäglichen Lebenswelt verknüpft ist und die Lebens- und Identitätsentwürfe von Jugendlichen maßgeblich prägt.

Abstract:

El artículo analiza un texto que añade un nuevo aspecto a la discusión de la literatura de inmigración. La novela de la autora ruso-alemana de Azerbaiyán rechaza explícitamente los términos alemanes "origen inmigrante" (fondo de migración) y "postmigrantisch" (post-migrante). Tomando al protagonista como ejemplo describe el surgimiento de una identidad múltiple compuesto por diferentes registros culturales, lo cual se encuentra más allá del alcance de los patrones estandarizados de multiculturalismo y de la promoción de un concepto de interculturalidad en su lugar. La novela destaca el factor biográfco, así como los aspectos políticos, creando un nuevo concepto de la escritura que se diferencia de las formas tradicionales de la narración.

Abstract:

Die postmigrantische Denkweise, die sich im deutschsprachigen Raum herausgebildet hat und auch international zunehmend rezipiert wird, bietet eine gegenhegemoniale Alternative zu den alltäglichen rassistischen und ethnisierenden Diskursen über Migration und Integration. Ausgehend von Migrationserfahrungen und -perspektiven werden in diesem Beitrag Interviews mit Mitgliedern postmigrantischer Allianzen über ihre Erfahrungen mit Diskriminierung und Rassismus analysiert. Dabei wird gezeigt, dass die betreffenden Personen, die hier als postmigrantische Generation bezeichnet werden, von alltäglichen rassistischen, nationalistischen und ethnisierenden Diskursen betroffen sind, ihnen aber nicht unterworfen sind. Trotz teilweise restriktiver Bedingungen entwickeln sie aktivierende, konviviale Alltagspraktiken und Artikulationsformen, die für den Zusammenhalt superdiverser Gesellschaften und für ein entnationalisiertes/inklusives Demokratieverständnis in der globalisierten Welt von großer Bedeutung sind.

Abstract:

Ulusaşırı alanda varlık göstermeye çalışan Türkiye kaynaklı göç kökenli topluluk; genellikle entegrasyon ve kimlik kavramları etrafında tartışılan çeşitli ikilemler yaşamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye kökenli Almanyalı Türklerin aidiyet hissetme ve ötekileştirilme arasında yaşadıkları ikilemleri tespit etmektir. Alman anayasası ve hukuk mevzuatı azınlıkların haklarını genel olarak korur görünürken Almanya kamuoyunun önemli bir kısmı özellikle Müslüman azınlığa yönelik olumsuz tutumlara sahiptir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye kökenlilerin aidiyetleri, Türkiye ve Uyum Araştırmaları Merkezi Vakfı’nın Kuzey Ren-Vestfalya eyaletindeki Türk kökenli göçmenlere yönelik araştırmasının verilerinden yararlanılarak incelenmektedir. Bu çalışmada NRW postmigrantisch- Kuzey Ren-Vestfalya Nüfusunun Almanya’daki Müslümanlara Yönelik Tutumları başlıklı araştırmanın verileri Axel Honneth’in tanı(n)ma teorisi ve Honneth ile Ferdinand Sutterlüty’nin normatif paradoks modelinden yararlanılarak yorumlanmaktadır. Çalışmada; Türkiye kökenli Almanyalı Müslümanların tarihinde yaşanan ikilemlerin sürdüğü, çoğunluk toplumunun önemli bir kısmının Müslümanları dışlayıcı bir tutuma sahip oldukları ve bu durumun genel demokratik ilkelere tehdit potansiyeli içerdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

Die postmigrantische Perspektive versucht, das im gesellschaftlichen Umgang mit Migration vorherrschende Integrationsparadigma zu überwinden, indem sie den Blick auf das Zusammenleben in pluralen Gesellschaften richtet. Der vorliegende Beitrag thematisiert einen postmigrantischen Paradigmenwechsel als Programm zur soziologischen Erforschung und Theoretisierung von gesellschaftlichen Lebensrealitäten, die bereits von Migration und Vielfalt geprägt sind. Ein besonderer Fokus des Beitrags liegt auf den Aushandlungsprozessen von politischen Repräsentant*innen jüdischer und muslimischer Minderheiten im Kontext der deutschen Gesellschaft. Auf Grundlage von Expert*inneninterviews wird danach gefragt, ob und wie in einem konfliktiven Aushandlungsraum strategische Allianzen und Kooperationen zwischen religiösen Minderheiten, die zu stigmatisierten und marginalisierten Gruppen zählen, entstehen und wirken. Exemplarisch wird am Umgang mit Rechtspopulismus sowie an ihrer Erinnerungspolitik gezeigt, dass politische Repräsentant*innen kooperative Beziehungen im Sinne einer Postmigrantisierung pflegen, was einen gesamtgesellschaftlichen solidarischen Möglichkeitsraum eröffnet.

Abstract:

Othering ist nicht nur ein gesellschaftliches Phänomen, sondern muss auch in seiner Relevanz für die wissenschaftliche Analyse reflektiert werden. Anhand von Beispielen aus der Forschungspraxis diskutieren die Beiträger*innen, wie das theoretische Konzept des Othering in der qualitativen Forschung fruchtbar gemacht werden kann. Dabei loten sie dessen kritisches und produktives Potenzial sowohl in theoretischer als auch in epistemologischer, methodologischer und forschungspraktischer Hinsicht aus. Sie analysieren Othering in der postmigrantischen Gesellschaft empirisch, machen es auf diese Weise sichtbar und fragen nach den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von Reflexivität für eine kritische Wissensproduktion.
