Abstract:
Well-known as “Paradise of Java”, Pacitan have a lot of coastal natural scenery and cultural attractions that potential to attract the tourist. One of the beach near town center of Pacitan as a main tourism destination is Pancer Door Beach. Even though have a lot of natural environment potential that interesting but this beach is less attractive to tourist to visit because of its natural potention, artificial, and cultural potention is not optimal. To explore further of the potential of Pancer Door Beach to be developed in the future, this research was carried out with a SWOT analysis approach to determine the internal and external factors that could be used as a development elements of this beach tourism. The stages of the research are exploring phenomena, interviewing keypersons and research respondents, direct observation of research objects related to the 4A tourism concept (attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancilliary), then reviewing applicable regulations/standards/regulations to be cross-checked with theory and community needs, so it become the basis of the strategy for developing the Pancer Door Beach Tourism Area in the future.Keywords: Beach, Development Strategy, Potention, Tourism Attraction

Abstract:
Huntete Beach has good physical potention, but still not optimal visitors. The purposes of this paper there are two (a) to determine the potention of Huntete Beach tourism objects in Kulati Village, East Tomia Subdistrict, Wakatobi Regency, (b) To find out the perception of tourists on the potential of Huntete Beach tourism objects in Kulati Village, East Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency. This research uses survey method. The results of this paper are (a) the potential of Huntete Beach is in the medium category (internal potential) and low (external potential), so it needs to be developed again so that it can become a main tourism object in East Tomia Subdistrict, Wakatobi Regency, (b) Presumption from tourists who visit that there is a potential in Huntete Beach tourism, so needs better management by completing facilities that are not yet available. It can tourists more enjoy the natural phanorama and not feel bored at this place.

Abstract:
<strong>The Carbon Stock and Potential Uptake of Seagrass Beds in the Northern and Eastern Part of Bintan Island.</strong> Seagrass is marine plant vegetation which have large potention on reducing carbondioxide emission effects in the environment. Nevertheless, the information about this potention is still limited, so the seagrass beds are still having less attention. Therefore, in April 2016 a research has done to estimate the potential of carbon stock and uptake at two location in Bintan Island, that were in the northern part (Pengudang Village) and in the eastern part (Teluk Bakau). Carbon stock estimation done by observing the seagrass density, meanwhile the carbon uptake by seagrasses was measured based on their growth/production rate. Its was known from the observation that the carbon stock potention of seagrass beds in both locations were almost at the same value, which were 133.24 gC/m<sup>2</sup> (in the northern side) and 133.71 gC/m<sup>2</sup> (in the eastern side). Nevertheless, the uptake of carbon (carbondioxide) which is used by segrass to produce leaves was higher in the eastern side at 0.50 gC/d/m<sup>2</sup> than in the northern side at 0.10 gC/d/m<sup>2</sup>. From that productivity, the carbon storage rate by seagrass beds are 0.0630 gC/d/m<sup>2</sup> in the north and 0.3375 gC/d/m<sup>2 </sup>in the east. Thus, seagrass bed area in the eastern side of Bintan Island (Teluk Bakau) was having higher carbon stock and uptake potential than in the northern side (Pengudang).

Abstract:
<pre>Coal exposure founded at Klatak Kebo Ireng village in Besuki Tulungagung precisely in the vicinity of the river. Energy needs is increasing so the coal used for one of alternative energy source that can be used by society. This study was conducted to determine of the potential distribution coal modeling on geological structure. Identification of coal structure is using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) 2005 it conducted because this method is more suitable for shallow of surveys. The location for taking data is around the river that showed to exposure. There are 5</pre><sup>th</sup> lines of taken data with length about 50 until 100 meters. Data processing was done using of software Future series 2005. The data displayed with software in the color pattern to obtain based on the constant of dielectric and conductivity. The results of interpretation study are the data indicates that there is a coal on the overall trajectory. Only in 2<sup>nd</sup> track contain little of coal. The Coal layers are appear in processing the results of data is thickness about 6 at the top. In the area of study also found the cavity (cavity area) which contained of several tracks. On the bottom of the track there is a pattern of coal reddish of yellow color which indicates that material contains of minerals.

Namun, hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, karena terdapat banyak permasalahan mulai dari penghimpunan hingga pendistribusian seperti rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, management dan SDM lembaga yang kurang kompeten, hingga regulasi yang kurang mendukung. Permasalahan ini coba diselesaikan peneliti dengan menggunakan Bulak Sumur Framework melalui penerapan nilai social capital berupa kepercayaan, norma dan jaringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam mengoptimalkan potensi ZISWAF yaitu dari sisi kepercayaan dengan melakukan sosialisasi, memperbaiki manajemen SDM, dll. Kemudian dari sisi norma dengan membuat regulasi, kebijakan serta aturan terkait kemudahan ZISWAF bagi masyarakat, kerjasama antar lembaga serta terkait sanksi bagi muslim yang tidak membayar zakat. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat potensi, tingkat pemanfaatan, status keberlanjutan sumberdaya perikanan pelagis di Teluk Tomini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara cluster random sampling sebanyak 86 orang. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu produksi surplus dari Schaefer dan Fox dan analisis keberlanjutan sumber daya perikanan pelagis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa potensi lestari sumber daya perikanan pelagis di Teluk Tomini sebesar 93.071,21 ton/tahun (model Schaefer) dan 104.044,04 ton/tahun (model Fox) dengan tingkat pemanfaatan tahun 2002-2011 masih di bawah potensi lestari. Dimensi etika, hukum dan regulasi kurang mendukung keberlanjutan sumber daya perikanan pelagis. Peraturan belum memadai dalam pengelolaan terpadu perairan Teluk Tomini. Pengelolaan sumberdaya perikanan pelagis di perairan Teluk Tomini memerlukan pembentukan kawasan terpadu. Title: Strategy of Integrated and Sustainable Pelagic Fishery Resource Management at Tomini Bay The purpose of the study is to observe potention, degree of utilization, status of pelagic fishery resource sustainability at Tomini Bay. The research employs survey method. Sampling is done by random cluster sampling amounted 86 people. Data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitatif method. Data analysis apllies surplus production from Schaefer and Fox, pelagic fishery resource sustainability analysis.Analysis of the study shows that sustainable potention of pelagic fishery resource at Tomini Bay amount 93.071,21 tons/year (Schaefer model), and 104.044,04 tons/year (Fox model) with degree of utilization in2022-2011 is under sustainable potention. Ethical dimension, law and regulation are less supporting the sustainabiliy of pelagic fihsery resource. Regulation in integrated management of Tomini Bay waters isinadequately. It is necessary to establish integrated area of pelagic fishery resource management at Tomini Bay

Special interest dark tourism menawarkan perjalanan wisata ke tempat atau situs yang berkaitan dengan bencana, kematian, dan tragedi untuk memberikan pengalaman yang tidak biasa dan edukasi yang dapat merubah emosional wisatawan secara psikologis. Goa Gudawang yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan special interest dark tourism. Namun empat tahun terakhir jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Goa Gudawang mengalami penurunan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan sebuah konsep baru dengan menganalisis potensi dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan Goa Gudawang sebagai special interest dark tourism.
 Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan alat analisis fishbone dan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis fishbone memberikan potensi dark tourism Goa Gudawang melalui lima aspek yaitu atraksi, aktivitas, aksesibilitas, amenitas, dan akomodasi. Kemudian hasil analisis potensi digunakan untuk merumuskan empat strategi pengembangan dengan menggunakan matriks SWOT. Special interest dark tourism dipilih sebagai grand strategy pengembangan wisata Goa Gudawang karena karakteristik special interest dark tourism tidak berfokus pada mass tourism namun menitikberatkan pada daya dukung wisata (carrying capacity). Strategi ini dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa Goa Gudawang termasuk Kawasan Lindung Geologi terkait fungsinya sebagai kawasan yang memiliki fungsi lindung hidrologi dan ekologi. Selain itu, Brand awareness dark tourism diambil sebagai langkah awal yang tepat untuk memperkenalkan dark tourism yang dianggap masih tabu dan untuk meningkatkan eksistensinya di masyarakat.

Abstract:
Gunung Meja Nature tourist Park is one of the low land tropical forest ecosystems in Manokwari which had various potention of its flora and fauna. The flora potention had relation or complex population, one of them is association between tali kupu-kupu (Bauhinia acuminata Blume.) with its host tree. The purpose of the study was to describe the asociation of B. acuminata with its host tree and its habitat at the low land at Gunung Meja Nature Tourist Park. The method used description with survey technique. The resluts showed that the total population of the trees associating with B. acuminate. There were 10 species i.e. Pometia coreacea, Pometia pinnata, Alstonia scholaris, Artocarpus incissus, Pimelodendron amboinicum, Pterocymbium beccarii, Antiaris toxicaria, Streblus elongate, Medusanthera laxiflora, and Pterygota horsfieldii which dominated by Pometia pinnata 11 trees. The association relation level of B. acuminata with the host tree P. pinnata was very close (2.506 %) while association relation level of B. acuminata was quite close with the host tree of A. scholaris (0.911 %), P. amboinicum (0.911 %), and the association level B. acuminata was not close with the host tree P. coreacea (0.683 %), P. beccarii (0.228 %), A. toxicaria (0.228 %), A. incisus (0.683 %), P. horsfieldii (0.683 %), S. elongata (0.456 %), and M. laxiflora (0.456 %).

Abstract:
Occurs E. coli resistance to class 3 cephalosporin class antibiotics and fluoroquinolone groups. The antibiotic resistance that occurs has narrowed the choice of therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of Actinomycetes isolates on proteolytic and amylolytic enzymes E. coli ATCC 25922. This research is experimental research, qualitative tests of protease and amylase enzymes from E. coli ATCC 25922 shown by clear zones around the growing colonies. The result of ANOVA One-Way test showed a significant difference in the width of clear zone, colony zone and PER and AER score with p-value < 0,05. This indicates that Actinomycetes isolates contain compounds that can act as inhibitors of protease and amylase enzymes from E.coli ATCC 25922. It is hoped that there will be research about the identification of Actinomycetes species isolates in Bogor Botanical Garden so that later can be cultivated and produced as an antibiotics alternative.

The research aims to map out soil potention and status for biomass production as a reference for government in Padas sub-district to preserve and repair soil quality. The research aims to map of potention and status of soil deterioration as a reference for government in Padas sub-district, so they can preserve and repair soil quality. This research was conducted using a survey method, with observations, take the soil samples for laboratory analyses and then scoring and matching from result of analyses to determine soil status . The result of this research showed Parameters contributing to soil damage in Kecamatan Padas are permeability in all unit of land maps, texture parameters in unit of land maps 2, 3, and 4, then soil redox parameters in unit of land maps 3 and 5. This is because the soil texture has a high klei content so that the ability to withstand high water which causes low permeability values and soil conditions that are water-saturated or inundated will result in a low soil redox value or <200 mV. Padas sub-district Ngawi regency is include into minor damage status or RI with 5 total score based on the Government Regulation No. 150 of 2000.</p>

In this study, (Ti0.5Ni0.5)80Cu20 metallic glass composites sample with 3mm diameter were prepared by levitation suspend melting-water cooled Cu mold process. Microstructure and thermodynamic behavior of the alloy were characterized by XRD, OM and DSC. the potention dynamic polarization curves in artificial seawater were tested by electrochemical workstation in a three-electrode system. The results showed that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy is consist of supercooled austenite phase, thermally-induced martensite phase and amorphous phase. Due to cooling rate, random dense pile of amorphous structure formed in surface of the alloy and supercooled austenite phase formed in interior. Besides, the alloy also presented excellent corrosion-resistance in artificial seawater for its higher corrosion potential (Ecorr) and polarization resistance (Rp), lower corrosion current density (Icorr) compared with Ti-6Al-4V(TC4) alloy.

<p>Desease that often occurs on the shallot is moler caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cepae (FOCe). This research was conducted to studied the potential of root-colonizing fungi to suppres moler disease on shallot. The researchs were divided into two steps that were laboratory test and screen house test used Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatments in screen house test were the combination of four fungi that had best capability to inhibit growth of FOCe. Each treatment was repeated three times. The result showed that root-colonizing fungi could reduce the moler disease but haven’t affect significantly growth component of shallot. Lowest disease intensity was 20% on the combination of AJ01, AJ12, AJ17, AJ18. Root-colonizing fungi have potention to decrease Moler disease.</p>

Background: According to the data of Riskesdas in 2013, fracture incident rate in Sulawesi gets a 16% increase. The most common fracture incident happens to elderly age group and its predominant cause is traumatic incident like falls and traffic accident. Treatment now such as ORIF and External Fixation is far from cheap and has a high risk to the patient. Syringetin-based nHAC/PLGA usage can be a new bionano bone graft because it can target specific cells to increase osteoinductivity in bones.
 Method: This literature review is established by literature review method of collecting sources from valid scientific literature which has specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
 Discussion: Syringetin-based nHAC usage has some targets like BMSC. Syringetin-based nHAC has effect in increasing the expression of BMP-2 and miRNA-21. BMP-2 and miRNA-21 are factors that take part in osteoblast proliferation and differentiation. That expression increase is marked by ALP activity and osteocalcin increase.
 Conclusion: Significantly, the usage of syringetin-based nHAC/PLGA can increase the proliferation and differentiation rate of BMSC to osteoblast.

Objectives: To explore research findings on the potential of podcasts as an educational medium for young people's mental health. Method: This review utilized three databases PubMed, ProQuest, Science Direct and Science Searched using the main keywords ‘’Health Podcasts‘ and Mental’ and help keywords. Articles were full text, English language, restricted to the last five years and country, as well as full text and free access. Discussion: This study reviewed 11 articles out of 5,372 that were screened and analyzed. Podcasts are used as a reference for mental health education due to easy accessibility, comprehensive mental health literacy, relatable presenters' life experiences, or discussions featuring professionals. podcasts reduce stigma and increase informal help-seeking, reducing feelings of loneliness. Podcasts with different presenter experiences based on demographic profiles and personal experiences of mental health are significant as psychoeducational tools for personal and/or professional development. However, the accuracy, transparency, and credibility of professional websites are still to be evaluated of podcasts as educational media especially related to mental health issues. Conclusions: This study summarizes the potential of podcasts as a significant educational medium for mental health with its various advantages. Mental health experts are needed to produce quality educational podcast content. This content will fulfill the audience's need for accurate and reliable information about mental health.

River water is one of type water surface which is a lot of finding in South Kalimantan. Generally, this water used by the citizen for cooking and bathing. But along with era growth, this river becomes as disposal of various industrial waste. The contamination of heavy metal like Fe, Mn, Pb, Cd, and turbidity enhance progressively and degrade the water quality. Some natural substance which can be used to improve river water quality is active charcoal from Musa paradisiaca and Manihot utilissima shell which is easy to get. Target research is determined to find optimum dose of active charcoal from Musa paradisiaca and Manihot utilissima shell that capable to degrade heavy metal contamination and turbidity in water river. It used experimentally with pretest and post-test with control group design. A result of research showed the optimum dose of active charcoal Musa paradisiaca shell was 15 gram , it could absorb Pb 28,8% and Mn 24,6%, but 10 gram can degrade turbidity until 83,8 %, while the optimum dose of Manihot utilissima shell to 25,4% Pb and degraded 77,5% of turbidity was 15 gram. Statistical test result with Kruskal Wallis got the p-value less than 0,05 it meant there was a difference between the treatment of active charcoal from Musa paradisiaca and Manihot utilissima shell in degrading the contamination. A conclusion is those active charcoal having a potential to enhance the water river quality. Suggested to use another activator to the potential like stirring, time of contact and the different mass.

Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi perkembangan kegiatan perikanan laut, dan; (2) mengidentifikasi peran dan potensi sub sektor terhadap ekonomi wilayah di bagian Selatan Gunungkidul. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan lokasi berada di 6 kecamatan di bagian selatan yaitu Panggang, Purwosari, Tepus, Saptosari, Tepus, dan Girisubo. Produksi perikanan laut di bagian selatan selama 2004-2013 mengalami peningkatan sedangkan nilai produksinya relatif fluktuatif. Komoditas utamanya adalah teri, tuna, cakalang dan pari. Terdapat 8 PPI di Gunungkidul, Sadeng mempunyai produksi tertinggi dan fasilitas paling lengkap. Kontribusi sub sektor perikanan kecamatan bagian selatan terhadap kabupaten terus menurun selama 2004-2013. Hampir semua sub sektor perikanan di bagian selatan merupakan sektor unggulan, kecuali di Purwosari. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan perikanan di Tepus merupakan unggulan dan prospektif. Sub sektor perikanan di Saptosari, Tanjungsari, Panggang dan Girisubo termasuk unggulan tapi tidak prospektif. Kegiatan perikanan di Purwosari bukan sektor unggulan dan tidak prospektif.Title: Potention Of Fishery Sub-Sebctor For Economic Development In Southern GunungkidulSouthern part of Gunung kidul still undeveloped among other regions. The economic potential in the southern part are tourism and fishery. In 2014, value of marine fishery production in the south reach 29 billion, can be potential regional economic development. Research methods is qualitative descriptive and locations are in Panggang, Purwosari, Tepus, Saptosari, Tepus, and Girisubo. Marine fisheries production in the south during 2004-2013 has increased but the value of production is fluctuating. Main commodities are anchovies, tuna, skipjack and rays. There are 8 fishery ports in Gunung Kidul, Sadeng has the highest production and the most complete facilities. Almost all fishery activities in the south are leading sectors in economy regional, except in Purwosari. Analysis results showed that fishing activities in Tepus is seeded and prospective. Fisheries in Saptosari,Tanjungsari, Panggang and Girisubo are seeded but not prospective. fisheries activities in Purwosari isn't seeded and not prospective.

The sheet pile wall is used popular for coastal projects, and it is normally applied suitable for the ground had average or weak bearing capacity. Currently, when analysis and design this structure type under earthquake loading, almost documents and standards recomment to use response spectrum method, without much mention of the time-history method. This paper presented the method to evaluate the behavior of sheet pile quay wall using time-history method including liquefaction of soil by PLAXIS 2D program. The analysis was conducted based on the Vietnam standard and some foreign standards. The results focused on analysis and evaluate displacement and deformation of quay wall, the increase of excess pore pressure in the backfill with the time and liquefaction potention of the soil.

Wellness and village tourism are one of the travel trends that can be done during the pandemic. To increase interest in this tour, the activities are packaged in an attractive manner, in this study referring to the thematic packaging of fitness tour packages. This research was conducted to determine the potential of wellness tourism in Sayan Village, which was then packaged thematically to become a fitness tour package. The package of this tour package can then be used as a tourism product in Sayan Village. Data collection techniques used in this study, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. Then, the data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on data collection, the results obtained are that there are four dimensions of potential fitness tourism in Sayan Village, including the emotional dimension, spiritual dimension, mental dimension, and environmental dimension. The wellness potention is then packaged into thematic tour packages according to the dimensions of wellness. The package packages include the emotional dimension, Sayan Healing Culture Tour with a full day tour type; spiritual dimension, Sayan Authentic Spiritual Tour with half day tour activity type; mental dimension, Sayan Happy Tour with half day tour activities; and environmental dimensions, Sayan Eco Life Tour with half day tour activities.

This research aims to inventory and study pharmacological potention of plants in Pajangan Hamlet, Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman, Yogyakarta as medicinal plants and live stalls. The research was conducted from June to October 2023 using observational methods. Plants were identified with PlantNet software and reference againts the Flora of Java book. In addition, the study of the utilization of these plants was carried out by literature study and distributing questionnaires to the residents. The results found 104 plant species with 19 different families can be identified in Pajangan Hamlet. The plants are categorized as herbs, ornamental plants/flowers, fruits, vegetables, and wild plants. These findings highlight the richness of biodiversity in Pajangan Hamlet with significant potentital for improving health and economic livelihoods through the use of local plant species in traditional practices and diets. Based on the result, it can be concluded that Pajangan Hamlet has a variety of plants that are widely used in traditional medicine and food, thereby underscoring the importance of local biodiversity in improving health and well-being.

Abstract:
<p>Genistein (4’, 5, 7-trihydroxy isoflavone) is one of phytoestrogen compounds, from isoflavone groups that’s abudance in leguminaceae plants and its food products. There are lack and different reports about genistein’s effect to the male reproduction system, although Genistein is one of very familiar compounds in widely consumed foods. The aim of this research is exploring Genistein’s effect to the male reproduction system as specially spermatozoa’s morfology and viability. This research use 24 male mice strain Balb/C, 8 to 10 weeks old that’s devided into 4 treatments and 6 repetitions. Each mouse is gavaged using Genistein that is dissolved in corn oil for 36 days based on its dosage group treatments (0; 3,5; 4,2; and 4,9 mg/kg bw/ day). Sperm slide made from sperm suspention, colored by modification of eosin-nigrosin coloring method based on WHO. Persentage of spermatozoa’s normal-abnormal morphology and viability are calculated using One Way Anova and continous by 5% Least Significant Difference (LSD). This research show that Genistein has bad effects in male reproduction system, and seems like a strong disruptor for spermatozoa. It significantly influence to spermazoa’s morphology and viability of Balb/C mouse (Mus musculus). Genistein begins to influence at lowest dosage, 3,5 mg/kg bw for both of viability and morphology. It significantly decrease viability at 4,2 mg/kg bw dosage, and increase abnormal morphology of spermatozoa at 4,9 mg/kg bw dosage. Cardiovascular endurance is severely taxed, the referees must be alert and fatigue will not impair their decision-making. FIFA 11+ have potention not only for injury prevention buat also for increasing fitness for referees. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of FIFA 11+ program on cardiovascular endurance among male Cirebon District Football referees
 Experimental one group pretest-posttest design in 15 male football referee 33,7±3,5 years old, FIFA 11+ program done in 4 weeks, 3 times per week. Multistage running test is used as parameter cardiovascular endurance. Collected data is analysed by descriptive statistictic and t-test. 
 Te result showed that cardiovascular endurance increases 4,30 ml/kg/min, that t score= 16,665>1,761. This show that FIFA 11+ significant increasing cardiovascular endurance.
 The Fifa 11+ show that significant increasing cardiovascular endurance in male football referees Cirebon District.

Christians in this globalization era live in multicultural society. Therefore, multicultural education requires attention. Apostle Paul's vocation is an important moment about the turning point from monocultural to multicultural ministry. God's commission for the Twelve Apostles to teach and baptize to the ends of the earth, was apparently not fully understood by the Twelve Apostles. They are still Israel-centered minded in mission. By using literature study method, this article aimed to analyze the theological meaning of Paul's vocation in relation to religious education in multicultural context. The result of this study showed that the teaching and life of Apostle Paul had given some insight to accomplish religious education in multicultural context, by implementing contextual religious education. Therefore it could be concluded that religious education must always be aware of the students' life context. Awareness of this context includes awareness of their needs and potention.

 Phrynium maximum (local name : lerek ) is a plant native to Sumatera, Malaya and Borneo. This plants have a potential as a local wisdom for therapeutics. In Sumatera, Lerek was used as traditional treatment for fever, diarrhea, diabetics and for wound healing.
 
 Aim of Study
 Aim of this study to explore the efficacy of lerek fruits extract in body weight, lipid profile and leptin level in Wistar Rats-Induced High Fat Diet
 
 Methods
 This study was an experimental study , pre-post test with control group design. The sample in this study was 30 male rats, 8 weeks old, weight 150-200 gram. Rats were given high fat diet and lerek fruits extract at dose of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kgBW/day for 2 weeks. Lerek fruits was extracted by infusion methods. The results of this study were assayed by SPSS 18.
 
 Results
 Lerek fruit extract 100 mg/kgBW was more potent to reduce body weight gain, triglyseride level and leptin level than lerek fruit extract 50 mg/kgBW, 200 mg.kgBW, negative control and positive control.
 
 Conclusion
 Lerek fruit extracts had a potention to reduce body weight, triglyceride and leptin level.

Abstract:
The creative economy is one sector that has potention to continue to be developed, along with the lack of availability of natural resources to be exploited. The government started to pay attention to the creative economy by establishing a provision in the form of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy. As regulated in PP No. 24 of 2022, the existence of an intellectual property-based lending system requires several parties to regulate intellectual property as collateral. Regarding the implementation of binding guarantees in the form of property rights debt, property rights procedures, and technical implementation in its enforcement, some need to be regulated further. In addition, financial institutions may be concerned about credit to creative economy actors because there are no clear rules at this time. This research method uses library research methods with a normative legal approach. The results of this study are the extraordinary potential of Indonesia's creative economy has not been able to develop optimally because the awareness of creative actors about the value of the creative economy has not been maximized, there is no synergy, coordination, and implementation related to intellectual property-based creative economy financing between government sectors to overcome economic creative problems.

Application of Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing for the Analysis of Landslide Potention and Vulnerability in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. Kintamani District is an area that is prone to disasters; this is because of its geographical conditions which are located in the highlands and mountains with steep slopes. Research in this area is important to provide information on landslides for the public and government. The objective of this research is to determine the potential and landslide vulnerability. Delineating the potential for landslides used integration of remote sensing data and Geographic Information System (GIS) through the scoring method by overlaying the thematic that causes landslides (zones of susceptibility to soil movement, rainfall, land use, slope and soil type). The determination of landslide vulnerability is carried out by overlaying the landslide potential map with the settlement and road map. The results showed that Kintamani District has four landslide potential classes, namely the non-potential class which is a water area (Batur Lake) covering an area of 1616.13 ha, a low potential of 9350.61 ha, a medium potential of 15021.89 ha and a high potential of 10558.62 ha. The level of vulnerability to landslides in settlements consists of three classes, namely a low vulnerability class covering 1041.49 ha, a medium vulnerability area of 811.36 ha and a high vulnerability area of 174.52 ha. The level of vulnerability to landslides on the 307.16 km road network consists of two types of roads, namely primary collector roads and local roads. There are 23 distribution points of landslides found in research locations spread across Belancan, Kintamani, Bantang, Dausa, Sukawana, South Batur, Central Batur, Abangsongan, Abang Batudinding, and Trunyan Villages.

Abstract:
Effect of cultural methods on peanut rust leaf intensity and yield. An important disease of peanut is rust leaf caused by Puccinia arachidis. It ussualy occurs with pock marked diseases. Both decreased yield up to 1,0 ton/ha (50% - 60%) compare potention yield of peanut (1,8 ton/ha). The experiment was conducted at Siraman village, Pekalongan residence, Central Lampung from June to December 2000. It applied two methods: Model A (farmers pattern) and Model B (reccomendation pattern) with three replications and four cooperator farmers. The variable were growth percentage, hight of plant, number of pod, wight of wet pod, weight of dry pod, wight of 100 granules, and leaf rot intensity. The result showed the yield of recomendation pattern better than that of farmer pattern, intensity of attacked rust leaf diseases increased from 4,58% to 27,47% on farmer pattern and increased from 3,54% to 33,55% on recomendatin pattern, Macan variety is succeptible with rust leaf diseases and decreased yield up to 41,67%.
