Příspěvek je zaměřen na koncepci návratu zásady superficies solo cedit do českého právního řádu. Věnuje se především analýze přechodných ustanovení občanského zákoníku, jež mají za úkol znovuzavedení zmiňovaného principu realizovat. Přístup českého právního řádu je pak porovnáván s řešením, ke kterému bylo přistoupeno v obdobném případě počátkem devadesátých let minulého století v Německu. Příspěvek obsahuje rovněž polemiku s názory řešícími potřebu zakotvení superficiální zásady a její přínos. V souvislosti s uvedeným principem se konkrétně věnuje právu stavby a předkupnímu právu v obou dotčených právních úpravách.

The aim of the dissertation is to present the issue of post-catastrophic reconstruction of and and dwellings with focus on temporary forms of housing. Given the complexity of the topic, various aspects are presented, from mobile houses, the basics of environmentalism and foreign aid through temporary post-catastrophic dwellings and constructions to assessment databases of temporary post-catastrophic constructions. Observation is focused mainly on constructions and shelters built shortly after the catastrophe. Based on the study of manuals, directives, post-catastrophic reports and analyses of constructions for emergency situations, a hypothesis was created that determines the factors for the success of mobile houses in post-catastrophic conditions. The crucial factors are: transportability, efficiency, versatility, adaptability to the place of catastrophe and development in time. The hypothesis was verified on a sample of 17 selected mobile houses and on student´s works. The contribution of this dissertation is global evaluation of the issue of post-catastrophic reconstruction from several points of view, formulation of three areas of current mobile and basic types of transitional shelters, the description of post-disaster reconstruction of land and dwellings.

The diploma thesis is aimed on course of the easements in perspective of a forencis engineer. First chapter specifies the legal regulation of the easements, its division, the causes of its constitution, modification and termination. General description of easements’ assessment methodology ensued, the definition of the particular types of prices and values and purposes of evaluation of the easements alike. In the proposal part is the theoretical analysis used on two actual cases of easements, specifically the right to crossing another owner's land and the right of construction on land owned by another individual.

Práce se zabývá právní úpravou přechodu průmyslového vlastnictví při prodeji podniku, zkoumáním problematických míst v samotné právní úpravě institutu smlouvy o prodeji podniku a návrh jejich řešení. Práce obsahuje i hospodářskosoutěžní aspekty přechodu průmyslového vlastnictví při prodeji podniku a problematiku oceňování průmyslového vlastnictví. V práci je obsažena rovněž komparace zkoumané problematiky s právem USA.

The thesis is concerned with the design of a flood protection for the Brantice municipality, a part of which is an adjustment of the Opava river stream bed, specifically kilometer 77,6554 to 78,7020 and, moreover, a design of a reconstruction of the weir at kilometer 78,340. A capacity assessment of the original stream bed in the built-up area and its surroundings is a part of the thesis, as well as a measure to increase the stream capacity and a design of a boulder chute with a water gate, which replaced the original weir. The program HEC-RAS 4.1.0. was used for the stream capacity calculations.

This master´s thesis deals with the indication and localization of earth faults in overhead lines. Earth fault is the most frequently occurring type of fault in medium voltage overhead lines – it covers approx. 95% of all faults and is very difficult to indicate and localize them correctly and in time with currently available methods on the market. Therefore is very important to study earth fault and its indication, localization. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with faults in overhead networks with different type of neutral grounding, mainly with one phase to the ground fault in the compensated, ungrounded, solidly grounded and via resistance grounded networks. Most of the theoretical part is dedicated to one phase to the ground fault in the compensated and ungrounded networks, where this type fault is called the earth fault. In the compensated and ungrounded networks is described in details behavior – voltage and current relations during both steady state and transient state earth fault. The theoretical part is further dedicated to detection methods of earth faults and their preconditions for use. There is described also in details the complete procedure of earth fault detection, which includes indication, unhealthy feeder determination and exact position or line section localization. End of the theoretical part is then focused on determination of accuracy requirements for measurement of basic quantities and computation of other parameters. The practical part deals with a work at medium distribution network model, which includes familiarization with the model, detailed verification of its functionality and behavior during the earth fault, obtaining faults records and algorithmization of methods: method of qu – diagram and method of first half - period, which are able to detect unhealthy feeder. This part of the thesis was put together based on a demand of company Mega, corp., which wanted to verify function of both above mentioned and by them not yet tested methods.

Dynamical signatures of quantum phase transitions for excited states Jakub Dolejší Abstract We study the impact of quantum phase transitions (QPTs) and excited- state quantum phase transitions (ESQPTs) on the validity of the adiabatic approximation for a slowly varying Hamiltonian. We compare two cases, when the initial state is the ground state of the initial Hamiltonian and when the initial state is a statistical mixture of excited states induced by a finite temperature. We use the Lipkin-Meshkov-Glick model of a spin lattice and obtain an abruptly decreasing scaling law of the ground-state population with a growing system size N. We comment on the justifiability of using the Landau-Zener formula to make a quantitative prediction in the case of a first-order and a second-order QPT. To achieve a truly adiabatic evolution in the thermodynamic limit, one would need to perform the Hamiltonian change during an impossibly long time period. It is possible, however, to obtain the same adiabatic final state in a given finite time period by inducing the quantum evolution with another Hamiltonian specifically devised for this purpose, thus employing the so called adiabatic shortcut. Singularities in quantum spectra - ground state and excited-state quantum phase transitions - are often connected with singularities in the classical limit of the system and have influence on other properties, such as quantum entanglement, as well. In the first part of the thesis we study quantum phase transitions within the U(2)-based Lipkin model. The relation between quasistationary points of the classical potential and the respective singularities in the spectrum is shown. In the second part, a system of two-level atoms interacting with electromagnetic field in an optical cavity is studied within two simplified models (non-integrable Dicke model and its integrable approximation known as Jaynes-Cummings model). The behaviour of quantum entanglement in these models is shown with a focus on the vicinity of the singular points.

To demonstrate the importance of SOC, the energies and oscillator strengths of vertical transitions for a series of [ReX(CO)3(2,2'-bipyridine)] (X = Cl, Br, I) and [Re(imidazole)(CO)3(1,10-phenanthroline)]+ complexes were calculated in the spin-free (SF) and spin-orbit (SO) conceptual frameworks. Two different computational approaches were adopted: SO-MS-CASPT2 where SOC was added a posteriori using a configuration interaction model (SO-RASSI), and the approximate perturbative SO-TD-DFT method. Relativistic effects were included via the two-component Douglas-Kroll-Hess transformation and the zeroth-order regular approximation in the former and the latter technique, respectively.
