Oral mucosal diseases during pregnancy, such as pregnancy gingivitis, pyogenic granulomas, oral candidiasis, and herpes simplex virus infections, are common due to hormonal and immune changes. These conditions can cause discomfort and complications for both mother and fetus. Prevention through good oral hygiene, regular dental visits, and proper nutrition is essential. Treatment strategies focus on safe, non-invasive therapies, including antimicrobial agents and antifungal treatments. Timely management ensures both maternal and fetal health during pregnancy.

Abstract:
Juvenile pregnancy is not only a medical problem, but also a social one. Early pregnancy in 50-60% of cases is unplanned and unwanted, and therefore more often ends with an artificial termination. Pregnancy in minors is not physiological due to the peculiarities of hormonal status, incompleteness of differentiation of the myometrium and the nervous apparatus of the uterus. Underage pregnant women are a high-risk group, which requires special attention of doctors at all stages of observation, both in the antenatal clinic and in the hospital during childbirth and the postpartum period.
