The school’s task is to motivate and activate students to learn and work on themselves. Unfortunately, we still have too many teaching elements and unambitious tasks at school. That is why modern school education needs another transformation, which is forced by digital media, modern information technologies and related media convergence processes. A contemporary school should develop the passions and interests of its students. The digital environment cannot be underestimated, as it is an attractive non-school place for adolescents. In the article I present the theoretical outline of the concept of convergence and describe key forms of convergence. I conduct discourse in the area “Contemporary school versus media convergence” and present the results of my own research on the preparation of teachers and students to operate in the era of media convergence.

Abstract:
Iron deficiency is one of the most urgent problems of adolescence. In the genesis of iron deficiency, a number of factors characteristic of the pubertal period are involved: accelerated rates of development, the formation of the ovarian-menstrual cycle, endocrine and metabolic dysfunctions. Prolonged iron deficiency to a decrease in the effectiveness of erythropoiesis, a violation of the differentiation of erythroid cells. In the case of an unresolved problem in girls in adolescence, iron deficiency in the reproductive period may have an adverse effect on the course of the gestational process, delivery, fetus and newborn condition in the future mother. The complex approach to the treatment and prevention of iron deficiency conditions in adolescent girls, the use of iron-containing preparations enriched with vitamins and microelements is topical. The objective: to study the effectiveness of correction of iron deficiency anemia in adolescent girls with the drug Fursinol-3, which represents a unique therapeutic complex of ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, vitamins of group B1, B2, B6, B9, C and PP. Materials and methods. Under outpatient observation, 62 patients aged 12–17 years were diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia (main group). The diagnosis was established on the basis of clinical (the presence of anemic and sideropenic syndromes) and laboratory research methods. The control group consisted of 30 teenage girls of similar age without anemic syndrome. Results. Results of clinical symptomatology evaluation after 6 weeks of drug administration showed that all women with IDA had no skin pallor, asthenoneurotic syndrome was curative, and epithelial syndrome was reduced. After 3 weeks of taking the drug, the Hb level was significantly higher than the baseline data (119.02±1.27 g/L compared to 99.89±1.08 g/L; p<0.001), and after 6 weeks of administration the drug reached the age norms. The increase in hemoglobin for 6 weeks of taking the drug was 21.16±0.99 g/L. After 6 weeks of administration of the Fernistol-3 preparation, patients with IDA showed a positive dynamics of serum ferritin level in comparison with the initial level (28.36±0.52 g/L versus 10.02±0.28 g/L; p<0.001). When using the drug “Fursinol-3” no side effects were noted. All patients noted good tolerability of the drug. Conclusions. The conducted studies showed high therapeutic effectiveness, good tolerability and safety of the drug Fersinol-Z, which gives reason to use it widely for correcting iron deficiency states in girls of pubertal age. The use of the drug Fessinol-3 in pediatric practice will promote along with iron deficiency, restoration of the balance of vitally important microelements and vitamins, contributing to the normalization of physiological processes in various organs and systems of a growing organism. Key words: iron-deficiency anemia, teenage girls, hemoglobin, MCV, MCH, ferritin, efficacy of therapy, Fersinol-Z.

Abstract:
In the context of the global aging of the population of the earth, Ukraine in particular, and the changes that have taken place in our society over the past decades, the right to education has become increasingly important and provides vital human needs and interests, and guarantees their social adaptability. The problem of improving and further developing the education sector in Ukraine has necessitated the preparation of competent future educators who can reflect on the needs of modern life in their practical work, especially the need to work with people of the third age. The article analyzes some features of the education development of people of the third age in the conditions of a total aging nation. The relevance of the problem of improving and further developing the education sector in Ukraine in connection with the need to train competent future teachers to work with people of the third age is considered. Taking into account that fact, that there is a pension reform in our country, and representatives of the Government and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine gradually raise the retirement age, the latest news about retirement, and hence the elderly, deserve special attention. So, the differentiation of terminology «pension age» and «advanced age» in Ukraine is demonstrated in the present article. The question whether only the retirement age in Ukraine changes and consolidation of legislative norms occurs, because the quality of the provision of such educational services should be reflected in the state educational system and be regulated by the regulatory framework of the national educational training system of Ukraine. Numerous training programs, mainly commercial, aimed at working with people of all ages is presented in the market of up-to-date educational services. Therefore, among the most important priorities highlighted in the article is the problem of distinguishing the «Andragoge» profession from the general term «Pedagogue» and introducing this profession into the State Classifier of Occupations of Ukraine with the development and adoption of the «Law on Adult Education». The article presents the determination of the andragoge profession from a wide range of pedagogical workers. The definition of the terms «teacher», «educator», «tutor» and «andragoge», based on various sources and normative documents of Ukraine is also demonstrated.

This article is an invitation to truly postmodern conversational approaches to preaching beyond a monological modern mass media sermon dressed up in conversational style. This involves proposing a new who and how for preaching in the digital age, resulting in a New (Media) homiletic. Engaging with Parker J. Palmer’s The Courage to Teach, this article first explores issues with the traditional top-down model for preaching solidified during the age of mass media technoculture. Next this article names some stumbling blocks to dialogical preaching in a mainline Protestant US context. Then this article explores what difference the implementation of Palmer’s Community of Truth model could make for preaching in this digital age. The technoculture of social media allows for and expects preachers to be more conversational in the who and how of sermon delivery, preparation, and feedback.

Abstract:
Introduction: this article aims to determine the further promising development of the legal institution of the age of criminal responsibility, taking into account the satisfaction of the needs of participants in legal relations, as well as modern features of the rapid maturation of children. Materials and Methods: during the preparation of the article, the dialectical method of cognition of socio-legal and moral phenomena was used, in the process of presenting the article – comparative legal (allowed to compare the current legal norms and the results of their implementation in practice), dogmatic (helped to formulate new norms of law), statistical (through it, qualitative and quantitative indicators for the last). Literature review: as part of the preparation of the article, the opinions of scientific researchers, leading processualists, as well as practical employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia were analyzed. Results: the author proposes to conduct a comprehensive study of the issues related to the establishment of the age of criminal responsibility. This need is explained by the fact that the criminal, criminal procedural fundamental provisions rooted in the last century do not contribute to the optimization of legal proceedings, therefore, the effectiveness of some legislative norms is questioned, as well as to abandon the fixed age of criminal responsibility, but with preservation as a certain age limit, after which it is possible to apply "adults" to a person types of punishment, 16 years (for certain crimes – 14 years). Discussion and Conclusions: in order to level out the problems identified during the study of the Institute of the age of criminal responsibility, proposals have been formulated to optimize the current legislation, introduce amendments and additions.

This editorial discusses the concept of flexibility in diabetes care. Flexibility of an oral antidiabetic drug (OAD) is defined as its ability to be used efficaciously and safely, in flexible, convenient doses and frequencies, at flexible timings of administration. This flexibility also includes OAD usage alone or in combination with a wide spectrum of drugs, in a wide spectrum of patients, irrespective of their age, gender, health status, or dietary patterns, with flexible dose titration, glucose monitoring and healthcare contact schedules. This editorial examines the flexibility of the modern sulfonylureas such as gliclazide extended (modified) release (MR) preparation in the management of diabetes. Using evidence-based rationale, we demonstrate that gliclazide MR is a flexible, and useful option for the management of type 2 diabetes.

The main aspects of detecting dyslexia in preschool children are considered, and attention is drawn to the fact that phonological difficulties, which can be identified already at this stage, if left without proper attention, threaten the ability to learn effectively, develop speech and increase the cognitive level. It is noted that the problems associated with the analysis of the prerequisites for the formation of reading and writing skills in preschool age have not been sufficiently studied, and in practice, the potential of modern methods and approaches that could be used in combination with traditional methods of prevention and overcoming dyslexia. The paper presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of using the FastForWord software complex in preparation for teaching reading to preschool children with a tendency to dyslexia. After a set of classes using this program, they turned out to be more prepared for learning to read: the indicators of positive changes in overcoming the tendency to dyslexia and readiness to learn to read were statistically significant. It is concluded that the use of the FastForWord program in older preschool children helps to effectively overcome the tendency to dyslexia in at-risk children by correcting the speech center and improving the functions on which mastering the reading skill depends. To improve the result, it is necessary to conduct additional classes on the development of coherent speech in the native language. The research results can be used in practical work on the prevention and neuropsychological correction of dyslexia in preschool children.

Abstract:
Old age and ageing are part of everyday life. Healthy ageing and population health have been essential issues throughout history. After the First World War, in the newly founded First Czechoslovak Republic, this topic was also important. This young republic had a lot of difficulties. It was a multi-ethnic state with substantial consequences of war. The republic's infrastructure was damaged, the population’s health condition could have been better, the incidence of infectious diseases was very high while health literacy was very low. It was necessary to take care of the population’s health and adopt laws on health, old age and disability insurance. Basic and modern policies were developed in the First Czechoslovak Republic in 1918–1938, to advance the society's development in virtually all areas of life. Interest in the quality of life of the state's inhabitants, including the elderly, increased. Educational activities were implemented to improve the population’s knowledge and attitudes. The idea of proactive living and preparation for old age was essential for building a healthy society. The role of family members was also highlighted in the preparation for old age. In present-day Czech Republic, as in the past, we put an emphasis on pension insurance and taking responsibility for one’s health.

Abstract:
Complete feeding is one of the decisive factors for achieving high animal productivity. Therefore, an essential task of modern pig breeding is to reduce costs by increasing the digestibility of digested feed nutrients by the animal's body. One of the significant ways necessary to solve the problem can be the additional inclusion of biologically active substances in the compound feed for farm animals, namely, modern enzyme preparations of a new generation. The animal organism needs them to increase the digestibility of nutrients supplied with food. Our study aims to study the effect of the Feedbest P5000 GT enzyme preparation as part of compound feed on the growth, development and feed costs of fattening young pigs. A scientific and economic experiment was conducted on young pigs of a large white breed aged 60 to 210 days to achieve this goal. For the investigation, four groups of young pigs, 12 heads each, were formed according to the principle of analogue groups, taking into account breed, sex, age, and live weight. They were keeping the animal group. The authors weighed every 30 days and took measurements of the animals. In addition, they considered the consumption of feed and leftovers for the next day to determine the effect of Feedbest P5000 GT on the growth and development of fattening young pigs. The use of the Feedbest P5000 GT enzyme preparation in compound feeds made it possible to increase the average daily gain in live weight of young pigs of the experimental groups by 4.8, 9.3 and 6.8% and reduce feed costs by 4.7, 8.6 and 6.5% compared to with the young of the control group. The best indicators were found in the animals of the 2nd experimental group, where the studied enzyme preparation was additionally introduced into the feed composition in the amount of 90 g/t.

In modern conditions of preparation of athletes in various sports, including in football, such unconventional means as fitness, aerobics, step aerobics, Pilates, elements of hatha yoga are used, etc. However, theoretical development of this direction of training process, methods of application of various directions of aerobics (classical, taibo, step-, aqua-, pump-, fitball-aerobics, etc.) in physical and special training of football players is insufficient. We presented the results of pedagogical experiment on inclusion in training process of football players at stage of sports specialization of specially developed programs of dance aerobics, step-aerobics (with platform of changing height), fitball-aerobics and streetcasting. We used tests to assess the readiness of the subjects: running 30 m from a high start, jumping in length from the place, hitting the ball with a foot for a range (the sum of the right and left legs), touching the posts and hitting the goal. The results of the evidence and result tests carried out during the experiment showed a significant increase and reliable differences in the results in the groups of 14-15 years. In our opinion, specially developed programs of modern fitness technologies can be applied at different stages of multi-year preparation, at different periods of year cycle of preparation, with different age groups of football players, at different level of preparation of athletes.

Abstract:
Introduction: Tracheotomy as a surgical procedure has existed and evolved since ancient times. In modern medicine, surgical techniques for performing this procedure in adults and children have reached a high level of perfection. However, pediatric tracheotomy remains a challenging surgical intervention, performed in only a limited number of centers by a small number of surgeons. This is due to several unresolved issues related to the procedure—such as indications, timing, decannulation protocols, and the care of tracheotomized children—which are still usually left to the individual judgment of the physician. Additionally, there is a significant psychological barrier associated with performing tracheostomy in a child (particularly in those under the age of one). Aim: This article aims to present in detail the modern surgical approach to performing tracheotomy in pediatric patients, examine the different types of tracheotomy, and highlight its specific features related to the anatomical differences between children and adults. Discussion: After the decision to perform a tracheotomy is made, the exact surgical technique and type of tracheostomy to be created are selected alongside the patient’s preoperative preparation. Factors such as the child’s age, the surgeon’s experience, and the underlying disease for tracheotomy play crucial roles in determining the appropriate approach. Conclusions: Pediatric tracheotomy has undergone significant development over the years. Nowadays, the exact type of surgical intervention depends on the individual needs of young patients.

In the modern world, grasping financial management knowledge and capabilities is becoming more and more important. Having financial knowledge for youths will help them know how to manage money and be able to make wise and safe financial decisions, ensuring the stable development of individuals and their families in the future. Based on the above assessment results, the research proposes the following recommendations: (i) Training institutions should provide additional teaching content on financial knowledge to youths/ students and integrate it into existing programs appropriately. (ii) Training courses should focus on low-skilled youths because they also seriously lack financial knowledge and often have negative behaviors and attitudes. (iii) For financial practice, youths first need to grasp basic knowledge and know how to make financial plans to manage income effectively. This is the first and an important step of financial practice.

Abstract:
The article examines the existence, development and historical fate of the famous Nietzschean antithesis “Apollonian and Dionysian” in Russian culture of the late 19th - early 20th century. The author considers reasons for the true triumph of Nietzsche in Russia during the Silver Age and the peculiarities of the reception of his ideas by the Russian intelligentsia. The emphasis in the work is on the ideas of V. Ivanov - the main guide, herald and living embodiment of the idea of Dionysianism in Russia (the works of almost all other authors who addressed this topic were written under his influence). The main stages of the formation of his original concept of the cult of Dionysus, perceived by Ivanov as a primarily a religious phenomenon, are analyzed (the thinker refuses to use the concepts “Apollonian” and “Dionysian” as metaphors to describe a particular cultural reality). Ivanov's most important idea was the presentation of the cult of Dionysus and the “religion of the suffering god” as a “preparation” for Christianity. In the "restoration" of the Dionysian cult, Ivanov sees the way to overcome the crisis of the modern world, based on the principium individuationis.

Abstract:
Background. The special status and position of older and oldest old in the therapeutic, diagnostic, and preventive activities of a dentist lead to a firm conviction of an urgent necessity and expediency of creating a new medical specialization — geriatric dentistry.Aim. Based on many years of clinical experience and scientific research, including extensive use of high-tech oral prosthetics for older adults, to make the first attempt at creating an optimal therapeutic resource for a new medical specialization — geriatric dentistry.Materials and methods. Examination and prosthetics were performed on 645 patients aged 60 to 85 years old, with various types of implantable prostheses in the period o 3 to 7 years after their implantation. In addition, 903 implantable prostheses and 3287 of their artificial supports (implants) were also examined.Results. The mean age of patients who visited the orthopedic dentistry department for dental prosthetics was 64.72 ± 6.8 years old. As the main method of rehabilitation of older patients’ masticatory and speech apparatus, we have used implant-supported prosthesis with its digital transformation. Most of the patients underwent reasonably radical oral cavity preparation for prosthetics. The original state retention of the tissues of the implant bed ranged from 78.04 to 100%. At the same time, fixed structures of implantable prostheses were characterized by higher indicators. The preservation of the implants was from 96.8 to 100%, depending on the observation period.Conclusion. The high values of implant and prosthesis retention rates, good condition of the peri-implant mucous membrane and bone in remote periods after prosthetics, as well as a high level of patient satisfaction and significantly higher achieved level of their quality of life, along with high medical and economic efficiency of the method, allow us to consider it a promising standard of geriatric dentistry. Thus, a modern therapeutic, or rather, rehabilitation, resource for effective pre-prosthetic preparation and implant prosthesis has been developed and justified, which is the optimal approach in geriatric dentistry.

Abstract:
The article deals modern approaches used of mifepristone in order to prepare the cervix for delivery. The results of a study of 222 patients in the gestation period of 37–42 gestation weeks which given orally administered 200 mg of mifepristone at intervals of 24 hours for 2 days are presented. The criteria for inclusion in the study: the age of the pregnant 18–40 years, the independent onset of pregnancy, singleton pregnancy, head presentation, the presence of intact fetal membranes; absence of contraindications to the use of mifepristone. Before the preparation of the cervix for delivery, an assessment was made of the condition of the mother and fetus, which included clinical examinations and cardiotocography before pre-induction, as well as cardiotocography control in dynamics. Before receiving mifepristone, the cervix was evaluated as “immature” in 60.3% of pregnant women, in 39.6% of patients it was “not mature enough”. After taking the first pill of mifepristone, 44.6% of pregnant women against the background of the already “mature” cervix of the uterus developed an independent labor activity. Development of labor activity occurred in 32.3% of pregnant women within 12 hours after taking the drug, in 26.3% in the interval from 12 to 24 hours, in 46.5% – later than in 24 hours. The remaining 55.4% of patients needed the appointment of a second tablet of mifepristone, after which the cervix became “mature” in 69.1% of patients, of which 90.6% of women developed independent labor. As a result of the research it was proved that the use of mifepristone is a highly effective method of preparing the body for pregnant women to delivery, the efficiency of labor is 79.3%. Pre-induction of mifepristone for more than 41 weeks is less effective in relation to cervical maturation and the development of regular birth activity, which makes it possible to characterize the gestational period of 40–41 weeks, as optimal for the cervical effacement and the induction of labor. The use of mifepristone does not lead to a negative effect of the fetal condition.

Abstract:
Normal human anthropometric parameters are used in the development of medical rehabilitation techniques, in the performance of surgical techniques used for normal human functioning. In order to perform these operations successfully, it is necessary to model normal human physical characteristics and, based on these models, perform the operations correctly. Normal anatomical characteristics have a positive effect on the physiological state of the person. The relevance of the research stimulates the development of the science of valeology and increases the relevance and practical significance of the topic. Prosthetics of organs lost in wars and accidents are also performed on the basis of computer models. The science of digital anthropology is modeling human anthropometrics, and practically important predictions are being made based on this modeling. Digital anthropology is based on the research of modern technology to compile a database of the most diverse anthropological indicators of people. Anthropology occupies a special place in the system of scientific knowledge about the world, because it is a field of science that studies the origin, development and role of humans in nature and society. In modern medicine, mathematical and graphic modeling of human anatomical and anthropological indicators is required in all fields. Anthropometric indicators of humans are taken as the basis in surgery, military science, sports. The structure of shoulders, diaphragm, hips, face, and the age of a human being can also be defined by these anthropometric indicators.

Abstract:
Background Hygienic practices during complementary food preparation are suboptimal in developing countries, in Ethiopia in particular. Hygienic complementary food preparation is crucial to prevent childhood communicable diseases like diarrhea and associated malnutrition among children aged 6–24 months. However, in Ethiopia, there is a paucity of evidence on the practice of hygiene during complementary food preparation. Thus, this study is aimed to assess the hygienic practice of complementary food preparation and associated factors among women having children aged 6–24 months in Debark town, northwest Ethiopia. Methods A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted among 423 mothers with 6–24 months of age children from December 1 to January 30, 2021. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the study participants. Data were collected using an interviewer-administered structured questionnaire. Epi-data version 4.6 and SPSS version 23 software were used for data entry and analysis, respectively. Binary logistic regressions (Bivariable and multivariable) were performed to identify statistically significant variables. Adjusted odds ratio with 95% CI was used to declare statistically significant variables on the basis of p-value < 0.05 in the multivariable logistic regression model. Results The study revealed that 44.9% (95% CI (40.2, 49.4%)) of the mothers having children aged 6–24 months had good practice of complementary food preparation. Maternal age of 25–29 years[AOR:3.23, 95% CI: (1.555–9.031)], husband’s attained secondary school and above (AOR:2.65, 95% CI (1.211–5.783)], using modern stove for cooking [AOR:3.33,95% CI (1.404–7.874)], having a separate kitchen[AOR: 8.59, 95%Cl: (2.084–35.376], and having a three bowl dishwashing system(AOR: 8.45, 95% CL: (4.444–16.053)) were significantly associated with good hygiene practice of complementary food preparation. Conclusions The findings have indicated that the majority of the mothers had poor hygienic practices of complementary food preparation. Mother’s age, husband’s educational status, type of stove used for cooking, having a separate kitchen, having a three bowl dishwashing system were factors that significantly influenced the hygiene practice of mothers during complementary food preparation. Therefore, training and counseling mothers and caregivers on complementary food processing and preparation is important and such endeavors which inform the development and implementation of complementary food hygiene interventions in urban communities are recommended.

Abstract:
Abstract. Rational organization of feeding is always one of the decisive factors for achieving high productivity of animals. An important task of modern pig breeding is to reduce costs by increasing the digestibility of digested feed nutrients by the animal's body. One of the significant ways that are necessary to solve the task can be considered the additional inclusion of biologically active substances in the composition of animal feed for farm animals, namely modern enzyme preparations of a new generation. The animal body needs them to increase the digestibility of nutrients coming from the feed. The purpose is to study the effect of “Feedbest P5000 GT” enzyme preparation as part of compound feeds on the growth, development and feed costs of fattened young pigs. Methods. In order to achieve this goal, a scientific and economic experiment was conducted on young pigs of large white breed aged from 60 to 210 days. For the experiment, 4 groups of young pigs of 12 heads each were formed according to the principle of analog groups, taking into account breed, gender, age, and live weight. The animals are kept in groups. To determine the effectiveness of “Feedbest P5000 GT” for the growth and development of fattened young pigs, weighings were carried out every thirty days and animal measurements were taken, in addition, the consumption of feed and residues for the next day was taken into account. The composition of compound feeds enriched with “Feedbest P5000 GT” enzyme preparation during the experiment allowed to increase the growth, development and reduce the cost of compound feed per unit of production of fattened young pigs. Results. The use of “Feedbest P5000 GT” enzyme preparation in compound feeds made it possible to increase the average daily live weight gain of young pigs by 4.8 %, 9.3 % and 6.8 %, to obtain a reduction in feed costs by 4.7 %, 8.6 % and 6.5 % compared with the young pigs of the control group. The best indicators were found in animals of the second experimental group, where the studied enzyme preparation in the amount of 90 g/t was additionally introduced into the compound feed. Scientific novelty. For the first time, studies have been conducted to determine the optimal dose of the enzyme preparation “Feedbest P5000 GT” in compound feeds for young pigs. The effect of the drug on growth, development and feed costs has been studied.

Abstract:
The study of the topography of the vessels and nerves of the palmar region of the human hand is an urgent issue of modern surgery. In the study of the anatomical variability of superficial and deep vascular-nervous formations of the palmar region of the human hand in the age aspect, the anatomical dissection algorithm acquires priority. However, in the available literature, we did not find any information about the sequence of actions during the preparation of the palmar region of a human hand. Adherence to the sequence of anatomical preparation of vessels and nerves of the palmar region of the human hand ensures not only the high representativeness and scientific value of the obtained results but also the rational use of biological material. It also reduces the risk of damage to important neurovascular structures during dissection, which is important both for practical medical research and for further clinical applications. We have described the method of anatomical preparation of vessels and nerves of the palm part of the human hand, as well as highlighted their variant anatomy. The purpose of the study was to determine the most rational sequence of actions during the preparation of vessels and nerves of the palmar region to obtain standard results suitable for age comparison. The proposed and tested method of dissection of superficial and deep vascular-nerve formations of the palmar region of the human hand ensures the standard of obtaining data regarding their individual and age-related anatomical variability. The sequence of actions used during the preparation of formations of the palm part of the human hand preserves the relationships between the structures of the research objects as much as possible, which allows for a more detailed study of the functional and clinical aspects of this part.

Abstract:
In the conditions of modern pig farming, the animal body experiences a high physiological load. Animals are constantly affected by various stress factors due to the peculiarities of the technology of maintenance. Since it is impossible to fully exclude the effect of stress factors, an important role in minimizing negative consequences is played by optimizing the conditions of housing, as well as increasing the resistance and ability of the animal organism to adapt. The purpose of this work is to realize the biopotential of the reproductive qualities of replacement pigs by the immune correction of the animal body with PigStim-V and PigStim-F preparations. For the experiment, 30 suckling pigs (females) were formed into 3 groups of 10 animals each. The pigs of the 1st experimental group were injected intramuscularly the immunotropic preparation PigStim-V at a dose of 1 ml per head three times, on the 15th, 20th and 25th days of life. Pigs of the 2nd experimental group were injected the immunotropic preparation PigStim-F by the similar scheme. No immunotropic drugs were injected to pigs of the control group. Insemination of pigs was carried out in the 4th estrus, at the age of 7.5-8 months and at the optimal live weight. A positive effect of the immunotropic preparations PigStim-V and PigStim-F on the reproductive qualities of replacement pigs was revealed. In the experimental groups, an earlier start of estrus, a decrease in the age of the first insemination, and an increase in its effectiveness have been noticed. Against the background of immune correction, the rate of prolificacy increased, the stillbirth rate, and the index of incidence of postpartum diseases (MMA) decreased, the safety and growth rate increased; in sows, the period from weaning to the onset of the heat reduced.

Abstract:
Adaptation is a complex process of adjustment to a new environment outside home and away from parents. The article studies three main ways of disadaptation syndrome prevention in preschool children. These include measures to prepare for the admission of an early age child and prediction of adaptation difficulties, day schedule and rest regime organization, as well as health monitoring and correction of identified disorders. The form of a child’s adaptation depends on many factors, such as the residual-organic background, the child’s cognitive abilities, skills, psycho-emotional state, as well as on the behavior of parents, their active participation in the upbringing and preparation of the child for staying and learning among other children. In this regard, the joint role of medical workers and teachers in the timely detection of early childhood health disorders and their correction is important. The search for scientific literature and analysis of articles is carried out in Web of Science Core Collection, Scopus and RINC databases with a search depth of 5 years. The purpose of the literature review is to study the factors influencing the adaptation of young children in preschool educational institutions, as well as effective measures to prevent disadaptation syndrome.

Abstract:
AbstractRadiometric dating of glacier ice is an essential tool where stratigraphic dating methods cannot be applied. This study focuses on Alpine glacier ice and presents a new sample preparation system for dating of glacier ice samples via radiocarbon (14C) dating of the microscopic particulate organic carbon (POC) fraction incorporated in the ice matrix. An adaptable, low-cost inline filtration-oxidation-unit (REFILOX) has been developed, which for the first time unifies all sample preparation steps from ice filtration to CO2quantification in one closed setup. A systematic14C investigation of modern European aerosol samples revealed that a POC combustion temperature of 340°C provides the best representation of the real sample age. A very low process blank of maximally 0.3±0.1 µgC now enables14C dating of high Alpine ice samples, where POC concentrations are generally low (typically 10–50 µgC/kg), in an ice sample mass range of 300–500 g. In a first successful application, the method was used to obtain age constraints for an ice core from the cold, high Alpine firn saddle Colle Gnifetti (Switzerland). Analysis of the bottom ice core sections revealed a basal age of 4171–3923 cal yr BP but also a so far enigmatic discontinuity in the age-depth relationship.
