Abstract Background Patients with Turner syndrome may have multiple associated metabolic comorbidities, some of which are rare. We present a case report with Turner syndrome and congenital hypoparathyroidism. Clinical Case A 30-year-old Caucasian female with Turner syndrome and primary ovarian insufficiency was referred for evaluation of osteopenia and elevated TSH. On her initial visit, the patient was asymptomatic, physical exam was significant only for short stature. The DEXA scan showed a T-score of -2 at the lumbar spine and -1.8 at the femoral neck. Abstract:
The article outlines two directions of comprehension of the existential phenomenon of musical art (cataphatic and apophatic) throughout the history of culture within the framework of the Christian-Eurocentric tradition. The basis of methodological research includes Christian-idealistic and Christian-anthropological positions. These provisions of objective idealism contain a part of the Creator's Plan in the realization of his Image. The presentation of the main trends is presented in a contrasting ratio, which is characteristic of musical compositional thinking. The discourse of the problem is

Abstract:
Background: Frequent professional followup is often cited as a predictor of successful weight loss, yet its specific impact has not been consistently quantified in real-world settings. Objective: To evaluate whether followup frequency is associated with improved clinical outcomes in adults with overweight or obesity. Methods: This retrospective analysis reviewed 191 anonymized medical records from patients treated between 2010 and 2023, both in-person (Argentina, Colombia) and remotely (Spain, United States, Chile). Patients were grouped by average followup interval (≤15 vs. >15 days). Stud

Abstract:
Abstract Background Ring chromosomes can be formed by terminal breaks of two arms of a chromosome and their rejoining, leading to a loss of genetic material. They may also be formed by telomere-telomere fusions with no deletion, resulting in the formation of a complete ring. Mosaic X-ring chromosomes are extremely rare and have highly variable phenotypes. Here, we report a case with a mosaic X-ring chromosome in a patient with Turner syndrome, and we illustrate the unreported complicated mechanism using chromosome analysis and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Abstract Disclosure: T.M. Kurman: None. E.A. Eugster: None. Intro: Adolescents requiring treatment with exogenous estrogen (E2) include girls with primary and secondary hypogonadism and transfeminine youth. While 17B-estradiol is standard of care, the starting dose and escalation schedule are individualized. To what degree the response to E2 as assessed by breast Tanner stage is correlated with the dose is unknown. Similarly, whether the response to E2 varies depending on the underlying diagnosis has not been systematically analyzed. We aimed to investigate relationships between diagnosis, E2

Abstract:
Abstract Background/Aims Systemic lupus erythematous (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune (AI) disease of unknown etiology. It predominantly presents in women and only 1 in 10 of sufferers are men. We sought to examine the clinical pattern in male lupus patients in a tertiary multi-ethnic lupus centre in East London, UK. Methods Male lupus patients were identified through review of a pre-existing lupus patients database and clinic lists at Barts Trust. All patients’ electronic notes were reviewed prior to a telephone interview. All the participants fulfilled the ACR 1997 criteria for SLE. Descriptive
