Národní zdravotnický informační portál (NZIP) představuje systematickou cestu Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR ke zlepšení komunikace a důvěryhodnosti prezentovaných informací smě-rem k veřejnosti. Publikací pouze plně prověřeného, garanto-vaného a metodicky standardizovaného obsahu se NZIP stane stěžejním komunikačním kanálem, který zprostředkuje po-třebné informace z oblasti zdravotní péče, prevence a podpory zdraví nejen pro státní správu, ale zejména pro širokou laickou iodbornou veřejnost. V přímé návaznosti na národní strategic-ký rámec Zdraví 2030, který mimo jiné směřuje k zajištění sys-tematické informovanosti v oblasti ochrany zdraví a zdravého životního stylu včetně posílení zdravotní gramotnosti, NZIP prezentuje původní autorský obsah provázaný na existující ověřené online zdroje napříč odbornými portály z oblasti čes-kého zdravotnictví. Primární ambicí projektu NZIP je zamezit roztříštěnosti informací a zajistit správnou interpretaci garan-tovaných materiálů prostřednictvím jednotné komunikační platformy. Ta bude určena především pro propagaci a využívání služeb ve zdravotnictví v souladu se strategickou podporou zdraví, astrategickými záměry resortu. NZIP přináší zvýšení důvěry laické i odborné veřejnosti k zdravotnickým informa-cím, zvýší zdravotní gramotnost populace a plošně zjednoduší přístup k dostupným online zdrojům, čímž mimo jiné přispěje k propagaci zdravého životního stylu a preventivních programů garantovaných státem. Konferenční příspěvek představí aktu-ální stav portálu nzip.cz společně s metodickým a technickým pozadím, které tvoří základní schéma spolupráce odborných garantů, autorského kolektivu, interních i externích recenzentů, vývojového týmu a Vědecké a řídící rady NZIP.

V dnešní době je patrný trend digitalizace zdravotnických ar-chivů a související dokumentace, nastává tedy čas na zapojení technologií označovaných Big Data v oblasti biomedicínské informatiky. Tyto technologie nabízí rychlejší a efektivnější zpra-cování a sdílení obrovského množství dat. Vzhledem k tomu, že zdravotní péče pracuje s velmi citlivými daty, je jedním z hlav-ních zájmů ochrana dat pacientů. V mnoha zemích probíhá programové zavádění elektronizace zdravotní péče. Například v USA probíhá „Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act“, (HITECH). Cílem výzkumu je návrh a de-finice pravidel, která zamezí zneužití a únikům citlivých biome-dicínských dat. Současně však v minimální míře omezí efektivitu jejich zpracování a kvalitu výstupních dat. Hromadnost zpra-cování osobních a citlivých dat se postupně stává obrovským rizikem a současně příležitostí pro nastavení pravidel a procesů vedoucí k minimalizaci, či dokonce eliminaci těchto rizik. Big Data skrývají obrovský potenciál pro výzkum v oblasti biomedicíny v mnoha oblastech ať již při analýze segmentace pacientů, cen a výsledků léčby, kde umožní zjistit zdravotně a cenově nejefektivnější postup léčení pro konkrétního pacien-ta a také například v proaktivní identifikaci pacientů, u nichž by se vyplatila zdravotnická prevence. Principiálně jsou Big Data použitelná k tomu, aby z analýzy výskytu chorob bylo možné dělat epidemiologické závěry a navrhovat preventivní opatření, mohou pomáhat při detekci a minimalizaci pokusů o podvody ve zdravotnictví a veřejném zdravotním pojištění a také přiná-šejí příležitost spolupráce s farmaceutickými společnostmi tak, aby pro ně bylo snazší identifikovat skupinu relevantních paci-entů pro klinické testy (za předpokladu předchozího souhlasu pacientů a dodržení etických norem).Článek si bere za cíl vysvětlit rozdílné přístupy a oblasti bezpečnosti v souvislosti s hromadným zpracováním dat ať již z pohledu bezpečnosti databázových dat jako celku, zamezení možnosti nepřímého získávání konkrétních údajů z neanony-mizovaného nebo i anonymizovaného souboru dat a z oblasti netriviálního dotazování.

This diploma thesis addresses globally discussed topic of potential development co-operation effects on conflict prevention in Africa. After theoretical and historical analysis of the roots and development of conflicts in 11 selected Sub-Saharan African states, this thesis points out through several real examples different and often unexpected results of development programs. From partial conclusions, which have clear geographic connection, the thesis uses simple induction method to evaluate and to recommend further proactive changes in development policies.

The dissertation is devoted to the notion of preventive diplomacy. In the first part, various theoretical approaches to the term are discussed, especially regarding the position of preventive diplomacy in the cycle of conflict, and its instruments. A brief overview of regional arrangements and their role in preventive diplomacy is provided, too, since the second main part of the work focuses on the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) and its proclaimed intention to introduce preventive diplomacy in the region. Nonetheless, as the study shows, the ARF participants have not yet resorted to the development of preventive diplomacy. The objective of the dissertation is twofold: besides providing a synthesis and systemization of theoretical approaches to preventive diplomacy, it aims to identify the main obstacles hindering the ARF to implement effective measures of preventive diplomacy. In this respect, it is argued that it is both the set of norms also known as ASEAN Way and the Chinese negative stance that constitute the major reason of ARF's inability to proceed to the stage of preventive diplomacy.

This diploma thesis deals with the problems of insurance fraud in our society. The thesis is divided into several relatively separate sections. The theoretical part describes a basic characteristic, classification and origins of insurance fraud and it deals with a general description of perpetrators of fraudulent actions. An analysis of fraudulent actions in life and non-life insurance is carried out in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis. This work characterises the importance and the mutual relationship between detection and investigation of fraudulent actions. It also highlights the facts which aid and abet insurance fraud. The aim of the practical part of the diploma thesis was to carry out an analysis of various insurance fraud cases in the realm of motor insurance according to the subject, object and the most frequent variants of fraudulent actions and consequently create a profile of the perpetrator of insurance fraud on the basis of the evaluation of the analysis. The practical case study of client’s expedient behaviour enables us to look on detection of the particular insurance fraud. The end of the diploma thesis deals with recommendations for the measures which should be taken to fight insurance fraud.

An objective of this diploma work is to make out, what pupils' lifestyle at second-degree of elementary schools in town district of Prague 10 is up to date and how this acquirement can be applied to create primary prevention program in the Authority of Municipal Part Prague 10 and elementary schools, which settlor Municipal Part Prague 10 is. Another aim of the work is to introduce in what form a contemporary program of primary prevention by the Authority of Municipal Part Prague 10 is being applied. In the theoretical part, there are outlined causes of social-pathological behaviour of children and teenagers, stated features and occurrence quantity of the wrongful behaviour; the work involves a family treatment of group of children and teenagers. The prevention problems are included in whole scope, from determination of prevention designation, kinds of prevention programmes as far as to particular institutions of public administration, which pay attention to these problems. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the system of cooperation between the NGOs and Prague 7 City district on the field of providing the services of anti-drug prevention. In September 2008, the pilot project of Prague centre of primary prevention was starteed. If the project is successfully realised , it is expected, hat the cooperation between the NGOs and particular Prague city districts will be systematized. Firstly , the thesis briefly introduces the activities and the status of two workers, who are responsible for for the collabaration with the NGOs, that provide the preventional activities. These workers are: the school methodist of drug prevention and the anti-drugs coordinator. Then the attention is paid to thier "anchorage" within the scheme of anti-drugs politics in the Czech Republic and their relationship with the NGOs. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the process of the certification, that is an important instrument for the NGOs to get the money from the state budget. One of the chapters deals with the laws, strategical and methodical documents, that refer to the implementation of the anti-drugs prevention. I chose two organizations to make a survey with them. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out and present primary school teachers' attitude to the possibilities of the implementation of an individualized approach in terms of the prevention of school difficulties. The method that was chosen in order to achieve this aim was a structured interview carried out with primary school teachers. The collected data were processed with the use of the grounded theory method and assessed in discussion. The results of this thesis offer a great amount of information and topics about the means and conditions of realization of individualized education in the first grade with the aim of the highest development of a pupil who is potentially at the risk of future school difficulties or who already has them. These findings may help not only for broadening of primary school teachers' awareness about the possibilities of an individualized approach but also for another research into this issue. Diploma thesis is focused on prevention in social work and in school environment. It presents possibility of interdisciplinary cooperation by creation of school social worker position. Emphasis is put particularly on bullying as one of the form of risky behavior. Theoretical part of the work defines topics such as social prevention, prevention in school environment, school social worker and school bullying. Practical part of the thesis elaborates on selected interviews with school employees, family members and social workers using grounded theory approach. Focus of the analysis is put on inter-role cooperation in primary prevention of school bullying. We describe the principles of their cooperation in term of rights of the child and his social-law protection, due to the Act No. 359/199 Coll., social-law protection of children and due to the Decree No. 72/2005 Coll., providing counselling services in schools and school counselling institutions. Simultaneously we are opening the topic of possible moral dilemmas which can the teacher deal with in term of social-law protection of the student. Int he second half we evaluate the results of empirical investigation. The quantitative survey was conducted by questionnaire method in 7 primary schools in Prague. Its main purpose was to chart the extent of primary teachers knowledge about The office for social-law protection of children, to find out what quality is this cooperation and to compare the situation at practical primary schools and mainstream primary schools. This thesis - The issue of homelessness women: Social work at the shelter for women deals with the issue of homelessness for women and more women using homeless through social work in a particular social service - a shelter for women. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to homelessness; characteristics of homelessness; forms of homelessness; homelessness for women - causes and circumstances that led to the loss of home; forms of assistance; inclusion in housing and society; social work in shelter for women - services targets; concrete assistance and cooperation of social worker with clients; roles and responsibilities of social workers; pitfalls of social work at the shelter for women. The practical part contains stories (case studies) clients shelter for women who not only illustrate the combination of the various causes of loss of home and homelessness of these women, but also how to work with them through social work.

TITLE: Development of phonemic hearing in kindergartens AUTHOR: Bc. Pavlina Matouskova DEPARTMENT: Department of Primary Education SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ehler, Ph.D. ABSTRACT The basic prerequisite for coping with educational skills, especially reading, is sufficient development of phonemic hearing in kindergarten. The improvement of the level of phonetic- phonological grade at preschool children can be provided with suitable equipment and methodology for teachers. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of phonemic hearing at children in the last year of preschool education and the related creation of own model of activities and aids. The level of phonemic hearing was carried among children from selected kindergartens. One of them focused on the development of phonemic hearing and worked with the proposed model and in the rest of the kindergartens the prevention of speech therapy was held in accordance with school curricula. Initial analysis was done at the beginning of the school year and comparing of results was done in the second half. The conclusion is an objective assessment of effectiveness of proposed actions in the practice.
