Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Anliegen Untersucht wird die Häufigkeit der sexuellen Missbrauchsbeschuldigungen und der einschlägigen Strafanzeigen gegen katholische Priester und Diakone in den Jahren von 2009 – 2015. Methode Für die Jahre 2009 – 2015 wird eine jährliche Quote der Beschuldigungen berechnet. In einem zweiten Schritt wird die Quote der einschlägigen Strafanzeigen gegen Priester mit den Tatverdächtigenbelastungszahlen der männlichen Allgemeinbevölkerung verglichen. Ergebnisse Die Quote des sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern beschuldigter Priester im Untersuchungszeitraum liegt zwischen 25,5/100 000 und 55,5/100 000 Priester. Die Tatverdächtigungsbelastungszahl bei Männern der Allgemeinbevölkerung liegt in den Jahren von 2009 – 2015 zwischen 17,6 und 20,0/100 000, die Quote der einschlägigen Strafanzeigen gegen Priester liegt zwischen 8,4 und 31,7/100 000. Diskussion Die Quote katholischer Priester, die für einen sexuellen Missbrauch von Kindern disponiert sind, hat im Untersuchungszeitraum nicht abgenommen.

Abstract:
Der Verfasser der Erzählung l Sm l,1-4,la hat diesen Material als eine Einleitung der Ladeerzählung sowie diese selbst, wenigstens im Kapitel l Sm 4, vorliegen und verfertigt passend zu dieser unter Benutzung einer mündlichen Tradition die Jugendgeschichte Samuels, der als Kontrastfigur zu den Priestern von Silo dargestellt ist. Darauf ist die gesamte Jugendgeschichte von vornherein angelegt. Der Autor baut seine Vorlage in zwei Blöcken an geeigneter Stelle in sein eigenes Werk ein, um seine zentrale Aussage auf diese Weise zu stützen. Nur so erklärt sich die tendenzielle Priesterrolle Samuels, die dann aber nicht durchgehalten wird und in 1 Sm 3,19-4,la überraschend mit dem Prophetentum Samuels ihren Hohepunkt findet. Der Verfasser beabsichtigt mit seiner Gesamtkonzeption, die mindestens l Sm 1,1- 4,la umfasst, Samuel als den legitimen Nachfolger Elis darzustellen. Diese Nachfolge besteht aber nicht in der Übernahme des Amtes Elis als Priester von Silo. An Stelle des Priesters sieht l Sm l,1-4,la den Propheten der übergeordnete religiöse Aufgaben wahrnimmt, was der Abschnitt l Sm 3,19-4,la ausdrücklich betont. Diese übergeordnete Aufgabe bedeutet: das Wort Gottes annehmen und es dem Volk Israel offenbaren.

Abstract:
Die Homilie erklärt die Mysterien des Glaubens und die Grundsätze des christlichen Lebens auf Grund der heiligen Texte, die mit den Ereignissen des Liturgiejahres verbunden sind. Sie ist eine unersetzbare Quelle, aus welcher die Gläubigen echte christliche Seelenkraft schöpfen.Der vorliegende Artikel gibt die Antwort auf die Frage, inwiefern liturgische Texte in der homiletischen Verkündigung der Priester der Erzdiözese Kattowitz genützt werden. Aus der durchgeführten Analyse ergibt sich, dass die Aufnahme der Lehre des Konzils über die Erneuerung der Homilie unter den Priestern der Erzdiözese Kattowitz viele Mängel aufweist und dass sie die liturgischen Quellen in ihrer Verkündigung nicht in vollem Maße nützen.

Abstract:
The Church is increasingly facing the problem of a shortage of priests, and there is the expectation that this problem will grow in the future. In some countries many parishes are already without a priest and this situation needs to be addressed. The current Code of Canon Law offers the possibility of parish administration in a so-called solidarity way. In this paper we would like to analyse the institute of parish administration in solidum, which is found only in the current Code of Canon Law, whereas the previous legislation did not recognise this institute. At the same time, we want to gain insight from the experience of some countries that use this model of parish pastoral care, in contrast to the Slovak dioceses, which only take an exceptional approach to it. It is anticipated that in a couple of decades, due to the need for a shortage of priests, there will be a growing need to address the staffing of parishes in this way as well.

Abstract:
The financial management of self-governing regions is often examined, but less so their property management. The aim of the paper is to analyze the situation in individual self-governing regions of the Slovak Republic in the time series of 15 years (2005 - 2019) and to identify differences in the method of financing and also in the efficiency of property management. To achieve the goal, two hypotheses were set: H1: The increase in property strength is achieved by increasing the region's debt and H2: The income effect from the region's assets increases with the reproductive power of the assets. The method property creditworthiness was used for the analysis. The results confirmed H1, stating that the source of asset growth is also debt growth (Žilina, Trnava, Prešov region), but several local authorities also significantly use other sources (Nitra, Košice, Trenčín). H2 was only partially confirmed – the regions increased the value of the property, but the income from it was not decisive. This indicates that they have built the infrastructure to provide entrusted services to citizens. The analysis also pointed to the phenomenon that the total value of assets per capita shows significant regional differences over the whole period.

Abstract:
The author is publishing a fragment of new Greek inscription on marble found by accident on the place of the settlement on the Cape of Zyk (the ancient Bosporan town of Chersonesus of Zeno). It is a part of a decision or decree of thiasotoi – members of voluntary association. It was adopted by the priest, the paraphilagathos and the gymnasiarchos whose names are unfortunately lost except two letters in the priest’s name Pe(….) and three letters in the gymnasiarchos’ farther’s name (…)ean(…). The latter is restored as personal male name {Th}ean(gelos)? popular among members of the Bosporan associations in Imperial period. We now have five inscriptions from Chersonesus of Zeno which belong to the associations of its citizens. Their study allowed the author to attribute all of them to one and the same thiasos which was active in course of the 2-3rd centuries AD and united the inhabitants of this town, mostly the Greeks by origin. Besides publishing the newly discovered document the author corrects the early suggested reading and interpretation of three other inscriptions from Chersonesus of Zeno. He admits that two separated pieces – one earlier attributed as the official decree or a letter of king Cotys III and dated to the time of his reign, and the second one, defined as a list of the thiasotoi, are in fact two fragments of one inscription – edict of the Zenonites’ association, ad opted in the time of Cotys III by the head of the union, presumably the synodos with the priest and probably the parahilagathos at the head. He also gives a vast commentary to other inscriptions – one mentions “the father of synodos”, and the other which is a list of thiasos’ members. He corrects the reading of one of the names in this list to be restored as (Pol)yaenos but not as Hroxenos. The association in Chersonesus of Zeno stands close to the associations of Panticapaeum and Tanais. The author made a complete study of the organization, activity, logistics and policy of the Bosporan associations towards the royal power, having admitted that synodoi could hardly be separate voluntary or alternative unions at Bosporus. They were initially sacred groups in the thiasoi but later, since the late 1 – 2nd century AD, started to function as their praesidium, i.e. head or council of associations, which included members of high position.

Príspevok sa zaoberá zavedením dane z online reklamy v prostredí Slovenskej republiky. Za týmto účelom autori v príspevku realizujú komparáciu návrhu zákona o dani z digitálnych služieb v Českej republike a digitálnej dane (Digitalsteuer) v Rakúsku. V článku autori taktiež približujú vybrané aspekty zavedenia digitálnej dane (Digitalsteuer) v prostredí Rakúska: fiskálne dopady, prerozdelenie daňového bremena a efektivita správy dane. Výskumnou tézou, ktorú bude tento príspevok konfrontovať, je predpoklad, že na Slovensku existuje priestor pre zavedenie zdanenia online reklamy.

In her bachelor’s thesis, the author analyses the scope and importance of the secret of the confession to a priest as a professional secret protected in criminal proceedings, as well as its possible conflicts with the effective implementation of the criminal procedure. The purpose is to research the extent to which the secret of the confession to priest is absolute and justified in criminal proceedings, in addition to raising the issues regarding the improvement of the legal regulation. As a result of the research, the author formulates conclusions concerning the scope and importance of the secret of the confession to a priest as a professional secret protected in criminal proceedings, offering proposals for improvement of the legal regulation.

Abstract:
Manetho aus Sebennytos in Unterägypten war ein Priester, der sein bekanntestes Werk, die Aegyptiaca, eine Darstellung der Geschichte Ägyptens, im 3. Jh. v. Chr. verfasste. Dieses Werk ist jedoch nur in überarbeiteter Form und nur in Exzerpten späterer antiker Autoren überliefert, sodass der ursprüngliche Text nicht mehr rekonstruiert werden kann. Bedeutsam sind seine auf älteren Quellen basierende Darstellung der Abfolge der Herrscher Ägyptens in einer Königsliste sowie seine Einteilung der Geschichte Ägyptens in Dynastien, die die Ägyptologie bis heute prägt. Seine sonstigen Werke, die von der ägyptischen Religion handelten, sind ebenfalls nur äußerst bruchstückhaft überliefert.

Abstract:
The subject of this article is a wooden stela (AAd6) kept in the National Museum of Denmark in Copenhagen. By iconographical and typological criteria, this object is datable to the 22nd Dynasty and probably comes from the Theban area. The stela displays several particularities, among others, one of the longest genealogies preserved on this object type. Alongside a careful investigation of the different iconographical elements and a new translation of the text, this contribution looks into the onomastic and the prosopographical material, examining different titles such as “ḥnk-nw.w-priest in southern Heliopolis” or “wab-priest in chief of the estate of Mut, the great one, the mistress of Isheru.” This study not only reconstitutes the family tree but also connects this object with three others, that are datable to a timeframe from the 21st Dynasty to the beginning of the 26th Dynasty. An excursus focusing on the painting sequence of the text and depictions contributes to a better understanding of the creation of wooden stelae in the Third intermediate Period.
