Abstract:
Živé, pulzujúce mesto je predpokladom a základom plnohodnotného urbánneho života. Typické prekážky ku komplexnému využitiu jeho verejných priestorov sú hlavne: podhodnotený priestor pre život peších, nízka atraktivita parteru ulíc a spoločenského využitia námestí, hluk dominantnej automobilovej dopravy, znečistenie, riziko nehôd, dehumanizácia a pod. Dvadsiate prvé storočie volá po verejných priestoroch príjemných pre peších, priateľským k ich priamym užívateľom, priestoroch s čitateľnou identitou a možnosťou stretnutia. Vybrané príklady bratislavských verejných priestorov averejných priestorov z Európy vyhodnocujú a porovnávajú straty, zisky a nádeje pretvorenia VP pre mestskosť, identitu, kvalitu či zapamätateľnosť pre účastníka deja - návštevníka. Tiež ponúkajú stratégiu „domino efektu“ pre mestské priestory príjemné pre peších, pre „city friendly spaces“.

Abstract:
Podnety pre stretnutia V priestore mesta sú veľmi dôležité faktory v procese navrhovania verejných priestranstiev. Sociálne impulzy pre vytváranie verejných priestranstiev podľa sociálnej štruktúry (spoločných priestorov pre deti a mládež, miest pre seniorov a miest pre každého) musia byť prijaté a integrované od designérov, architektov aj urbanistov. Význam kultúrnych impulzov je dôležitý pre interaktivitu kultúrnych aktivít a lokálnej participácie obyvateľov v oblasti umenia. Návštevníci vyhľadávajú možnosť atraktívneho zažívania priestoru, vitálne funkcie v parteri, priamu účasť na spoločenskom živote v exteriéri, stretnutia, oddych, relax, účasť na scéne deja na námestiach, tranzit námestím. Je dôležité poskytnúť komplexné využitie námestí a parkov ako multifunkčnú destináciu v súčasných mestách.

Abstract:
Článok sa zaoberá rôznymi metódami prístupu pri navrhovaní nových verejných priestorov vo vidieckych sídlach. Pomocou prípadovej štúdie Bernolákova - lokality „Nová lúka“ sú na 4 odlišných návrhoch prezentované idey vnímania verejných priestorov. Nové verejné priestory sú odlišné podľa vplyvu, aký bude mať nová zóna na celé Bernolákovo. Návrhy sú urbanisticky tzv. odstupňované od vytvárania monofunkčnej obytnej zóny, cez rekreačnú zónu Bernolákova, až po návrhy nového centra/subcentra obce. Záver je doplnený o štatistický prieskum zameraný na očakávania od novej zóny medzi súčasnými obyvateľmi Bernolákova a Bratislavčanmi, ktorí by sa do novej zóny perspektívne prisťahovali.

Abstract:
Slovensko sa vyznačuje rôznou intenzitou decentralizačných tendencií. Podstata tohto procesu spočíva v priestorovom premiestňovaní obyvateľstva – ich návrat alebo únik z jadra mesta na jeho okraj, zvyšovaní miery urbanizácie prímestskej zóny, čo má dopad na štruktúru vidieckeho osídlenia a urbanizáciu krajiny. Príspevok sa ťažiskovo venuje dopadu suburbanizačného procesu na priestorové prejavy rozvoja urbánnej štruktúry vidieckych sídiel Bratislavskej aglomerácie, ktorá patrí k priestorom najintenzívnejšie atakovaným novými investičnými zámermi.

Abstract:
Abstract During 2005-2010, we measured pH and conductivity values in the watercourse Čaradice stream, which flows from its spring in Pohronský Inovec Mountains. The average pH value for the whole research period was 7.76. Depending on the time of sampling, its maximum average value for the whole period was found in July and August (7.96) and minimum average value was detected in the month of January (7.64). Depending on the sampling sites, its lowest average value for the whole period was recorded under the forest eco-system of Pohronský Inovec (7.39) and the highest under the water reservoir (8.0), which could have been caused by a greater number of autotrophic organisms in the water of the water reservoir, which reduced soluble CO2 from the water. The average conductivity value for the whole research period was 39.72 mS.m-1. The lowest average value, depending on the sampling time throughout the research period, was found in March (23.49 mS.m-1) which was probably caused by snowmelt and higher water flow in the watercourse, and maximum in the month of September (54,88 mS.m-1). Depending on the sampling sites, the highest average value (51.62 mS.m-1) was found near the village Kozárovce, which is possibly caused by releasing unclean wastewater into the watercourse, as the wastewater treatment plant has not been built in the village.

Príspevok skúma verejné priestory vo vidieckych sídlach. Hodnotí ich problémy, súčasné premeny a naznačuje hlavné požiadavky na ich architektonicko-urbanistickú tvorbu. Verejné priestory ovplyvňujú život obyvateľov oveľa viac ako si uvedomujeme. Na ich atraktivite, kvalite, funkčnosti, estetickom vzhľade aj stavebnotechnickom stave sa podieľa samospráva, architekti, stavbári, developeri, investori, ale aj každý občan svojou činnosťou. Cieľom je dosiahnuť zapamätateľné, živé, aktívne verejné priestory, plné ľudí, ktorí v nich chcú zotrvať čo najdlhšie, cítiť sa príjemne a bezpečne.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused to an adaptive re-use of buildings for cultural purposes, especially for cultural centres. The thesis depicts in short the benefits of conversion, the influence of heritage protection, offers a brief insight into the management, basic sources of funding and programming of adapted cultural spaces. There are also listed examples of good practice of various types of re-used buidings in different countries and under various conditions. The thesis mentions broad range of cultural centres located in industrial factories to churches or stone-pits. The selected examples illustrates the process as well as map the current challlenge opening in the field. A general idea of this work was to create a practical handbook for the journey of building?s adaptive re-use.

Abstract:
The theses discuss the issue of photographing a specific place which is closely related to the spaces of all kinds and to architecture. It is limited to the so called ?no name architecture? that does not have a known author ? mainly common houses and utility buildings but also specific places in the countryside or in a city such as gardens or parking lots. The emphasis is on the connection between the space and its photographic representation. It is demonstrated in the work of particular authors. It explores the questions of making a photographic picture of a space, author´s choice and their influence on the result as well as the impression the particular photographs leave in their viewers. The main idea of this paper is to offer an overview of basic approaches to photographing places that have been used since the 60s of 20th century till present.

RECREATION POTENTIAL OF PUBLIC SPACES OF PANEL DISTRICT IN SLOVAKIA This task discuss about relation between natural place potential and how place influence regeneration of public spaces to create live and usefull spaces for dwellers. In literary overview this task disscus about different kinds of recreation, which every dveller can do in public spaces of our panel districts, than about regeneration of publick spaces and types of living spaces, which exist in panel districts. The important element of this task was evaluate contemporary conditions of publick spaces in Slovak nanel districkts, if it possible to use them and what is their activity range, because natural givennes of panel districts markedly enfluent oportunities and ways how to regenerate spaces for recreation. I made two evaluations, which are aimed at of panel districts recreation atraction for dwellers. The second evaluation searched public spaces of panel districts in detail, their conditions and use range of dwellers. On base of these evaluations I created four recreation potential categhories of panels districts and we tried to find the infuence of this recreation potential to creating of public spaces. On the base of our results from choosed panel districts we found out, that panel districts, which care about their natural givennes are more often used by dwellers, than panel districts which created new artificial public spaces. Based on this results I confirmed my hypothesis. Use of this task is in many ways, in theoretical way as base for next searching of panel districts regeneration. In practical way it can be used as regeneration tool

This part results in a description of the images and sensations during the classical ballet training.

Abstract:
The work contains a brief overview of some modern unmanned aerial systems and later their capabilities of integration into controlled airspace in Europe. It discusses the current legislation dealing with different areas of integration of UAS and the update and developing process of legislation. Another section deals with the exploration of the possibilities of using unmanned aircraft in the commercial sector and their impact on the existing air transportation. The last section is devoted to the technical aspects associated with the integration of UAS into controlled areas. It describes the current systems of the CNS and their possible development in conjunction with UAVs and also a significant part of the work is devoted to the technology of the S&A (Sense and Avoid). During the entire work is gradually evaluate the current situation of the operation of UAS and are designed and recommended necessary changes that will need to be perform to their successful integration into the controlled airspace.

Abstract:
The thesis discusses the transformation of southern European countries, Italy and Spain, from traditionally countries of emigration into countries of immigration. It starts from historical migration flows which result in so-called Mediterranean model of immigration characteristic for the region in the last two decades. The paper analyses the composition of immigrants in both countries, focusing on the ethnic composition, the motives of residence and employment status compared with overall employment in the EU context. Since the south European countries concerned are significantly affected by inflows of migrants by sea in recent years, the thesis also focuses on problematic areas of the Mediterranean, detention centers and cooperation with source countries. The main aim of this work is to analyze how these two countries handle the phenomenon of immigration and what recourse did they choose in creating their own immigration policies towards both legal and illegal immigration. The second objective is then to bring some comparison of the two countries in the approaches to integration of immigrants.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to draw attention to possibilities of presentation of arts in the public space and its benefit for Arts and cultural organisations marketing. The thesis concentrates on the area of Statutory city of Brno and provides both evaluation of benefits of selected implemented events and results of my own marketing research. In the introductory part of the thesis, there are some important theoretical expresions and contexts explained. Furtheremore, there are described possibilities of elimination of barriers of both the access and approach of the public to arts through their presentation in the public space. An important part of the thesis deals with presentation of arts in the space of shopping centre Galerie Vaňkovka Brno and provides particular examples which demonstrate benefits of cooperation of a shopping centre with individual artists or cultural institutions. The most significant point of the thesis is the marketing research conducted among visitors to Galerie Vaňkovka. On the sample of 200 respondents I examined how the visitors to Galerie Vaňkovka perceive presentation of arts in the space of shopping centre. The conclusion which I reached is that presentation of arts in such spaces can support significantly the marketing of arts and cultural institutions.

Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to review the position of the Russian Federation in the post-Soviet area by means of the analysis of the Russian foreign policy in this region after the year 2000. The first chapter identifies the theoretical and methodological basis applied in the diploma thesis. The second chapter deals with the formulation of the Russian foreign policy after the dissolution of the USSR and its development in the 1990s. Subsequently, the third chapter contains the analysis of the Russian foreign policy in the post-Soviet area after the year 2000 based on four levels of analysis -- the international system level, the state level, the domestic influences level and the individual level. The forth chapter focuses on the analysis of the bilateral relations between Russia and post-Soviet republics on the other hand. With the aim to illustrate different approaches used in the Russian foreign policy in relation to various post-Soviet republics, the examples of Georgia and Armenia have been chosen. The last chapter provides the features of the Russian foreign policy in the post-Soviet area after the year 2008 in the light of the Foreign policy concept of the Russian Federation published in 2008.

Abstract:
The area of sport policy is in the political science a marginal issue, although the Czech public considers this as an important policy. The paper deals with the mutual relationships among sport, politics and civil society. The primary goal of this thesis is the analysis of the current sport policy and its stakeholders in the Czech Republic. The main text is divided into three chapters. The first one consists of theoretical part and deals with the theory of civil society, public policy and the issues of interest intermediation. The second chapter draws attention to the basic attributes of sport such as emergence, division and in particular the importance of sport for social relations. The last third chapter focuses mainly on the analysis of interests, priorities and goals of political parties and interest groups -- sports and physical education civil associations in the area of sports and physical activities. The end of the third chapter outlines the current problems and perspectives of sport and sport policy in the Czech Republic.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with multicriterial analysis in geographic information systems. Multricriterial decision making is applied in locality of Nový Lískovec and deals with problems connected with housing in panel block of flats located in this locality. The main aim of the thesis is use right method for multicriterial evaluation of this locality by the most important criteria for housing, graphical expression of these factors by GIS and assessment and evaluation the best variants resulting from specific values of criteria. In the thesis is subsequently addressed issue of GIS, multicriterial decision making, locality of Nový Lískovec, collection of input documents and process of spatial analysis. The thesis points out at the application GIS for estate agencies or others organizations providing housing offers and graphical displaying the best variants based on a many search-housing criteria.

Kapitola Ľubice Voľanskej Organizačná antropológia ako metóda pri výskume nehmotného kultúrneho dedičstva? sa venuje otázke, či je antropológia organizácií viac ako metóda, alebo skôr ide o využitie etnografie v rámci výskumu organizácií, ktorá zažíva boom v posledných rokoch. V organizáciách rovnako existujú skupiny, ktoré si vytvárajú vlastnú kultúru, tá je však podobná kultúram väčšieho celku, ktorého sú súčasťou (v prípade firmy súčasťou firemnej kultúry) a jej význam môže v niektorých situáciách prevažovať nad inými charakteristikami jednotlivých členov či skupín. Aplikovaný prístup sa sústredí na možné riešenia zistených problémov súvisiacich najmä s komunikáciou medzi jednotlivými skupinami. Vo svojej kapitole Voľanská rozoberá rôzne výzvy, ktoré výskum v organizáciách prináša pre bádateľov a bádateľky: okrem vzťahov medzi členmi organizácie samotnými a ich okolím ide aj o ich expertné postavenie v danej oblasti, synchrónnosť udalostí odohrávajúcich sa v organizácii na rôznych miestach a v neposlednom rade aj o vzťahy medzi výskumníkmi či výskumníčkami a ich partnermi a partnerkami vo výskume. Výziev a špecifík je, pochopiteľne, viac, napríklad aj ideologické alebo finančné záujmy organizácií súvisiace s ochranou zdrojov a konkurenciou medzi organizáciami, ktoré musia bádatelia v teréne rovnako rešpektovať. Kapitola sa navyše zamýšľa nad tým, ako výskum organizácie či inštitúcie môže prispieť k diskusii o tradičnej ľudovej kultúre či nehmotnom kultúrnom dedičstve ako predmete etnologického bádania. Chápanie toho, čo patrí a čo nepatrí do oblasti nehmotného kultúrneho dedičstva, je totiž podmienené lokálnymi tradíciami vedeckého i spoločenského nazerania na problematiku a rovnako podlieha vývoju. Svoj výskum preto Voľanská vníma ako príspevok k diskusii o charaktere nazerania na nehmotné kultúrne dedičstvo na Slovensku a k snahe rozšíriť jeho chápanie v súvislosti s moderným obsahom termínu. Vo svojej kapitole totiž, využívajúc prístupy antropológie organizácií, analyzuje Národný žrebčín v Topoľčiankach ako sociálny priestor, v ktorom po niekoľko generácií prebieha medzigeneračná transmisia chovateľských, športových i výcvikových praktík, ale i od chovu neoddeliteľných prvkov agrárnej kultúry. Sociálny priestor žrebčína ponúka zároveň možnosti výskumu verbálnych prejavov, interpretačného umenia, zvykov a rituálov či tradičného remesla.

V kapitole Adama Wiesnera Od psaní o sobě ke spolupráci. Reflexivní psaní a spolupracující přístup v terapii a (auto)etnografii sa autor zameriava na preskúmanie filozofického kontextu, ktorý sa spája s postmoderným a reflexívnym obratom v sociálnych vedách a v rámci etnografickej metodológie a esejistiky umožňuje výskumníkom a výskumníčkam využívať viacero možností, ako pracovať s ich dátami. V rámci etnograficke esejistiky teraz máme k dispozícii oveľa viac žánrov a formátov písania, než len tradičný realistický úzus (Van Maanen, 2011) prevzatý z exaktných vied. Tieto nové prístupy však zároveň v súvislosti s písaním o sebe (a iných) prinášajú etickú výzvu, týkajúcu sa otázky hraníc, otvorenosti a zraniteľnosti autora alebo autorky, aj jeho partnerov a partneriek vo výskume. Inšpirovaný skúsenosťou so spolupracujúcim prístupom a naratívnou terapiou sa A. Wiesner snaží identifikovať priesečníky, ktoré boli významné aj pre jeho etnografický terén. Ťažisko týchto spoločných línií vidí predovšetkým v postmodernom prístupe k jazyku ako k dialógu, ktorý umožňuje (spolu)vytváranie nových významov prostredníctvom slobodného kreatívno-analytického procesu, ktorý sa nesnaží o konkrétny jednotný štýl a formát. Namiesto zamerania sa na s odstupom pozorované fakty, ktorým z postmoderného hľadiska chýba plnosť ľudskej reálnej skúsenosti (ktorá je vždy istým spôsobom vtelená, zmyslová, ale zároveň neúplná, fragmentovaná a neohraničená), postmoderné prístupy k reflexívnemu písaniu v rámci spolupracujúcej evokujúcej (auto)etnografie umožňujú dať priestor dátam, ktoré nemajú jednoznačný empirický status ani jednoznačne určený cieľ. Postmoderný prístup k etnografickej esejistike zároveň umožňuje nahradiť tradičný koncept metodologickej triangulácie termínom kryštalizácia, ktorý je viac v súlade s mnohovrstevnatosťou a fragmentáciou postmoderných naratívov, nahrádzajúcich modernistickú snahu o jednotné poznanie. A. Wiesner vo svojom texte predstavuje kreatívno-analytický proces (Creative Analytical Process, CAP) uplatňovaný v rámci reflexívneho písania a evokujúcu autoetnografiu ako príklad vhodných postmoderných prístupov pre využitie tzv. emocionálnych dát (St. Pierre, 1997), ktorým sa prevládajúci realistický štýl v sociálnych vedách snaží úplne vyhnúť. Vďaka silnému kreatívnemu aspektu v postmodernom prístupe k písaniu možno často identifikovať jeho tzv. Terapeutický presah, ktorý sa dotýka nielen samotného autora alebo autorky, ale aj jeho čitateľov a čitateliek a to prostredníctvom princípu rezonancie (Anderson, 2001).

Abstract:
Mnoho podnikov rieši oblasť rozmiestnenia a umiestnenia výroby. Príspevok je zameraný na činnosť výrobnej spoločnosti, ktorá sa rozhodla vybudovať nové výrobné priestory. V týchto priestoroch chce zjednotiť výrobu, ktorá bola doposiaľ rozdelená na dve samostatné funkčné jednotky. Ide o strojársku spoločnosť pôsobiacu v kusovej a malosériovej výrobe. Umiestnenie strojov je preto potrebné starostlivo zvážiť a výrobu sa snažiť urobiť čo najviac plynulou, ako pre zákazky malého aj väčšieho objemu. V príspevku je spracovaný postup jednotlivých činností, ktoré budú zahŕňať realizáciu myšlienky výstavby novej výrobnej haly od jej začiatku až po zahájenie výroby. V stručnosti popisuje aj prostriedky ktoré boli využité pri projektovaní tejto haly.

Abstract:
Universities are playing an increasingly important role in fulfilling the so-called their third role in the social and economic development of the regions. One of the manifestations is the patent activity of universities, which is also connected with the so-called the second function of universities - with research. The paper presents a different patent activity of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe compared to other EU countries (EU15). The aim of this paper is to identify differences in the overall patent activity of NUTS 2 countries and regions, mainly in the number of entities - patent applicants. We use a simple descriptive analysis of patent data from the combined patent database REGPAT and the database on universities ETER, while the results are also documented by map output, graphs and a table. The analysis shows that the main difference is a larger number of so-called single patent applicants in case of the EU13 countries, which in addition to the low number of patents means another disadvantage in the very limited dissemination of knowledge from one institution to another and further limits the economic development of the regions.
