Abstract:
Human health is one of the most important concerns for the governments around the world. Global organizations such as WHO (World Health Organization) and PATH (Program for Appropriate Technology in Health) have considerable interest in organizing vaccination programs and its cold chain delivery. The problem predominantly persists in Lower-middle income countries like India where due to inadequate infrastructure and lack of consistent Power supply, significant losses occur in the cold chain. Improvements are required to prevent the loss of costly and precious vaccines during the cold chain. Ind

Abstract Emerging 3D printing technologies are enabling the design and fabrication of novel architected structures with advantageous mechanical responses. Designing complex structures, such as lattices, with a targeted response is challenging because build materials, fabrication process, and topological design have unique influences on the structure’s mechanical response. Changing any factor may have unanticipated consequences, even for simpler lattice structures. Here, we conduct mechanical compression experiments to investigate varied lattice design, fabrication, and material combinations us

Comfort in wearing and anatomical accuracy of the electrodes head cap play an important role in the organization of brain-computer human-machine interfaces based on electroencephalography. This paper proposes a technological chain and corresponding software tools for a complete cycle of dry electrodes head cap manufacturing for a particular person. The pipeline includes 3D scanning of the head, interactive editing of the electrodes' placement scheme, and automatic generation of a collapsible head cap model optimized for 3D printing. The performance of the pipeline has been validated in practic

The article analyzes the sources of periodicals of the early XX century. on the organization of art exhibitions in the cities of the Irkutsk province. Newspapers told readers about unique events, familiarized residents with the paintings of domestic and foreign artists, the artistic life of the region. The study examines the main stages of exhibitions, identifies problems and results of events. The work proved that the sources of periodicals show how the idea of urban residents about the exhibitions taking place, value guidelines in art was formed.

Abstract:
In the past years, additive manufacturing (AM), also known as “3D printing,” has transitioned from rapid prototyping to making parts with potentially long service lives. Now AM provides the ability to have an almost fully digital chain from part design through manufacture and service. Web searches will reveal many statements that AM can help an organization in its pursuit of a “digital thread.” Equally, it is often stated that a digital thread may bring great benefits in improving designs, processes, materials, operations, and the ability to predict failure in a way that maximizes safety and m
