Abstract:
Pracovní migrace z Ukrajiny do České republiky probíhá již patnáct let. Během tohoto období si Ukrajinci vypracovali několik strategií, které jim umožňují přístup na český pracovní trh. Jednou z těchto strategií je participace na organizovaném systému zvaném "klientelismus", která mezi ostatními zaujímá dominantní úlohu. Klientelistický systém lze v termínech moci a výdělku rozdělit do tří stádií. Na vrcholu pomyslné pyramidy stojí skupiny organizovaného zločinu, na spodku ukrajinští dělníci. Mezi nimi se nachází třetí skupina: takzvaní klienti. Jejich hlavní aktivita spočívá ve zprostředkován

Jak se videoherní trh pomalu sytí, uchylují se vydavatelé k používání nových metod zpoplatnění svých produktů, které mají vést ke zvýšení zisku z jednotlivých her. Cílem tohoto článku je popsat jednu z těchto praktik, tzv. lootboxy, a poukázat na hlavní problémy, které působí v kontextu českého právního řádu i praktického dopadu. Článek rovněž provede komparaci přístupu jiných států k otázce lootboxů a předloží možná řešení situace.

Současnou podobu metody lze jen obtížně hodnotit. Důvodem je skutečnost, že chybí informace pro posouzení naprosté většiny klíčových charakteristik psychodiagnostické metody. Nedozvíme se nic o validitě, o stabilitě měření v čase, o standardizačním vzorku. Uvedené míry reliability ve smyslu vnitřní konzistence pak nedosahují dostatečně uspokojivých hodnot pro individuální diagnostické účely. Metoda tedy nemůže být použita jako standardizovaný psychodiagnotický nástroj. V současném stavu je jediné myslitelné využití to pro výzkumné účely. The final thesis Analysis of a marketing approach of selected e-shops providing food on the Czech market aims to examine and evaluate the quality of customer service provided by selected food e-shops. The quality is assessed and measured by specific mystery market research methods. After execution of the e-mail communication with each customer center, the purchase of certain goods on these e-shops was realized. Finally, the thesis evaluates the results of the research, gives the providers advice on acquiring new customers and suggests options for elimination of potential deficiencies.
