The main purpose of the article is to consider the strategy of development of the corporate sector in the broad historical context of the process of global capital accumulation. The methodological basis of research is a non-equilibrium approach to the analysis of the economy. The result of research is the theoretical model of a new economic mechanism for the development of the corporate sector. The lack of financial resources in public health organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic requires the involvement of private sources of funding. Private sector involvement can take place in the construction and operation of hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other health facilities. A prerequisite for public-private partnership is the joint financing of projects. At the same time, possible risks are shared between project participants. One of the risks is the risk associated with the unpredictability of demand for services. The emergence of partnerships that provide high-quality medical servic

Using data on balance sheets of both financial and nonfinancial sectors of the economy, we use a “demand system” approach to study how lender composition and willingness to provide credit affect the relationship between credit expansions and real activity. A key advantage of jointly modeling the demand for and supply of credit is the ability to evaluate equilibrium elasticities of credit quantities with respect to variables of interest. We document that the sectoral composition of lenders financing a credit expansion is a key determinant for subsequent real activity and crisis probability. We

To enhance private sector development and increase the impact of Private Sector Development (PSD) Strategy Projects, there is a need for a comprehensive program that will link business climate reforms to cluster development initiatives and to improvements at the firm level. To develop such an action plan, governments and the private sector need to agree on a medium-run agenda to improve competitiveness (PSDs), while prioritizing strategic investments, policy reforms, institutions, instruments and initiatives to boost the private sector. In the past two decades, as public sector finance has proven insufficient to meet global development needs, private finance mobilization (PFM) has emerged as a key approach for development financing in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Recognizing that relying only on profits, additional capital contributions, and grant resources from the donor community or public sector entities is insufficient to fund the growing development needs; multilateral development banks (MDBs) have looked at PFM as one of the ways to increase available development financing. The evaluation comes at a unique time for IDBG given the recent merge-out of private sector operations into the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC). The change in strategic focus of the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF), which used to have a PPP focus area, may also create new opportunities and challenges in terms of skills, organization, and coordination among different parts of the IDBG.

One finding that emerges from those studies is that governments could not make policy in isolation and needed private sector involvement at every phase of the policy process. It is also found that the private sector generally collaborated in the design and implementation of PDPs without attempting to mani
