Abstract:
In this article, the meanings of the category of types of Russian verbs are analyzed comparatively through the Italian language tense category in order to determine the problem of the expression Russian category of types semantics in the corresponding linguacultural sphere. The results show that the perception of the main meanings of Russian verbs coincides with the category of time in Italian. However, there are differences in the perception of the meanings of «fact» and «result» and the present tense (Presente) is not used in the meaning of «process of action».
