Abstract:
For resource-constrained project scheduling problems, with aircraft assembly as its background, we established its mathematics model as constraint satisfaction problem. An improved critical path scheduling algorithm is proposed, considering the constraints of precedence relations, resource constraints and space constraints, through the two stages of planning, reaching for aircraft assembly task scheduling optimization objectives. Through the given numerical example results show that, when the objective consists in minimizing the project duration, the algorithm has better performance.

Abstract:
The current investigation primarily delves into the challenges faced by sericulture growers in mulberry and cocoon production. Sericulture, a highly competitive and capital-intensive enterprise, is prevalent across rural and semi-urban areas in India. This industry not only contributes to household income but also generates employment opportunities for entire families, with women actively participating in various facets of sericulture activities. A multistage sampling design was employed to select districts, tehsils, villages, and sericulture growers for the study. Specifically, Beed, Parbhani

This work maximizes oil production from a network of gas lift wells and determines the optimal amount of lift gas with PIPESIM network optimizer. PIPESIM was used to build a couple wellbore-flowline model and its network optimizer was utilized to maximize oil production from a network of gas lifted wells. Two wells were created (Well A and B) and connected to their respective flow lines to a manifold and from the manifold to the central processing facility (CPF) represented by a sink node. A comparison of the oil production rate from Well B with and without constraint on water production rate

Poultry farming is integral part of agriculture in Nepal. The objective of this research was to analyze the prevailing production constraints, characterization of poultry farming and its economic analysis using questionnaire-based survey and on-site investigation. 180 farms were selected from 3 major districts. Garrett’s ranking technique was used to analyze the constraints. Highly significant difference (P<0.01) in size of poultry farm was found. We found significant difference in feeding, housing and drinking system for the chicken. Un-organized chicken marketing channel was observed in t

Abstract:
Although many project portfolio management tools have been developed, little has been found capable of evaluating and managing project quality, cost, and schedule simultaneously. Limited cross-project references also limit lessons learned in the context of triple constraints. This study aims to embed quality check into the earned value management (EVM) method and develop an extended tool for triple constraint management based on EVM. The purpose is to evaluate and manage the triple constraints of a project in one go, incorporating quality management and portfolio management functions into cost
