Full textDuring the development of this document, sources have been identified that conclude that the woman's intimate area is subject to alterations that could affect her health. To avoid this, the use of cotton is recommended, especially if it is the use of daily protectors, since the best known do not have this material. For this reason, some Lima women, aged 18 to 45, have perceived the use of daily protectors as essential; however, it has produced side effects. Given this, Healthy Woman emerges, dedicated to the manufacture and sale of eco-friendly intimate protectors, which will not generate adverse effects because they are made of 100% pima cotton and may be requested by social networks and in person. Additionally, it is expected a positioning and recognition of the brand, before an operating market of 13 thousand women. The acceptance of the presented product could be validated with acceptance of 58% and 56.31% in two different tests. The work team has experience in administrative, accounting, marketing, etc. in addition to a network of contacts that can help to recommend the project so that it can stand firm against its competitors. An investment of S/ 42 thousand soles will be required, whose 20% will be financed by third parties; In addition, a projected FCNI that would be the equivalent of a NPV of almost S/ 1.5 million soles, with a COK of 10.65% and an IRR of 283.05%. Full textNowadays, women's personal care with the use of natural products is a great trend, which generates a growing interest in their purchase. However, even though there are currently many businesses that offer this type of products, some of them emerged from the economic situation and others have been affected by it, it is difficult to locate them to make purchases in an easy and simple way. This is due to the low reach that most of the ventures have both on Facebook and Instagram, which generates that the user buys other types of products when not being able to find them in a fast and practical way. Through this work, we seek to develop a business plan to solve the problem and consider the feasibility that this would have. It includes the development of a multi-brand website that serves as a sales channel for the various enterprises that join and that in turn will provide them with greater exposure and professionalism to their business in the face of the consumer. Therefore, first, several feasibility studies of the project had to be carried out, for which several interviews and surveys to the target public, as well as to experts in the business area, were used. Likewise, this document validates the importance and necessity of each element that makes up the organization in a certain way. By this we refer to our key partners, key resources, communication channels and other elements. Finally, campaigns were carried out with advertising on social networks that allowed us to generate greater interaction and a considerable number of sales on the website.

Full textThe following project, an eco-friendly bag made mainly for women, was made based on the inquiry made in Modern and South Metropolitan Lima to the SES A / B and C. This evidence that most women look for a product that simplifies the unforeseen during your daily and unexpected purchases. But all coincide in the difficulty to carry everywhere a bag that allows them to move their products. Likewise, it was evidenced that women make more purchases than men, and mainly go to minimarkets, warehouses or supermarkets. In addition, they are no stranger to the global trend of caring for the environment, opting more frequently for organic products. Therefore, due to their high demand for daily purchases they acquire more eco-friendly bags, but mostly forget these bags. In the face of trouble, the low supply and high cost of these bags acquire a plastic bag from the shopping center, paying the amount established by the new Law of Plastics. To carry out the project, an intensive analysis of the industry and its various factors was made. Likewise, strategic plans were established for each area, which validate the viability of the project. Thus, after investing S /. 64,699 initially, the first year will be obtained S /. 30,262 useful, the second S /. 35,335.39, and the third S /. 42,206.32. Full textThe present business project has an economic-environmental purpose on the production and marketing of eco-friendly packaging, consisting mainly of sugarcane bagasse, for the transfer of food in different food establishments for sector A and B in metropolitan Lima, in which we have determined a specific segment. From the information obtained, it was obtained that 87% of the respondents that has an establishment are willing to lessen the environmental impact of the waste of disposable plastic containers that the restaurants deliver. Currently, grilled chicken, chifa, fast food and coffee establishments; They use disposable containers based on expanded polystyrene (EPS) called Tecnopor, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) without presenting an eco-friendly option for consumer. On the other hand, there are political efforts such as the proposed and approval of Supreme Decree (D.S.) 013-2018-MINAM, which seek a progressive reduction of single-use plastic and responsible consumption by users; however, there are still no policies of national interest that develop changes in consumer habits to promote environmental care. Thanks to the in-depth analysis and study of all matters directly related to the business proposal, we have been able to establish that this proposal is viable both from a financial and commercial perspective.

Full textIn this Thesis assesses the feasibility and feasibility of the introduction of a new product Eco-friendly Multi-purpose Disinfectant Cleaner. According to the Global Study on Household Cleaning in Peru, the frequency with which Peruvians clean their homes is mostly daily; followed by weekly and in smaller quantity with a monthly frequency. Both men and women share responsibility in cleaning the home and more than half of the households in the upper middle segment make purchases in supermarkets. These users use specialized products for cleaning and disinfection that are not Eco friendly and based on our study, we have found that if they want to acquire it. To validate the business idea, a quantitative survey was carried out, the primary source was made up of 269 surveys that, according to the analysis of the results, we can conclude that the development of Green Spartan is viable, since the value proposition is attractive to the target audience in addition, the manufacturing price of the product allows us to have a profit margin over the sales price indicated by our target audience. As a value proposition, our ecological disinfectant cleaner is the only one in the market capable of cleaning and disinfecting in one step. It is biodegradable, safe for the family and the planet. In addition, it is made with components that do not generate polluting waste. As rational benefits, users experience that their cleaning needs can be met with an efficient ecological disinfectant cleaner and at the same time they are sure that it does not harm their family and the environment. As emotional benefits users perceive a sense of well-being and social commitment to the planet, they are aware that using a product that cleans and disinfects without causing harm positively contributes to the world and your home. In the financial analysis we see that, based on our sales projection, calculated to achieve a coverage of 10% of the target market, we see that having the installed capacity and not having the need for leverage, we achieve an TIR of 84%, When the company's COK is 10.8%, in the same way in the pessimistic scenario we can see that the TIR is higher than the COK, the VPN of the product launch with the 10% market is S /. 2,839,805.84, its launch is quite attractive for Spartan Chemical.

"Sorbetes de Tallo de Trigo Biodegradables: Allihuasi." Bachelor's thesis, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), 2019. http://hdl.handle.net/10757/651867.
Full textThe present project developed during the 2019-2 cycle is called AlliHuasi, a company that offers organic and biodegradable sorbets to companies in the food and beverage sector for human consumption. The business idea arises from the consequences of excessive use of plastic and with the entry into force of Law No. 30884, which progressively seeks that people and companies stop using and marketing single-use plastic products. On the other hand, for the realization of the project were identified factors such as customer preferences for the use of organic products and the increased use of biodegradable products. AlliHuasi has an alliance with wheat producers, in which both parties have benefits. On the one hand, suppliers have income from the sale of a raw material that they do not use and, on the other, the company generates profits by marketing wheat sorbets. Besides, the company also attended the bar segment in the Miraflores and Barranco districts, because they are willing to pay a higher price for quality organic products than the restaurant or stores that sell juices segment. The conclusion of the project is that the business can expand to other sectors such as fast food restaurants, movie chains and any other business that requires the use of sorbets for its activities. However, this will occur in the long term, when the law completely prohibits the use, commercialization and manufacture of plastic sorbets.

On the one hand, we identify that traditional toothpastes contain supplies that are harmful to human health, since they cause problems such as irritations, bone conditions, cancer, among others. Likewise, consumers are not informed of these evils. On the other hand, traditional toothpastes are causing environmental pollution, since they are produced with microplastics that work as agents to remove tooth dirt and are contained in plastic containers. Full textThis project introduces a business idea called “Veggie Factory,” a company that offers consumers an innovative nutritious alternative, especially for people interested in maintaining a healthy diet. Our products are prepared with natural ingredients of high nutritional value that help strengthen the immune system. Furthermore, this initiative involves an eco-friendly proposal with the purpose of raising awareness among consumers by taking care of the environment. In order to identify the target population, the eating habits of the inhabitants of the Lima metropolitan area in the last 5 years were explored in depth. Similarly, changes within the consumer industry were assessed in relation to the estimations, projections, and constraints that resulted from the global health crisis. In addition, current shoppers are most likely to seek healthier options that complement their eating habits without leaving aside taste and calorie balance principles. What is more, the fact that the restaurant business model has been transformed into a service essentially based on delivery, in which consumers demand compliance with health protocols, was taken into account. Given all the above, a varied menu has been designed for consumers to enjoy the products in the comfort of their own home, without exposing themselves in a commercial premise or while picking up their orders. Veggie Factory is aimed at men and women aged 18 to 35 years, who belong to the A and B socioeconomic groups. They live in zones 6 and 7 of the Lima metropolitan area. It should be noted that these consumers tend to be concerned with taking care of their health, improving their eating habits, and protecting the environment. Finally, the development of different strategies was taken into consideration in order to reach the goals of this project. Full textBioDent was created due to the lack of eco-friendly products in the oral care industry, offering a natural and organic alternative that guarantees the effectiveness of a conventional toothpaste, since it has fluoride and charcoal, components that take care of the enamel and structure of the teeth, in addition to preventing cavities. As a company that cares for environmental sustainability, Biodent uses biodegradable packaging and materials in its products, such as glass and bamboo. Likewise, the initiative is created to instill in future customers the love for nature and the environment that surrounds them through the incorporation of a fast-growing mint seed in the bamboo toothbrush that can be planted whenever desired. It is necessary that Peruvian society becomes aware of the large amount of plastic consumed every day in most of the products they use, including beauty and personal care products, since this will help to achieve a real change where environmental sustainability is above all.

Full textIn recent years, society has been more responsible, especially with regard to pollution. Today you can see various campaigns to encourage others to be part of the change. All of this generated significant growth in the market for eco-friendly and organic products. Likewise, it is known that cleaning products in addition to having plastic containers, which contribute to pollution, have high levels of chemicals in their components which damage the skin. The objective of this work is to analyze the feasibility of developing and selling a liquid dishwasher made from 100% natural inputs. The project will allow those responsible for pollution and skin care to have the opportunity to find an option to their liking in the market. In order to achieve the objective, a series of steps were carried out where the business model began to be devised. After that, we proceeded with the development of this idea taking into account the main problem of the project. In order to validate the business model, various experiments were carried out as well as a sales projection and a strategy design. Likewise, after carrying out each step previously mentioned, different plans were drawn up for each fundamental area of the company such as Operations, Human Resources, Finance, among others. Finally, each result obtained was analyzed and conclusions were drawn that will help us measure the result of the business to be implemented.

Full textCurrently the country has been increasing the consumption of personal care and hygiene products, this is due to economic growth, the increase in the income of the population over the years and that people are looking for more information about what products they should consume according to trends. Did you know that in a single day a woman can consume up to 12 cleaning products with approximately 100 ingredients that are harmful to health and the environment? Every year 120 billion units of cosmetic and personal cleansing packaging are produced, and most are for one-time use. That is why, many international brands have entered the country in the market and new brands have been created at a national level. Many of these brands that are on the market have specialized for different types of specific segments, with specific characteristics such as that their products are made with inputs that take care of both their physical and environmental well-being. Full textNowadays, the number of people who use bicycles for their daily urban commutes have increased. Affected by the caused pandemic, the existing traffic and the increase in car accidents, many Lima residents have chosen to consider bicycles as their main means of transportation. However, this health crisis has created a space for reflection and greater environmental awareness. Industrial development, the increase in polluting substances, the excessive use of plastic and water pollution have contributed to environmental degeneration. However, man has discovered substitute materials capable of reducing environmental impact such as bamboo, which is a very resistant and quality material. This plant is used mostly in construction activities and by craftsmen. In this sense, BambuFit was born, whose main objective is to contribute to the environment through more sustainable products and to give consumers the opportunity to improve their lifestyle to a healthier one. BambuFit offers the solution by developing a bicycle with a bamboo frame, resistant and more ecological than a common bicycle. The main objective of the following research work is to argue the viability of the BambuFit project, and to demonstrate through an analysis of financial projections, sales projections, and financial indicators whether the project should be executed.
