Background: Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) is a very useful technique for morphological diagnosis of any tumors. It is useful in children as the chance of complication is very rare. Moreover, it is rapid, cost effective, and outpatient procedure. No anesthesia is required for this. Diagnosis can be available readily and suitable for giving preoperative chemotherapy. So FNAC plays important role in pediatric kidney tumor where neo adjuvant chemotherapy given before surgery. Guided FNAC is more reliable method than unguided FNAC. Dyspepsia, characterized by epigastric discomfort, postprandial fullness, and early satiety, is a common disorder affecting a significant proportion of the population worldwide. Its management hinges on appropriately distinguishing functional from organic causes—where structural lesions or malignancies may be involved. Endoscopy serves as a crucial diagnostic tool, but its utilization should be guided by patient age and the presence of alarm features to ensure optimal benefit and avoid unnecessary risks. This review discusses current evidence regarding indications, diagnostic yield, and potent

Abstract:
The ability of irradiated 55 mm diameter tryptone soya agar contact plates to recover naturally occurring surface microbial contamination, using three different manual sampling procedures, was investigated. The investigation was completed by sampling hard surfaces contaminated with microbe-carrying particles (MCPs) dispersed from a person within heavily populated environments. This is more representative of the contamination that is found within cleanrooms and avoids issues resulting from the utilisation of standard commercial test organisms to distribute unicellular microbes onto surfaces, wh

Introduction With a deluge of mouthwatering pre-publicity, the opening of The Spotted Pig, the USA’s first self-identified British-styled gastropub, in Manhattan in February 2004 was much anticipated. The late Australian chef, food writer and restauranteur Mietta O’Donnell has noted how “taking over a building or business which has a long established reputation can be a mixed blessing” because of the way that memories “can enrich the experience of being in a place or they can just make people nostalgic”. In light of an ongoing debate over the authorship of the Redfern address (was it then Prime Minister Paul Keating or his speechwriter, Don Watson, who was responsible for this historic piece?), the authors of this article consider notions of ownership, authorship, and acknowledgement as they relate to the crafting, delivery, and reception of historical political speeches. There is focus, too, on the often-remarkable partnership that evolves between speechwriters and those who deliver the work. We argue that by drawing on the expertise of an artist or—in the case of the article at hand—speechwr
