Abstract:
Increasing the investment activity of enterprises requires improving the use of their existing opportunities to financially ensure the implementation of planned investment programs. The article is aimed at improving the theoretical bases for substantiating the structure of sources of financing the investment programs of enterprises in the process of developing their financial and investment strategies. The main tasks that should be solved in the development of a substantiated strategy for financing the investment program of enterprise are determined. A substantiation sequence of the structure of sources of financing of this program is proposed. At this, the sequence involves taking into account restrictions on the amount of borrowed financing of investment projects, which makes possible to maintain an adequate level of financial stability of economic entities. A methodology of surveying the owners of an enterprise about the share of their profit that they will agree to invest in the development of their enterprise upon the condition of a certain profitability of such investment, is presented. A mechanism for recalculation of shares of the owners of enterprise in its share capital after the implementation of the planned investment program is elaborated. Prospect for further research in this direction is to increase the number of types of sources of financing that are taken into consideration in the development of a substantiation sequence of the structure of sources of financing of the investment program of enterprise. In particular, it is necessary to evaluate the possibilities of using the attracted sources of financing of investment programs, that is, contributions of third parties to the share capital of enterprises.

ABSTRACT: This study explains the program's performance to increase the empowerment of economic institutions of rural communities by the Community and Village Empowerment Office in Sumedang Regency through the village-owned enterprise's development program. This program aims to aid villages and village governments in establishing and enhancing village-owned enterprises. However, this program is different than expected. Because many village-owned enterprises still do not work, people do not know about the benefits of village-owned enterprises. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology and the performance program guidance theory to evaluate program performance based on input, process, output, and outcome indicators. According to the study's findings, the program has not performed optimally. Since several indicators have not been met, in the input indicator, the resources owned do not support program activities. Regarding process indicators, village-owned enterprise managers must improve their skills. Indicators of output reveal that village-owned enterprises could not develop village potential and locate suitable business units. Moreover, the community in the outcome indicators has not experienced the benefits due to a lack of ownership. Without considering the community's needs, the village council established village-owned enterprises to comply with the rules.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of creating a sustainable development program in the presence of financial risks in the enterprise. Different concepts of scientists are analyzed in relation to the following terms: "risk", "financial risk" and "sustainable development of the enterprise". The relevance of the implementation of sustainable development programs by enterprises is determined, and the implementation of sustainable development programs at enterprises allows to gain additional advantages in management and to react quickly to changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise. The indicators of the economic, social and environmental spheres of the enterprise are considered, which allow us to assess the state of the organization in terms of sustainability, and the calculation of the indicators indicated in the article allows us to find the disparities in the management of sustainable development of the enterprise and to see in which spheres, economic, social or environmental, is more active work to achieve sustainability. The main components of sustainable development of the enterprise and the impact of financial risks on it are considered. The market of breakfast cereals in Ukraine is analyzed, it can be stated that today the market is at a fairly high level of demand, which allows the company to operate successfully and the level of financial condition of the researched enterprise PJSC "Lantmann Aksa". It is determined that to develop a strategy to improve sustainable development, you must first assess the financial condition of the enterprise, using SWOT analysis, calculation of financial performance, for which the following analyses have been developed: horizontal, vertical, comparative and financial ratios, profitability and level bankruptcy. The impact of all the financial indicators and the presence of financial risks are analyzed, it is the sustainable development program that directly depends on these indicators, they help to accumulate free funds for its development, so the concepts of financial development and sustainable development are directly proportional. Measures to reduce financial risks have been proposed, and a new program for the sustainable development of PJSC Lantmann Aksa has been created, which will allow the company to move to a new level.

Abstract:
When entering the integrated structure of a subsidiary, it is obliged to comply with the established regulations for building the process of innovative development established in this structure. In the considered real subsidiary, innovative development should be developed in accordance with the following documents: an innovative development program for 5 years, a medium-term innovative development program for 3 years, a diversification strategy for 5 years and a business development strategy for 5 years. The main goal of the innovative development of any enterprise should be to ensure high competitive advantages of the enterprise by purposefully adapting internal resources to new areas of activity and introducing new technological developments, building an infrastructure for the development and production of new innovative products and services. The management system for the implementation of the process of innovative development at the enterprise provides for planning in innovative development programs activities for R&D both for civilian and defense products, and strategies provide methods and ways of their implementation. One of the main issues in the process of forming the innovative development of an enterprise is the formation of an innovative infrastructure, which is a complex of interrelated structures, resources and means that serve and ensure the introduction of innovations and the implementation of innovative processes. One of the most important problems that currently have to be solved by enterprises implementing innovative processes is the staffing of this process. It makes no sense to count on success in the innovative development of an enterprise if it does not have experienced managers and a sufficient number of specialists with the necessary knowledge and intellectual capital. Thus, carrying out innovative transformations at an enterprise is a rather risky business and therefore such an enterprise needs managers who are able to clearly understand the inevitability of an innovative path of development and the willingness to implement it.

Abstract:
The extraction of natural resources in the mining regions causes environmental pollution, changes the landscape, and reduces biodiversity, and leads to conflicts between the local population and the mining enterprises. The paper aims to design a methodological tool for eliminating social tensions in the mining regions during field development and exploitation. The goal can be achieved by creating compensation projects that take into account the priorities assessed by the stakeholders: the population, the regional authorities and the mining enterprise. As the compensation projects strive to solve social and environmental problems in the mining regions, they include the direct financial compensation to the population, development of traditional enterprisers, reduction of environmental pollution, infrastructure development, etc. We focused on two logically connected tasks: 1) assessing the significance of compensation projects and funding by the regional budget and the mining enterprise; 2) determining the sequencing of the considered projects. For solving the first task, we proposed a method of the multi-criteria significance assessment of program projects from the perspective of the population, the regional authorities and the mining enterprise, based on a specific unified rating scale. This method uses a technique that cuts off options with low interest in the projects. Thus, it allows assessing the significance of the program projects, as well as calculating the shares of funding by the mining enterprise and the regional budget. For solving the second task, we applied the economic and mathematical model and the heuristic method, determining which projects should be implemented first. The experimental calculations showed that the developed compensation programs comply with the preferences of the stakeholders. The application of the developed approach can contribute to the balanced socio-economic development of the mining regions in conditions of intensive field development and exploitation.

Abstract:
Based on the urgent need of the real economy to “get away from fictitious to substantial”, this paper constructs a quasi-natural experiment based on the margin trading program gradually implemented in China in 2010 and studies the influence of the margin trading program on the financialization level of the target company by using the difference-in-difference method. The results show that, because of the dominant role of financing transactions in margin trading programs in China’s capital market, financing transactions drive up the share prices of listed companies, which leads to an excessive easing of the financing constraints of listed companies and short-sighted behavior of executives, which has a significant role in promoting enterprise financialization. Moreover, the driving effect is more significant in state-owned enterprises, enterprises with a high degree of financing constraint, and enterprises with a low degree of marketization. Economic policy uncertainty will restrain the positive effect of margin trading programs on enterprise financialization through information and governance mechanisms. In contrast, the “branding” effect caused by the financial connection of senior executives will intensify the positive relationship between margin trading programs on enterprise financialization levels. When considering the intermediary effect, we find that the margin trading program will result in the optimistic deviation of analysts’ earnings forecasts and cause the external profit pressure of enterprises, thus increasing the financialization trend. This study is of great theoretical significance and practical value for evaluating the policy effect of the margin trading program, improving this policy, investigating the influencing factors of enterprise financialization, and promoting the real economy to move from fictitious to substantial.

Abstract:
This study aims to design a sustainable and comprehensive economic enterprise development program for communities in Cabanatuan City through an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach. The concept consists of two phases: capacity building and company development. Community capacity building focuses on enabling all community members to acquire the skills and competencies they need to take more responsibility for their own lives and contribute to inclusive local development. The key components of the capacity development phase are community planning, community organization, community need assessment, gap analysis, project programming, project execution, project monitoring, and evaluation. Community planning involves choosing the most viable community business ventures based on six economic factors: market, capital, raw materials, service providers, support infrastructure, and appropriate technology. Enterprise development is a low-cost, straightforward training strategy for aiding entrepreneurs and microbusiness owners with business planning and expansion. This component is further subdivided into enterprise growth, local government assistance, developing industry connections, enterprise marketing and promotion, enterprise performance monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment. Acquiring economic aptitude is essential for the survival of Cabanatuan City's citizens and provides them with a sense of self-worth and communal pride.

It is a tool for enterprise creation and development implemented through a program named MEDEP by Ministry of Industry. Field survey of micro-entrepreneurs of Banepa and Chaurideurali has been conducted to collect their opinion on the benefits realized through MED model for their enterprise performance growth. Descriptive research design is used to describe the benefits entrepreneurs have realized from the model. Both the results from descriptive and inferential data analysis have proved the positive utility of MED model for enterprise performance growth, although the relationship between MED model and Enterprise performance growth is significantly moderated by industry types. Conclusively, the model is beneficial to start-up enterprises for growth and sustainability. Therefore, the model is useful to be replicated by other standalone skill and enterprise training providers in Nepal

Abstract:
The development of domestic enterprises is significantly affected by the constantly im-posed sanctions by Western countries, which leads to changes in logistics flows, the need to promptly search for new suppliers and markets, the comprehension of lagging behind in a number of industries due to the lack of components, spare parts, equipment, etc. Another major problem of low functioning efficiency of domestic industrial enterprises is the wear and tear and the lack of necessary equipment. Limited technological resources act as a significant constraint to the effective innovative development of enterprises. The solution to the problem can be the application of the best available technologies, covering all aspects of enterprise activity such as production, technological, economic, environmental, social and in-novative ones. This requires combining the best available technologies for the enterprise into a single interrelated set of technologies, taking into account the enterprise mission, its strategic goals, the inter-dependence of the all business process components, the presence of limitations and forecasts for over-coming them. A conceptual effective functioning model of the domestic enterprise is presented in the article based on implementation of the best available technologies through technological benchmarking, which involves the application of the program-target and system-synergetic approaches principles. The combi-nation of program-target and system-synergetic approaches to the industrial enterprise effective func-tioning allows to specify its components, which are formed in relation to a set of objectives that ensure effective functioning when calculating composite indices of all the most significant components. The implementation of the best available technologies comprehensively influences the enterprise's capabilities components, directing the enterprise to the effective functioning trajectory. Technological benchmarking makes it possible to establish the most accurate areas of limited resources application in order to achieve peak effect and allows for a systematic approach to identifying key benchmarks for en-terprise development.

Abstract:
In the process of marketing activities of the enterprise there are questions of expediency of development and implementation in their practical activity of loyalty programs which are an effective tool of communication influence on the consumer and in the long run lead to growth of indicators of efficiency of enterprise activity. Loyalty programs are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise, building a strategy of long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with actual and potential consumers of goods because of their attraction, retention and multiplication. An important issue in terms of assessing the effectiveness of the loyalty program is the formation of its financial concept, which is to forecast and assess the future costs of implementing a loyalty program and opportunities to cover them. That is why the issues of systematization of the costs of the loyalty program become relevant, taking into account all the planned activities and the marketing tools necessary for their promotion. The purpose of the article is to systematize individual items of expenditure for the development and implementation of a loyalty program in accordance with its key components. The article systematizes the main costs for the development and implementation of a loyalty program in the marketing activities of the enterprise. It is determined that the costs should be grouped into five main groups: the cost of forming a customer database; costs for a set of communications with customers; the cost of financing the tangible and intangible benefits of loyalty programs; the cost of operating the analytical core of the loyalty program; costs associated with staffing the management of the loyalty program. In each of the identified groups, specific cost items for the development and implementation of a loyalty program are identified. The introduction of the proposed systematization of the costs of the loyalty program will optimize them and maximize their effectiveness, which in the future will bring to a new level of quality management of marketing activities in general, and marketing communications in particular.

Abstract:
This study examines the role of zakat in empowering micro-enterprises in Pangkep Regency, focusing on effective management strategies to optimize its impact on economic development. The study aims to address two key questions: (1) How does Baznas Pangkep Regency, Indonesia, implement zakat management to support micro-enterprise empowerment? (2) How effective are the empowerment programs in enhancing the capacity and independence of the mustahik? This research employs a phenomenological approach using qualitative methods. The analytical framework is based on Henry Fayol's management theory and Marc A. Zimmerman's empowerment theory. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Baznas administrators and beneficiaries (mustahik), direct observation of program implementation, and document analysis of policies and activity reports from Baznas. The findings reveal that Baznas Pangkep Regency applies five management functions in zakat management: planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising. Planning is conducted through socialization and zakat fund mobilization strategies. Organizing involves implementing micro-enterprise empowerment programs through skills training and business capital distribution. Directing is done by assigning personnel according to their expertise to ensure program effectiveness. Coordination occurs through a transparent and participatory administrative system, while supervision includes internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Sharia principles and zakat fund accountability. The impact of the empowerment programs shows an increase in the income and business scale of the mustahik, contributing to their overall well-being. However, key challenges identified include the lack of continuous training and limited business mentoring. Based on Zimmerman's empowerment theory, the program has enhanced the mustahik's capacity to manage their businesses more independently. This study recommends that Baznas enhance program effectiveness by strengthening continuous training, business mentoring, and developing innovative zakat fund mobilization and distribution strategies to support the sustainability of micro-enterprise empowerment programs.

Abstract:
The need to improve the quality and reliability of electricity transmission based on the improvement of production technologies determines the relevance of solving the problem of ensuring sustainable innovative development based on the use of special tools for strategic planning of innovative development of enterprises engaged in the transmission and distribution of electricity (hereinafter referred to as power grid enterprises). At the first stage of the study, the features of innovative development of production activities of enterprises engaged in the transmission and distribution of electricity were determined based on the identification and systematization of factors. At the second stage, the methodological principles and tools for developing a strategy for innovative development of production activities of a power grid enterprise were studied. Based on the obtained results of the study of the features of innovative development of enterprises engaged in the transmission and distribution of electricity and the methodological aspects of developing a strategy for innovative development of the enterprise's production activities, tools were proposed for developing a strategy for innovative development of the production activities of the branch of PJSC Rosseti Siberia – Krasnoyarskenergo. Such tools include a system of interrelated production indicators for the formation of a strategic production development program, which allows for an assessment of the level of innovative development of power grid enterprises; an optimization model for the formation of a strategic innovative production development program, taking into account the costs of implementing innovative projects and the risks arising from the implementation and trial operation of innovative production development projects. The practical use of the proposed tools for strategic planning of a power grid enterprise – a system of production indicators of innovative development and an optimization model – is aimed at improving the quality of corporate management based on the analysis, planning and monitoring of production indicators and the formation of an effective portfolio of innovative projects that ensures the improvement of production indicators while limiting the innovative risks of strategic development of production of a power grid enterprise.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to determine the key criteria for assessing the sustainable development of transport enterprises, including economic, social and environmental aspects, as well as to develop economic indicators for a comprehensive assessing the sustainability of their development in the context of modern challenges. To achieve this goal, a number of modern general scientific methods and research techniques were used, such as: abstract and logical, including analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; generalization – to review information sources, study domestic and foreign experience; system analysis – for the purpose of a holistic perception of the research object and a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the elements within the defined problem as a whole. The paper analyzes and summarizes the existing definitions of the concept known as “sustainable development of an enterprise”, which allowed the author to clarify its meaning. Thus, “sustainable development of an enterprise” is a condition which enables an enterprise to continuously adjust the indicators (criteria) which are important for the enterprise and characterize the economic, social, environmental or other components of the enterprise's activities to a level which makes it possible to use available resources as efficiently and as long as possible without harming the natural environment and the interests of current customers. It was determined that in order to ensure sustainability and obtain the required level of profit, transport enterprises should strive for effective management of revenues and expenses. This management includes rapid diagnostics of revenue, cost and profit indicators, calculation and analysis of deviations, taking necessary corrective measures, controlling the compliance of actual revenues and expenses with planned ones, determining the expected profit and planning its use, as well as planning and forecasting revenues, calculating future expenses and justifying cost-saving and cost reduction programs. A study of the sustainable development aspects for a transport enterprise (economic, social, environmental, etc.) was carried out, which made it possible to identify a set of interrelated criteria that determine the external and internal environment. Usually, the main criteria for assessing the sustainable development of an enterprise are economic indicators that reflect the company's profitability. The analysis of the collected data allowed to form a set of economic criteria for assessing the sustainable development of a transport enterprise. The theoretical conclusions, approaches and recommendations proposed in the article can be used to create a methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the processes taking place at an enterprise. This will allow to draw reasonable conclusions about the level of achieving sustainability of the studied enterprise, identify problematic aspects and bottlenecks in its activities, and design a program to increase the level of sustainability at the enterprise.

The purpose of this article is to study the possibilities of using multi-criteria decision-making tools (MCDM), a separate method of multi-criteria analysis (MCA), to evaluate and rank a set of innovative projects that come to innovation development programs, microorganisms. To assess the relative effectiveness of the implementation of innovative projects of the enterprise using the method of the ELECTRE family, namely – ELECTRE-I. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of using ELECTRE-analysis to evaluate innovative projects within the program of innovative development of the enterprise, taking into account performance (benefit factor), time (cost factor) and resources (cost factor). The study concerned a specific machine-building enterprise to prove the possibility of implementing the ELECTRE method and obtain clear results while expanding the input analytical information in the model by including data from other enterprises of the machine-building industry of Ukraine, which will be the subject of our further research. To build a weighted normalized matrix in the framework of ELECTRE-analysis used weights obtained by interviewing managers of innovative projects of the enterprise, which suggests the presence of a certain level of subjectivity in the assessment. The article is designed to close the gaps in the lack of practical experience in using the tools of multi-criteria analysis to establish the relative effectiveness of the implementation of a set of projects in the program of innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises.

Abstract:
Russia's full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has led to significant economic, environmental and financial losses for the country. The destruction of the infrastructure of cities and towns, disruption of logistics chains between enterprises, loss of markets for finished products, lack of electricity, rising resource costs, and mass migration of skilled workers abroad have led to an economic crisis for Ukrainian enterprises, namely the loss of their financial stability, independence, competitiveness and solvency. Therefore, today's challenges require an analysis of the financial condition of enterprises, in particular financial stability, in order to identify factors that negatively affect the results of their activities and suggest ways to strengthen their competitive position, increase market share and achieve other tactical and strategic goals. Nowadays, when enterprises need to maintain their positions in the market, preserve assets, not lose solvency, and strengthen financial performance, the issue of managing their financial stability becomes a priority. The functioning of enterprises in the current difficult conditions of martial law increases the importance of the analysis of financial stability as a necessary component of the enterprise management process. The practical implementation of this direction of analysis is, first of all, identifying opportunities to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning, determining the prospects for its further development. Financial stability implies the ability of the enterprise to maintain a given mode of functioning according to the most important financial and economic indicators. It indicates its ability to effectively manage finances and fulfill its obligations to creditors and other partners. This means that the enterprise can effectively develop, invest in business development, and also repel potential financial risks. In the conditions of a military crisis, the main task of every business entity is to establish uninterrupted operation of the enterprise and ensure its sustainable economic development. An effective means of achieving this result is the implementation of an anti-crisis management mechanism in the enterprise. Therefore, we have proposed a set of measures to increase the financial stability of enterprises, which is based on: a thorough analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise, including an assessment of its assets, liabilities, income and expenses; development of a strategy to increase profitability and reduce the costs of the enterprise; implementation of an effective system of accounting and control of financial transactions; diversification of sources of financing of the enterprise to reduce risks; development of a financial planning program for the short and long term; training and education of personnel in financial literacy and effective financial management. The implementation of the proposed measures to increase the financial stability of the enterprise will reduce the risks of financial instability and ensure sustainable development. The systematic and comprehensive implementation of these measures will significantly increase the financial stability of the enterprise and ensure the stability of the enterprise's functioning in difficult war conditions.

Abstract:
The gradual demise of the command-administrative management system determines the relevance of the study of the peculiarities of the development of the methodological basis for managing the development of industrial enterprises in terms of modern management. The article highlights the features of managing the development of industrial enterprises in the context of globalization, as the adoption of the methodology of sustainable development, which is based on the principles of socially responsible activities of enterprises; increasing the weight of management of changes and constraints in the overall management system of enterprise development; increasing the role of informal tools in building a methodology for evaluating directions, as well as methods of strategic forecasting and planning of enterprise development; abandonment of management decisions in the short term in favor of long-term strategic decisions; decentralization of enterprise management and dissemination of collective decision-making methods; improving marketing management as one of the decisive factors in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, their investment attractiveness. The interpretation of the enterprise’s evolvement as a process of acquiring new qualitative, quantitative or structural properties of the socio-economic system, which involves a change in the parameters of its state and the acquisition of equilibrium, is elaborated. The system is transformed through the growth, activation or structuring of the constituent elements. The author considers relationship between the concepts of «innovation» and «development» as complex categories that need to be clearly delineated and closer defined. The factors limiting the ability of enterprises to increase production include: prices for the raw and expendable materials, cost of energy, tax pressure, lack of working capital, insufficient effective demand of domestic consumers, high competition in the commodity market. The key internal factors that affect the development of the enterprise are its existing potential, functional activity of the organization and the effectiveness of enterprise development. Innovation remains an important sign of development – necessary, but insufficient for its implementation. The key factors influencing the management of enterprise development include the mission, vision, values and policies, plan and program of enterprise development.

Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the essence and role of the program-target method in enterprise management. The paper distinguishes the interpretation of the definitions of "goal", "program", "program-target method" and "program-target approach". The views of scientists on the essence of the program-target method and its significance in enterprise management are revealed, on the basis of which the conclusion is generalized that the program-target method should be understood as a method that allows, on the basis of integral indicators, to assess the degree of achievement of planned measures in the enterprise depending on the set goal. The features of the program-target method are result indicators that are acceptable and grounds for taking corrective actions; defined deadlines for completing tasks and the amount of necessary financial resources; methods for completing tasks, developing a plan to achieve indicators and results; goals and clear tasks, for each of them, with a clear priority of implementation at the enterprise. The effectiveness of introducing the program-target method into the management system of enterprises in the energy sector is determined by: the effect of integrity, i.e. ensuring the interconnection of measures, goals and objectives; a clear focus on results, which allows for the maximum mobilization of all the reserves of the enterprise; the sensitivity of all interconnected systems, which allows enterprise managers to respond promptly to deviations during the implementation of program measures; comprehensive diagnostics of the internal and external environment; mobility in matters related to the modernization of enterprise development processes; the ability to predict possible changes in both the external and internal environment; simplification of the general procedure for approving and implementing management decisions through the use of methods of collecting and accumulating information; communication and coordination of enterprise functioning processes, which is focused on strategic goals; simplification of the system for forming both strategic goals and enterprise development objectives.

Abstract:
With the increasing global attention on environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG), it is particularly important to study the ESG performance of listed companies. Through the data analysis from 2018 to 2023, there was a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of ESG performance and enterprise value, among which the improvement of environment performance, social performance and governance performance can significantly promote the growth of enterprise value. However, when enterprises are grouped according to the level of pollution, ESG performance and social performance of enterprises in polluting industries are not significantly correlated with enterprise value, while environment performance is negatively correlated with enterprise value, and governance performance is significantly positively correlated. Enterprises in non-polluting industries show a significant positive correlation between the overall and various dimensions of ESG performance and enterprise value. Based on this, this research study proposed an enterprise value enhancement program for listed companies in the Greater Bay Area, aiming to comprehensively improve ESG performance and enhance enterprise competitiveness and market value through multi-dimensional measures.

Abstract:
The aims of conservation and economic prosperity for people living near protected areas have rapidly acquired prominence as a viable strategy for global biodiversity protection. To identify potential local enterprise improvement, we examine how rural communities adopt integrated conservation and development programs. Choice experiments are used to establish villagers’ preferences for conservation incentives. The incentive structure as well as attitudes regarding ecosystem services are being investigated. The latent class technique was used to estimate preference parameters, which resulted in two segments that accounted for villager heterogeneity. These segments were discovered through program restrictions, each with different resource usage, time spent, and compensation. Members of the more restrictive program desire a higher reward for participation in one program over another. Attitudes toward provisioning and regulating ecosystem services influence their engagement. The findings show that the younger generation is open to less restrictive programs and sharing resources to boost community enterprises. They are prepared to forego a few hours of farming in exchange for conservation actions. Programs that allow for flexibility in conservation regulations and other program features may be the most effective way to encourage more people to participate in conservation programs while also satisfying community goals.

Abstract:
The article defines that enterprises face questions of expediency of development and introduction of modern innovative methods of influence on the consumer, among which it is possible to consider loyalty programs, which are directed on building of mutually beneficial relations with target audiences. Important for the analysis of enterprise loyalty programs are performance indicators, expressed in monetary terms, because each loyalty system has a profitable and costly component. The main approaches to assessing the effectiveness of costs for the development and implementation of a loyalty program are analyzed and grouped into several groups: assessment of costs for the implementation of a loyalty program through a common system of indicators of consumer loyalty to the company or its products (transition price; share of consumer loyalty, relative loyalty, brand advantage, ЕКОНОМІКА І УПРАВЛ ІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ 56 Випуск IІ (82), 2021 division of needs, ratio assessment, residual promoter index, conversion model, complex model); determining the effectiveness of the loyalty program, taking into account changes in sales or changes in company profits; assessment of the effectiveness of investment projects (NPV, Net Present Value); index of profitability or profitability (Profitability Index, PI); payback period loyalty program (Payback Period, Pay-Back Period, PBP) internal rate of return (Internal Rate) of Return (IRR), as well as determining the cost-effectiveness of the implementation of the loyalty program on the basis of ROMI (Return of Marketing Investment). Identifies indicators that can be used to assess the cost-effectiveness of the implementation and implementation of the loyalty program. cost-effectiveness for the implementation and implementation of the loyalty program will optimize the marketing activities of the enterprise, which in the future will bring to a new level of quality management of the enterprise in general, and marketing communications in particular.

Abstract:
The algorithm of management of diversification of the enterprise which is based on unity of three main spheres of activity, namely: operational, investment and financial is offered. This combination allows to take into account the comprehensive support of diversification programs and eliminate imbalances and imbalances in the development of enterprises that may arise during the diversification of production. The analysis and generalization of theoretical preconditions of formation of programs of diversification is carried out, the review of sources in the field of management of production programs at the enterprise level, diversification of production, balanced development is carried out. The research methods are comparative analysis and synthesis, reproductive method, modeling. As an indicator of the feasibility of diversification used the excess of future return on capital of the enterprise over its value. A diversification program should be adopted when such a ratio is the maximum of the alternatives for a given development option, and should be rejected if it is not supported in different diversification options. It is revealed that diversification of production activity is one of the ways of development, which affects the investment, financial, operational spheres, leading to sustainable qualitative and quantitative changes of the enterprise. This method of development, acting as a way to reduce risks, helps to increase the financial stability of the enterprise, and hence increase its potential. The created algorithm allows to carry out management of diversification of activity of the enterprise taking into account such important components as cost of the capital and its profitability. The use of the proposed algorithm article is only one of the ways to manage diversification, which should be combined with budgeting, economic and mathematical modeling, methods of expert evaluation, the creation of simulation models and more. Today there is a need to develop indicators of the effectiveness of diversification programs, assess the feasibility of their implementation and develop models that take into account the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in different sectors of the economy.
