The trajectories and coordinates of unmanned aircrafts spatial location determination is researched with the help of kinematic projection means. The methodology offered below considers the formation of two mobile and independent kinematic projection centers raised into the air by drones. The electromagnetic radio waves emitted by them, penetrating an unknown aircraft object, form two independent projecting rays intersecting at the searched aircraft location point. In this case, the searched object spatial location instantaneous (at a certain point in time) point will be placed on an imaginary

Projection of future spatial distributions of marine populations is a central issue for ecologists and managers. The measure of projection uncertainty is particularly important, because projections can only be useful if they are given with a known and sufficiently high level of confidence. However, the pool of information contained in recent permanent sample plots is limited. Efficient estimation techniques must use all the information available from such plots. Abstract:
Situations of risk and uncertainty are characterized by dynamic and unpredictable contexts in which the group and the leader must be able to adapt to new situations, to balance the scales and to cope with their own stress reactions and this means empowering the emotional intelligence of leaders and members of the staff. In this context of risk and uncertainty, leaders are considered most effective if they act promptly and decisively without projecting their own stress on their subordinates. Our case study is based on a military operation in which participated a detachment of instructors whose

Abstract:
The paper examines how corporate social responsibility and corporate governance systems affect the wellbeing of East European countries. Corporate governance is the system of forms and methods used for a company's governance. Inspecting the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility considers the opinions of different stakeholders about the development and administration of a company's portfolio. A wide range of scientific publications define and study theoretically the issues surrounding corporate governance structure, models, control, audit system, and mana

Abstract:
The Hydrogeomorphic (HGM) approach is used for developing and applying models for the site-specific assessment of wetland functions. It was initially designed for use in the context of the Clean Water Act Section 404 Regulatory Program permit review process to analyze project alternatives, minimize impacts, assess unavoidable impacts, determine mitigation requirements, and monitor the success of compensatory mitigation. However, a variety of other potential uses have been identified, including the design of wetland restoration projects, projecting ecological outcomes, developing success criter

Abstract:
Unprecedented global turbulence in 2022 has demonstrated the need to pay increased attention to naval operations. Enhanced military capability allows naval power projection far beyond home waters. New threats and challenges are emerging from technological advances and new applications, not least the vulnerability of warships and naval facilities to cyber intrusions and cyberattacks. As states implement the programmes they need to protect and promote their interests at sea, there is also likely to be an increase in the number of close tracking incidents. How effective current risk reduction mec

Abstract:
This paper examines how booms and busts in peer-to-peer (P2P) lending in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) affect monetary policy transmission to inflation and output. Using state-dependent local projection methods, the results of the paper indicate a weaker transmission during boom phases. Stricter regulation on P2P lending since 2017 in the PRC and the substantial scaling back of P2P lending could positively impact the monetary management of the economy.

Brooks, Amy, Jenna Jambeck, and Eliana Mozo-Reyes. Plastic Waste Management and Leakage in Latin America and the Caribbean. Inter-American Development Bank, 2020. http://dx.doi.org/10.18235/0002873.

Full text
Abstract:
As of 2017, 8.3 billion metric tons of plastic had been produced worldwide. Since about 40% is used in things that are thrown away relatively quickly (packaging and single use items), 6.4 billion metric tons had already become discarded materials needing to be managed. Only 9% of these discarded materials were recycled globally. The annual estimate of plastic entering our oceans globally is 5 to 13 million metric tons (MMT) per year. Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) has an extensive populated coast, 119,000 km of coastline and over 205 million people living within 50 km of that coastline.
