Dans cette étude nous nous sommes intéressés aux bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet SI, telles qu’elles sont institutionnalisées au sein des entreprises au travers de différents types de vecteurs, à un instant donné, dans un contexte organisationnel donné (situation d’observation « post-adoption »). Cette analyse a été traitée selon une méthodologie quantitative grâce à une enquête réalisée auprès de chefs de projet SI portant sur 127 projets différents, complétée par des entretiens. Nous avons pu montrer que les pratiques institutionnalisées, au niveau du support organisationnel, se caractérisent différemment selon notamment le registre d’institutionnalisation qu’elles mobilisent (relationnel, symbolique, procédural ou matériel) et n’influent pas de la même manière sur les pratiques mises en oeuvre au niveau des projets.

L’appropriation de la thématique du multiculturalisme par les partisans du républicanisme fait l’objet de cet article. Dans un premier temps, il est permis de se demander si l’idée même d’un multiculturalisme républicain fait sens ; mais comme je le montrerai, le refus d’un projet multiculturel républicain est une exception française. Or, chez les penseurs néo-républicains, tels Philip Pettit, John Maynor et Cécile Laborde, le multiculturalisme a reçu une attention particulière. Je montrerai les particularités de chacune de ces approches et en particulier, comment les travaux de Laborde arrivent à résoudre des tensions que la pensée néo-républicaine entretient avec la reconnaissance de la diversité culturelle, en ajoutant une perspective critique à la voie délibérative ouverte par Maynor. L’originalité du multiculturalisme républicain consiste ainsi à rappeler le caractère instrumental de la politisation des identités minoritaires, puisqu’il s’agit à chaque fois de lutter contre l’assignation identitaire que subissent les membres des minorités, et non pas de valoriser publiquement leurs différences.

Le travail comme activité a ouvert, en France, une nouvelle perspective épistémologique dans les analyses du travail. On en suit l’incidence sur deux questions centrales pour le travail : son dynamisme et la façon dont les normes y opèrent. On s’interroge également sur les perspectives politiques qu’ouvre ce projet. La réflexion se mène sur la base d’une confrontation au programme de la relation salariale comme l’a entrepris Pierre Naville et développé Pierre Rolle. Un programme qui oriente vers des objets et des résultats très différents, voire contradictoires, et dont on pense qu’il est utile de le mettre en discussion avec les propositions actuelles des chercheurs de l’activité. D’où l’invitation à nouer, au sein de la discipline, une controverse dont la nécessité ressort tout particulièrement quand on interroge le projet politique que porte chaque proposition. Deux projets qui décident également des finalités respectives données à la recherche. Si les positions sont inconciliables, il est néanmoins indispensable de les rendre explicites si l’on veut mieux comprendre ce que l’on fait quand on analyse le travail.

Nous présentons les résultats d’une recherche exploratoire à visée descriptive dans laquelle un dispositif didactique visant à amener les élèves à adopter une posture d’auteur à l’aide de la réécriture, en contexte d’écriture littéraire, fut testé auprès de raccrocheurs. Si l’analyse de contenu des entrevues menées auprès des sept participants relève la présence d’un projet d’auteur, signe que l’élève adopte une posture d’auteur, elle permet de nuancer cette présence. Certains participants ont un projet d’auteur assumé et conscient, d’autres ont un projet sans le développer, d’autres encore ont ce que nous nommons un « balbutiement de projet d’auteur ». Enfin, l’entrevue constitue un outil qui gagne à faire partie intégrante de la réécriture pour cerner le projet d’auteur des élèves.

Le dépistage de la violence conjugale chez les couples qui font appel à la médiation familiale constitue une étape essentielle pour assurer la sécurité des victimes. De 2009 à 2011, un projet pilote a permis de former 330 médiatrices et médiateurs afin qu’ils puissent identifier les signes de violence conjugale et adopter une pratique sécuritaire. Si le projet de formation a permis des avancées sur le plan de la connaissance et del’utilisation des outils de dépistage, plusieurs continuent tout de même le processus de médiation, malgré la présence de violence. L’expérience démontre que si la formation est à poursuivre, un cadre législatif et normatif doit appuyer ces efforts.

Malgré le développement exponentiel du crowdfunding, la mobilisation de la foule pour financer un projet peut représenter un défi lorsqu’il s’agit d’une organisation temporaire comme un festival. Mobilisant la théorie du signal, cette recherche étudie les facteurs clés du succès des campagnes de crowdfunding pour les festivals à partir d’un échantillon de 368 observations. Si les résultats obtenus montrent des similitudes avec ceux observés dans d’autres secteurs concernant les informations liées aux projets, ils mettent également en évidence des spécificités du crowdfunding culturel dans le choix des projets à financer.

Le concept de destination fait l’objet d’une grande utilisation en tourisme, tant dans le monde professionnel que dans celui de la communauté scientifique. Cette situation montre toutefois un paradoxe : si l’on reconnaît la puissance du mot destination relative notamment à sa richesse anthropologique, l’on observera néanmoins un déficit définitionnel, voire l’absence d’une définition partagée par la communauté scientifique. À quelles significations renvoie le mot destination ? Le présent article expose les résultats d’une analyse sémantique et conceptuelle du concept de destination réalisée à partir d’un corpus d’écrits portant plus particulièrement sur le tourisme urbain. À la lumière de cette analyse, une nouvelle perspective d’appréhension du concept de destination, notamment urbaine, est proposée, basée sur la notion de projet et montrant la destination comme un ensemble de « projets » différenciés, mais intégrés à un « projet » global.

Ce travail de thèse s’intéresse à l’analyse de la performance au cours du cycle de vie des projets systèmes d’information nécessitant un changement et une transformation de l’entreprise dans des contextes évolutifs (économique, organisationnel et social). Nous avons pour objectif de mieux comprendre le processus de mise en place des projets SI et d’identifier les déterminants de performance dans les différentes phases de ce processus. Nous prenons en compte le fait que les projets SI sont mis en place dans le cadre d’un processus composé essentiellement de trois grandes phases : lancement, mise en œuvre et généralisation. Le cadre théorique mobilisé est la théorie des ressources qui met en évidence le rôle et l’articulation des ressources, notamment, à travers leurs complémentarités dans la détermination de la performance de projets SI. Sur la base d’une recherche qualitative et d’une démarche inductive, nous avons réalisé 28 entretiens semi-directifs dans dix grandes entreprises françaises. L’idée que nous défendons dans cette thèse est que la performance des projets SI ne dépend pas uniquement des caractéristiques technologiques d’un nouveau SI, mais très largement du contexte et de l’environnement dans lesquels ils sont mis en place. Nous démontrons que la performance est fonction de la prise en compte d’un ensemble de déterminants identifiés (analyse financière, organisationnel, managérial, humain et social, technique et fonctionnel, stratégique) avec des niveaux d’importance variables selon les phases de projets. La capacité des entreprises à prendre en compte la nature multidimensionnelle des déterminants de la performance dans les différentes phases d’un projet SI est de nature à expliquer également les différences des niveaux de performanceThis thesis focuses on the analysis of the performance during the life cycle of information system (IS) projects that requires change and transformation of the firm in evolutive contexts (economic, organizational, social). Our objective is to understand the process of establishment of IS projects and to identify the determinants of performance in the different phases of this process. We consider that the process of implementation is composed of three phases : starting, implementation and generalization. The theoretical framework mobilised is the Resource Based View (RBV) which underlining the role and the articulation of the resources especially through their complementarities for the determination of IS project performance. Based on qualitative and inductive research, we realized 28 semi-directive interviews in ten large French firms. The idea which is defended in this thesis is that the performance of IS project does not depend exclusively from the technological characteristics of a new information system but more widely on the context and environment in which they are established. We demonstrated that performance is function of the capacity to take into account a larger scope of determinants (financial rentability, organizational, managerial, human and social, technical and functional, strategic) identified in this thesis with different levels of importance according to the phase of project. The capacity of the firms to take into account a multidimensional nature of determinants of performance in the different phases of IS project is also likely to explain differences in performance levels

Au cours de la dernière décennie, l'improvisation organisationnelle a suscité une attention croissante de la part des universitaires et des praticiens. Bien que certaines études en Systèmes d’Information (SI) abordent l’improvisation dans la gestion de projet, peu de recherches ont pris en compte la phase de pré-implémentation d’un projet SI et ont examiné pourquoi et comment les membres d’une équipe hétérogène sélectionnent un SI sans suivre les standards classiques de gestion de projet. D’un point de vue théorique, cette recherche met en lumière les liens entre l’improvisation organisationnelle, l’apprentissage organisationnel et la gestion de projet en SI. Notre partie empirique repose sur une Recherche-Action Canonique (RAC) qui s’est déroulée en trois cycles dans le « Groupe Alpha ». Notre rôle de chercheur/manager projet a duré douze mois.Nos observations révèlent que l’improvisation dans l’action conduit les membres de l’équipe projet à générer des comportements ou démarches inattendus, qui permettent d’acquérir de nouvelles connaissances nécessaires à l’avancement du projet. Malgré le paradigme dominant de la gestion de projet « planifier, puis mettre en œuvre » ainsi que mode de gestion agile des projets, notre étude montre que les pratiques d'improvisation sont adoptées avec enthousiasme et utilisées de manière extensive, quels que soient les rôles joués par les membres de l’équipe. Ces pratiques bénéficient du soutien de la direction générale, qui cherche à favoriser les meilleures pratiques émergentes dans la gestion de tous les projets du Groupe en soutenant la culture d’expérimentation.Finalement, nous discutons notre questionnement sur la capacité d’improvisation en équipe, en nous appuyant sur une triangulation entre l’apprentissage organisationnel, l’improvisation organisationnelle et la gestion de projet SIDuring the last decade, organisational improvisation has received growing attention from academics and practitioners. Although some studies in Information Systems (IS) focus on improvisation in project management, few research have considered the pre-implementation phase of an IS project and examined why and how heterogeneous team members select an IS without following classical project management standards. From a theoretical point of view, this research highlights the links between organisational improvisation, organisational learning and IS project management. Our empirical part is based on a Canonical Action Research (CAR) that was conducted in three cycles in the "Alpha Group". Our function as researcher/project manager involved twelve months.Our observations reveal that improvisation in action allows the project team members to generate unexpected behaviours or actions, which allow for the acquisition of new knowledge necessary for the progress of the project. Despite the dominant project management paradigm of "plan, then implement" and agile project management, our study demonstrates that improvisational practices are enthusiastically adopted and used widely, regardless of the roles played by team members. These practices are supported by the general management, which aims to encourage emerging best practice in the management of all the Group's projects by supporting a culture of experimentation.Finally, we discuss our questioning about the team improvisation capacity, based on a triangulation between organisational learning, improvisation and IS project management

Nous répondons aux questions de recherche suivantes qui résument les interrogations du Directeur de Projet, seul face au double constat de l'importance du facteur humain pour le succès, et de l'impossibilité d'utiliser les modèles culturels proposés par les chercheurs dans le contexte d'une équipe nombreuse issue de différents métiers, nationalités et entreprises.1. Comment peut-on opérationnaliser les aspects humains des CSF proposés par la littérature pour le management des équipes projets internationales et multiculturelles ?2. Le dépassement des modèles classant les sources d'influence culturelle en couches superposées, par une approche en constellation de sources interactives et dynamiques, permet-il une meilleure compréhension de la tension ‘international-multiculturel' ?3. Les concepts de coopération communautaire et complémentaire, identifiés dans le cadre des projets à structure fonctionnelle (Dameron, 2000), se transposent-ils dans celui des projets heavyweight ?Nous éclairons l'intrication complexe d'une gamme de facteurs favorisant l'établissement d'une collaboration efficace et durable au sein d'une équipe ayant la culture comme milieu et le projet comme attitude, mais qui peut aussi la rendre encore plus difficile à obtenir que dans une équipe opérationnelle standard (telle celles de Barnard, 1938), notamment du fait des germes de conflit portés par le processus d'acculturation inhérent à la mise en présence de tant de cultures différentes (Bastide, 1968)We propose a contribution to the understanding of the international-multicultural tension operating in a team based on 4 exploratory cases of ERP-type IS projects and an extended literature. We answer the following research questions which sums up the essential questions of the Project Director who is left alone in situation with his own capacity facing both the importance of the human factor for the project success and the impracticality of the cultural models proposed by researchers for the management of international teams bringing together numerous people from various professions, nationalities and companies:1. How can we operationalize the human aspects of the CSF proposed by the literature for the management of international and multicultural project teams?2. To what extent changing the layer-view of cultural influence sources in models, for an approach in constellation of interactive and dynamic sources allows a better understanding of the international-multicultural tension in a team?3. To what extent and how do the concepts of community- and complementary cooperation identified in functional structure projects (Dameron) get applied to heavyweight projects?We highlight the complex entanglement of a wide range of factors that can either favour the existence of an effective and sustainable collaboration within a team having culture as milieu and project as attitude, or hinder it more than in a standard operational team (such as those studied by Barnard, 1938), particularly because of the conflict seeds brought in by the acculturation process inherent to bringing together so many different cultures (Bastide, 1968)

In questa tesi, per meglio comprendere come nasce e si sviluppa una piattaforma WoT si parte da una panoramica sul grande sviluppo che sta avendo il mondo IoT, con un’analisi delle tecnologie che lo hanno reso possibile, tecnologie di rete, protocolli, hardware e settori applicativi. Successivamente, attraverso lo studio delle specifiche WoT di W3C, Architettura e Thing description, si va ad analizzare la necessità di gestire universalmente questa moltitudine di dispositivi connessi, l'idea del Web of Things è quella di creare un Internet of Things decentralizzato fornendo gli URL delle cose sul Web per renderli collegabili e rilevabili e definendo un modello di dati standard e API per renderli interoperabili. Infine si illustra il lavoro fatto dal Team Mozilla nello sviluppo del progetto Project Things, inizialmente un framework sperimentale di software e servizi per aiutare gli sviluppatori a connettere cose nel web in modo sicuro, protetto e interoperabile, che diventa poi Mozilla WebThings una piattaforma aperta per il monitoraggio e il controllo dei dispositivi sul Web. Os SI/TI nas organizações usam cada vez mais os projectos para executarem saltos
qualitativos no seu desempenho. Como todos os processos de mudança, existem
elementos que pela sua especificidade são mais relevantes que outros, o que os toma
altamente potenciadores do sucesso.
A impossibilidade de se abranger todas as variáveis que garantam o sucesso, é algo que
produz dificuldades acrescidas no problema que nos propomos analisar, deste modo o
carácter aleatório existente em todos estes processos, nunca permite que dois projectos
tenham características iguais. Toda esta problemática, quando transposta para projectos
de SI/TI cresce exponencialmente, este tipo de projectos são na sua maioria muito
abrangentes, e transversais a toda Organização, o que se repercute a todos os níveis da
organização, fazendo com que o projecto apresente grande visibilidade organizacional.
Este trabalho tem por base o princípio, que o resultado de um projecto está directamente
relacionado, com a motivação que o despoletou dentro da organização. Para validar essa
premissa, utiliza-se um conjunto de variáveis bem identificadas pela gestão, que se
assumem como elementos potenciadores do sucesso do projecto. Este trabalho tem
origem em entrevistas que resultaram em informação obtida pela recolha e tratamento
desses dados, feitas a elementos de equipas de projectos, e que procuram encontrar
respostas para as questões levantadas.The IS/IT in organizations increasingly use the projects to implement qualitative leaps in its performance. Like all processes of change, there are elements that by their specificity are more relevant than others, which make them highly enhancers to success. Ifs impossible to include all variables that can guarantee success, these increase difficulties in analyzing the problems, because the random nature of this these processes, never allows two projects have the same characteristics. This whole issue when transposed to IS/IT grows exponentially, the fact that this type of project normally is the most wider inside the organization, which has an impact at all levels so that the project presents a large organizational visibility. This work is based on the idea that the outcome of a project is directly related with the motivation that triggered within the organization, to validate that idea, it is used a set of variables identified by the management as the ones that enhancers elements of the success of the project. This work was born of a collection of data based on interviews, made of the elements of project teams, trying to find answers on the issues raised.

Mestrado em Gestão de Sistemas de InformaçãoNum mundo em constante evolução, onde a utilização das tecnologias prevalece, torna-se relevante inovar e evoluir os processos que nos acompanham diariamente. Assim, para que as organizações se mantenham atualizadas, é necessário que invistam nos seus processos operativos, nomeadamente em sistemas e tecnologias de informação. O processo de gestão de benefícios ajuda a medir e acompanhar os benefícios inerentes a um projeto, permitindo aos gestores de negócio concluir se o investimento retorna os benefícios previstos. O presente projeto propõe uma ferramenta de software para o processo de gestão de benefícios face ao seu processo atual, com o intuito de torná-lo mais claro, simples e sistemático. Desenvolveu-se, portanto, uma aplicação que visa facilitar este processo, tendo decorrido o seu desenvolvimento numa empresa internacional de consultoria. Neste sentido, para verificar se o software criado cumpria os objetivos pretendidos, realizou-se um estudo e análise à performance. Esta análise foi realizada através de um caso de estudo, com base nos dados relativos a um Hospital nacional. No final, foi possível verificar que a utilização da aplicação permitiu tornar o processo da gestão de benefícios mais simples e eficaz.
In a constantly evolving world, where the use of technologies prevails, it becomes relevant to innovate and evolve the processes that accompany us daily. Thus, for organizations to stay current, they need to invest in their operating process, namely in information systems and technologies. The benefit management process helps you measure and track benefits, allowing business managers to conclude whether the investment returns the expected benefits. This project intends to propose a software tool for the benefits management process compared to the current process, in order to make it clearer, simpler and more systematic. In order to achieve this goal, an application was developed for this process, which took place at an international consulting company. In order to verify if the software created fulfilled the intended objectives, a performance study and analysis was performed. This analysis was performed through a case study, based on data from a national Hospital. In the end, it was found that using the application made the benefit management process simpler and more effective.

A presente dissertação é resultado de uma pesquisa de mestrado que objetivou mapear o projeto de si construído por Thomas Jefferson - terceiro presidente dos Estados Unidos da América e redator da Declaração de Independência - em sua narrativa autobiográfica. Jefferson nasceu em 1743 e morreu em 1826, no dia 04 de julho, coincidentemente, aniversário de cinquenta anos de Independência do país que ajudou a fundar. Sua autobiografia foi escrita em 1821, ocasião na qual o político, na idade de 77 anos, dedicou-se a retomar parte de sua vida e trajetória política. Os anos narrados no documento, no entanto, abrangeram um recorte temporal limitado, restringindo-se aos anos 1743 (seu nascimento) e 1790 (ano em que assumiu o cargo de Secretário de Estado do governo de George Washington). A narrativa, deste modo, não abordou alguns grandes acontecimentos de sua vida, como os dois mais altos cargos políticos ocupados por ele: a Vice Presidência e a Presidência do país (1800 – 1809). A análise se propôs a apresentar uma perspectiva geral da fonte, suas características técnicas, estruturais, conteudistas e editoriais, para depois aprofundar em algumas temáticas selecionadas entre os diversos assuntos narrados por ele no texto do documento. Os temas considerados dignos de destaque foram: a escravidão, a religião, a educação e a revolução. O primeiro, a escravidão, foi escolhido por se tratar de uma referência bastante comum à imagem do político, e que acumulou durante quase dois séculos visões completamente divergentes acerca de seus posicionamentos sobre o assunto. Os outros três, religião-educação-revolução, compõe o tripé de feitos escolhidos por ele para serem inscritos em sua lápide e, portanto, foram considerados temas de destaque e essenciais no mapeamento que fizemos de sua narrativa autobiografia. Os quatro temas de destaque, entre outros trabalhados no primeiro capítulo da dissertação, foram pensados no sentido de delinear qual “Jefferson” o autor-personagem intencionou registrar no documento, qual face de si ele buscou delegar à posterioridade.
The present dissertation is a result of a master’s research that aimed to map the “Project of self” built by Thomas Jefferson – third President of United States of America and redactor of the Declaration of Independence – on his autobiographical narrative. Jefferson was born in 1743 and died in 1826, on July 4th, coincidentally, the fiftieth independence anniversary of a country he helped to build. His autobiography was written in 1821, occasion in which the politician, at age of 77 years-old, dedicated to recapture part of his life and political trajectory. However, the years narrated on the document cover a limited temporal frame, restricting it to the years of 1743 (his birth) to 1790 (on which he assumed the office of the Secretary State of George Washington government). The narrative, thus, did not approached some of the greatest events of his life, as the two of the highest political offices occupied by him: the Vice Presidency and the Presidency (1800 – 1809). The analysis proposed to present a general perspective of the source, its technical structural and editorial characteristics, and his concern about dates and facts, in order to, posteriorly, deepen in some of the selected thematic between the several subject narrated by him in the document's text. The selected topics considered worthy of note were: slavery, religion, education and revolution. The first, the slavery, was chosen for being a fairly common reference to the image of the politician, and which accumulated during almost two centuries completely divergent visions over his positioning about the subject. The others, religion – education – revolution, are part of group of events chosen by him to be written in his grave and, therefore, were considered featured topics and essential to the mapping that we made of his autobiography narrative. The four featured topics, among others discussed at chapter one of this dissertation, were thought in a way to outline which Jefferson the author/character meant to register in the document, which part of himself the aimed to delegate to posterity.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível SuperiorEsta tese analisa construções discursivas sobre o consumidor consciente, o qual visa se diferenciar de um suposto consumo regular e/ou consumista. Toma por base inicial as atribuições propostas em guias e manuais pró consumo consciente, em específico aqueles produzidos pela Akatu e pelo Idec, os quais buscam conceitualizar, debater e promover este tipo de consumidor. Compreende este grupo inicial enquanto uma dimensão prescritiva do discurso os quais elaboram indicações de ação e embasamentos do conceito. O desdobramento do trabalho realiza uma análise qualitativa do discurso dos indivíduos de camadas médias cariocas que se identificam enquanto este tipo de consumidor. Observa-se as semelhanças, diferenças e o desenrolar destes conceitos nas falas de indivíduos em relação àquelas prescritas nos manuais. Assim, pautado em entendimentos sobre consumo enquanto construtor simbólico, noções de projetos de vida e construção de si, produções de sentido e significado, relações de sociabilidade e novas modalidades de participação política, a tese se desenvolve nos seguintes aspectos: análise das bases de origem as quais formulam possibilidades de inserção na temática se ser e fundamentos possíveis; elementos constituintes fundamentais na formação do perfil dos entrevistados e seus conceitos de consciência, os aspectos emotivos sentimentais responsáveis pela valorização ou desvalorização da experiência, e expectativas e perspectivas a respeito dos relacionamentos com terceiros, abordando o tema principalmente através das categorias: chatos e radicais. Com isso, aprofundando-se nas bases definidoras dos sujeitos, suas concepções de consciência, seus medos, anseios, prazer e felicidades; procurando compreender como a subjetividade destes sujeitos está sendo produzida e como dialogam seus projetos com o espaço urbano de uma grande cidade.
This thesis examines discourses on the conscious consumer, who seeks to differentiate itself from a supposed consumerist or regular consumption. Takes as initial base assignments proposed in guides and manuals pro conscious consumption, specifically those produced by Akatu and Idec, which seek to conceptualize, discuss and promote this type of consumer. Understanding this initial group as a prescriptive dimension of discourse, which elaborated indications of action and emplacements of the concept. The unfolding of the work conducts a qualitative analysis of the speeches of individuals from middle class of Rio de Janeiro who identify themselves as this type of consumer. We observe the similarities, differences and developments of these concepts in the speech of individuals in relation to those prescribed in the manuals. So, based on understandings about consumption as a symbolic builder, notions of life projects and self-construction, productions of meaning and significance, personal relations and new forms of political participation, the thesis unfolds in the following aspects: analysis of the bases of origin which formulate possibilities for the insertion in the subject of to be and possible grounds, core constituent elements of in format on of the profile of interviewees and their concepts of consciousness, the emotional and sentimental aspects responsible for the appreciation or depreciation of experience, and expectations and perspectives on the relationships with others, approaching the issue mainly through boring and extreme categories. With this, deepening the bases defining the subjects, their conceptions of consciousness, their fears, anxieties, pleasure and happiness; seeking to understand how subjectivity of these subjects is being produced and how their projects dialogue with the urban space in a big city.

Mestrado em Gestão de ProjetosA Gestão de Benefícios é uma mais-valia no âmbito da Gestão de Projetos, o que está abundantemente divulgado na literatura da especialidade, nomeadamente em projetos no domínio dos SI/TI. No entanto, naquela literatura, encontram-se também muitas referências constatando a continuação do lançamento de grandes investimentos em projetos SI/TI sem que tenham sido previamente estabelecidos os benefícios esperados. No presente trabalho foi desenvolvido um modelo de Gestão de Benefícios aplicado a um projeto no domínio SI/TI, em que, também, não foi feita previamente uma abordagem aos benefícios esperados. O modelo de Gestão de Benefícios mencionado foi desenvolvido a partir de uma metodologia de investigação baseada no Estudo de Caso. Neste TFM, em resposta às questões de investigação, foram identificados e medidos benefícios no âmbito do Estudo de Caso e foram apontadas as linhas orientadoras para a criação de um guião de apoio à gestão de benefícios em projetos futuros a desenvolver com suporte de uma plataforma Agile.
Benefits Management, namely in IT projects, is an added value in the scope of Project Management, as broadly concluded in the available specialized literature. However, in the same specialized literature, a lot of references are also made to continuous investments in IT projects without a previous approach of the expected benefits. In the present study, a benefits management model was developed and applied to an IT project where expected benefits were also not previously approached. As the investigation methodology the referred benefits management model was developed under the concept of a Case Study. As an answer to the investigation questions, in this master thesis case study, benefits were identified and measured and guidelines were specified for a further development of a quick guide to support the benefits management in future projects to be developed with the support of an Agile platform.

Society today presents a civilising equation where it is crucial to unveil and guide the imbricated relationship between what is technical and what is human. Therefore, the study of contemporary variables is central to the interpretation of this reality. By considering that critical mathematics education (CME) is the most developed approach to treating such themes in mathematics classes, we present a landscape of investigation developed with high-school students, step by step, based on reflective didactic transposition (RDT) of a Scientific Initiation (SI) project in high school. SI enables the investigation of contemporary themes that, in turn, approach the concerns of CME by fostering questions, autonomy, decision-making and a critical interpretation of reality. This proposal evidenced the approximation of SI concepts with landscapes of investigation, just as it was possible to perceive the urgency of the imbrication between the different milieus of learning and the contemporary variables of this complex civilising equation.

Résumé: Si de nombreuses images de la villa Savoye existent, par contre peu de films sont centrés sur elle. Je souhaite présenter ici un projet de film documentaire que je développe depuis 2012. Sur cette villa considérée comme une icône de l’architecture moderne, et déjà tant étudiée, je propose un regard un peu décalé, nourri à la fois par ma formation d’architecte et mon expérience de réalisatrice. J’aborde en particulier la question de l’impact de cette architecture ; comment est-elle perçue au XXIème siècle, en quoi peut-elle influer sur notre façon d’envisager l’espace ? Je développerai un aspect de ma démarche qui touche au rapport entre architecture et cinéma: comment montrer la villa par un film ? autrement dit comment traduire ce qu’elle représente par des images animées, des sons, mais aussi des ‘évènements’ qui dévoilent les contrastes de lumière et d’ambiances ? De quoi cette architecture est-elle le récit ? Ou, comme le proclame une des questions-slogans de Bernard Tschumi : “Et si l’architecture était autant une question de mouvement et d’évènement que d’espace ?”1. Resumen: Si existen numerosas imágenes de la Villa Savoye, escasos son, en cambio, los films que traten de ella. Deseo presentar aquí un proyecto de film documenta, sobre el que estoy trabajando desde el año 2012. Propongo una vision un poco desfasada, nutrida al mismo tiempo por mi formación de arquitecta y mi experiencia de cineasta, sobre esta obra ya tan estudiada, icono de la arquitectura moderna. Abordo especialmente la cuestión del impacto de esta arquitectura; ¿cómo es percibida en el siglo XXI?, ¿qué influencia puede tener en nuestra manera de considerar el espacio? Desarrollaré un aspecto de mi trabajo que trata de la relación entre la arquitectura y el cine: como mostrar la Villa Savoye en un film ? Es decir, como traducir lo que ella representa a través de imágenes animadas, sonido y “acontecimientos” que rebelen los contrastes de luces y de ambientes? ¿ De qué da cuenta esta arquitectura? En lien avec l’axe littéraire du colloque, la présente contribution à la réflexion s’attachera à trois « histoires d’eau » publiées en France pour la jeunesse, en l’espèce trois fictions qui ont en commun de prendre pour protagoniste une goutte d’eau : Métamorphoses d’une goutte d’eau, de Zulma Carraud (Hachette, « Petite Bibliothèque rose illustrée », 1864), Histoire de Perlette goutte d’eau de Marie Colmont (Flammarion, « Père Castor », ill. Béatrice Appia, 1936 et Gerda Muller, 1960) et Histoire courte d’une goutte de Beatrice Alemagna (Autrement jeunesse, 2004). Dans la mesure où la littérature pour la jeunesse se caractérise séculairement par la double visée d’instruire et de plaire, on pourra s’interroger sur la manière dont elle accomplit cette mission en jouant de l’anthropomorphisation de l’inanimé et de la fictionnalisation des phénomènes naturels. La perspective diachronique adoptée invite à observer l’évolution de l’édition et de la création pour la jeunesse sur le long terme. Individualisée, humanisée, féminisée, la goutte d’eau devenue personnage prend la parole pour raconter son histoire avec le soutien d’une iconographie de plus en plus prégnante au cours de l’itinéraire qui conduit du livre illustré à l’album contemporain. Si nombre de ressources littéraires sont convoquées pour rendre le savoir plus aimable et le mettre à la portée des enfants, la leçon scientifique semble peu à peu marquer le pas au profit d’un projet poétique, esthétique et/ou idéologique où l’imaginaire de l’eau prend toute sa place. Cette étude prendra appui sur nombre de travaux qui se penchent sur la production pour la jeunesse, afin de mettre en valeur son intérêt historique, littéraire, artistique et pédagogique.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/XXVColloqueAFUE.2016.2489

La Méditerranée, « mer blanche » ou mare nostrum, constitue, au regard de l’héritage culturel et des valeurs qu’elle a légués et des liens tissés avec ses habitants, un thème d’étude littéraire au grand potentiel pédagogique, un authentique trésor que nous nous devons d’exploiter en classe de FLE ou de FLM. Nous proposerons au travers de cette communication une nouvelle approche qui permette l’étude de la littérature par projets (unités d’action) comme préconise le CECRL et les programmes d’éducation secondaire européens en prenant comme exemple le motif de la Méditerranée. Il s’agit là de tâcher de couvrir le vide méthodologique sur le sujet signalé par plusieurs didacticiens du FLE. Évidemment, notre proposition didactique n’élude pas tous les travaux réalisés jusque là en didactique de la littérature mais essaie d’adapter la perspective actionnelle à l’étude de la littérature. L’objectif du projet peut revêtir plusieurs formes mais doit, selon nous, provenir d’un métier du monde littéraire (auteur, éditeur, conférencier, etc.) pour que la classe réalise une action qui soit le plus proche possible de celle de l’acteur réel. Avec un accent constructiviste, une approche comparatiste et une logique de contagion, cette méthodologie d’étude de la littérature par projets s’organise en huit phases bien définies que nous expliciterons dans notre présentation. Cette approche nécessite des enseignants compétents et expérimentés, capables de gérer et de « jongler » entre théorie et pratique et de concilier rigidité et flexibilité et savoir anticiper. Même si les élèves travaillent en autonomie et en liberté, certains contenus doivent être abordés. Les étudiants moins motivés ou un peu désorientés pourront être conseillés par le professeur qui leur suggérera des motifs comme la sirène, le dionysiaque, l’olivier, le soleil, la figure matriarcale, etc. L’objectif pédagogique de cette séquence est d’étayer ou infirmer l’affirmation d’Edgard Morin selon laquelle la méditerranée correspond à une « réalité poétique et mythologique » ou celle de Paul Valéry pour qui « la Méditerranée est une machine à faire de la civilisation ».DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/XXVColloqueAFUE.2016.2972

Dans le cadre d’un projet (un Fonds de Solidarité prioritaire - FSP) mené par l’Ambassade de France, un dispositif de formation ouverte à distance (FOAD) PRO FLE- Professionnalisation en FLE a vu le jour en 2009 au sein de l’Université Libanaise (UL). En si peu de temps, cette formation a remporté un grand succès en milieu universitaire. Ainsi, pour la sixième année consécutive, à peine l’appel d’offres était-il lancé qu’un grand nombre d’enseignants de français s'y sont déjà inscrits. Nombreux sont les facteurs qui expliquent l'engouement des enseignants de français pour ce dispositif. Parmi lesquels, nous citons le concept même de cette formation interactive. PRO FLE offre une flexibilité de temps et de lieu de travail pour des enseignants souhaitant développer leurs compétences professionnelles en didactique du FLE. Il vise à les doter d’outils et d’un cadre de réflexion permettant de choisir des démarches pédagogiques efficaces susceptibles de motiver les apprenants. En outre, il tend à développer l'autonomie d'apprentissage et à faciliter la mise en application des principes pédagogiques décrits dans le Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues (CECRL). Pourtant, à l'issue d'une formation de quatre mois, les résultats ne sont pas toujours au rendez-vous. Certains stagiaires rendent un dossier pédagogique incomplet et appliquent avec légèreté l'approche PRO FLE d'où la question de savoir si une formation à distance atteint toujours ses objectifs. Pour répondre à cette question problématique, notre communication suit la démarche suivante : - après un rappel des grandes lignes de PRO FLE, nous présenterons les résultats d’une enquête menée auprès d’une centaine de stagiaires et de tuteurs. L’objectif de ce sondage d’opinion est de se pencher sur l’expérience du public libanais dans une formation à distance. - Dans un deuxième temps, nous mettrons l’accent sur le dossier final du module 1 que les stagiaires devaient réaliser pour valider la formation. L’analyse pédagogique d’une trentaine de dossiers permettra de vérifier le degré d’appropriation de PRO FLE dans l’élaboration de fiches didactiques. - Enfin, nous nous intéresserons aux pratiques de classe de trente tutorés. The Allison Gas Turbine Division of General Motors Corporation (GMC) completed the Advanced Gas Turbine Technology Project under contract to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Lewis Research Center (LeRC) using funding received from the Heat Engine Propulsion Division, Office of Transportation Systems in the Conservation and Renewable Energy Group of the Department of Energy (DOE) in the summer of 1987. This advanced, high risk work was initiated in the fall of 1979 under charter from the U. S. Congress to promote an engine for transportation that would provide an alternative to reciprocating spark-ignition (SI) engines for the U. S. automotive industry and simultaneously establish the feasibility of advanced ceramic materials for hot section components to be used in an automotive gas turbine (AGT).

Ce cahier documente l’élaboration du plan de prévention des risques technologiques (PPRT) de la vallée de la chimie lyonnaise, depuis sa mise en chantier en 2005 jusqu’à sa mise à l’enquête publique en avril 2016. Il s’intéresse plus particulièrement au travail concret des acteurs locaux qui ont participé à ce processus au long cours, aux structures d’échange qu’ils ont créées pour produire les informations dont ils ont eu besoin et débattre du contenu des mesures à définir, aux arguments qu’ils ont élaborés afin de faire valoir leurs points de vue, défendre leurs intérêts et peser sur les décisions qui scandent les différentes étapes de cette procédure. Cette immersion au cœur de la «fabrique» du PPRT est notamment l’occasion de découvrir que si la prévention des risques industriels est souvent dans un rapport antagonique avec le développement économique, elle agit ici comme le moteur d’un important projet de redynamisation de la plateforme industrielle du sud de Lyon en même temps que la condition du maintien de l’industrie lourde sur ce site très urbanisé.

During the evolutionary process of speciation in plants, naturally occurring barriers to reproduction have developed that affect the transfer of genes within and between related species. These barriers can occur at several different levels beginning with pollination-barriers and ending with hybrid-breakdown. The interaction between pollen and pistils presents one of the major barriers to intra- and inter-specific crosses and is the focus of this research project. Our long-term goal in this research proposal was defined to resolve questions on recognition and communication during pollen-pistil interactions in the extended tomato family. In this context, this work was initiated and planned to study the potential involvement of tomato pollen-specific receptor-like kinases (RLK's) in the interaction between pollen and pistils. By special permission from BARD the objectives of this research were extended to include studies on pollen-pistil interactions and pollination barriers in horticultural crops with an emphasis on citrus. Functional characterization of 2 pollen-specific RLK's from tomato was carried out. The data shows that both encode functional kinases that were active as recombinant proteins. One of the kinases was shown to accumulate mainly after pollen germination and to be phosphorylated in-vitro in pollen membranes as well as in-vivo. The presence of style extract resulted in dephosphorylation of the RLK, although no species specificity was observed. This data implies a role for at least one RLK in pollination events following pollen germination. However, a transgenic plant analysis of the RLK's comprising overexpression, dominant-negative and anti-sense constructs failed to provide answers on their role in pollination. While genetic effects on some of the plants were observed in both the Israeli and American labs, no clear functional answers were obtained. An alternative approach to addressing function was pursued by screening for an artificial ligand for the receptor domain using a peptide phage display library. An enriched peptide sequence was obtained and will be used to design a peptide-ligand to be tested for its effect o pollen germination and tube growth. Self-incompatibility (SI) in citrus was studied on 3 varieties of pummelo. SI was observed using fluorescence microscopy in each of the 3 varieties and compatibility relations between varieties was determined. An initial screen for an S-RNase SI mechanism yielded only a cDNA homologous to the group of S-like RNases, suggesting that SI results from an as yet unknown mechanism. 2D gel electrophoresis was applied to compare pollen and style profiles of different compatibility groups. A "polymorphic" protein band from style extracts was observed, isolated and micro-sequenced. Degenerate primers designed based on the peptide sequence date will be used to isolate the relevant genes i order to study their potential involvement in SI. A study on SI in the apple cultivar Top red was initiated. SI was found, as previously shown, to be complete thus requiring a compatible pollinator variety. A new S-RNase allele was discovered fro Top red styles and was found to be highly homologous to pear S-RNases, suggesting that evolution of these genes pre-dated speciation into apples and pears but not to other Rosaceae species. The new allele provides molecular-genetic tools to determine potential pollinators for the variety Top red as well as a tool to break-down SI in this important variety.

This project models dendrite growth during nonequilibrium solidification of binary alloys using the phase-field method (PFM). Understanding the dendrite formation processes is important because the microstructural features directly influence mechanical properties of the produced parts. An improved understanding of dendrite formation may inform design protocols to achieve optimized process parameters for controlled microstructures and enhanced properties of materials. To this end, this work implements a phase-field model to simulate directional solidification of binary alloys. For applications involving strong nonequilibrium effects, a modified antitrapping current model is incorporated to help eject solute into the liquid phase based on experimentally calibrated, velocity-dependent partitioning coefficient. Investigated allow systems include SCN, Si-As, and Ni-Nb. The SCN alloy is chosen to verify the computational method, and the other two are selected for a parametric study due to their different diffusion properties. The modified antitrapping current model is compared with the classical model in terms of predicted dendrite profiles, tip undercooling, and tip velocity. Solidification parameters—the cooling rate and the strength of anisotropy—are studied to reveal their influences on dendrite growth. Computational results demonstrate effectiveness of the PFM and the modified antitrapping current model in simulating rapid solidification with strong nonequilibrium at the interface.

In Description Logics (DLs), both tableau-based and automatabased algorithms are frequently used to show decidability and complexity results for basic inference problems such as satisfiability of concepts. Whereas tableau-based algorithms usually yield worst-case optimal algorithms in the case of PSpace-complete logics, it is often very hard to design optimal tableau-based algorithms for ExpTime-complete DLs. In contrast, the automata-based approach is usually well-suited to prove ExpTime upper-bounds, but its direct application will usually also yield an ExpTime-algorithm for a PSpace-complete logic since the (tree) automaton constructed for a given concept is usually exponentially large. In the present paper, we formulate conditions under which an on-the-fly construction of such an exponentially large automaton can be used to obtain a PSpace-algorithm. We illustrate the usefulness of this approach by proving a new PSpace upper-bound for satisfiability of concepts w.r.t. acyclic terminologies in the DL SI, which extends the basic DL ALC with transitive and inverse roles.
