Abstract:
Le phénomène des « zones à défendre » s’est progressivement imposé comme un des nouveaux modes de contestation environnementale. Cela tient à trois caractéristiques. D’abord la ZAD mobilise des militants altermondialistes appartenant à des sous-groupes variés. Ensuite, la ZAD se distingue par son mode opératoire : l’occupation permanente et sur de longues échelles du temps d’un chantier. Enfin, dans une certaine mesure, elle se distingue par sa rhétorique, laquelle repose en grande partie sur la dénonciation des « grands projets inutiles et imposés ». Auréolés de leur victoire dans l’abandon du projet d’aéroport de Notre-Dame-des-Landes, les zadistes, mobiles et prêts à s’investir dans d’autres conflits, pourraient être tentés d’occuper de nouveaux sites. Et pourquoi pas à Bure dans la Meuse où l’Andra mûrit le projet Cigéo ?

Abstract:
This contribution examines the so-called ZAD of Notre-Dame-des-Landes, a municipality near the city of Nantes in the Western French department Loire-Atlantique. Officially, the abbreviation ZAD stands for the term “designated development area”, zone d’aménagement différé. For decades the site was intended to be the building zone of a large airport project. The opponents of this infrastructure project reinterpreted the abbreviation ZAD: in their understanding and common parlance it means zone to defend- zone à défendre. Within the scope of large-scale protest against the airport project the site had been occupied since 2009. The article examines whether and to what extent the occupied ZAD of Notre-Dame-des-Landes could be described as a socially critical threshold space. In this context it seeks to explore the socio-critical potential and its spatial components with reference to geographical characteristics, location and ideas related aspects as well as action-related factors. The contribution refers to the situation in the first half of the year 2015, before the official abandonment of the airport project and the evacuation of the site. Due to the high dynamic of the developments within the ZAD the findings discussed in this article should be regarded as a “snapshot”.

The paper presents the results of the last two field campaigns (autumn seasons of 2016 and 2017) of the “Newcomers and autochthons” project, conducted since 2013 within the framework of the UGZAR (Upper Greater Zab Archaeological Reconnaissance) project in the upper Greater Zab area of the Kurdistan Autonomous Region of Iraq. A short preliminary account on the sites found during this period is followed by an overview of the Ninevite 5 settlement pattern based on data gathered over the course of six seasons of prospection within the research area.

Abstract:
Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah SMA yang berada di Ponpes Modern Zam Zam Muhammadiyah Cilongok. Keterbatasan alokasi waktu dan prasarana menjadi kendala dalam melaksanakan kegiatan eksperimentasi fisika di laboratorium maupun di luar kelas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan (1) memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada peserta didik dalam membuat roket air beserta mekanisme peluncurnya sebagai peraga pembelajaran fisika yang menarik dan menyenangkan; (2) Meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar fisika. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatori dan eksperimentasi dimana peserta didik melakukan kegiatan secara mandiri yang didampingi oleh narasumber dan guru pamong, adapun minat dan motivasi diperoleh dari angket respons peserta didik. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi persiapan/ pendahuluan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan monitoring evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik telah berhasil membuat roket air dan dapat memahami dengan baik mekanisme kerjanya. Minat dan motivasi belajar menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kategori sedang. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik tentang roket, meningkatkan minat peserta didik dalam belajar fisika, dan dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan oleh pihak sekolah, guru, maupun peserta didik, sehingga pembelajaran fisika dapat dilaksanakan secara kontekstual, menarik, dan menyenangkan.

Cette thèse porte sur l'analyse des pratiques participatives des deux projets, la ZAC Paris Rive Gauche à Paris, l'aménagement du Gwanghwamun Square à Séoul. Alors que la « participation » dans le projet urbain est souvent annoncée comme l'objectif idéal, ce terme laisse une marge de traduction à chaque personne qui l'utilise. Cette thèse a pour objectif de comprendre le rôle de participation dans la fabrication de l'espace. Nous entamons d'abord l'étude du déroulement de ces deux projets urbains et de ses acteurs pour montrer leur place dans la démarche du projet. Ensuite, nous analysons la structure des dispositifs participatifs et leur fonctionnement. Il s'agit d'étudier la place des citoyens dans le projet urbain qui apparaissent à travers ces dispositifs et le lien qu'ils nouent éventuellement avec les acteurs. Qui sont-ils ? Pour répondre à cette question, nous analysons les figures des citoyens qui émergent lors de la participation. Nous avons retenu trois critères : 1) l'intensité de la participation, 2) l'intérêt qu'ils portent au projet et à l'espace, 3) la reconnaissance des savoirs citoyens. À partir de cette analyse sur la figure des citoyens, nous étudions comment des citoyens peuvent revendiquer leur présence dans la démarche du projet, et être reconnus par les acteurs ou non. Ce processus implique la mise en cause de la légitimité du projet et de l'autorité déléguée des acteurs. Si les acteurs du projet résistent à la réduction de leur portée dans la démarche du projet, qu'apporte la présence des citoyens dans l'aménagement de l'espace et à l'action publique collective ? Notre recherche montre que la dynamique participative n'est pas totalement malléable, malgré les difficultés de la prise de place des citoyens dans le jeu d'acteurs et de la reconnaissance de celle-ci. Nous avons essayé d'identifier les conditions de participation comme la possibilité de modifier la configuration des échanges, le partage des savoirs et la formation pour la participation
This thesis focuses on the analysis of participatory practices of two urban projects - the ZAC Paris Rive gauche in Paris and the creation of Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. “Participation” in the urban project is often announced as the ideal objective. Its signification is disputable. The object of this thesis is to understand the role of participation in the making of spaces. For this, we start by describing the progress of these two urban projects as well as their stakeholders, to clarify their position in the project process. Then, the structure of the participating organizations and their functions are analyzed. By doing so, the place of citizens in the urban project as it appears in their relations with these organizations and their relations themselves with the stakeholders will be examined. Who are they? We analyze the types of citizens who emerge through citizen participation. Three criteria are selected: 1) the intensity of participation, 2) participants' interests, 3) recognition of citizens' knowledge. From these criteria, we research how citizens can claim their presence in the project, and be recognized by the stakeholders or not. If the stakeholders of the project resist the weakening of their influence in the project process caused by participation, what can the presence of these citizens bring to the space and to the public collective action? Our research shows that the dynamics of participation are not totally malleable, in spite of the citizens' difficulties in taking their place among stakeholders, and the recognition of their place. This research identifies the conditions of participation as the possibility of modifying the discussion situation, the knowledge sharing, and the learning to participate

The policy for city renovation engaged by the paris city around the fifties, found its origin in a trend of fast economic growth conditions. This policy has given birth in priority to the modernization of the parisian real estate basis and the construction of many residences. From 1975, a new policy in space organisation and urbanism, based on more diversificated options is appeared. This report's try to analyse the main objectives in space management and particulary concerning :. The problems linked to lodging and lodging again ; the preservation and the development of industrial, artisan and commercial activities ; the integration of buildings in the urban texture ; the aspects of renovation and rehabilitation ; the strongthening of public equipments, cultural and hobby ones ; the creation of green spaces and pedestrian passages. The new policy in space organisation and urbanism in paris find today its frame from these criteria and through the creation of z. A. C. 's. In addition, the aim of this report is to analyse that parisian z. A. C. 's policy by taking the particular exemples of operations planned or realized in the "z. A. C. Des amandiers", in the 20th arrondissement by an organism "s. E. M. E. A. Xv" tool of this important operation. . In a first step, this survey draws the z. A. C. 's policy and the reglementation inside them and states exemples of such operations in paris. .

This thesis is about the problems of PPP projects. These are the projects, whose realization is based on the partnership of the private and public sector. This way brings new possibilities how is building and management of public infrastructure more effective. In theoretical part the basic information concerning the problems of PPP projects is described, its advantages and disadvantages, basic characters and principles. In this thesis is described actual state of PPP projects in the Czech Republic. In practical part the thesis is about specific concession project, whose realization is considered. It is the project of construction and operation of cableway to Spilberk Castle. Within this part at first the entrance data for financial models have been found, after that the financial models have been count and the analysis of sensitivity has been finished. In conclusion the evaluation of project has been done and there was the recommendation how to realize the project.

Abstract:

Osnovni cilj ovog istraţivanja je bio ispitivanje uticaja indukovanog srećnog i tuţnog afekta i vulnerabilnosti za depresiju na proces paţnje. U istraţivanju su integrisane i proveravane osnovne pretpostavke Teorije proširenja i izgradnje (Fredrickson, 1998, 2001) koje se tiĉu uticaja pozitivnih i negativnih emocija na opseg paţnje, i pretpostavke Bekove teorije depresije (Beck, 1967) u vezi sa efektima kognitivne vulnerabilnosti za depresiju na proces paţnje. Dva kljuĉna pitanja na koja je ovo istraţivanje pokušalo da pruţi odgovore su: 1) da li opseg paţnje zavisi od emocionalnog stanja koje osoba trenutno doţivljava; 2) da li osobe sa kognitivnom vulnerabilnošću za depresiju ispoljavaju negativne pristrasnosti paţnje. Istraţivanje je sprovedeno u dve faze. U prvoj fazi je uĉestvovalo 731 ispitanika (84% ţenskog pola), studenata Filozofskog fakulteta u Novom Sadu, proseĉne starosti 20.52 godine (SD = 1.80). Cilj ovog dela istraţivanja je bio da se selektuju osobe sa visokim i niskim rizikom za razvoj depresije, na osnovu skorova na dve mere kognitivne vulnerabilnosti za depresiju: 1) testa za procenu pristrasnosti u kognitivnom procesiranju informacija (Scrambled Sentences Test; Wenzlaff, 1988, 1993); 2) skale samoprocene depresivnih kognicija (Dysfunctional Attitude Scale-Form A; Weissman & Beck, 1978). Na osnovu rezultata na testovima vulnerabilnosti za depresiju i subskali depresivnosti PDSQ (The Psychiatric Diagnostic Screening Questionnaire; Zimmerman & Mattia, 2001), iz inicijalnog uzorka su formirane dve grupe ispitanika - vulnerabilni za depresiju (N = 82; 69 ţenskog pola i 13 muškog) i nevulnerabilni (N = 88; 79 ţenskog pola i 9 muškog). Od ukupnog broja ispitanika koji su zadovoljavali kriterijume visoke i niske vulnerabilnosti za depresiju, u eksperimentalnom delu istraţivanja je uĉestvovalo 120 ispitanika (po 60 u svakoj grupi), koji su pristali da doĊu na drugu fazu istraţivanja. Druga faza istraţivanja je sprovedena u Laboratoriji za eksperimentalnu psihologiju, Filozofskog fakulteta, Univerziteta u Novom Sadu, i sastojala se iz sledećih delova: 1) popunjavanja baterije testova za procenu kontrolnih varijabli: pozitivnog i negativnog afekta, anksioznosti, depresivnosti, psihološke fleksibilnosti, optimizma i radoznalosti; 2) indukcije emocija, procedurom kombinovanja muzike i prisećanja i zapisivanja autobiografskog dogaĊaja; 3) eksperimenta praćenja oĉnih pokreta, u kojem je korišćen Eye-tracking sistem EyeLink II; 4) debrifinga. Stimulus u eksperimentu je bio slajd sa tri slike iste valence (tuţne, srećne, neutralne), prikazane na sivoj pozadini. Na slajdu je uvek jedna slika bila centralno, a dve periferno. Polje u kojem su slike prikazivane je bilo podeljeno u devet kvadranata, u koje su slike rasporeĊene sluĉajnim izborom. Korišćeno je ukupno 90 slika (po 30 svake valence) koje su izabrane iz baze IAPS (International Affective Picture System; Lang, Bradley, & Cuthbert, 2008). Pokreti dominantnog oka su monokularno snimani, a zadatak ispitanika je bio da posmatra slike prirodno i da gleda ono što ga zanima, kao da gleda televiziju. Indikatori opsega paţnje su bili: a) procenat gledanja perifernih slika u odnosu na centralne; b) proseĉan broj fiksacija po slajda. Kao mere pristrasnosti paţnje su definisane: a) proseĉno trajanje svih fiksacija na slajdu odreĊene emocionalne valence; b) proseĉno trajanje prve fiksacije na centralnoj slici. Radi provere glavnih efekata vulnerabilnosti, indukovanog afekta i valence stimulusa, kao i njihovih interakcija, na opseg i pristrasnosti paţnje, u analizi podataka je korišćen trofaktorski mešoviti model analize varijanse (ANOVA). Rezultati istraţivanja su pokazali da laboratorijski indukovan afekat nema robustan efekat na opseg paţnje, kao i da negativne pristrasnosti paţnje nisu primetne kod osoba koje ispoljavaju kognitivnu vulnerabilnost za depresiju. Nalazi istraţivanja nisu potvrdili pretpostavke Teorije proširenja i izgradnje o uticaju pozitivnih i negativnih emocija na proces paţnje. Pri tom, nalazi su osporili operacionalizaciju depresivne kognitivne šeme kao opšte kognitivno-organizacion

En partant de l’analyse de notre environnement construit et notamment des réponses architecturales et urbaines à apporter en vue de diminuer de façon significative les émissions des gaz CO2, limiter l'effet de serre et préserver la biodiversité, nous nous sommes attachés à l'étude d'un écoquartier situé dans une ville emblématique du point de vue écologique, celle de Grenoble, et dans l'un de ses espaces urbains : la caserne de Bonne. Nous sommes partis de l'hypothèse que c'est tout d’abord au plan local, puis régional et national que l’on devra élaborer et mettre en pratique des solutions adaptées pour lutter contre toutes les formes de pollution, créer et innover en matière d'énergie renouvelable, tout en diminuant de façon progressive l'usage des énergies fossiles. C'est en tant qu'architecte urbaniste praticien que nous avons voulu apporter notre contribution dans ce domaine, en optant pour une analyse approfondie de l’écoquartier de l'ancienne caserne de Bonne à Grenoble
Our research addresses the general issue of urban development and how to design sustainable cities through architecture and town planning. Our analysis focused on a study of caserne de Bonne, an ecodistrict located in Grenoble, which is an emblematic city from an ecological viewpoint. Our task was to significantly reduce CO2 gas emissions, limit the greenhouse effect, and preserve biodiversity. We developed our hypothesis to devise satisfactory solutions to fight pollution, reduce the use of fossil fuels, and create innovative ways to employ renewable energy. Our program will start locally, then expand on a regional and national level. We observed that in residential districts, remedies such as reducing transportation generated pollution, conserving energy, treating household waste, and other parameters,can be scaled up and implemented regionally and nationally. As architect and urban planner, we wanted to contribute to this field by providing an analysis of Bonne ecodistrict

Poglavje se ukvarja z učnimi metodami za poučevanje slovenščine kot drugega in tujega jezika (SDTJ) v hotelirstvu in turizmu. Izvedli smo kvantitativno raziskavo s ciljem ugotavljanja najustreznejših metod za poučevanje SDTJ na področju turizma in hotelirstva za neslovensko govoreče zaposlene. Izhajamo iz hipoteze, da zaposlenim v hotelirstvu in turizmu zaradi delovnega časa ustreza e-učenje, ki jim skladno s konceptom odprtega učenja omogoča fleksibilnost glede proste izbire vsebine, časa, lokacije poučevanja, učnih pripomočkov in tehnologije. V zaključnem delu poglavja predstavljamo prosto dostopno spletno aplikacijo Hotel Slovenščina, ki je nastala kot rezultat Študentskega inovativnega projekta za družbeno korist Hotel Slovenščina.

Za celostno obravnavo Gradnikov bralne pismenosti (2018, delovno gradivo ZRSŠ) smo se v izhodišču naslonili na tri ključne dokumente, in sicer na Belo knjigo o vzgoji in izobraževanju v RS (2011), na Nacionalno strategijo za razvoj bralne pismenosti za obdobje 2019–2030 (2019) in na Osem ključnih kompetenc za vseživljenjsko učenje (2018). V okviru dela pri projektu OBJEM smo v raziskavah bralno pismenost opazovali z več vidikov, med katerimi je treba izpostaviti zlasti tri: (1) z vidika oblikovanja gradnikov bralne pismenosti, (2) z vidika didaktičnih pristopov, ki prispevajo k bralni pismenosti, še zlasti pri presoji učbeniških gradiv, in (3) z vidika izbora kakovostnih bralnih gradiv za vsa področja dejavnosti v vrtcih in vse predmete v osnovnošolskem in srednješolskem izobraževanju.

Poglavje predstavlja temeljno terminologijo, povezano s poučevanjem in učenjem slovenščine kot drugega in tujega jezika (SDTJ) oz. neprvega jezika, saj ni nujno, da je za otroke priseljence to drugi jezik. Predstavljeni so zakonodaja s tega področja, učna načrta za prvo in drugo vzgojno-izobraževalno obdobje v osnovni šoli (za dodatni pouk slovenščine v začetnem obdobju), kurikulum za vrtce in druge smernice, priporočila ter primeri dobre prakse za vključevanje otrok priseljencev v slovenski vzgojno-izobraževalni sistem. Pismenost je eden od ključnih elementov vseživljenskega učenja; naslanja se na gradnike bralne pismenosti (pri učenju SDTJ sta pomembna gradnika besedišče in motiviranost za branje), v izobraževalnem okolju pa se navezuje na vsa področja dejavnosti v vrtcu in na vse predmete v OŠ. Kakovostno učenje slovenščine kot neprvega jezika nujno vsebuje tudi medkulturne elemente (vključujoče odnose), zato so predstavljeni tudi rezultati mednarodnega transdisciplinarnega projekta Razvoj pismenosti in učenje jezika za mlajše učence v neugodnem položaju (DEAL).

V prispevku predstavljamo aktivnost projekta Slovenščina na dlani, vezano na pripravo t. i. baze znanja, in sicer izdelavo razlag za sklopa pravopis in slovnica. Izdelali bomo več kot šestdeset razlag za vsakega od omenjenih sklopov, nekaj tem pa bo namenjenih tudi izdelavi razlag s strani uporabnikov. Možnost vpogleda v sprotne razlage in dostop do celotne baze znanja bosta doprinesla k uspešnejšemu reševanju nalog, omogočala pa bosta tudi teoretično podprto usvajanje snovi.

Poglavje osvetljuje pomen zgodnjega vključevanja otrok priseljencev v vzgojno-izobraževalni proces. Za lažje in hitrejše vključevanje v družbo je temeljno postopno usvajanje slovenščine ter razvijanje sporazumevalnih dejavnosti, ki v vrtcih ne potekajo usklajeno, zato se v praksi kaže potreba po sistemski ureditvi in zagotavljanju načrtovanega in vodenega procesa učenja in spremljanja napredka sporazumevalne zmožnosti otrok priseljencev skozi skupne in skupinske medpodročne kurikularne dejavnosti. Osredotočamo se na gradnike bralne pismenosti, predstavimo gradiva in primere kakovostnih slikanic za spodbujanje družinske pismenosti, jezikovnih kompetenc in medkulturne zmožnosti v predšolskem obdobju, saj je uspešna komunikacija ključna za socialno sprejetost med vrstniki, vzgojitelji pa so tisti, ki otrokom nudijo idealni govorni vzorec in z rednim in pogostim branjem pomembno prispevajo k razvoju višjih ravni jezika.

V poglavju se osredotočamo na značilnosti razvijanja pravopisne zmožnosti pri učencih in učenkah, ki jim je slovenščina drugi ali tuji jezik. Gre za enega temeljnih ciljev sodobnega (jezikovnega) pouka. Usvajanje pravopisa slovenskega jezika za omenjene učence in učenke (lahko) predstavlja zahtevno nalogo. Zaradi tega in tudi zaradi skromnega števila ur, ki so navedenim učencem in učenkam namenjene kot dodaten pouk učenja slovenščine, usvajanje pravopisa, sploh v začetnih letih izobraževanja, poteka pogosteje posredno kot neposredno, večinoma povezano z drugimi dejavnostmi (v začetnem spoznavanju slovenskega jezika predvsem z usvajanjem besedišča) in ne le pri pouku slovenščine. Prikazani so primeri dobre prakse in konkretna gradiva za usvajanje pravopisa, nastali v projektu DEAL, ter lastni predlogi o možnostih razvijanja pravopisne zmožnosti pri omenjenih učencih, učenkah.

Throughout the 1980s, while the molecule collectors were busy exploring the ocean sediments, tracking their finds into the past, and learning to read the messages hidden in the carbon skeletons, one analytical chemist cum geochemist at Indiana University was finding that important elements of the lexicon lay not only in the molecular structures, stereochemistry, and distributions of the carbon skeletons, but in the carbon atoms themselves. John Hayes had done his graduate work at MIT in the mid-1960s under Klaus Biemann, one of the doyens of mass spectrometry who, like Carl Djerassi, was interested in natural products with biomedical applications. When Hayes told Biemann he wanted to do his doctoral thesis on the organic constituents in meteorites, Biemann was uninterested, to say the least. Forty years later, Hayes can still quote the eminent scientist’s response to his proposal, replete with thick Austrian accent: “Don’t talk to me about zat junk.” Biemann walked away from the discussion without another word, and Hayes was so mortified by his own foolishness that he couldn’t bring himself to tell his wife about the incident. When he went into the lab the next day, he was convinced that his graduate career was over—but Biemann had done some homework and had a change of heart. “It seems we can get lots of money for zat junk!” he exclaimed as soon as he saw Hayes. NASA was, at the time, offering generous funding for such projects. For all his skepticism, Biemann was eventually seduced by the extraterrestrial “junk” and even ended up designing the mass spectrometer for the Viking Mars mission. Hayes remembers him commenting, a couple of years into the meteorite project, that it was actually “much more interesting than the thousandth alkaloid in the thousandth tree,” though Hayes himself says his doctoral thesis was unexceptional, completed before the Murchison meteorite fell and things really got interesting.

Podjetje, projekt, oddelek, zaposlen posameznik, pa tudi družba in narava so procesi. Procesi spreminjajo svoje deležnike, njihove vire in medsebojne odnose. Namen prispevka je predstaviti univerzalni model procesov kot teoretično podlago tehnologije digitalnih dvojčkov, na katerih temelji digitalna transformacija. Superstruktura tovrstnih procesov se odrazi v strukturiranem matematičnem programu, ki omogoča celovito optimizacijo poslovanja. Iz te povezave sledi naravna metodologija uvajanja upravljanja z učinkovitostjo podjetja (corporate performance management) ali celovite optimizacije poslovanja (enterprise wide optimization) podjetja. V prispevku predstavimo proces izdelave analiz za upravljanje z učinkovitostjo podjetja. Za ta proces izdelamo model analize stroškov in koristi, ki ilustrira navedeni proces, obenem pa v konkretnih primerih omogoča oceno finančnih parametrov investicije v upravljanje z učinkovitostjo podjetja.

Today, more and more people are using smartphones and internet services. Modern society is advancing rapidly technologically, where new possibilities for the use of smart devices are opening up. The paper discusses a project to develop hardware and software for mobile blinds management. The purpose of the research was to develop a prototype Wi-Fi system for mobile blinds management. In the laboratory at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, we established an interdisciplinary team of collaborators who developed a prototype of hardware and software. The mobile app is reliable, secure and user-friendly. In addition to the mobile app itself, we can determine several locations of our blinds, where the current weather forecast is displayed. With the help of the controller, we can amplify the signal of the home Wi-Fi network. No additional control units or hubs are required for the system to operate.

Inovacije v podjetjih so vprašanje preživetja. Razvoj digitalnih tehnologij postaja vse pomembnejši v inovacijskem procesu. Le-ta ponuja nove priložnosti za oblikovanje novih izdelkov in storitev. Čeprav so inovacije že dolgo sestavni del industrije, digitalizacija spreminja tudi samo naravo inovacijskega procesa. Ustvarjanje digitalnih izdelkov in storitev za podjetja pogosto povzroča tudi nove težave in izzive. Najpomembneje pa je, da podjetjem ponuja nove priložnosti za ustvarjanje, razvoj in rast. Osnovni namen tega članka je preučiti evolucijo inovacijskih procesov in vpliv digitalizacije izdelkov in storitev na inovacije. Dejstvo je, da bo digitalizacija izdelkov privedla do nove večplastve digitalne arhitekture izdelkov. Za to arhitekturo so značilna splošna pravila oblikovanja, ki precej ohlapno povezujejo raznolike sloje-nivoje izdelka. Večslojna arhitektura izdelka ima potencial neomejenih inovacij. Nova arhitektura izdelkov od podjetij zahteva, da sprejmejo tudi novo organizacijsko logiko inovacij.

Vrijeme od 1995. godine do danas obilježeno je, između ostalog, i traganjima za mogućim modelima kako obezbijediti veće učešće žena u zakonodavnim tijelima, ali ne samo u njima, nego i u tijelima izvršne vlasti, ukupnom društvenom i političkom životu. To je proces koji se kontinuirano odvija u velikom dijelu svijeta, pa tako i u našoj BiH, a i u Regiji. Hroničan nedostatak žena na mjestima odlučivanja najčešće se adresira našim tradicionalnim kulturološkim i ukupnim sociološkim uvjetima, nedovoljnoj demokratičnosti političkih subjekata, ali i nedostatku adekvatnih zakonskih rješenja koja bi omogućila dobre uvjete za veći broj žena na listama i u tijelima vlasti. Donošenje Zakona o ravnopravnosti spolova BiH, uvođenje kvote manje zastupljenog spola u Izborni zakon BiH, kao i niz drugih rješenja uveliko je uticalo na povećan broj žena u zakonodavnim tijelima. Još uvijek je taj broj znatno manji od proklamovanog, najprije 30, a potom i 40% obaveznog broja manje zastupljenog spola na kandidatskim listama. Vrlo je malo istraživanja koja nude moguće konkretne izmjene zakona koje bi dosegle ovaj procent. Opće je mjesto da sadašnji izborni sistem u BiH pogoduje većoj zastupljenosti žena kao manje zastupljenog spola. Ali ,također, otvara i neke mogućnosti za poboljšanje, a koje se kriju u eventualnoj uspostavi pariteta i ravnomjernoj zastupljenosti muškaraca i žena na listama, eventualnom zatvaranju listi, preraspodjeli kompenzacionih mandata u korist manje zastupljenog spola. Također, korisno bi bilo razmotriti i broj političkih subjekata, izbornih jedinica kao i podizanje cenzusa za ostvarenje mandata. Isto tako, važno bi bilo sačuvati kvotu, na koju se u toku dvadesetak godina nekoliko puta atakovalo, ali i zadržati kaznene odredbe kojima se štiti propisani redoslijed i kvota. Izmjene koje bi pogodovale većem broju izabranih žena traže adekvatnu političku klimu i zato je važno adresirati odgovornost ne samo na zakonodavce nego posebno i na političke stranke, medije, NVO i druge subjekte.

Abstract:
Proces disolucije Socijalističke Federativne Republike Jugoslavije (SFRJ) na federalne jedinice – socijalističke republike, odvijao se kroz ratne sukobe u posljednjoj deceniji dvadesetog stoljeća. Glavni generatori toga procesa bili su agresivni nacionalizmi koji su ratom nastojali ostvariti svoje velikodržavne projekte, između ostaloga, razgradnjom i podjelom Republike Bosne i Hercegovine. Ipak, uz pomoć međunarodne zajednice, sve bivše socijalističke republike postale su samostalne i nezavisne države – a među njima i Republika Bosna i Hercegovina. Najteža ratna stradanja ljudi i razaranja materijalnih i kulturnih dobara dogodila su se upravo na njenom području (1992–1995), gdje je, po presudi međunarodnog suda u Hagu, počinjen i zločin genocida. Spoznaja historijske istine o uzrocima, toku i posljedicama ratnih stradanja i razaranja u Bosni i Hercegovini je dug, zahtjevan i složen proces. Neki segmenti te istine, između ostalog, obznanjeni su u presudama međunarodnog suda u Hagu te pravosudnih organa Bosne i Hercegovine i zemalja okruženja. To, međutim, nije i ne može biti cjelovita historijska istina, koja mora biti sveobuhvatna, višedimenzionalna, dokaziva i provjerljiva u izvorima historijskoga saznanja. Takva istina je civilizacijski dug građana savremenika, historičara i drugih naučnika, institucija obrazovanja, kulture i nauke svih vrsta i razina, odnosno države Bosne i Hercegovine i bosanskohercegovačkog društva u cjelini. U ovom prilogu se uglavnom govori o dva historijska aspekta od značaja za istraživanja minulog rata: o neophodnosti postojanja, adekvatne zaštite, čuvanja i korištenja primarnih historijskih izvora kao conditio sine qua non za naučnu elaboraciju ratnih zbivanja, i o neophodnosti postojanja školovanih historičara kao nepristrasnih i naučnoj istini posvećenih istraživača.
