Abstract:
The anomalies of generative and vegetative organs of species of the genus Allium L., which occur under the influence of environmental factors, both in prevalent natural areas, and during introduction into agriculture in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, have been investigated. In some species of onion A.waldsteinii Don. in the ecological conditions of their natural germination, along with seeds, the appearance of air bulbs (profilication - replacement of one organ by another) was observed in floral umbrellas. Anomalies such as fasciation (fusion of organs among themselves), deformat

The research material was selected according to the criteria, namely, the average age was 3 years, the condition was 2 months pregnant with at least 2 births at parity. Experimental animals were divided into two groups: 10 animals were categorized as high prolific (number of children ≥2 per birth) and 10 animals were categorized as low prolific (1 child per birth). ABSTRACT The aim of the research was to compare the blood biochemical levels of Batur sheep based on their proliferation rate. The research used 52 Batur ewes having 2 parities from a sheep farming group in Batur District, Banjarnegara, Central Java - Indonesia. This study was conducted based on a survey method designed into 3 groups of prolification. The sheep samples used in this study have adapted to the local environment fed with basal forage as grass and vegetable waste. Drinking water was given ad libitum. The observed variables include glucose, albumin, blood urea, creatinine, cholester

Three new species of Pleurothallis, each exhibiting prolific vegetative growth, are described from Costa Rica and western Panama. Prolification refers to the development of a vegetative bud from the axil of a bract within the floral meristem, a frequent condition in the Pleurothallidinae, where it manifests as a new ramicaul developed from the apex of a previous ramicaul. Prolification can be either constitutive or facultative, the latter occurring mostly under stress-induced, non-optimal growing conditions. The three new species are found at high elevations, between 1400 and 2550 m, in humid,

In our experiments we tried to find correlation between the age and the body condition of milking goats. We found that these factors significantly incluence the economic parameters of the goats; they have effect on their milk production and reproduction as well. Body condition is the lowest in case of the 3-5-year-old goats, whereas it is the highest in case of the 1-2-year-old. The highest number of kids (2.5) are produced by the 3-5-year-old, while the 1-2-year-old have the fewest kids. Lactation milk production is the highest in case of the 4-5-year-old animals, the lowest in the 1-2-year-o
