Abstract:
Individualistická a holistická linie sociologického výkladu jsou dvě základní tendence v sociálněteoretickém myšlení, ze kterých vyrůstá linie třetí, jež se snaží obě předchozí – jako dvě určité krajnosti – propojit dohromady v rámci jednoho výkladového modelu. Dějiny sociologie 20. století ukazují, že obě výkladové linie představují životaschopné badatelské strategie, která se přetransformovaly do mnoha konkrétních podob, do řady různých sociologických škol a směrů. Pro dosavadní snahy o překonání rozporu mezi individualismem a holismem, které lze v sociologii zaznamenat, je charakteristické nejčastěji to, že jejich proponenti volí strategii, umožňující během teoretického výkladu střídavě měnit „pozorovatelské stanoviště“ a sledované otázky nahlížet a vysvětlovat střídavě z obou pozic – individualistické i holistické. Proporce, v níž jsou obě perspektivy ve výkladech takových autorů zastoupeny, bývají rozdílné; někdy může mít výklad blíže k holismu (Boudrieu), jindy k individualismu (Berger a Luckmann). Jeden z nejambicoznějších pokusů o vyrovnání se s tímto letitým problémem představuje Giddensova teorie strukturace a paralelně vedle ní formulovaná a jí příbuzná koncepce sociálního realismu Roye Bhaskara a Margaret Archerové. Autor navrhované stati se pokusí v článku nastínit vlastní řešení této teoretické otázky, které je od uvedených koncepcí odlišné.

Abstract:
Prorodinná opatření sociálního státu jsou nejčastěji orientovaná na rodinu jako celek, aniž by brala v úvahu rozdíly, které mohou existovat mezi oběma partnery, tedy uvnitř rodiny. Prostředky, jež mají ovlivnit fertilitní rozhodnutí a plány v rodině, nepočítají s odlišnými fertilitními preferencemi obou partnerů. Konfliktní teorie D. Voase předpokládá, že mezi muži a ženami v párech mohou existovat významné rozdíly, pokud jde o preferovaný počet dětí v rodině. Naše předchozí analýza založená na datech z České republiky však ukázala, že mezi partnery existují jen malé rozdíly v preferovaném počtu dětí. Jestliže mezi partnery existuje jen malý rozdíl v preferencích počtu dětí, předpokládáme, že se také nebudou lišit jejich postoje k opatřením státních prorodinných politik. Otázky, které si v naší stati klademe jsou tak následujícící: Potvrdí se předpoklad, že rozdíly v postojích mezi partnery jsou jen nepatrné? Bude jejich proporce podobná rozdílům v preferencích počtu dětí? V našem příspěvku se zabýváme porovnáním postojů k různým opatřením podporujícím porodnost - rodičovské dovolené, péči o děti, přídavkům na děti a dalším prostředkům státních intervencí. K analýze využíváme data z výběrového šetření Manželství práce, rodina, realizovaného v listopadu 2005 v České republice.

Abstract In questo scritto si esamina un semplice modello di decisione in condizioni di incertezza di tipo particolare. Si assume che un comitato debba proporre un’alternativa su cui decidere in concorrenza con un’altra alternativa basata sullo status quo. I membri del comitato, che hanno proprie preferenze al riguardo, non conoscono la forma e la posizione delle curve di preferenza dei votanti. Le loro opinioni circa l’alternativa da proporre sono descritte da una funzione di distribuzione dipendente dalla locazione dello status quo, contenuta in un intervallo tra lo status quo e l’alternativa per essi ideale.Pertanto, un comitato che prende le decisioni con la regola della maggioranza semplice proporrà l’alternativa associata con la preferenza mediana del comitato. Inoltre, anche nell’ipotesi di altre regole di votazione, si dimostra che il comitato prenderà decisioni razionali, rappresentabili con curve unimodali.

In questo articolo vengono proposte alcune riflessioni sul ruolo che il docente svolge nell’implementare pratiche mirate a valorizzare i processi di argomentazione riflessiva a supporto della valutazione formativa in Matematica. Mediante l’analisi di alcuni stralci di discussione, tratti da una sperimentazione condotta in una classe seconda di una scuola secondaria di primo grado, si mettono in luce gli interventi chiave che il docente può proporre per stimolare processi di argomentazione riflessiva e attivare specifiche strategie di valutazione formativa.

Abstract:
L’articolo descrive un’esperienza didattica realizzata in una classe quinta della scuola primaria: lo scopo dell’attività era di proporre una modalità di lavoro che permettesse agli alunni di attivare le loro potenzialità cognitive quando affrontavano situazioni geometriche nelle quali era loro richiesto di pianificare come si potessero calcolare le aree non note di figure geometriche. Tali situazioni sono spesso proposte in termini statici, attraverso lezioni frontali in cui il compito degli studenti è la fruizione. Le consegne hanno messo in evidenza quanto sia stretto il rapporto fra il linguaggio e gli aspetti iconici e figurali e come questo possa essere discusso con gli studenti. Mentre la discussione ha evidenziato diversi approcci ai significati coinvolti, confrontarsi con le situazioni proposte e interagire coi pari sembra aver aumentato la consapevolezza degli studenti circa il senso del calcolo delle aree.

Lo spoglio di due dei tre maggiori archivi medioevali triestini ha già consentito di proporre datazioni di fenomeni dialettali sloveni difformi da quelle proposte dal Ramovš; si è potuto così appurare che la moderna riduzione vocalica ("moderna vokalna redukcija") e il passaggio della ł anteconsonantica e finale a ų avvengono a Trieste almeno un secolo prima, forse anche un secolo e mezzo, che non nella Slovenia centrale. Per quanto concerne il passaggio ł>ų si pone pure il quesito di un parallelismo - o addirittura di una priorità - tra il tergestino e lo sloveno locale.

Abstract:
Teoria pola po raz pierwszy została opisana w pracy Chou, Gao, Zhang w 1994 roku. W kolejnej pracy (Janicic, Narboux, Quaresma 2012) zaprezentowano nowy system aksjomatów teorii pola i program przeznaczony do automatycznego dowodzenia twierdzen. W artykule chcemy przedstawić interpretację teorii pola w geometrii analitycznej na płaszczyznie kartezjanskiej R×R z porządkiem leksykograficznym. Również pokażemy nową metodę dowodzenia twierdzeń geometrycznych (szczególnie twierdzeń z ksiegi VI Elementów Euklidesa), w której pole trójkąta wystepuje w dowodach (szczególnie w proporcji) jako element pierwotny (wzór na pole trójkąta wprowadza się, jako aksjomat). Podobną metodę stosował Euklides na objektach geometrycznych bez użycia liczb. W omawianej teorii pole trójkąta jest liczbą, a twierdzenie VI.1 Elementów, podstawowe dla teorii Euklidesa, jest przyjmowane jako aksjomat. W artykule również omówimy mało znaną własność, która jest modyfikacją twierdzenia VI.1: w miejsce proporcji trójkątów o wspólnej wysokości, wykorzystuje proporcje trójkątów o wspólnej podstawie.

Abstract Partendo dal presupposto che le politiche del governo sono una sorta di bene pubblico la cui offerta non creerebbe problemi nell’ipotesi in cui i cittadini avessero delle preferenze omogenee, l’autore affronta il tema dell’elaborazione di un insieme di istituzioni democratiche che consentano di soddisfare gli interessi dei cittadini in una società eterogenea.Dopo aver paragonato a questo fine, nei loro presupposti logici, il sistema bipartitico e quello multipartitico, il lavoro si concentra sull’individuazione di regole di voto alternative atte ad evitare i problemi connessi con le maggioranze cicliche.In particolare viene esaminata la procedura del voto attraverso il veto che, come la maggioranza semplice, tende a selezionare dei risultati che si collocano al centra della distribuzione delle proposte ma che presenta il vantaggio ulteriore di fornire a ciascun individuo l’incentivo a proporre degli esiti che tendono al centro della distribuzione dei punti ideali dell’elettore.

Na década de 1960, Hélio Oiticica, entre outros artistas, teoriza e propõe práticas artísticas voltadas à participação do espectador no processo criador de suas proposições experimentais. Os escritos do artista a partir deste período mostram que havia intencionalidade política no seu programa ambiental de expansão da arte para o cotidiano, por meio de proposições cada vez mais abertas à participação total do espectador, focadas no comportamento humano, no descondicionamento, e na oposição ao conformismo artístico, social, político, ético. Na busca constante de Oiticica pela intensificação da participação do espectador e pela liberdade em sentido pleno, é possível perceber que o artista desenvolve estratégias que podem ser relevantes ao questionamento de estruturas de controle ideológico, alienação e opressão na arte e na vida, e ao fomento de reflexões favoráveis ao engajamento e a emancipação de artistas e participadores, que assim como Oiticica, desejam a participação ativa da arte nas questões do seu tempo-espaço. Sendo assim, esta pesquisa identifica e discute estratégias participativas em arte contemporânea, extraídas da análise de textos referenciais e proposições trazidas pelo artista-propositor Hélio Oiticica na década de 1960, e de estudos desenvolvidos pelo ensaísta, crítico de arte e curador Nicolas Bourriaud na década de 1990, no campo da Estética Relacional, necessários ao aprofundamento e maior compreensão de proposições relacionais, processuais e comportamentais. COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO PESSOAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR
O presente estudo propõe uma metodologia para medir graus de bilingualidade. A proposta é tentar quantificar esse conceito. Considerando que o comportamento bilíngüe não deve ser descrito como um aspecto universalista ou essencialista do indivíduo bilíngüe, os conhecimentos objetivos de estatística ou de probabilidade e as metodologias formais de coletas de dados, por exemplo, não contemplam os aspectos subjetivos e contextuais de manifestações bilíngües. A ortodoxia e inflexibilidade das metodologias disponíveis não conseguem apreender a fluidez de um conceito como bilingualidade. Nossa questão é mostrar que a lógica fuzzy apresenta-se como uma possível ferramenta de medida porque leva em consideração as percepções individuais e as experiência culturais do observador/pesquisador quando este tenta definir o que constitui o fenômeno observado. A verdade de qualquer afirmação se torna uma questão de gradação. A metodologia usada foi: 1) gravação e transcrição de entrevista com indivíduos bilíngües; 2) seleção das narrativas de histórias de vida presentes nas entrevistas; 3) identificação das variáveis relevantes para a análise; 4) análise das bilingualidades dos indivíduos usando a Fuzzy Logic Toolbox do software MATLAB. As bilingualidades dos indivíduos são analisadas nos contextos familiar, social e profissional. Um aspecto importante a ser considerado é que, devido à fluidez da bilingualidade, fatores diferentes e variáveis múltiplas concorrem para configurar uma análise de manifestações de bilingüismo. Assim, conseguimos mostrar matematicamente, através do uso da lógica fuzzy, o que conhecemos com base em nossa experiência de vida: um mesmo indivíduo apresenta diferentes graus de bilingualidade em diferentes contextos sociais. Da mesma forma, comprovamos que em um mesmo contexto social, um mesmo indivíduo pode apresentar diferentes graus de bilingualidade, dependendo do estágio de vida em que se encontra.
This study proposes a methodology to evaluate degrees of bilinguality. The objective is to quantify the concept bilinguality. Considering that the bilingual behavior should not be taken as one`s universalist or essentialist aspect, objective knowledge of statistics and probability, and formal methodology of data gathering, for example, do not cope with the subjective and contextual aspects of the bilingual manifestations. The orthodoxy and inflexibility of the available methodologies can not apprehend such a fluid concept as bilinguality. The propose of this study is to present Fuzzy Logic as a possible tool to measure bilinguality for it takes into account the observer/researcher`s individual perceptions and cultural experience for defining what constitutes the observed phenomenon. The truth of any affirmation is a matter of gradation. The methodology used was: 1) recording and transcription of interviews with bilingual individuals; 2) selection of life story narratives inside these interviews; 3) identification of the relevant variables for the analysis; 4) analysis of bilinguality using Fuzzy Logic Toolbox in MATLAB. The bilinguality of the individuals is analyzed in real everyday life situations, in contexts such as: familiar, social and professional. An important aspect to be considered is that, due to the fluidity of bilinguality, different factors and multiple variables compete to set up an analysis of bilingualism manifestations. Thus, we could prove mathematically, using fuzzy logic, what we might previously know based on our life experience: one individual presents different degrees of bilinguality, depending on the moment of their life they are.

Questo elaborato è nato dalla volontà di valutare lo stato dell’arte in ambito di chirurgia stereotassica ad oggi, in particolare in ambito robotico, al fine di valutare quali sono i limiti tecnici ancora presenti. Da questa conoscenza di base si sono poi proposti dei metodi operatori alternativi che possano compensare tali limiti tecnici e migliorare l’esperienza sia per il paziente che per il chirurgo. Si è scelto di proporre quattro coniugazioni di utilizzo differenti della maschera termoplastica, già in uso in radiochirurgia, applicata qui alla chirurgia stereotassica, in combinazione con un manipolatore parallelo miniaturizzato (MARS). Successivamente si è proposto un confronto tra le metodologie sopracitate in modo da determinarne la più efficace.

La Tesi indaga sulle attività finalizzate a valorizzare i beni culturali materiali e immateriali che costituiscono una risorsa del nostro paese, formalmente molto tutelata, ma ancora poco valorizzata. L’obiettivo è quello di delineare politiche e progetti territoriali e urbani a partire dal riconoscimento del valore dei beni culturali da parte delle comunità locali, e gli strumenti di gestione e di valutazione a sostegno di scelte condivise e fattibili. Le azioni da intraprendere riguarderanno più forme di turismo culturale integrate con più campi di attività sociale ed economica nella convinzione che ciò possa garantire uno sviluppo “sostenibile”, attraverso un equilibrio tra popolazione residente e popolazione turistica e tra i canali di investimento pubblici e privati in più settori di attività economica. Il lavoro si sviluppa in una prima parte indagando le dinamiche turistiche, il significato di cultura e bene culturale, gli approcci finalizzati all'analisi dei fenomeni culturali e termina con l’elaborazione di una matrice e dei relativi indicatori e campi di indagine, sottoposta agli operatori economici circa le potenzialità e le criticità del sistema turistico italiano. La seconda parte descrive l’importanza ed il ruolo di alcuni personaggi del passato e di oggi, che hanno contribuito al miglioramento della qualità della vita attraverso interventi nei settori della cultura e della domanda sociale. Inoltre sono stati affinati ed ampliati i campi di indagine e gli indicatori della matrice, somministrata a più categorie di stakeholders, con l’obiettivo di indagare le differenze di approccio e di punto di vista di operatori privati e pubblici. L'ultima parte della Tesi traccia una proposta di procedura per la programmazione e per la valorizzazione degli attrattori turistici locali, individuando come volano la componente culturale presente in ognuno di essi e le modalità di integrazione con altri aspetti del territorio, con particolare attenzione alle località del territorio italiano meno conosciute.
This PhD Thesis investigates the activities aimed to promote cultural heritage and intangible assets that constitute a resource of our country, formally very protected, but still little valorized. The mission is to delineate urban and territorial policies and projects, starting from the recognition of cultural heritage value by local communities, and delineate tools for management and promotion supporting feasible and shared choices. Actions to be undertaken will concern many cultural tourism types integrated with social and economic activities, because the belief is that all of this will ensure “sustainable” development. This is possible through a balance between resident and touristic population, and through public and private investment channels in many sectors of economic activity. The first part of the Thesis investigates the tourism’s dynamics, culture and cultural heritage’s meaning. This part inquires approaches aimed to analyze cultural phenomena, and it ends with developing a matrix with associated indicators and research’s range, to submit to economic stakeholders to investigate potentiality and critical aspects of Italian tourism. The second part of Thesis describes the importance of some present and past characters who have contributed to improve quality of life, through interventions in cultural and in social demand’s areas. In this part it has been refined the range of investigation and the matrix’s indicators, and the matrix has been given to various groups of stakeholders, with the aim to explore the differences in terms of approaches and viewpoints of private and public operators. The third, and the last, part of the Thesis tries to draw a procedure’s proposal to program and valorize the local touristic attractors, identifying in each of them the cultural component, and how they interact with other aspects of the territory, focusing on lesser-known places of Italian territory.

Entendendo que é possível o aluno adquirir o conceito de porcentagem, a partir de atividades cuidadosamente elaboradas, recorreu-se à teoria dos registros de Representação Semiótica do Francês Raymond Duval e desenvolveu-se uma Seqüência Didática baseada na metodologia da Engenharia Didática. A Seqüência Didática é composta por sete atividades que visam conceituar a porcentagem enquanto proporção e abordam aspectos relativos ao sentido e significado operatório. Trabalhou-se concomitantemente os Registros de Representação Semiótica: Numérico (percentual, fracionário, decimal e proporcional); Geométrico; em Língua Natural; Tabela e Gráfico, destacando-se às funções cognitivas de tratamento e conversão, utilizando-se os procedimentos matemáticos proporcional; escalar; funcional e regra de três.

O presente estudo objetivou determinar a influência da origem geográfica (OG), sazonalidade e variáveis ambientais (temperatura e altitude) na composição química da própolis produzida em Santa Catarina (SC). Adicionalmente, identificou-se entre as amostras com maior concentração de compostos fenólicos, os metabólitos candidatos a marcadores e as eventuais espécies botânicas fontes de resina. Para tal, os teores de fenólicos totais (FT), flavononas e flavonóis (FF), flavanonas e dihidroflavonois (FD), extrato seco e a atividade antioxidante (ensaio do radical DPPH) de extratos hidroalcoólicos de própolis (EHP), coletadas ao final de cada estação nos anos de 2010 e 2011, em vinte apiários de SC (n=133), foram determinados. Os resultados revelaram teores superiores de FT, FF e FD, porém similar atividade antioxidante, em amostras coletadas em maiores altitudes (=900m). A influência das variáveis ambientais foi determinada via análises de predição à classificação da própolis quanto a região de coleta ou estação, utilizando-se dados de espectrofotometria de varredura UVVis (200-700 nm) dos EHP. Os modelos de classificação quanto a região e sazonalidade alcançaram acurácias de até 75% e 46%, respectivamente. Para o detalhamento da caracterização química de própolis coletadas em altitude (n=27), duas abordagens analíticas foram adotadas: i) injeção direta em espectrômetro de massa (EM), utilizando como fonte de ionização electrospray em modo negativo [IES(-)] e, ii) CLAE acoplada à EM em tandem (EM/EM). Quarenta e cinco compostos foram identificados e a seleção dos analitos majoritários nas amostras permitiu identificar dois tipos de perfis químicos: i) contendo ácidos diterpênicos (ácidos isocupréssico, comúnico, 15-acetoxiisocupréssico, agático e agatálico), identificados na própolis de Água Doce, Bom Retiro, Urupena, Porto União e São Joaquim (SJ), e ii) rico em substâncias comuns à própolis verde como a artepillin C, bacarina e drupanina, restrito à própolis de SJ. A análise comparativa dos espectros de massas de amostras destes quimiotipos com os de resinas de Baccharis dracunculifolia e Araucaria angustifolia, revelou ser B. dracunculifolia a principal fonte de resina à produção de própolis em SJ, enquanto a própolis contendo ácidos diterpênicos teve seu perfil químico associado à resina incolor de A. angustifolia. Estes resultados indicam que a própolis coletada na regiões de altitude em SC destaca-se em relação as demais regiões do estado, apresentando dois quimiotipos principais, um contendo metabólitos típicos de própolis verde e outro ácidos diterpênicos, provenientes da singular cobertura vegetal do estado.

Abstract : This study aimed to determine the influence of geographical origin (G.O.), seasoning, and environmental factors (temperature and altitude) on the chemical composition of propolis produced in Santa Catarina (SC). Besides, propolis samples with superior content of phenolic compounds and flavonoids were further investigated regarding their eventual biochemical markers and the botanical species sources of resins for its production. Firstly, the total content of phenolic compounds (TP), flavones and flavonols (FF), flavanones and dihydroflavonols (FD), dry extract and antioxidant activity (DPPH radical assay) were determined in propolis samples collected in SC, over the seasons in 2010 and 2011, from twenty apiaries (n=133). The results shown that samples from regions with altitude = 900m presented superior amounts of TP, FF, and FD, while the antioxidant activity was similar regardless the G.O. and season of harvest. In a second experimental approach, attempts to classify propolis according to their G.O. and season of collection were performed by applying supervised prediction models on the UV-Vis scanning (200-700 nm) data set. The classification models built reached accuracies of 75% and 46%, in the best cases, to predict the region and season of harvest of propolis samples, respectively. Further, to better characterize the chemical composition of propolis with G.O. in high altitudes regions (n=27), two analytical approaches were adopted: i) direct injection of the extracts into mass spectrometer (MS) equipped with an electrospray ion source, operating in negative mode [IES(-)] and ii) HPLC-MS/MS, allowing to identify forty-five compounds. Besides, two main chemotypes of propolis were detected: i) the first one rich in diterpene acids, such as isocupresic acid, communic acid, agathic acid, agathalic acid, and 15- acetoxy-cupressic acid and, ii) the second group, restricted to SJ propolis, characterized by containing compounds usually found in green propolis, e.g., artepillin C, baccharin, and drupanin. Finally, mass spectra of the EHs of propolis were compared to those of resins from Baccharis dracunculifolia and Araucaria angustifolia species. It was possible to identify B. dracunculifolia as the main source of resin in SJ propolis, while A. angustifolia seemed to be a relevant source of diterpenic acids altitude propolis. These results indicate that catarinense propolis with G.O. in regions above 900m show a peculiar chemical profile as two main chemotypes of propolis could be found: one characterized by the presence of biochemical marker typical of green propolis, and a second group with diterpenic acids, both resulting from the particular flora of SC.
