Abstract:
Účelom trestného konania je náležite zistiť trestné činy a ich páchateľov podľa zákona spravodlivo potrestať, pričom treba rešpektovať základné práva a slobody dotknutých osôb. V trestnom konaní, pri vykonávaní niektorých dôkazných prostriedkov, predovšetkým informačno-technických prostriedkov, dochádza k zásahom do súkromia jednotlivca. Súkromie sa chápe predovšetkým ako sféra života človeka, do ktorej nemožno zasahovať bez jeho súhlasu, informácie ktoré môže jednotlivec zatajovať bez strachu, že bude štátom potrestaný alebo znevýhodnený oproti iným. Do tejto sféry patria zároveň všetky záležitosti jednotlivcov, ktoré nemôže štát alebo iná súkromná osoba bezdôvodne získavať a o ktorých nemožno informovať verejnosť. V rámci rekodifikácie trestného práva procesného bola do Trestného poriadku doplnená zásada zdržanlivosti a primeranosti. Do základných práv a slobôd osôb v prípadoch dovolených zákonom možno zasahovať len v miere nevyhnutnej na dosiahnutie účelu trestného konania, pričom treba rešpektovať dôstojnosť osôb a ich súkromie. Na rozhodnutiach Európskeho súdu pre ľudské práva a Ústavného súdu autor poukazuje na základné východiská pri posudzovaní oprávnenosti zásahov do práva na súkromie pri využívaní informačno-technických prostriedkov v trestnom konaní. V rámci diskusie poukazuje na niektoré úskalia slovenskej trestno-procesnej úpravy.

The authors describe the conditions for implementing the tests of mechanical barriers that can be used to protect protected objects. They describe examinations that can be performed directly in the conditions of the Department of Security Management of the Faculty of Security Engineering of the University of Žilina. Moreover, they also present other tests of mechanical barriers, which are not feasible at the Faculty due to insufficient equipment of the test areas. These tests are performed at Certest s.r.o. Žilina - Bytčica, with whom the Department has been cooperating for a long time in organizing various events, including a regular workshop Security Forum.

Abstract:
Komunikatívna výučba cudzích jazykov si vyžaduje rozvíjať u učiacich sa všetky jazykové zručnosti a kompetencie s cieľom nadobudnúť čo najvyššiu komunikatívnu kompetenciu v cieľovom jazyku. Platí to i pre výučbu odborného jazyka. Na jednotlivých fakultách Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave absolvujú študenti dvoj- až trojsemestrálne kurzy odborného jazyka v dvoch zvolených cudzích jazykoch. Nemecký jazyk je po angličtine druhým najpočetnejšie zastúpeným cudzím jazykom v rámci výučby na našej univerzite. Študenti si nemčinu vyberajú predovšetkým ako druhý cudzí jazyk. Úroveň jeho ovládania je preto nižšia, v rámci týchto kurzov dosahuje maximálne úroveň B1 podľa Spoločného európskeho referenčného rámca pre jazyky. O to viac je potrebné ponúknuť študentom možnosť zlepšovať ich komunikačné schopnosti pomocou rôznych metód, foriem i prostriedkov výučby a ukázať im, ako sa jazykovej výučbe môžu venovať aj samostatne, po absolvovaní kurzov odborného nemeckého jazyka v rámci ich vysokoškolského štúdia. Preto sme sa v rámci projektu KEGA (KEGA 005EU-4/2018) rozhodli zaoberať problematikou rozvíjania receptívnej jazykovej zručnosti počúvania s porozumením v rámci výučby odborného nemeckého jazyka pre stredne pokročilých na jednotlivých fakultách Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave. Ako prostriedok na rozvíjanie počúvania s porozumením sme si na už existujúcej platforme vytvorili vlastný podcast. Použili sme ho ako médium, prostredníctvom ktorého sme postupne študentom zverejňovali nahrávky s textami na počúvanie s porozumením a rôzne typy úloh k nim. V príspevku prezentujeme čiastkové výsledky našej doterajšej práce a formulujeme východiská pre ďalšie, ešte hlbšie skúmanie zvolenej problematiky.

Abstract:
The aim of the contribution is to examine and analyse prosecutor’s notice by which prosecutor performs supervision of compliance with the law and generally binding legal regulations by public administration. The contribution’s aim is not just a description of current legal state but in addition of that the authors try to make reference to problem issues of the legislation de lege lata as well as several unclear theoretical and application questions whose analysis and answering is part of the content of this contribution. In connection with processed issues the authors off er certain recommendations and propositions which could pro futuro fi nd its application not only in the legal regulation of the prosecutor’s notice, but also in the case of supervision of compliance with the legitimacy in public administration.

Abstract:
The topic of the thesis focuses on the management of projects funded by the EU. In the first part I provide basic information about possibility of withdrawing funds from the EU. I describe operational programmes, funding opportunities and the process of withdrawing finances. I focus on the classification of different types of projects to be financed. The second part focuses on project management itself. I will analyze the project management methodology approved by European Commission for projects funded by the EU -- the logical framework approach. I will analyze whether the logical framework approach covers all phases of the project life cycle defined by the EU. I propose some methods that can be used in practice for different types of project with usage of well-known standard for project management -- PMBOK. The last part includes a case study -- analysis of project "Revitalization of village center in Drnava". Applying the logical framework methodology I will design a logical framework matrix for the village, which is one of the obligatory documents needed for the subsidiary applicants.

This thesis outlines the development of EU regional policy, its main principles and instruments through which it provides the member states with financial help. A key financial tool of this thesis is European social fund whose sphere of action in current programming period 2007-2013 is examined in both Slovak and Czech republic. The practical part of this thesis is especially devoted to two operational programmes Employment and social inclusion and Human resources and Employment. The first practical chapter focuses on comparison of their priority axes, horizontal priorities and multi- objective focus. The goal of the second practical chapter is to analyze financial implementation of both mentioned operational programmes.

Aim of this work is to analyze the possibility of drawing funds from European Union funds to finance community development activities. Given that the Slovak Republic is an EU member, is also able to draw funds from these sources and improve the living standard of citizens. Based on previous development of public finances, reform of local government, the structure of income and expenditure of municipalities in Slovakia and analysis of the specific communities, work assesses the impact of actually drawn from EU funds on the municipal budget, a municipality to be self -- financing EU projects and predicts the development in the future.

Abstract:
The work contains a brief overview of some modern unmanned aerial systems and later their capabilities of integration into controlled airspace in Europe. It discusses the current legislation dealing with different areas of integration of UAS and the update and developing process of legislation. Another section deals with the exploration of the possibilities of using unmanned aircraft in the commercial sector and their impact on the existing air transportation. The last section is devoted to the technical aspects associated with the integration of UAS into controlled areas. It describes the current systems of the CNS and their possible development in conjunction with UAVs and also a significant part of the work is devoted to the technology of the S&A (Sense and Avoid). During the entire work is gradually evaluate the current situation of the operation of UAS and are designed and recommended necessary changes that will need to be perform to their successful integration into the controlled airspace.

Abstract:
This thesis is analyzing the usage of business process modeling (BPM) tools in the eld of medical guidelines. Business Process Management Notation is used for business process modeling and a sample medical guideline from the eld of cardiology is modeled with it. This guideline is then converted to Business Process Execution Language and executed in runtime environment to simulate the guideline behavior. Learned facts are then used to compare BPMN and BPEL with the existing modeling language for medical guidelines - GLIF. The practical result of this thesis is a prototype application evaluating medical guidelines modeled using BPMN and executed using BPEL. The guideline also communicates with electronic health record for gathering patient's data.

Abstract:
Mnoho podnikov rieši oblasť rozmiestnenia a umiestnenia výroby. Príspevok je zameraný na činnosť výrobnej spoločnosti, ktorá sa rozhodla vybudovať nové výrobné priestory. V týchto priestoroch chce zjednotiť výrobu, ktorá bola doposiaľ rozdelená na dve samostatné funkčné jednotky. Ide o strojársku spoločnosť pôsobiacu v kusovej a malosériovej výrobe. Umiestnenie strojov je preto potrebné starostlivo zvážiť a výrobu sa snažiť urobiť čo najviac plynulou, ako pre zákazky malého aj väčšieho objemu. V príspevku je spracovaný postup jednotlivých činností, ktoré budú zahŕňať realizáciu myšlienky výstavby novej výrobnej haly od jej začiatku až po zahájenie výroby. V stručnosti popisuje aj prostriedky ktoré boli využité pri projektovaní tejto haly.

Abstract:
Since Slovakia's accession to the EU, European funds have become an important source of financing for regional development, which are provided on the basis of elaborated regional development programs at various hierarchical levels. The Environment area has become an inevitable priority area of each such document responding to the current state and quality of environmental components in accordance with sustainable development. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the allocation of funds for the Environment priority area in the Nitra Self-governing Region during 2014 – 2018. The funds were identified for individual measures according to the districts of the region while the focus of projects and sources of their financing were also evaluated. Several methods were used, such as system analysis (grouping and evaluation of information), comparative analysis in creating own databases, mathematical-statistical methods, etc. During the individual years, an average of more than 50 million euros were addressed to the Nitra Self-governing Region. The largest districts of the region (Nitra, Levice and Komárno) received the most funds (59.7 %). In 2018, more than half (52.9 %) of funds came from the European Structural and Investment Funds from the Operational Program Research and Innovation and 37.8 % from the Operational Program Quality of Environment.
