The topic of the thesis focuses on the management of projects funded by the EU. In the first part I provide basic information about possibility of withdrawing funds from the EU. I describe operational programmes, funding opportunities and the process of withdrawing finances. I focus on the classification of different types of projects to be financed. The second part focuses on project management itself. I will analyze the project management methodology approved by European Commission for projects funded by the EU -- the logical framework approach. I will analyze whether the logical framework approach covers all phases of the project life cycle defined by the EU. I propose some methods that can be used in practice for different types of project with usage of well-known standard for project management -- PMBOK. The last part includes a case study -- analysis of project "Revitalization of village center in Drnava". Applying the logical framework methodology I will design a logical framework matrix for the village, which is one of the obligatory documents needed for the subsidiary applicants.

This thesis outlines the development of EU regional policy, its main principles and instruments through which it provides the member states with financial help. A key financial tool of this thesis is European social fund whose sphere of action in current programming period 2007-2013 is examined in both Slovak and Czech republic. The practical part of this thesis is especially devoted to two operational programmes Employment and social inclusion and Human resources and Employment. The first practical chapter focuses on comparison of their priority axes, horizontal priorities and multi- objective focus. The goal of the second practical chapter is to analyze financial implementation of both mentioned operational programmes.

Aim of this work is to analyze the possibility of drawing funds from European Union funds to finance community development activities. Given that the Slovak Republic is an EU member, is also able to draw funds from these sources and improve the living standard of citizens. Based on previous development of public finances, reform of local government, the structure of income and expenditure of municipalities in Slovakia and analysis of the specific communities, work assesses the impact of actually drawn from EU funds on the municipal budget, a municipality to be self -- financing EU projects and predicts the development in the future.

The work contains a brief overview of some modern unmanned aerial systems and later their capabilities of integration into controlled airspace in Europe. It discusses the current legislation dealing with different areas of integration of UAS and the update and developing process of legislation. Another section deals with the exploration of the possibilities of using unmanned aircraft in the commercial sector and their impact on the existing air transportation. The last section is devoted to the technical aspects associated with the integration of UAS into controlled areas. It describes the current systems of the CNS and their possible development in conjunction with UAVs and also a significant part of the work is devoted to the technology of the S&A (Sense and Avoid). During the entire work is gradually evaluate the current situation of the operation of UAS and are designed and recommended necessary changes that will need to be perform to their successful integration into the controlled airspace.

All the characters in the context of the movies find themselves in extreme life situations that do not allow them much choice.

This thesis is analyzing the usage of business process modeling (BPM) tools in the eld of medical guidelines. Business Process Management Notation is used for business process modeling and a sample medical guideline from the eld of cardiology is modeled with it. This guideline is then converted to Business Process Execution Language and executed in runtime environment to simulate the guideline behavior. Learned facts are then used to compare BPMN and BPEL with the existing modeling language for medical guidelines - GLIF. The practical result of this thesis is a prototype application evaluating medical guidelines modeled using BPMN and executed using BPEL. The guideline also communicates with electronic health record for gathering patient's data.

The diploma thesis is related to the dance and its importance in personal and social development of individuals with specific educational needs. This thesis is theoretical- empirical. In the theoretical part there is a leisure time described as the phenomenon of today's life and a dance as the form of spending of free time from its very own beginning to current styles and techniques. The important part here are also an overview of themes of personal and social development and an explanation of the specific educational needs term. The main goal of the research is to find out what effect a dance has on the development of individuals with specific educational needs and how important it is in their lives. The main core of the research are semi-structured interviews not only with individuals but also with dance instructors who teach those people how to dance but also teach them other skills that are important in their lives. At the same time this thesis should also serve as an education of the public as most people think that disabled people have not as much free time as healthy ones because of their medical restrictions and that they cannot learn how to dance at all.

4 TITTLE: Athletic equipment used in off ice training for young ice hockey players. AIM OF ASSESSMENT: The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the use of athletic equipment in general training outside in the young ice hockey players will result in improvement of motor performance and physical fitness. HYPOTHESES: H1: For all the young ice hockey players will use athletic equipment in the training process outside the ice to improve motor performance in fundamental movement skills conditioning. H2: Prima increase in motor performance in motor tests assume that affect the area explosive power and speed capability skills. METHOD: The thesis is prepared in the form of quantitative empirical research. This research was carried out in standardized conditions with minimal outside influence (gym). Selected files are ice hockey players aged 9 to 11 years. RESULTS: The results of our reference file, it appears that one person in one test field test, there was a deterioration in performance. In the other test persons were required to improve motor performance in fundamental movement skills conditioning, especially in the explosive leg power ability and speed capabilities. Criminal aspects of infringement of Intellectual Property Rights Intellectual property directly relates to the development of society and economy. Higher level of legal protection provided by the State affects the creation of intellectual property objects, since creators are motivated to create in legal environment which provides them with adequate means of rights protection. This thesis lays down an analysis of the means of the Intellectual Property Rights protection in order to determine their level of the protection in the Czech Republic. The author compares civil, administrative and criminal means of protection of copyright and related rights, and industrial rights, and draws attention to their advantages and disadvantages, to gaps and inconsistencies in law, and in appropriate places inserts suggestions de lege ferenda. The thesis addresses not only individuals but also with legal entities, which are also able to infringe protected rights. The thesis concentrates on criminal aspects of Intellectual Property Rights infringement and this issue is therefore the major part of the thesis. This thesis deals with one of the modern topics of international law - diplomatic protection. It provides for its comprehensive assessment from a wider and deeper perspective on the background of the codification process, which culminated in 2006, when the International Law Commission (ILC) adopted 19 Draft Articles on Diplomatic Protection. In the current state of international law, diplomatic protection is based on customary international law. It is an instrument to protect nationals (be it a natural or legal person) by their state of nationality, if they injured by another (host) state in violation of international law. Under the current definition, diplomatic protection means the invocation (through peaceful means) by a state of the responsibility of another state for an injury caused to a national by an internationally wrongful act of that another state. The aim of diplomatic protection is to implement this responsibility. e Abstract (in English): The aim of the present thesis is to investigate the differences in cohesive devices use in selected Japanese texts of different genes. The English conception of cohesion (based on Halliday and Hasan's "Cohesion in English") is applied to Japanese with several slight modifications and the following devices and their sub-types are examined: reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjunction and lexical cohesion. Using three texts of different genres- book review, newspaper article and a fictional narrative- the assumption of genre-conditioned variation of cohesive devices employment is scrutinized and the distinctions and similitudes are described. The first, general theory part of the thesis presents the basic concepts related to cohesion. In the second part, both English and Japanese perspectives on cohesion are presented. Subsequently, the English (Halliday and Hasan's) concept is evaluated as a more pertinent one and applied in the Japanese textual environment. Subsequent parts of the paper present research questions as well as supporting arguments to the examined underlying assumption and provide an overview of methodology applied in analysis of the selected texts. The Master's thesis "The Role and Importance of Humorous Television Programs in Czechoslovakia in The Years of Normalization. The Phenomenon of a Comic Pair Lasica and Satinský,"discusses the importance of humorous shows within the program structure of the Czechoslovak Television in 1969-1989. The work deals with the issues of television entertainment and the developments that affect a number of criteria. The work points to the former television entertainment context, the possibility of posting humorous programs, and their position in the television program. The work will identify the type and frequency of various entertainment programs and their presenters as well as discuss their contribution to television entertainment. The paper seeks to deepen its analysis of television entertainment, namely in the humorous sessions of Milan Lasica and Julius Satinský. Their artistic activity compared to television based on criteria such as: frequency, form of humor, specific pairs etc., with other comics CST sessions will be analysed. The present work focuses on metalanguage comments in Slovak and Czech texts. The comments occur together with contact-induced phenomena employed by both languages and can be identified in text fragments, such as Áno, taký som aj ostanem, lebo vraj starého psa novým kouskúm nenaučíš - ako hovoria bratia Česi / Nebyl jsem schopen jídla, ale lemtal jsem vodu "ani ťava", jak říkají bratia Slováci. The given issue is presented in the context of research focusing on the non-theoretic (folk, naive) metalinguistic reflection. The usage of metalanguage comments, accompanying deliberately contact-induced phenomena, is a testament to the existence of the Czech-Slovak and Slovak-Czech language contact and it clearly shows how Slovak and Czech language users intentionally employ words, multi-word units, idioms and other linguistic devices from the other language to fulfill their communicative intention. By using the contact-induced phenomena from the closely related language the speaker can achieve various communicativ e goals and effects including actualization and refreshing of his or her utterance, being more expressive and filling in subjectively perceived intro-linguistic lacuna. This thesis shows results of an investigation into security instruments recognized by private law of Czech republic and of Slovak republic, specifically focusing on substantive civil law as a representation of general private law. The hypothesis under investigation is that a number of existing security instruments could be fully replaced by a single security instrument, namely the lien. In order to confirm or reject the hypothesis, common characteristics - principle of subsidiarity, principle of accessority, purpose to provide security, purpose to ensure repayment - as well as specific characteristics of individual instruments are compared.
