The purpose of this phenomenological study was to fill a gap in the literature by exploring parishioner perceptions of leadership nepotism through the lens of servant leadership. Abstract:
Until the peace agreement of 1998 the Catholics and Protestants of Northern Ireland were pe- dantically focused on what separates these two identities. Following the end of the decades- long ‘civil war’, reconciliation has led to increased migration to the region, which now hosts more than 20,000 people from ethnic minority backgrounds. This means that there are now more than just two identity communities in Northern Ireland.
