A maxillofaciális régióban a különböző daganatos kórképek gyógyítása során végzett radikális, csonkoló műtétek; balesetek,roncsolásos sérülések helyreállítása komplikált rehabilitációs technikákat igényel. Az alsó állcsont és az annakrégiójába tartozó lágyrész-képletek esetében a defektusok megszüntetése igen nehéz feladat. Amennyiben a mandibulafolytonossága sebészi módszerekkel nem biztosítható, a protetikai ellátás során további akadályokkal szembesülünk. Haa rágószerv-rendszer integritása, funkcionális egysége megbomlik, nemcsak a kedvezőtlen klinikai anatómiai viszonyok(beszűkült, esetleg részlegesen megszűnt vestibularis áthajlás, heges bucca stb.) jelentenek kihívást, hanem az állkapocspatológiás mozgása is kialakul, a temporomandibuláris ízület működése az érintett oldalon gyakorlatilag megszűnik, azellenoldalon viszont túlterheltté válik. Ilyen esetekben komoly kihívás egy működőképes fogmű kivitelezése, ebben nagysegítséget nyújt az implantációs protetika, amelynek tárháza nélkül szinte lehetetlen feladat a korrekt ellátás.

O presente artigo tem por objetivo central estudar a natureza jurídica das medidas protetivas de urgência, instituto inovador implementado pela Lei n. 11.340/06, também conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha. Buscou-se, em um primeiro momento, examinar-se a posição doutrinária em relação à natureza jurídica das medidas protetivas de urgência, estabelecendo-se critérios para a análise do cunho jurídico do mencionado instrumento protetivo. A seguir, destacam-se os reflexos procedimentais decorrentes da compreensão quanto à natureza cível das medidas protetivas de urgência, relatando-se a experiência vivenciada no Juizado da Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra a Mulher da Comarca de Florianópolis/SC.

Abstract:
O presente trabalho aborda a necessidade de aplicação dos princípios do contraditório e da ampla defesa nas ações de medidas de proteção. Em um primeiro momento, buscar-se-á apresentar o Estado Democrático de Direito e os direitos e garantias constitucionalmente estabelecidas, bem como definir o devido processo legal e os princípios do contraditório e da ampla defesa. Em um segundo momento, construir uma reconstituição da história do direito da criança no Brasil. Ainda, explanar acerca do procedimento das medidas protetivas e suas implicações. Em um terceiro momento, demonstrar-se-á a necessidade do contraditório e da ampla defesa nas medidas protetivas e as consequências da omissão dos princípios no processo. Por fim, o intuito da pesquisa é mostrar a necessidade da aplicação dos direitos constitucionais nos processos de medida protetiva, tendo em vista a gravidade que acarreta às partes a ausência do devido processo legal no processo.

Pretende demonstrar o declínio do sistema protetivo tradicional, centrado no trabalho subordinado. As metamorfoses em curso desencadeia a clandestinização das relações de trabalho e o desemprego estrutural. Uma reconfiguração do Direito do Trabalho obedece a dois eixos fundamentais: a Economia Solidária e a Renda Universal Garantida. Da teoria econômica desenvolvimentista parte-se para e a teoria do decrescimento e, nesta direção, chega-se a três princípios do Direito do Trabalho. Por fim, a outra concepção protetiva envolvendo os novos atores sociais do novo mundo do trabalho. Uma proposta voltada para um modelo de sociedade e trabalho que vislumbra um Brasil mais justo.

Abstract:
A lei Maria da Penha trouxe inúmeras inovações legais que buscam prevenir e reprimir condutas de violência, dentro do contexto doméstico e familiar, violência essa que, antes da promulgação da lei, dificilmente chegava à análise do judiciário. Além dos crimes já tipificados, a lei visa prevenir ainda condutas de violência, que não houvessem tipificação expressa, bem como evitar a prática de novos delitos nas mesmas vítimas, por meio da concessão de Medidas Protetivas de Urgência. No entanto, apenas a concessão dessas se mostrou insuficiente, fazendo-se necessário transformar em crime a conduta do descumprimento dessas medidas. Em que pese este dispositivo legal, trazer maior efetividade as medidas protetivas e por consequência diminuir a prática delitiva, existem dúvidas quanto a sua sistemática, que acabam resultando em argumentos que buscam caracterizar a atipicidade do fato, em alguns casos concretos, como a aplicação do princípio da consunção desse delito por outro mais gravoso, e a alegação de consentimento da vítima quanto ao descumprimento. Visando analisar o cabimento destes argumentos frente ao crime previsto, faz-se necessário realizar uma análise sistemática deste tipo penal, com base em uma revisão bibliográfica, por meio do viés metodológico dialético, para entender os reais objetivos da tipificação do crime de descumprimento de medida protetiva de urgência.

Introducción la decisión de protetizar a un paciente amputado depende de: la etiología, nivel de amputación, uni o bilateralidad, comorbilidades, soporte sociofamiliar, capacidad funcional y motivación del paciente. Observación clínica varón, 83 años, diabético, cardiopatía isquémica, accidente cerebrovascular con paresia braquial derecha residual en año 2000. Clavo gamma por fractura pertrocantérea derecha en 2012 y amputación transfemoral derecha en 2018 de causa vascular. Se protetiza mediante encaje de contención isquiática CAT-CAM, sistema de suspensión tipo Kiss, rodilla de bloqueo a la extensión con adaptación del sistema de desbloqueo en porción antero-interna del encaje y pie Sach. Tras tratamiento fisioterápico, consigue deambulación autónoma con ayuda de un bastón y tercera persona por dificultad para agarre de MSD. Conclusión los médicos rehabilitadores debemos apostar por dotar a nuestros pacientes de autonomía y funcionalidad, siempre que sea viable.

Cilj: Protetička rehabilitacija nakon amputacije donjeg uda uključuje sve kompleksne postupke i interakcije rehabilitacijskog tima i pacijenta koje su usmjerene cilju uspostavljanja sigurnog i stabilnog hoda s protezom. Nakon otpuštanja iz rehabilitacijskog centra pacijent koristi protezu, sukladno dobi, stilu života i okolini u kojoj živi. Cilj: Cilj rada je procijeniti uspješnost protetičke rehabilitacije osoba s amputacijom donjeg uda koristeći indekse predviđene mobilnosti pacijenta (engl. Amputee Mobility Predictor; AMP) i brzinu hoda. Ispitanici i metode: U radu su korišteni podaci pacijenata iz baze podataka Zavoda za fizikalnu i rehabilitacijsku medicinu Kliničkog bolničkog centra u Rijeci, a pri tome su u skladu s Helsinškom deklaracijom ostali anonimni: dob, spol, vrsta i strana amputacije, AMP, brzina hoda i vrijeme provedeno u protezi. Od sto pacijenata s amputacijom 62 su bila transtibijalna (TT) i 38 transfemoralna (TF). U ispitivanju je sudjelovalo 27 žena i 73 muškarca. Svim pacijentima je utvrđen AMP indeks prije rehabilitacijskog postupka (AMPnoPRO) te nakon završenog rehabilitacijskog postupka (AMPPRO). Rezultati: Nakon provedene protetičke rehabilitacije utvrđena je statistički značajna razlika u konačnoj mobilnosti (AMP: p < 0,001) i brzini hoda (p = 0,002) između TT i TF grupa, odnosno bolji rezultat su postigli pacijenti s nižom razinom amputacije (TT). Također je utvrđena statistički značajna povezanost između vremena provedenog u protezi i brzini hoda te AMP indeksa (p < 0,001). Zaključak: Razina amputacije je važna stavka koja pridonosi konačnom ishodu rehabilitacijskog postupka, odnosno viša razina amputacije kod pacijenata (TF) predstavlja jedan oblik ograničenja za bolji uspjeh u odnosu na pacijente s nižom razinom amputacije (TT).

Práce předkládá metody a výsledky návrhu, výroby a výzkumu pětiprsté protézy ruky. Inspirace jdoucí z přírody a z toho vyvozený princip použitého mechanizmu je uveden. Základní koncept řídícího schéma založeného na procesingu a ohodnocení EMG je navrhnut a implementován. Části senzorického systému protézy jsou navrhnuty a zahrnuty do rídícího algoritmu a shématu. Velké množství inovací a návrhů pro budoucí práce a výzkum jsou prezentovány, stejně tak komplexní analýza a diskuse dosažených a možných budoucích výsledků.

Abstract:
This work deals with a new approach of designing ortho-prosthetic devices in terms of mechanical solution and innovative design. The work was addressed to a specific patient with congenital malformation of upper limbs called phocomelia. A custom-made compensatory aid was made on basis of personal consultations and meetings on specialized workplace; however the aid was built in a way and from parts for other kind of disability. As it turned out, the use of this equipment is associated with many complications, and therefore as a result, this solution proved as unsatisfactory. Nevertheless, thanks to this compensation aid it was possible to specify the problems, to reveal important patterns and highlight the needs for development of entirely new and unique aid designed for patients with phocomelia disability. The work is based on these findings and knowledge acquired from bibliographic search in the field of orthotics, prosthetics, assistive devices and prosthetic equipment. A complete redesign was done with the aim to eliminate all detected problems. The presented result is a unique tool for people with specific congenital disability of upper limbs, with working label 4TE.

This academic essay is aimed at the study on parent protective capacity of families assisted with the Bolsa Familia welfare program. It is also aimed at the living areas of those families referent to the basic protection in National Politics Welfare PNAS/2004. This thesis statements that the centrality around the indicators that conduct welfare basic protection are inflexible and airtight when facing territorial inequality and thus it restricts protective capacity strengthening of low income families. In order to approach the following essay assignment, the measurement and analysis of socio-territory inequalities and its ramifications towards the protective capacity strengthening of low income families were chosen to be the subject matter of the research. The methodological guidance leading this essay is based on quantitative and qualitative researches which involved mapping, reading and synthesizing bibliographical and documental dada. Besides that, it was given out questionnaires to 166 families caretakers who receive assistance from the governmental program Bolsa Familia. Those families are distributed among seven neighborhoods belonging to the Santa Felicidade Welfare Reference Center in the Southern region of the city of Maringá in Paraná. The analysis of interurban inequalities supported by the indicator social protection unprotected, built and tested by Welfare Research Centre - NEPSAS/PUC-SP, as part of the Families Protective Capacity Matrix made it possible the identification of a demand-driven set characterized by fragile ties of citizenship with welfare apparatus and services, health and education, it is an indicator towards the strengthen of public policies intersectorial dialog aiming at the rights acknowledgement of low income families
O presente trabalho tem como tema o estudo da capacidade protetiva de famílias beneficiárias do Programa Bolsa Família (PBF) e seus territórios de vivência, tendo como marco a proteção básica na Política Nacional de Assistência Social - PNAS/2004. Como hipótese conjectura-se que os índices da proteção básica na assistência social, bem como os indicativos do PBF, orientadores da gestão da proteção básica na assistência social, inflexíveis e estanques em face das desigualdades territoriais, limitam o fortalecimento da capacidade protetiva de famílias de baixa renda. Para abordagem do tema proposto, elegeu-se como objeto a mensuração e análise das desigualdades socioterritoriais e seus desdobramentos para a capacidade protetiva de famílias de baixa renda. Os caminhos metodológicos que norteiam a construção desta tese baseiam-se em pesquisa de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa, envolvendo levantamento, leitura e síntese de material bibliográfico e documental. E ainda aplicação de questionário a um total de 166 responsáveis pelas famílias beneficiárias do PBF, residentes em sete bairros referenciados ao Centro de Referência da Assistência Social - CRAS Santa Felicidade, localizado na região Sul da cidade de Maringá - PR. A análise das desigualdades interurbanas, sustentada pelo indicador proteção/desproteção social, construído e testado pelo Núcleo de Pesquisa em Assistência Social - NEPSAS/ PUC-SP, como parte da Matriz da Capacidade Protetiva de Famílias , possibilita a identificação de um conjunto de demandas que, caracterizadas pela fragilidade de vínculos de cidadania com os equipamentos e serviços de assistência social, saúde e educação, coloca-se como indicativo para o fortalecimento do diálogo intersetorial das políticas públicas, com vistas ao reconhecimento de direitos de famílias de baixa renda

Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a performance mastigatória, a atividade eletromiográfica dos músculos masseter e porção anterior do temporal e a mastigação de alimentos de diferentes consistências em crianças na fase de dentição mista, com perda precoce de dentes decíduos posteriores, antes e após reabilitação protética. Para tanto, o estudo foi composto por três capítulos. No capítulo 1, intitulado Influence of measurement technique, test food, teeth and muscle force interactions in masticatory performance evaluation, realizou-se a revisão de literatura sobre performance mastigatória e discorreu-se sobre as variáveis influenciadoras. A revisão mostrou que a performance mastigatória tem sido amplamente avaliada e associada às variáveis morfológicas e funcionais do sistema mastigatório. No capítulo 2, intitulado Masticatory performance before and after oral rehabilitation in children, avaliou-se a performance mastigatória com alimento teste artificial. No capítulo 3, intitulado The influence of oral rehabilitation on muscle activity and chewing behavior in partially edentulous children, avaliou-se a atividade eletromiográfica dos músculos masseter e porção anterior do temporal e o comportamento mastigatório com alimentos de diferentes consistências. Avaliou-se também as variáveis corporais, peso e altura em ambos os capítulos. A performance mastigatória foi avaliada através da mastigação de um material à base de silicona, utilizando o sistema de peneiragem fragmentada para determinar o tamanho das partículas após mastigação. Para o registro eletromiográfico, foram utilizados o sistema de aquisição de sinais (EMG System do Brasil Ltda.) e o software Aqdados ¿ versão 5.0 da Lynx Eletrônica Ltda. O sinal eletromiográfico foi captado em contração voluntária máxima bilateral tendo o material Parafilm entre os molares e em mastigação habitual com alimento teste artificial. Os alimentos utilizados para avaliação da mastigação foram: goma de mascar (Trident tutti fruit, Adams), cenoura crua, queijo polenghi, banana nanica, torrada industrializada. Na análise dos dados do segundo e terceiro capítulos utilizou-se o teste de Shapiro-Wilk para verificação da normalidade da distribuição dos dados. Os Testes t pareado, Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis e post hoc Dun, Correlação de Pearson e Spearman e regressão linear foram aplicados quando indicados, com nível de significância de 5%. Os resultados mostraram que não houve diferença estatística entre os sexos para nenhuma das variáveis (p>0.05). Houve um decréscimo significativo para o tamanho da partícula mediana antes e após 6 meses da instalação do aparelho protético (p<0,001). A atividade muscular foi significativamente maior na segunda avaliação durante a mastigação do alimento artificial (p<0,05). Considerando as variáveis corporais, houve correlação negativa significativa entre performance mastigatória, altura e peso na primeira sessão de exames (p<0,05), e não houve correspondentes correlações na segunda sessão de exames (p>0,05). Houve diferenças significativas no número de ciclos mastigatórios até a deglutição, duração da mastigação e a quantidade de alimento ingerida tanto para os alimentos duros quanto macios nas duas avaliações. A prótese parcial removível influenciou os aspectos funcionais dos músculos, determinando melhora da eficiência mastigatória e aumento da atividade muscular
Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the masticatory performance, the electromyographic activity of the masseter and temporal anterior muscles and the chewing of foods of different consistency in children in the phase of mixed dentition, with early loss of posterior deciduous teeth, before and six months after oral rehabilitation with removable dental prosthesis. Three chapters compose the study. In chapter 1, entitled Influence of measurement technique, test food, teeth and muscle force interactions in masticatory performance evaluation, a review of the pertinent literature about masticatory performance was done, and the influencing variables were discussed. The review showed that masticatory performance has been widely evaluated and associated to the morphological and functional variables of the masticatory system. The second chapter entitled Masticatory performance before and after oral rehabilitation in children evaluated the masticatory efficiency with artificial test food. The third chapter entitled The influence of oral rehabilitation on muscle activity and chewing behavior in partially edentulous children evaluated the electromyographic activities of the masseter and temporal anterior muscles and the chewing of foods of different consistency. Also, it was evaluated the body variables, weight and height, in these two chapters. The masticatory performance was evaluated by the mastication of a silicone impression material, using the fragmented sieving system to determine the size of the chewed particles. For the electromyographic record, were used the system of acquisition of signs (EMG System of Brazil Ltd.) and software Aqdados-version 5.0 of Lynx Eletrônica Ltd. The electromyographic sign was captured in maximum bilateral voluntary contraction having the Parafilm material among the molars and in habitual mastication with artificial tests food. The foods for the chewing evaluation were: chewing gum raw carrot, polenghi cheese, banana and industrialized toast. For data analysis in the second and the third chapters, the normality of the distributions was assessed by the Shapiro-Wilks W-test. The t paired tests, Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis and pos hoc Dun, Pearson¿s or Spearman¿s Correlations and linear regression were applied as indicated, with significance level of 5%. The results showed no statistical differences between genders for any of the variables (p>0.05). There was a significant decrease in the median particle size from first to second evaluation (p=0.000). The muscle activity was significantly greater on the second evaluation during the chewing of the artificial food (p<0.05). Considering the body variables, there was a significant negative correlation between masticatory efficiency, body height and weight in the first session of exams. After 6 months of the placement of the prosthesis no significant correlations were found for these variables (p<0.05). It was observed significant differences in number of cycles until swallowing, chewing duration and amount of food ingested for the soft and hard foods, at the two evaluations. Within the limitations of this study, it can be concluded that the removable dental prosthesis influenced the function of the muscles, determining an increase in the masticatory efficiency and an increasing in the muscle activity. It was considered that the body alterations could have been consequences of the enhancement in the masticatory function determined by the oral rehabilitation

Tendo em vista as problemáticas socioambientais que assolam a sociedade contemporânea torna-se cada vez mais relevante a formulação e realização de ações educativas com famílias, para que os vínculos de afeto e cuidado sejam fortalecidos entre as pessoas e destas com o ambiente. A educação nas famílias com foco no cuidado, na proteção e nos valores de preservação da vida pode contribuir para a formação de cidadãos mais conscientes e comprometidos com o ambiente. Tal proposição está diretamente relacionada com a perspectiva da Educação Ambiental, ao promover o cuidado nas relações com os outros seres vivos, humanos e não-humanos. As estratégias de intervenção em educação parental pressupõem o apoio e orientação de famílias para a qualidade das práticas e interações de educação e cuidado presentes no ambiente familiar. Estas ações ainda são escassas e realizadas de forma assistemática no Brasil. Diante desta realidade, foi elaborado o projeto de tese no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Ambiental, na linha da Educação Ambiental não formal, tendo como temática o estudo das estratégias e abordagens metodológicas de educação parental e suas interfaces com a educação ambiental. O estudo teve como objetivos realizar o programa “Crescer Felizes em Família” no Brasil e acompanhar o programa “Mais Família” em Portugal, para investigar, compreender e refletir sobre as estratégias que constituem os processos envolvidos na aplicação de programas de Educação Parental. A metodologia escolhida para este estudo foi a “Inserção Ecológica” que propõe a imersão dos pesquisadores nos ambientes a serem estudados, tendo como procedimentos de coleta de dados: observação naturalista e participante, questionários estruturados, entrevistas. Para análise dos dados foram utilizados o SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) e Grounded-theory. Os resultados da avaliação das estratégias apontam que é preciso considerar os seguintes componentes na aplicação dos programas: a dinâmica de funcionamento da proposta, os facilitadores para a realização do programa e a satisfação e o impacto do mesmo na perspectiva da equipe de educadores e das famílias participantes. A análise comparativa dos programas apontou similitudes e diferenças nas condições socioculturais e organizacionais na aplicação da proposta educativa. Os programas estudados apresentaram os objetivos próximos com abordagens teórico-metodológicas diferenciadas. Foram identificadas condições necessárias para adaptação dos programas de educação parental internacionais em contexto brasileiro, com destaque para os seguintes pontos: a elaboração dos mecanismos de divulgação da proposta para a melhor compreensão e adesão das famílias ao programa; a integração das ações em educação parental às políticas públicas municipais; a garantia do suporte dos profissionais que integram os serviços sociais e o auxílio na logística de implementação do programa. A promoção da participação comunitária das famílias, a abordagem sistêmica da proposta educativa e o uso de metodologias que tenham como base o diálogo e o respeito às diferenças foram ressaltadas como características dos programas de educação parental e mostram-se consistentes com os princípios da Educação Ambiental. Portanto, a proposição de programas de educação parental requer que sejam consideradas as condições socioculturais típicas de cada contexto atreladas à inserção dos projetos em políticas públicas municipais que devem defender o direito que todos os pais, mães e cuidadores têm a este apoio social e educativo.
Taking into account the socioenvironmental problems which are endangering in contemporaneous societies it has become increasingly more relevant to develop and implement educational activities with families in ways to promote affection and caring ties among individuals and between themselves and their environment. Family education focusing care, protection and life preservation values may contribute to the upbringing of environmentally conscious and engaged citizens. Such an assumption is directly linked to the Environmental Education approach and to the enhancement of care into relationships with other human and non-human beings. Intervention methodologies in parenting education entail support and guidance to families aiming the improvement of educational practices, activities and parent-child interactions and parental responsiveness in the family context. These initiatives are still scarce and carried out in rather non systematically ways in Brazil. Accounting for this reality, we conceptualized the project of this dissertation in the Postgraduate program of Environmental Education, in the strand of Informal Environmental Education, embracing the study of methodologies for parenting education and its interfaces with environmental education. The study had the goal of implementing the program “Growing Happily in Family” in Brazil and monitoring the program “Mais Família” (More Family) in Portugal with the aim of investigating, understanding and reflecting about the methodologies which are involved in these parenting education programs. The chosen method for the study was the “Ecologial Engagement” (Inserção Ecológica) which leads the researchers to “go deep” into the context under investigation, while undertaking the data collection using naturalist and participant observations, structured questionnaires and interviews. For the analyses, both quantitative and qualitative methods were used and performed through SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) and the Grounded-theory. The results evidenced the need to consider the following components in the program implementation: the dynamics of program functioning, the characteristics of facilitators who implement the sessions and the team and participants’ satisfaction with the program and its impact for the families and professionals. Between programs, a comparative analysis points out somesimilarities and differences on the sociocultural and organizational settings, which are embedded in the educational programs. The investigated programs presented goals which are closely related to different theoretical and methodological approaches. A set of approaches were identified regarding how to adapt international programs of parenting education to the Brazilian cultural context, among which we highlight the following elements: the formulation of mechanisms for program dissemination that increase the family understanding about the specificities of these programs and improve the family recruitment levels; the coordination of parenting education programs with social policies at a local level, the guarantee of support from professionals in social services and the logistic resources that enhance the family participation while the program is implemented. The promotion of family participation at a community level, the ecological systemic framework that underpins content and the use of methodologies that foster dialogue and respect for differences were evaluated as important characteristics of parent education programs, and showed to be consistent with the basic principles of Environmental Education. Therefore, the proposals of family social programs need to consider the sociocultural conditions that are singular of each context linked to the insertion of the projects in the local public policies which should defend the rights that all fathers, mothers and caretakers have to get this social and educational support.

Il Convegno, che ha visto la partecipazione di giuriste e professioniste del settore, è stata un’importante occasione di dibattimento sui modi di una corretta audizione protetta dei minori, in tanti processi che li vedono coinvolti, e sulla conseguente necessità, nei tribunali, di locali adeguatamente attrezzati allo scopo. La realizzazione di aule di ascolto protetto nei tribunali italiani è stato il principale progetto nazionale del Soroptimist International d’Italia nel biennio 2011-2013; a oggi sono 40 le aule completate e ulteriori 10 sono in fase di realizzazione. Tale progetto è destinato a proseguire anche nel prossimo biennio. Il Soroptimist International è un’associazione femminile composta di donne con elevata qualificazione nell’ambito lavorativo che opera, attraverso progetti, per la promozione dei diritti umani, l’avanzamento della condizione femminile e l’accettazione delle diversità. Il termine deriva dalle parole latine soror e optima. Il primo Club Soroptimist è nato nel 1921 negli Stati Uniti; il primo club italiano è stato fondato nel 1928 a Milano. I Club italiani sono attualmente 143 con circa 6000 socie. Il SI d’Italia edita la rivista «La voce delle donne – Soroptimist news» e ha un sito istituzionale www.soroptimist.it. Esta pesquisa analisou as relacoes trabalhistas em uma comunidade rural: Sao Sebastiao, municipio de Vila Bela da Santissima Trindade-MT, espaco composto por quase sessenta familias, oriundos de tradicoes culturais etnograficas regionais e inseridos a faixa de fronteira internacional com Bolivia. Realizado em 2019 e 2020, o estudo consistiu em uma revisao bibliografica no ambito das ciencias humanas, sociais e saude publica, e observacao participante com entrevista semiestruturada. Os resultados apresentam uma modalidade de trabalho abundantemente utilizada na regiao: o manejo de herbicidas extremamente toxicos no abordo de manutencao economica produtiva de pecuaria, para controle de ervas espontaneo em meio as pastagens cultivadas, oficios que configuram de maneira esporadica informal e sem preocupacao protetiva ou preventiva, potencializando acidentes trabalhistas e por consequentes problemas de saude publica. Desse modo o presente estudo considera todas as conjunturas sociais, os desafios de implementacoes ao trato de educacao e saude, sugerindo trabalhos de consciencia racional para uma melhor qualidade de vida.,

Data were obtained on the peculiarities of the development of black scab on four varieties of colored potatoes (Violet, Purple Majesty, All Red and Rosamaria) when culvaed using chemical and biologized plant protection systems. It is shown, that the development of black scab and its infestation of stolons on varieties grown with the use of chemical plant protetion agents is lower than with the use of biological preparations, respectively, by 2.4-6.5 times and by 4%. The biometric indicators of plants when they were grown using the chemical protection system were slightly higher than those on biologized ones. The individual reaction of varieties to the studied protective techniques was revealed. Among the four studied cultivars, the cultivar All Red stood out, in which the phytosanitary condition of plantings, productivity indicators on both protection systems were similar.
