Demersul meu este orientat in sensul cercetarii mecanismelor psihologice care stau in spatele comportamentului spectatorului de astazi. Personajul este spectatorul. Receptarea actului artistic s-a modificat; vorbim despre o segregare a publicului, despre „publicuri”, si asistam la o miscare browniana a spectatorilor care populeaza destul de aleatoriu salile de spectacol. Orice incadrare in modele comportamentale sau inregimentare intr-o categorie de public are nevoie de un criteriu perfect sustinut. Alegerea mea se indreapta in zona psihologiei, care poate, prin instrumentele sale specifice, sa dea raspunsul la aparenta lipsa de orientare a spectatorului de azi. Interesul puternic pentru aceasta abordare provine in primul rand dintr-o curiozitate de ordin personal si din nevoia de a-mi explica, din postura de critic de teatru, de ce gustul publicului a devenit atat de pervertit, spectatorul atat de indulgent si care sunt rezultatele imediate ale acestei stari de fapt in raport cu calitatea actului artistic.

La provincia de Albacete, a nivel geográfico, configura el Sureste de la Meseta, aspecto que le confiere una ubicación más que significativa en el interior peninsular, pues se encuentra a caballo entre las tierras valencianas, el Valle del Segura y la Andalucía Oriental. Es decir, en época ibérica se encontraba en contacto directo con los principales pueblos ibéricos, edetanos, contestanos, bastetanos, etc. En estas páginas el autor se centra en el pueblo oretano. Este grupo ibérico constituyó uno de los pueblos prerromanos más destacados, habiendo jugado un papel determinante en los procesos históricos, especialmente aquellos que tuvieron como escenario la Península Ibérica entre finales del siglo III y el I a.C. Su interés les ha llevado a ser objeto de numerosos estudios desde enfoques diversos, lo que ha provocado un conocimiento parcial y sesgado de esta etnia perteneciente al mundo ibérico.

This chapter deals with finite subgroups of the mapping class group. It first explains the distinction between finite-order mapping classes and finite-order homeomorphisms, focusing on the Nielsen realization theorem for cyclic groups and detection of torsion with the symplectic representation. It then considers the problem of finding an Euler characteristic for orbifolds, to prove a Gauss–Bonnet theorem for orbifolds, and to use these results to show that there is a universal lower bound of π‎/21 for the area of any 2-dimensional orientable hyperbolic orbifold. The chapter demonstrates that, when g is greater than or equal to 2, finite subgroups have order at most 84(g − 1) and cyclic subgroups have order at most 4g + 2. It also describes finitely many conjugacy classes of finite subgroups in Mod(S) and concludes by proving that Mod(Sɡ) is generated by finitely many elements of order 2.

También presenta un glosario conceptual para mayor conocimiento de la terminología; un esquema gráfico de los costos vinculados directamente con la producción, administración y comercialización de la explotación ganadera de ceba; y los principales indicadores financieros para los análisis. Abstract:
Despite the recognition of ADHD as a lifespan neurodevelopmental disorder, the majority of young people with ADHD fail to transition successfully to adult services. Health service transition marks a particularly vulnerable time for young people with ADHD, as disengagement from services and untreated ADHD lead to serious adverse psychiatric and social outcomes. Barriers to successful transition include the lack of adult ADHD services, differences in acceptance thresholds, lack of knowledge and training among practitioners in adult services, and a less family-orientated culture in adult services that may exclude parents. Young people and parents should routinely be involved in the design and evaluation of services related to transition. The role of an ADHD transition worker and increased involvement of primary care in the management of ADHD is recommended to provide greater continuity and support before and after the transfer of care from child and adolescent to adult mental health services.

Etimologic, notiunea de comert provine din latina, cuvantul commercium fiind o juxtapunere a cuvintelor cum si merx, respectiv „cu marfa”. Economic, in sens restrans, prin comert se intelege interpunerea in circulatia marfurilor. In sens larg, comertul se refera si la productia de marfuri, dar si la servicii. Juridic, notiunea de comert se refera la comertul in sens larg, respectiv, producerea si interpunerea in schimbul de bunuri si/sau servicii. Avand in vedere ca in Codul Civil, expresiile „acte de comert” si „fapte de comert” sunt inlocuite cu „activitati de productie, comert sau prestari de servicii”, definitia dreptului comercial trebuie sa aiba in vedere noua orientare a sistemului dreptului privat roman. Dreptul comercial este un ansamblu de norme juridice aplicabile raporturilor juridice nascute in legatura cu activitatile de productie, comert sau prestari servicii sau care organizeaza cadrul juridic de desfasurare a acestor activitati. Potrivit sistemului subiectiv, dreptul comercial cuprinde normele juridice aplicabile raporturilor juridice dintre profesionistii comercianti si dintre acestia si alte subiecte de drept. Potrivit sistemului obiectiv, subsidiar, dreptul comercial cuprinde normele juridice aplicabile in comert, indiferent de persoana care savarseste actele specifice acestuia. Sintetizand aceste opinii, in doctrina se retine faptul ca dreptul comercial are ca obiect atat normele juridice incidente in activitatea de comert, cat si cele aplicabile profesionistilor comercianti.

This book examines the musical ramifications of Russia’s nineteenth-century expansion to the east and south and explores the formation and development of Russian musical discourse on Russia’s own Orient. It traces the transition from music ethnography to art songs and discusses how various aspects of (music) ethnographies, folk song collections, music theories, and visual representations of Russia’s ethnic minorities, or inorodtsy, shaped Russian composers’ perception and musical representation of Russia’s oriental “others.” Situated on the periphery, minority peoples not only defined the geographical boundaries of the empire, its culture, and its music but also defined the boundaries of Russianness itself. Extensively illustrated with music examples, archival material, and images from long-forgotten Russian sources, this book investigates the historical, cultural, and musical elements that contributed to the formation and creation of Russia’s imperial identity. It delineates musical elements that have been adopted to characterize Russians’ own national hybridity. Three case studies—well-known leader of the Mighty Five Milii Balakirev, lesser known Alexander Aliab’ev, and the late-nineteenth-century composers affiliated with the Music-Ethnography Committee—demonstrate how and why, despite the overwhelming number of pejorative images and descriptions of inorodtsy, these composers decided to disregard their social and political differences and sometimes confused and combined diverse minorities’ identities with that of the Russian “self.” The analysis of the arrangements of folk songs of Russia’s eastern and southern minorities reveals the trajectory of the ways their music was treated, from denigration and “othering” to embracing peoples from all the provinces of the empire.

Abstract:
El 14 de octubre de 1965, arribó al puerto de Buenos Aires un barco proveniente de Busan, una ciudad en el extremo sudeste de Corea del Sur, con 13 familias coreanas que se dirigieron a la provincia de Río Negro. A medio siglo de aquella llegada, una comunidad de más de 22.0000 personas, muy activa y con referentes en diversos espacios, se asienta en Argentina y comparte su historia, sus costumbres y sus productos culturales, y nos invita a reflexionar sobre un abanico de temáticas que contribuyen al conocimiento, a la interacción, y al entendimiento, no sólo de ese "otro", sino de las relaciones específicas que construimos juntos, de nuestros intercambios, parte fundamental de todo proceso cultural. Este libro tiene el objetivo de proveer una mirada amplia, diversa y que abarca distintos planos desde los cuales jóvenes argentinos observan a Corea, a los coreanos y a su cultura, y manifiestan su posición desde una reflexión basada en sus propias experiencias e intereses. Los ensayos que aquí se compilan son una selección de aquellos presentados al Primer Concurso de Ensayos sobre Corea, organizado en el año 2015 por el Centro de Estudios Coreanos del Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, la Escuela de Estudios Orientales de la Universidad del Salvador y el Comité organizador de la conmemoración del 50 aniversario de la inmigración coreana a la Argentina. A los efectos de organización, los trabajos fueron divididos en cinco secciones que transitan la cultura, la educación, la economía, la geografía y la política coreanas.
