Two isolates (A and B) of apple chlorotic leafspot virus (ACLSV) associated with line pattern symptoms in Prunus, glandulosa were isolated in Chenopodium quinoa and purified by a simple method using bentonite clarification, polyethylene glycol precipitation, and caesium sulphate isopycnic centrifugation. A novel chokecherry genetic linkage map was constructed using 565 molecular markers and a previously published mapping population (n=101). Chokecherry (Prunus virginiana L.) is a potential model for genetic research of phytoplasmic diseases because of its natural resistance to X-disease (Candidatus Phytoplasma pruni). The novel chokecherry map was developed using JoinMap 4.0 and contains a complete set of 16 linkage groups. La composante dynamique est due à la contraction des cellules musculaires lisses, gouvernée par le récepteur alpha1A-adrénergique (A1A-AR). Afin d'étudier leurs modalités de contraction, nous avons mis au point un nouveau modèle de cellules stromales prostatiques de lapin en culture. Ces cellules, maintenues en différenciation, conservent l'expression des protéines du cytosquelette contractile et du A1A-AR. Ce dernier conserve son couplage avec la voie des MAPK
