Abstract:
Manajemen konflik Pencak Silat PSHT dan PSHW di Kabupaten Madiun mengalami kendala internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi Polisi Daerah Madiun dalam pengelolaan konflik seni bela diri PSHT dan PSHW. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik seni bela diri PSHT dan PSHW pada dasarnya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti faktor perbedaan sejarah, perbedaan manajemen, dan faktor pengiriman pengajaran yang berbeda. Kemudian konflik PSHT dan PSHW terjadi pada saat-saat tertentu, seperti di Nyekar 1 Muharam oleh PSHT dan Suran Agung oleh PSHW. Pola kejahatan akibat konflik antara PSHT dan PSHW, yaitu ancaman dengan senjata, penganiayaan, dan penghancuran. Ada tiga tahap untuk mengelola konflik di Madiun terkait dengan konflik seni bela diri PSHW dan PSHT, yaitu pre-emptive, preventive, dan repressive.

Abstract:
<p>This article discusses the origins of the doctrine of PSHT Madiun; the patterns of integration of Sufism teaching into traditional Javanese mysticism (<em>kejawen</em>) at PSHT Madiun; and the teachings of PSHT Madiun during the two leadership periods of R.M. Imam Kusupangat and H. Tarmaji Budi Harsono. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the spiritual teachings of PSHT Madiun are founded on the teachings of Sufism; (2) the pattern of integration between Sufism and the traditional Javanese mysticism in PSHT Madiun is similar to the pattern used by Walisongo in spreading Islam in Indonesia, particularly in Java Island, by using local wisdoms. The accommodation of local wisdoms has two objectives, are to avoid hurting the heart of the local community and at the same time people are willing to practice Islamic teachings. Likewise, the leaders of PSHT Madiun have formulated their teachings by using what so-called <em>ke-ESHA-an</em>, so that the students of PSHT can willingly practice the teachings; (3) there are a number of differences in the way Kusupangat and Harsono lead this organization. Javanese mysticism aspect was dominating the teachings of PSHT during Kusupangat’s leadership while Harsono’s leadership shows how the Islamic nuance has been dominating over the teachings of PSHT.</p><p class="Standard"><strong>Keywords</strong>: Tasawuf, <em>kejawen</em>, PSHT, <em>ke-ESHA-an</em>.</p>

Abstract:
Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan pliometrik double leg speed hop danhopscotch terhadap peningkatan power tungkai pada atlet pencak silat PSHT (PersaudaraanSetia Hati Terate) di Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancanganpenelitian eksperimental. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambilan sampel 14 orangdengan menggunakan penarikan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan teknik samplingjenuh di UKM pencak silat PSHT di Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Penelitian inimenggunakan teknik pengumpulan data uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji ANOVA. Hasilanalisis menunjukkan bahwa latihan pliometrik double leg speed hop lebih baik dalammeningkatkan power tungkai atlet UKM pencak silat PSHT di Universitas BrawijayaMalang daripada latihan hopscotch.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of exercise on stepwise pattern and exercise a straight forward move towards crescent kick agility in UKM PSHT students of Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan (UMKT). The population in this study were students who were still actively participating in the UKM PSHT UMKT. Sampling uses a random sampling system, divided into 2 groups, namely group A by practicing stepwise patterns and group B by practicing a straight forward step. Each group consists of 10 sample people, so the total sample is 20 people. The results showed that: (1) There was the effect of training the step-by-step pattern on crescent kick agility on UMKT PSHT UKM students who obtained the value of tcount = 9.531> t table = 2.262 with a probability value of 0.000 <α 0.05. (2) There is the effect of a straight-forward exercise on crescent kick agility on UMKT PSHT UKM students who obtained a tcount = 6.975> t table = 2.262 with a significance probability value of 0.000 <α 0.05. (3) There is a difference in the effect of step-to-side pattern training and straight-forward motion training on crescent kick agility in Mulawarman University PSHT UKM students by obtaining a tcount = 4.348> t table = 1.734 with a significance probability value of 0.000 <α 0.05.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Realitas kekerasan dalam relasi sosial anggota Organisasi Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori praktik sosial oleh Pierre Bourdieu dengan melihat habitus, modal, arena dan strategi yang dimanfaatkan dalam menghadapi aksi kekerasan berkelompok tersebut. Berdasarkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan, temuan-temuan yang didapat adalah; terdapat habitus-habitus yang dimiliki oleh anggota PSHT yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk kekerasan simbolik sebagai pemicu terjadinya kekerasan, meliputi pelecehan identitas PSHT; persaingan antara perguruan silat; solidaritas internal dalam kelompok; arogansi kelompok. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa terdapat konversi modal sosial, seperti rasa solidaritas yang tinggi antar anggota dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung adanya kekerasan. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat kekerasan simbolik dalam relasi sosial PSHT Nganjuk dengan kelompok lain.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze and describe meanings on the symbols embodied in the martial arts logo school of Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood (PSHT) and its representation towards the ideological values of Pancasila. The study is based on the Ethnosemiotical approach. This analytical method on the cultural texts connects the understanding of reading the symbolic expressions represented in the PSHT logo. The results conclude that the symbolic entities on PSHT logo imply a concordance on the values between the Peircean semiotic perspectives in the form of the organizational principles confirming the ideological state of Pancasila. The result showed that on the symbol of lotus flower buds, half-bloom and bloom refers to the philosophical meaning of having stability and confidence in social skills, therefore, they dont feel awkward and feeling inferior it would seem difficult to find the meaning of connotation and denotation and thus requires further clarification from the public who involve in the Organizations of PSHT. Identification of such symbols indicating the active-enterprising which motivate the instillation on the values of Pancasila, uniting , maintain and strengthening the unity of the nation, the moving spirit of the nation in undertaking the national development and solving the arising problems in the life of the nation.

Not only the conflict between cultures and groups, as happened in intercollegiate martial arts such as pagarnusa, PSHT and Kerasakti. Objective The purpose of this study to determine the level of aggressiveness, collective pride and tolerance in three martial arts college , this is one of the factors of conflict is high aggressiveness, collective pride and a low level of tolerance. Methodology/Technique The study involved 30 members pagarnusa , 30 members and 30 members kerasakti PSHT . Research methods with quantitative approach. Findings – The findings of this study are a group of college kerasakti have the highest tolerance, low aggression and collective pride being. PSHT has a high level of aggressiveness being and collective tolerance pride being, while the pagarnusa Group aggressiveness levels that are low tolerance level and collective pride high. Pencak silat merupakan seni bela diri tradisional yang berasal dari Indonesia. Setiap daerah memiliki berbagai aliran bela diri pencak silat. Termasuk seni bela diri yang terkenal di Bojonegoro yaitu Perguruan silat PSHT dan IKSPI Kera Sakti. Kedua perguruan silat yang berada di Desa Sumuragung, Kec. Baureno, Kab. Bojonegoro ini sering terlibat konflik sehingga menimbulkan kerugian dari segi materill hingga menimbulkan korban jiwa. Bedasarkan latar belakang diatas maka fokus yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti adalah “KonflikAntar Perguruan Silat Di Desa Sumuragung, Kecamatan Baureno, Kabupaten Bojonegoro (Studi Pada Perguran SilatPSHT dan IKSPI Kera Sakti”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika konflik antar perguruanPSHT dan IKSPI Kera Sakti di Desa Sumuragung, Kec. Baureno, Kab. Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini di fokuskan kepada anggota perguruan PSHT dan IKSPI Kera Sakti Ranting Sumuragung, warga perguruan, dan sesepuh perguruan silat dari perguruan PSHT dan IKSPI Kera Sakti. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan purposive. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa konflik antar perguruan silat PSHT dan IKSPI Kera Sakti di Desa Sumuragung merupakan tindakan dari oknum anggota perguruan silat yang mengatasnamakan perguruan dan melibatkan kelompok perguruan. Sifat kompetisi dan saling eksistensi yang dimiliki antar anggota perguruan ini menimbulkan konflik antar kedua perguruan, sehingga permasalahan sepele nisa memicu konflik yang menjadi besar. Konflik antar kedua perguruan ini tidak hanya menimbulkan kerugian bagi anggota perguruan yang terlibat, tetapi juga membawa kerugian bagi Perguruan Silat.

Membusuknya karakter moral pemuda Indonesia merupakan dampak dari derasnya arus budaya asing yang masuk. Globalisasi mengakibatkan hilangnya batasan antar bangsa serta memudahkan masuknya kebudayaan, informasi, serta pengaruh negative dari Negara lain. Karakter pemuda yang seharusya berlandaskan pancasila, dan UUD sebagai jatidiri Indonesia, telah beralih dengan karakter hedonis, kapitalis, dan individualis. Pencak silat sebagai karya masyarakat Indonesia mampu menjadi wadah pembentukan karakter pemuda bangsa yang semestinya. Latihan pencak silat dengan unsur jasmani, rohani, serta spiritual yang disenergikan secara tepat, mampu menghasilkan individu pemuda berkarakter mulia. Penenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metodologi analisis induktif yang berlangsung selama proses penelitian. Informan kunci terdiri dari siswa, pelatih, dan alumni PSHT Komisariat UGM. Data yang didapatkan saat latihan rutin pencak silat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan konten internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter pemuda dapat melalui latihan pencak silat PSHT Komisariat UGM yang berlandaskan pada panca dasar, yaitu: persaudaraan, olahraga, beladiri, kesenian, dan kerohanian. Sedangkan karakter pemuda yang mampu dibentuk berupa: sopan santun, disiplin, berani, sederhana, cinta tanah air, serta berbakti kepada orangtua, negara dan agama. Konsep pembentukan karakter pemuda melalui pencak silat selaras dengan tujuan dari PSHT untuk ikutserta membentuk manusia berbudi pekerti luhur, mengerti benar dan salah, serta bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME.

Pós-Graduação em Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho
O presente relatório surge no âmbito da componente pratica da Pós-Graduação de Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho- nível VI promovido pelo Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal. Nesta componente prática (estágio) são aplicados os conhecimentos teóricos e técnicos adquiridos ao longo da formação (426 horas) e de todo o trabalho desenvolvido na mesma. O estágio teve duração de 120 horas (três semanas) tendo sido realizado numa empresa de serviços externos situada em Odivelas e que tem como nome ForSaude. O projecto foi baseado num take-away “Casa de Frangos de Portugal” nome fictício que lhe atribui, devido ao facto de o cliente em questão não querer expor o seu serviço. Foi realizada uma avaliação de risco através do método W.T.Fine e por consequente, definiram-se as possíveis medidas preventivas e correctivas a implementar, necessárias ao cumprimentos da legislação em vigor e com vista à eliminação/redução dos riscos profissionais identificados e avaliados. Para efectuar esta avaliação tiveram-se em conta alguns aspectos, tais como a observação do local de intervenção com recolha de informação e o envolvimento dos colaboradores nas questões da higiene e segurança no trabalho. Verifica-se que nesta área de actividade é dada bastante ênfase ao sistema de HACCP descurando o de HST, não sendo relevante para a maioria das organizações. A segurança e higiene no trabalho deve ser encarada de duas perspectivas, a segurança dos trabalhadores e a segurança dos clientes, pois nesta actividade os clientes, frequentadores do espaço também estão sujeitos a alguns riscos.

Abstract:
This master’s thesis deals with phase-shifting transformers (PST) and coordination of electrically close devices in an interconnected region. Theoretical research is performed in the work, describing methods of power control, function and design of PST, as well as actual methods of PST coordination in the rest of the world. Based on the research there is an optimalisation algorithm designed in MATLAB, which computes recommended tap petting of PST based on the network configuration. In the second part of this thesis there are described components of this algorithm and also presented the results of three demonstrative scenarios. Algorithm is able to solve minor problems in the network; more complex problems are beyond its solving ability. For an improved functionality there is a necessity to further expand this algorithm by a network redispatch solving algorithm.

O operon pst de Escherichia coli é formado pelos genes pstS, pstC, pstA, pstB e phoU. Os quatro primeiros genes codificam proteínas que compõem um sistema de transporte do tipo ABC denominado Pst. O sistema Pst, junto com a proteína PhoU participa da repressão dos genes do regulon PHO. A transcrição dos genes do operon pst é induzida pela carência de fosfato inorgânico (Pi). Neste trabalho, o padrão de transcrição do operon pst foi analisado. A existência de um transcrito primário instável foi comprovada através de uma nova técnica de RT-PCR. O papel da RNase E na degradação do mRNA de pst foi demonstrado. A análise das seqüências intergênicas do operon revelou a importância da seqüência REP (Repetitive Extragenic Palindrome) localizada na região intergênica entre pstS e pstC na estabilização da mensagem de pstS. As seqüências localizadas a 5\' dos genes pstC, pstB e phoU também foram analisadas e demonstraram uma atividade promotora fraca, que resulta na síntese de transcritos dos genes distais de pst.
The pst operon of Escherichia coli consists of the genes pstS, pstC, pstA, pstB and phoU. The four proximal genes of the operon encode the proteins of the ABC-type Pi phosphate (Pi) transporter Pst.The Pst system, together with the PhoU protein, also acts as a negative regulator of the PHO regulon. Transcription of the pst genes is induced by Pi starvation. The present study describes the transcription pattern of the pst operon. The existence of an unstable primary transcript was confirmed by using an improved RT-PCR protocol. The role of RNase E in pst transcript decay was demonstrated.Analysis of the operon intergenic regions revealed the role of a REP sequence (Repetitive Extragenic Palindrome) located between pstS and pstC in pst mRNA stability. The regions upstream of pstC, pstB and phoU displayed promoter activity. Transcription from these internal promoters resulted in a small amount of mRNAs corresponding to the pst distal genes.

Abstract:
The gene, PsMT(_A) is highly expressed in the roots of the garden pea, Pisum sativum. The predicted primary structures of homologues of the PsMT(_A) gene from a range of plant species were compared. Common features are amino and carboxyl terminal domains of approximately 20 residues which are rich in cysteine residues many of which are arranged in the cysteine-Xaa-cysteine (Xaa is not a cysteine) motifs characteristic of metallothionein. The greatest degree of sequence conservation between these predicted gene products occurs within the cysteine rich domains. Two principal (most highly represented in the available sample) categories of sequence were identified on the basis of the arrangement of the cysteine residues within the amino termina domain. A secondary structure motif (β-strand) was predicted (using a computer algorithm) to occur in a conserved position in the central domain linking the two cysteine rich domains of these predicted proteins. This feature is not apparent in the structure of metallothioneins from other species. A recombinant GST-PsMT(_A) fusion protein was isolated from crude lysates of Escherichia coli. containing the plasmid pGEX3X with PsMT(_A) coding sequence. When isolated from Escherichia coli cells grown in zinc supplemented media it was demonstrated that zinc was associated with the PsMT(_A) moiety of the fusion protein. In aqueous solution the PsMT(_A) moiety of the fusion protein formed discreet degradation products. The fusion protein was insoluble at concentrations greater than 20 mg ml(^-1) which rendered it unsuitable for a structural study of the putative metal binding site(s) by (^113)Cd NMR. An antibody to the GST- PsMT(_A) fusion protein was characterised and the epitope was found to lie within the GST moiety. Comparison of the arrangement of cysteines in the amino terminal domains with the different domains of mammalian metallothionein suggested that the two principal categories of predicted plant metallothionein- like gene products may have different affinities for zinc. The predicted products of the metallothionein-like gene highly expressed in the leaves of Arabidopsis thali ana (AtMT-t2) and the PsMT(_A) gene are representative of the two principal categories identified by sequence analysis. The AtMT-t2 coding sequence was amplified from an Arabidopsis thaliana leaf cDNA library and cloned into the pGEX3X plasmid to allow expression of the protein as a fusion to GST in Escherichia coli. Zinc was associated with the AtMT-t2 moiety of the fusion protein. The pH of 50 % displacement for the GST-AtMT-t2 fusion protein with respect to zinc was 0.25 pH units lower than that for the GST-PsMT(_A) fusion protein indicating that putative metallothionein-like protein from Arabidopsis thaliana may have a higher affinity for zinc. It is feasible that this difference allows AtMT-t2 to compete with endogenous ligands of zinc more effectively than PsMT(_A). Expression of the AtMT-t2 gene in a zinc metallothionein deficient strain of Synechococcus (in collaboration with Dr. J.S. Turner) partially restored zinc tolerance to the transformed cells. The similarity of the cysteine rich domains of the predicted metallothionein-like proteins with metallothionein and the demonstration of metal binding in vitro suggested that these genes may be metal regulated. The effect of variations in the exogenous concentration of the trace metals copper zinc and iron on the expression of the PsMT(_A) gene in the roots of Pisum sativum seedlings was investigated by northern analysis. Induction of PsMT(_A) expression was seen with increasing iron concentrations up to 2.0 µM iron chelate. At this concentration of iron chelate, and above, expression of PsMT(_A), decreased. At concentrations of copper above 100 nM induction of PsMT(_A) expression was seen. Below 100 nM copper PsMT(_A) expression increased with decreasing copper concentrations. This response has not been reported for metallothioneins from other species and may be significant for the role of PsMT(_A) in root tissue. In the presence of 2.0 µM iron zinc concentrations above 5.0 µM induced expression of PsMT(_A). The response to changes in exogenous metal concentrations was rapid. Complete repression of PsMT(_A) transcription occurred within 1 h of transfer to media supplemented with 2.0 µM iron. To date no translational products of plant metallothionein-like genes (excluding the E(_c) protein from Tritticum aestivum) have been identified in plant tissue. Two copper and one zinc complex were identified following ion exchange chromatography of soluble extracts from roots of Pisum sativum. The quantity' of the zinc complex eluted from the matrix was reduced by the addition of iron chelate to the growth media. There was no consistent change in the quantity of copper complex recovered in response to iron. Two copper and one zinc component of low molecular weight were identified following gel filtration chromatography of the above complexes. Following polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of extracts from roots of Pisum sativum, labelled in vivo with (^35)S cysteine, a band was identified with the characteristics predicted for the product of the PsMT(_A) gene. On two dimensional polyacrylamide gels a doublet of spots was identified (migrating to a low pH as predicted for PsMT(_A)) in an extract from roots of seedlings grown in media not supplemented with iron which were not observed on gels of extracts from seedlings grown in media supplemented with iron. The identity of these polypeptides was not established by sequence analysis.

Abstract:
The voice technology today is limited to explicit interaction and does not take advantage of the connotation of voice modalities. Research has shown that it is possible to sense emotions and feelings as well as the context of information based on the tone of voice. Building on existing theory and Research through Design, this thesis aims to speculate the use of whispering in human-computer interaction. It also discusses how this might lead to a more preferred future or cause tensions within addictive technology and the politics of voice assistants. The results argue that whispering has an impact on the relationship and trust between a human and a machine and that it could be used as an active interaction mode with voice assistants. Further research is needed to identify the effect of whispering on different users and the influence of different voice modalities.
Röstteknologin idag är begränsad till explicit interaktion och utnyttjar inte konnotationen av röstmodaliteter. Forskning har visat att det är möjligt att identifiera känslor och sammanhang med information baserad på tonfallet. Med utgångspunkt i befintlig teori och Research through Design, syftar denna avhandling till att spekulera kring användningen av viskning i interaktion mellan människor och datorer. Det diskuteras hur detta kan leda till en mer gynnsam framtid alternativt orsaka konflikt inom beroendeframkallande teknik och röstassistenternas politik. Resultaten menar att viskning påverkar förhållandet och förtroendet mellan människa och maskin och att den kan användas som ett aktivt interaktionsläge hos röstassistenter. Ytterligare forskning behövs för att identifiera effekten av viskning på olika användare och påverkan av olika röstmodaliteter.

A design software was written for the air-air primary surface heat exchanger (PSHE) based on the heat balance equation and the theory of micro channel. The two different simplified models, the quarter channel and the full channel PSHE of 0° counter-flow and the model of the full channel cross-flow PSHE with cross angle of 45° under high Reynolds number are simulated. This paper presents the comparison between the results obtained by the numerical simulation at the outlet of the PSHE and the results obtained by the thermal calculation software. The results showed that the numerical simulation is consistent with the thermal calculation of the software. Compared to the PSHE of 0°, the results of PSHE with the cross angle of 45° showed that the heat transfer performance is enhanced while the pressure drop was significantly increased.
