Abstract:
The analysis of modern literature revealed the lack of scientifically based training system for sumo wrestlers of various ages and qualifications, including for the early training phase. The purpοse of the study: to identify indicators of psycho-physiological skills of young sumo wrestlers aged 7-9. Research objectives: 1) to study the issue of optimization of the initial training stage for children involved in sumo wrestling, 2) to study the indicators of psycho-physiological peculiarities of children aged 7-9, 3) to identify promising areas for using the data obtained to increase the effectiveness of the training process of the beginners. Methods and organization of the research: analysis of scientific literature; pedagogical observations of training activities; methods of psychological diagnosis ("Psychodiagnostics" program); methods of mathematical statistics. We carried out pedagogical observations of the training activities of children aged 7-10 in Samara. The research included testing of psycho-physiological indicators of 18 children aged 7-9, with 1-2 years of total training experience. We carried out the study of indicators of psycho-physiological qualities of children at the initial stage of training. Results and discussion. Pedagogical observations of the training activities of children have revealed a number of problems occurring at the initial training stage. Due to the lack of a unified concept of multi-year sumo training, different teachers and trainers implement various approaches to the activity management. They use various techniques to control the parameters of physical fitness and training activities. Training programs do not consider the psycho-physiological characteristics of children. It reduces the efficiency of training programs and primary selection. The research substantiated the indicators of psycho-physiological skills of young sumo wrestlers aged 7-9. Conclusion. Training programs at the initial stage disregard the following major principles connected with this stage: provision of comprehensive training, gradual increase of physical efforts together with its effective control, study of psychological characteristics of children. We identified the indicators of psycho-physiological skills of sumo wrestlers aged 7-9. The obtained materials can be used as guidelines for monitoring the level of manifestation of the psycho-physiological skills of sumo wrestlers aged 7-9.

Abstract:
The psychological and physiological indicators derived from studies of urban soundscapes have been suggested to explain the restoration effects of digital treatments using virtual reality (VR) environments. These experiences of virtual spaces that lead to emotional restoration are often related to natural environments such as waterfront and sites with vegetations. Perceptions of VR environments demonstrated that urban areas, including urban parks with traffic noise in the background were also considered as such spaces. VR technology used for experiencing spatial atmospheres creates a realistic audio and visual environment. Accordingly, subjects also respond to a survey on the audiovisual elements of the space. When verifying the restoration effect of soundscapes, physiological responses such as EEG and HRV are investigated along with questionnaire-based psychological responses. In this study, a statistical restoration model was constructed by interpreting psychophysiological responses and deriving the relationship between physical indicators for soundscapes based on such biological signals. However, various natural soundscape contents need to be further studied and produced to expect therapeutic effects.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to find out the effectiveness of using computer tests simulators, in particular the "MY_TIMER" program, to assess the functional state of students before and after training and to choose the optimal load in the training process. Materials and methods. The methods which were used in the study were theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific theoretical literature, computer test simulators, the "MY_TIMER" program, which was designed to assess a person's condition based on the analysis of his/her subjective perception of different periods of time. Standard test procedure: 1) Install time interval of 10 seconds on the scale. 2) Instructions to the subject: "After the start of the stopwatch, press the left mouse button 12 times every 10 seconds". 3) The subject, looking at the stopwatch, fixes 12 times by pressing buttons for a time interval of 10 seconds (we get objective indicators). 4) Then close the eyes and perform the same task without visual control (we get subjective indicators). 5) Comparison of results shows a subjective shift of subjective assessment of a time interval of 10 seconds. 14 participators of the experiment are 12-14-year-old students of Slavutych secondary school, who regularly attend swimming training in the pool. Statistical processing of data was carried out using Microsoft Excel. Results and discussion. Analysis of the obtained results before objective and subjective training of perception of different periods of time showed an increased level of mental activity, that is, the state of excitement of young athletes, their optimal readiness for surgery activity. After the training, there are only qualitatively unreliable changes in the results of schoolchildren. Negative average result (subjective shift of subjective assessment) is an indicator that it will be possible to increase the load of swimmers on the next training. Out of 14 subjects, only one had a positive subjective test result (just over one second). Increasing the subjective assessment of the interval time longer than 3 seconds is usually accompanied by a decrease in the level of mental activity due to fatigue, decreased concentration of attention, drowsiness – that is, it characterizes a state of apathy, emotional "burnout". Therefore, for this student, physical and emotional load was quite significant. In other students, in whom psychophysiological indicators were determined, unspent resources after training were remained. Conclusion. Use of computer test simulators, in particular the program "MY_TIMER" is relevant and promising, it gives an opportunity to determine readiness of schoolchildren to perform physical exercise and psychophysiological control states of young athletes after training. The obtained negative average result (subjective shift of subjective assessment) after training by young swimmers is an indicator for increasing the physical load in the next training session. Computer test simulators with other programs for determination psychophysiological indicators must be used for correcting construction training and determining the individual workload for every athlete

Abstract:
The aim of the article is to determine the specifics of the impact of the correctional programme of psycho-physiological conditions on the development of the professional competence of general secondary school teachers. The Diagnostics of Mental States of the National Academy of Sciences and the Impact of Event Scale - Revised (IES-R) were used to obtain reliable data on the psycho-physiological state of the individual. A specialized online test for teachers was used to obtain data on the teachers’ competence aimed at determining informational competence, testing to determine the teacher’s subject methodical competence, observation of communicative competence. A formative experiment was planned and conducted. It was established that average indicators of psycho-physiological state prevail among teachers. The positive impact of the developed corrective programme on the teachers’ activity and mood was proved. It was concluded that the change in the psycho-physiological states of “invasion” and “avoidance” significantly depends on current social conditions, in particular, on the stability of the safety component. It was found that the correctional programme levelled the connections between the teachers’ subject methodical competence and the current psycho-physiological state. It was established that the teachers’ communicative competence continues to correlate after the completion of the programme with psycho-physiological comfort and general emotional background. In general, we can talk about the relative effectiveness of the developed corrective programme. The obtained results can be used to optimize programmes of continuous postgraduate education in the context of the development of resistance to the stresses of wartime. The prospects for further research are expanding the arsenal of methods for studying the teachers’ psycho-physiological state and clarifying gender differences in the teachers’ experience of stress. Abstract:
Professional competence implies a personality trait that is formed in the process of the corresponding activity. At the same time, it is established that psycho-physiological indicators affect the nature of the subjective activity of the teacher. In this aspect in the article is made an attempt to study psycho-physiological features of pedagogical activities in order to improve the process of professional teachers training. It was carried out an analysis of materials on the work psychology and work physiology. The definitions and characteristics of mental and physical work are presented. The study showed that the performance of professional duties requires certain requirements for the musculoskeletal system of the employee and his mental processes, which is being regulated by the central nervous system. There were revealed the characteristics of functional systems. Their self-regulation contributes to human adaptation for working conditions. This way, the process of becoming future teachers of physical education will become more effective if their pedagogical and sports training is carried out not only on the basis of general psychological and pedagogical laws, but also taking into account the level of development of psycho-physiological indicators of this professional activity.

An indicators analysis of the first-graders functional state and vegetative homeostasis obtained in the initial period of adaptation to the educational environment revealed gender differences in the rates of the adaptation process to new learning conditions. It has been established that girls’ adaptation mechanisms turn on earlier than boys’, with their similar orientation. The article provides an experimental justification of the indicators use legitimacy for heart rate variability to assess the functional state of the body in the acute period of adaptation to the educational environment. The importance of teacher physiological literacy for the optimization of the educational process is substantiated. The results of the study are convincing evidence of the knowledge importance for the physiological foundations of the occurrence and course of physiological and mental processes, stable individual psycho-physiological characteristics for the organization of the learning environment, corresponding to the functional capabilities of the body. This argument is also confirmed by many years of experience among master students key competencies development, which allow using such an objective criterion as the current functional state of the body to ensure, through the joint efforts of parents, teachers, psychologists, and doctors, the correction of the educational environment and psycho-physiological resistance of individual to it. The established differences in the dynamics of heart rate variability indicators for girls and boys can be used to form a health-saving program in school settings.

<em>The aim</em> of the work is to identify the characteristics of psycho-physiological indicators in Paralympic athletes compared with athletes - Olympians and the influence of the characteristics of lesions of the upper and lower extremities on psychophysiological indicators. Material and methodsThe study involved 15 elite swordsmen performing in Olympic sports, 15 elite swordsmen - Paralympians; 33 elite athletes with disorders of the musculoskeletal system of the sixth (15 people) and tenth (18 people) functional classes in table tennis, age 21-25 years. The parameters characteristic for determining the psycho-physiological state were determined using computer programs for psycho-physiological testing. Dispersion analysis was also used. The influence of the functional class of athletes on the reaction rate in different test modes was determined. <em>Results</em>. Significant differences were found between Olympic swordsmen and Paralympian swordsmen in terms of &ldquo;Minimum signal exposure time in a test with feedback&rdquo; (p &lt;0.05) and a complex reaction time when selecting 1 object out of 3; among the Olympic fencers, these figures are significantly higher compared with the Paralympians. It is shown that belonging to a certain functional class of athletes - Paralympians in table tennis affects the rate of stability of the reaction rate and the rate of time to reach the minimum signal exposure in the test for the speed of selection reaction with feedback. The speed of response to a visual signal, the number of errors during the test for reaction speed, the mobility of nerve processes in athletes - Paralympians in table tennis reliably depends on the degree of damage to the upper and lower extremities. The worst results in psychophysiological indicators were found in athletes with impaired operation of both lower extremities. Unilateral damage to the extremities and congenital underdevelopment of the extremities have a lesser effect on the psychophysiological functions. <em>Conclusions</em><em>.</em> When training Paralympians - fencers and holding competitions, it is necessary to take into account not only the physical, but also the psychophysiological characteristics of the fencers - Paralympians. When training and functional classification of Paralympic athletes in table tennis, it is important to consider not only their affiliation to a certain functional class, but also the degree of disruption of the upper and lower extremities and the level of psycho-physiological functions.

Abstract:
The article provides an overview of subjective and objective methods for diagnosing the psycho-emotional state and cognitive functions in athletes. The research objective was to substantiate the efficiency of combined psychological and psycho-physiological methods for diagnosing psycho-emotional states and cognitive functions in athletes. The review involved domestic and foreign studies of the functional state of athletes that featured subjective, objective, conventional, and novel methods. An optimal training program requires basic diagnostics of cognitive functions, i.e., attention span and memory capacity, as well as the psycho-emotional state. In this respect, simultaneous profiling of psycho-emotional state and cognitive functions as interrelated phenomena proves the most efficient approach. The list of instrumental methods of cognitive studies includes skin conductance response, electromyography, and heart rate variability. Electroencephalography as a means of assessing the bioelectric potential of the brain is one of the most accessible and informative objective methods of cognitive function assessment. Electroencephalographic indicators make it possible to determine cognitive functions in athletes and identify possible disorders. Electroencephalographic alpha activity under various physical loads can serve as markers of functional state and self-regulation indicators in athletes.

Abstract:
Cognitive load is generated by pilots in the process of information cognition about aircraft control, and it is closely related to flight safety. Cognitive load is the physiological and psychological need that a pilot produces when completing a mission. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the dynamic identification of the cognitive load of the pilot under the complex human-aircraft-environment interaction. In this paper, the airfield traffic pattern flight simulation experiment was designed and used to obtain the ECG physiological and NASA-TLX psychological data. The wavelet transform preprocessing and mathematical statistics analysis were applied on them, respectively. Furthermore, the Pearson correlation analysis method is used to select the characteristic indicators of psycho-physiological data after preprocessing. Based on the psycho-physiological characteristic indicators, the pilot’s cognitive load identification model is constructed by combining RNN and LSTM. The results of this study are more accurate compared with the cognitive load identification models established by other methods such as RNN neural network and support vector machine. This research is able to provide a useful reference for preventing and reduction of human error caused by the cognitive load during flight missions. It will be potential to realize intelligent control of aircraft cockpit, improving the flight control behavior and maintaining flight safety.

Abstract:
Under circumstances of fire, panic usually brings uncertainty and unpredictability to evacuation. Therefore, a deep understanding of panic is desired. This study aims to dig into the underlying mechanism of fire evacuation panic by measuring and analysing psycho- and physiological indicators. In the experiment, participants watched a simulated train station within which three sets of stimuli were triggered separately. Eye movement and brain haemodynamic responses were collected during the watch, while questionnaires and interviews of emotions were conducted after. The analysed physiological indicators include the amplitude of pupil dilation, the time ratios of fixation and saccade, the binned entropy of gaze location, and the brain activation coefficients. The results of this research indicate that fire evacuation panic can be broken down into two elements. (1) Unawareness of situation: less knowledge of the situation leads to a higher level of panic; (2) Intensity of visual stimulation: the panic level is escalated with increased severity of fire that is perceived.

Abstract:
The full-scale war in Ukraine, which has been going on for the third year, has a negative impact on both the physical and psycho-emotional states of military servicemen of all specialties. Training and combat activities of cadets in field environment, in the absence of physical exercises, can lead to a decrease in the emotional state, deterioration of well-being, mood, working capacity of cadets, and the emergence of neuro-emotional stress. The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of indicators of cadets’ psycho- emotional state during the educational and combat activities in the field environment. Male cadets of the Military Institute of Tank Troops of the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute» were involved in the research, which was conducted in 2023-2024. To study the indicators of the cadets’ psycho-emotional state, we used three psychodiagnostic methods: "Self-assessment of the emotional state", "Scaled self-assessment of the psycho-physiological state", "Evaluation of neuro-emotional stress". Research methods: analysis and generalization of literary sources, methods of psychodiagnostics, methods of mathematical statistics. Deterioration of indicators of the psycho-emotional state of cadets of all courses of study during field classes of different duration according to all psychodiagnostic methods was revealed. The most pronounced negative changes are observed during longer field classes, and depending on the year of study, in junior year cadets. This may be due to insufficient emotional resistance to the stressful factors of educational and combat activities in junior cadets. Also, the obtained results allow us to assert the insufficient effectiveness of the traditional method of organizing and conducting physical training of cadets in field environment and the need for its improvement. In the future, we plan to investigate the impact of sports games on the recovery of cadets’ psycho-emotional state after field training of different durations.

Abstract:
The spread of the COVID-19 infection has posed new challenges to first-year students in terms of their adaptation to the learning conditions at universities, including those associated with distance education. The aim of this article was to analyse the adaptation of first-year students to distance learning at the university, depending on their individual typological organization of hemispheric asymmetry. Materials and methods. The research was performed in 2019–2020 and involved first-year students of Samara State Medical University. Their individual typological indicator of the psycho-emotional state was compared with various indicators of the psycho-emotional state in the activity-stereotypical and activitysituational conditions. The AC-5 Aktivatsiometr hardware and software complex was used. Results. Completely new data on the psycho-emotional sphere of students were revealed. In 2019, when firstyear students attended classes on campus during their adaptation period, the differences (upward or downward) of activity-stereotypical and activity-situational indicators from the individual typological indicator, albeit they pointed to non-optimal situational working state of the nervous system, were not critical. In 2020, all educational institutions, including medical universities, turned to distance learning. As a result, a significant number of subjects showed excessive deviations in the abovementioned indicators and strain on the adaptive potential, which indicates predominance of mental overexcitation in the course of repeated switching between distance and on-campus education during the semester. Adaptation against the background of such a psycho-emotional state significantly increases the likelihood of inadequate reactions in first-year students and causes nervousness in their relationships with peers and teachers, which, in turn, can pose serious obstacles to fulfilling their life potential during senior years. The physiological mechanisms outlined in the article will form the scientific basis for developing measures to reduce maladaptation among first-year students and choosing the optimal learning style, as well as for effective emotional regulation and self-regulation of medical students.

Abstract:
The article examines in detail the educational process of military- professional training of future army officers, which made it possible to substantiate the structural-systemic approach to the chosen problem. The analysis of the data obtained as a result of testing the morphofunctional and motor indicators of the development of the body of the cadets of military institutions of higher education confirmed the general low physical condition of modern military personnel. Regarding physical capacity, this indicator is in the range from low to satisfactory in most cadets. The results of testing the motor readiness of future military personnel confirm the existing data on the insufficient development of endurance in young men and the insufficient development of endurance and speed in girls. The study of the psycho-emotional state of the cadets of the military institutions of higher education showed that the resistance to stress in extreme situations of the vast majority of future officers is in the range from above average to high levels. In addition, as a result of special studies, the dependence of the success of the formation of professional skills and abilities on the psychophysiological indicators of the development of the cadets' body, depending on gender and military specialization, was established. The results of the correlation analysis of the dependence of the success of the cadets' professional training on the psychophysiological indicators of their organism's development made it possible to determine the structure of the complex psychophysiological preparedness of future officers, taking into account gender and military specialization. Therefore, the differentiation of future officers by specialization and gender determines the selection of means of physical training of the appropriate orientation depending on the structure of complex psychophysiological training.

<em>The purpose</em> of the work is to determine the specifics of the speed of reaction in representatives of fencing, cyclical sports (swimmers) and game sports (basketball players). <em>Material and methods.</em> In the study, 23 skilled fencers, 18 qualified swimmers and 23 qualified basketball players took part in the determination of the differences between reaction rate indicators. In this study, methods were used to determine the psychophysiological abilities of athletes in terms of time indicators of a simple and complex reaction. Tests were conducted on the computer program &quot;Psychodiagnostics&quot;. The following measurements were made: measurement of the simple response rate to the light stimulus: in response to the appearance of any image on the monitor, it was necessary to press and release the left mouse button as soon as possible; measurement of the simple reaction rate to the sound stimulus: in response to the sound, it was necessary to press and release the left mouse button as soon as possible; the measurement of the complex reaction of choosing one of three objects: in response to the appearance on the monitor screen of a picture of a geometric figure or animal, it was necessary to press and release the left mouse button as soon as possible; measuring the complex reaction of choosing two objects from three: in response to the appearance on the monitor screen of the image of the geometric figure, it was necessary to press and release the left mouse button as soon as possible; in response to the appearance on the monitor screen of the animal image should be as soon as possible to press and release the right button of the mouse. <em>Results.</em> It is shown that fencers in terms of time indicators of a simple and complex reaction occupy an intermediate position between representatives of sports games and cyclical sports, which significantly differ among themselves in these indicators. Fencers have these values closer to the basketball players, who have the best performance in these tests. This indicates the high importance of the speed of reaction for fencers. In terms of the efficiency of thinking, the ability to concentrate and distribute attention, mental efficiency and practicability, fencers significantly surpass both representatives of sports games and representatives of cyclic sports, which indicates a high value of indicators reflecting various aspects of thinking processes for fencers. <em>Conclusions.</em> In situational sports, the main form of brain activity is not the development of motor stereotypes, but the &quot;creative&quot; function. With this is the great importance of the processes of perception and processing of information by the central neural system.

Abstract. High-quality fire training of law enforcement officers who perform their duties, often in difficult, extreme conditions, is the main guarantee of their professional success, value and efficiency of service. Excellent results of the work performed, which are related to shooting, and, directly, the training process itself (fire training) depend on many factors. Of particular importance among them, undoubtedly, is the emotional state of the shooter, his psychological mood, as well as the state of health, physical indicators, the degree of endurance. The purpose of the study is to study the psychophysiological characteristics that characterize the readiness and effectiveness of the ability to act in extreme situations, depending on the degree of intensity of combat training (shooting training). Materials and methods: Employees of the special purpose unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation were examined. Depending on the intensity of fire training, 2 groups were identified, among which the study of the directed effects of some exercises on the psychological and psychophysiological properties of the fighter was carried out. The following indices were used for evaluation: functional changes, readiness for emergency action, overall effectiveness, as well as tests "Spatial extrapolation", "Factor personality questionnaire" and "Volitional self-control". The results of the study: psychophysiological indicators characterizing the degree of readiness to respond quickly to changing conditions and, accordingly, the effectiveness of the work of law enforcement officers showed their more "qualitative" condition in the group of shooters leading an intensive training process. At the same time, the excessive development of self-control among these individuals is accompanied by high internal tension and the risk of developing an anxiety syndrome. It is recommended to use these methods to assess the psychophysiological state of law enforcement officers.

Currently, the influence of extreme conditions of KHMAO-Ugra on a growing body of students&#x0D; has not been adequately studied. This problem may manifest itself in the near future not only in reducing&#x0D; mental and physical performance, impaired health, reducing the efficiency of educational process, but in serious&#x0D; abnormalities of the child&amp;#180;s body as a whole. In this study, the methods of system analysis were the examination&#x0D; of memory and attention indicators in the students. This study was aimed at obtaining objective data on the state&#x0D; of psycho-physiological functions of in the students at different ages in the influence of meteorological factors in&#x0D; Ugra. According to the obtained data, it becomes possible to assess the dynamics of the efforts of a student in&#x0D; mastering of knowledge in a given learning period as it matures. In this case it is possible to speak about the&#x0D; optimal management of the educational process, individual approach to student. Abstract:
The indicators of psycho-emotional health of students, their emotional states during distance learning were analyzed. Evaluation of the relationship between well-being and psycho-emotional states of students was carried out. It has been established that most students in the process of distance learning show signs of fatigue, which are closely related to states of anxiety, frustration and aggressiveness. Deterioration of the well-being of students during distance learning was noted, which is reflected in physiological (fatigue, sleep disturbances, satisfaction with sexual relations, pain in the eyes, migraines and headaches) and psycho-emotional symptoms (mood swings, irritability and a sense of hopelessness). It is shown that the most important signs of exhaustion of students’ vital forces in the conditions of distance learning are: emotional overstrain, lack of contacts, technical problems, disturbed balance of study and rest, sensitivity to environmental influences. It was found that the majority of students are well aware of the organization of the educational process, and distance learning can act as both a mobilizing and a destabilizing factor.

Aim: To conduct a structural analysis of cardiological signs of adaptation to stressogenic cognitive loads by identifying factor features of correlations between heart rate variability (HRV) and coping-testing data indicators. Materials and Methods: 43 people aged 19.7±1.8 years (23 boys and 20 girls) were monitored for their HRV. Methods included DC-06000 portable ECG recorder, 3X series “badge” type (single channel) and COPE Test. The study process includes four stages. Results: As a result of further factor correlation analysis, it was revealed that Factor 1 “HRV Stress Indicators” has a negative correlation (p&lt;0.05) of “moderate” strength ρs= -0.363 with Factor 2 “Strategies to avoid problems and stresses” and a positive correlation of “weak” strength ρs=0.167 with Factor 3 “Psychoemotional Indicators”. If two factors correlate with each other, it indicates they are related and can interact, which is important for adequate interpretation of the results of factor analysis. Conclusions: Structural analysis of the complex of cardiological signs of adaptivity to stressogenic cognitive loads and coping-testing data revealed the existence of three correlated factors: Factor 1 “HRV Stress Scores”, Factor 2 “Strategies to avoid problems and stress”, Factor 3 “Psychoemotional indicators”. The revealed negative correlation of Factors 1 and 2 may indicate that in case the impact of Factor 2 “Strategies to avoid problems and stress” increases, the intensity of Factor 1 “HRV Stress Scores” (i.e., stress signs according to the indicators of heart rate variability) may decrease.

Abstract:
The scientific article describes the influence of production factors on the psychophysiological status of the workers of the instrumentation workshop, depending on the age, length of service, and in persons who have indirect contact with uranium production during the repair of equipment in this workshop. The results obtained showed the features of the formation of protective and adaptive mechanisms from the action of factors of the production environment in groups of workers of different ages with the dominant value of psycho-emotional tension. The results of the study of mental performance indicators in instrumentation workers showed a slight decrease in the intensity and speed of work with age, the accuracy of work increases with age, the concentration of attention in older age groups increases significantly, the working capacity and productivity of work slightly decrease, the volume and speed of processing visual information also decreases. the efficiency of the work performed. An analysis of the results of reactive anxiety in the groups of surveyed workers showed that the levels of moderate and low reactive anxiety differ slightly. In terms of personal anxiety, moderate values of personal anxiety are most pronounced, and the smallest number is low personal anxiety. The study of the psycho-physiological indicators of the workers of the workshop of control and measuring instruments made it possible to identify persons with high instability and exclude them from the production cycle. The inclusion of psychophysiological testing during professional selection reduced the risk of borderline conditions in the workplace.

Abstract:
The goal: comparative analysis of psycho-physiological fitness of football players and differently skilled football referees. Research materials and methods. We studied indicators of psychomotor status, the level of development of speed and volitional qualities, subject-activity and communicative aspects of temperament of 15 football players aged 19-21, with the experience of sport training from 10 to 13 years, and 25 football referees of the first rank aged 25-32, with the experience of refereeing from 5 to 9 years. We compared the outcomes to identify the trend of convergence of the level of studied indicators. Research results and discussion. The study has demonstrated that about 50% of all subjects have a medium-weak type of nervous system, but there are referees with a strong type (16%). We have revealed that football players and referees have no significant difference in the period of implementation of the audio-motor reaction. Visio-motor reaction of football players is 16.44 ± 0.45 msec, which is faster than the reaction of referees by 10.6% (p &lt;0.05). Repeated sprint ability of referees and players was not significantly different, average indicator at 40 m intervals was 5.63 sec. for referees and 5.25 sec. for players. Football referees demonstrate a very high work pace - 10.3 ± 0.32 c.u., life pace, activity, high rhythm of operations. Emotional background of players at work and in social communication was 6.0±0,59 c.u. and of 6.80 c.u. respectively, and it was twice higher than the indicators of referees (p&lt; 0.001). Vitality indicators were the same for both groups. Conclusion. Modern football requires that a referee should obtain a new, higher level of physical and psychological training. Most of the quantitative indicators of the studied parameters of players and referees did not have significant difference, while the moral-volitional and emotional components differed significantly.

Abstract:
The article presents the studying of psychophysiological adaptation features results of primary school age pupils, enrolled in innovative educational institution. Comprehensive survey of elementary school students, which was held during two years of study (the first to the second year of study), presupposed a research of psychophysiological indicators and assessment of the regulatory systems of the body. It was found that by the second year of study the students are improving developmental quotient of cognitive performance by increasing the pressure in the cardiovascular system regulation. Those students who had low performance indicators in the beginning of the education program showed more prominent dynamics of psycho-physiological functions during the two years of study, compare to their peers with ‘good" or "excellent" marks. The boys had greater dynamics in the amount of attention compared to girls. Adaptation process of students with high academic performance, accompanied by increased sympathetic activity in heart rate regulation, is accompanied by a greater physiological "cost" that the body pays for the effectiveness of implemented activities.

Abstract:
Introduction. Prevention of adaptation diseases, particularly distress syndrome, is an urgent task in preventive and industrial medicine. The quality of life of employees is associated with their socio-psychological, psycho-physiological, and functional states. A prolonged state of distress can lead to a breakdown of the body's adaptive mechanisms and the development of chronic diseases. The aim of the study was to identify potentially feasible methods for the prevention of distress among workers in various professions. Materials and methods. A survey was conducted among 54 employees of a large industrial city-forming enterprise using developed questionnaires "Subjective assessment of working conditions" and assessment of the presence and severity of stress symptoms. The presence of symptoms of occupational stress was considered at the physiological, psychological, and social levels. Results. Using Spearman's nonparametric correlation method, relationships were established between the subjective assessment of working conditions by an employee, the severity of stress symptoms, and indicators of quality of life. Direct statistically significant associations were found between the conditions of work activity and physiological, social, and integral indicators of stress. An inverse correlation was found between role functioning due to emotional state and social signs of stress. Direct correlations were established between the "Mental Health" indicator (presence of depression and anxiety) and psychological signs of stress, as well as the integral stress indicator. The results demonstrate that the working environment and factors of the labor process have a significant impact on personnel, provoking the development of stress and a decrease in the quality of life. Conclusion. It seems relevant to continue applied scientific research aimed at developing elements of a promising system for predicting and early prevention of vegetative disorders (adaptation diseases) among employees of large industrial facilities. Such a system should be adapted to the existing structure of production processes and relationships at specific specialized city-forming enterprises.
