Abstract:
The article presents the result of experimental research of well-being and its correlations (life satisfaction, stress and optimism) at adults. In the research were included 80 adults (41 men and 39 women). As results we attest that only 12,50% of adults have a high level of well-being. A higher state of well-being is particular for women. The high level of well-being is related to prominent level of life satisfaction and optimism. At the same time the high level of well-being is accompanied with low level of stress.
