The relevance of the monograph is determined by changes in the surrounding reality, the development of the digital economy, which actively influences the formation and development of ecosystems of business, banking, public services, etc.; the need to determine the main trends in the development of the modern ecosystem of universities for the formation of in-demand graduates able to work in the special conditions of modern development of Russia, which determines the formation of a new educational environment, based on the challenges facing our country. All this will contribute to a deeper and more comprehensive study of the structure of the university ecosystem, understanding its features due to the realities of the digital space.
 An overview of the features of the factors affecting the field of education, including the ecosystems already existing today in various spheres of the Russian economy, is presented. Proposals are made for the formation of a competence-based approach in the university environment in modern conditions. The main elements of the university ecosystem as a new model of the educational environment are considered. Special attention is paid to the development of the university ecosystem of personnel partnership and continuing education. The author's approaches to assessing the quality of education are proposed. The legislation is given as of July 1 , 2022 .
 It may be of interest to heads of the education system, teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers, employees of organizations of additional professional education, graduate students, undergraduates and students of pedagogical and psychological educational institutions.

Abstract:
The monograph attempts to identify and substantiate the content and complex of spelling teaching tools for younger schoolchildren with a pronounced general underdevelopment of speech with the simultaneous development of their academic independence. To solve the problem, both theoretical research methods (analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, generalization of scientific data) and empirical (observation, conversation, testing, analysis of student activity products) were used. The theoretical basis of teaching and development of students with mild speech underdevelopment in inclusive education classes is information about the cognitive, regulatory and speech features of this category of children; ideas of the development of younger schoolchildren in the learning process; the provisions of linguistics and psycholinguistics on the structure of spelling skills and the patterns of its formation, including in children with speech pathologies.
 It can be in demand in the professional training of future primary school teachers, in the practice of primary school teachers of inclusive education and speech therapists who assist primary school students with speech underdevelopment in mastering the school curriculum.

The first section of this training manual discusses the theoretical foundations and approaches to the study of assertiveness and regulation of emotional state through positive thinking skills. In this section, psychological approaches to the regulation of the emotional sphere are united by the principle of the formation of personal development through the open expression and constructive realization of emotions. It contains practical recommendations, techniques and exercises related to the regulation of emotions aimed at overcoming unwanted emotional experiences, as well as emotional training that allows you to realize the emotions of anger, fear, sadness, etc. and cope with them.
 In the second block of the first section, assertiveness is considered as a socio-psychological phenomenon in relation to the concept of constructive behavior. It is presented as a characteristic of a personality that is formed in the process of relationships between people and manifested in them. The third section of the manual presents a set of methods for diagnosing assertiveness, emotional sphere, constructive behavior and the necessary information about the scales of techniques, as well as methods of processing and psychological interpretation. The collected methods are designed to diagnose the general emotional state and determine the targets of work when teaching skills of assertive behavior.
