Building upon facial recognition and other systems of identification, the next generation of biometric technology includes behavior recognition, training AI to analyze and interpret how bodies move in public spaces. Paired with already ubiquitous CCTV cameras, these software systems detect a range of motions—trips, falls, fighting, irregular gait—anything that deviates from the established norm. In this paper, I argue that by criminalizing certain movements, behavior recognition technologies effectively codify a technique, a vocabulary of acceptable and allowable movements, enacting a form of

Abstract This essay examines how Metastasio organizes the oratorio's musicality between recitativo and arias, and how he links such two parts or aspects. Furthermore, it underscores how the hidden quotations and the use of Latinisms are not to be considered for the élite, since they are quiet understandable by a public endowed with average culture. At the end, Metastasio's typical, internal personality split is projected onto the division between Christians and non-Christians.

These two transactions proliferated during the last few decades of Ottoman rule and were extended to assets which were fully intact, on the condition that the transaction was of material advantage to the Waqf. We find that for every accuracy level of the issuers’ initial information, voluntary disclosure results in a more informative equilibrium than mandatory disclosure. The relationship between the individual and the State is discussed in this contribution. The argument is put forward that both the State and the individual are legal subjects endowed with legal subjectivity. In their relationship it must be accepted that the State is not only endowed with State sovereignty, but also that it prescriptively makes use of its authority. However, theirs is a legal relationship characterised by reciprocal rights and duties so that the balance point in their relationship must as a matter of course be determined legally.
