Abstract:
This research is based on evidences which show that project success in public sector construction projects in Nigeria is hindered by, among other issues, poor stakeholder management. As a result, the study involved the development of a conceptual model for effective stakeholder management. Using the conceptual model, empirical studies to establish the practice of stakeholder management in Nigerian public sector projects in four public universities as case studies were carried out. The resulting data were analysed, which revealed significant weaknesses in the practice of stakeholder management.

Abstract Digitalization is a megatrend that also drives public sector reforms toward improved citizen service processes by adopting digital technologies. The digitalization of the public sector, also referred to as e-government transformation, is a strenuous institutional change process that starts with strategy and policy formation and is eventually carried out through individual information and communication (ICT) development projects and programs. ICT projects in the public sector still struggle due to challenges and complexities such as technological uncertainty. These project-level strugg

Based on Dunning's dominant international business theory and the unique characteristics of construction, a novel framework is developed and tested to explain multinational contracting into Australia. Beyond contributions to theory, Australian governments now have clear evidence upon which to develop more effective procurement reform towards increasing the attractiveness of public sector major infrastructure projects and competition in this sector.

The most common form of concession contract is the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract, where a government (Principal) grants a private sector company (Promoter) a concession to build, finance, operate and maintain a facility and colle
