El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar cuáles son las principales competencias laborales que los empleadores de medios digitales valoran en los futuros publicistas. Validar desde el punto de vista de estos empleadores de agencias publicitarias si es que los futuros publicistas cuentan con las habilidades requeridas de acuerdo al mercado laboral actual. De este modo analizaremos los ejes de la publicidad digital, la evolución de las agencias publicitarias, la formación digital de educación superior y las competencias laborales. Estas nos darán claridad sobre el contexto actual de las habilidades y desempeño de publicistas de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas en sus áreas laborales.  Los empleadores identificaran cuales son las herramientas imprescindibles las cuales un publicista debe manejar para lograr las competencias las cuales ellos valoran como necesarias para un futuro publicista de medios digitales.
The objective of this research is to identify what are the main job competencies that digital media employers’ value in future advertisers. Validate from the point of view of these advertising agency employers if the future advertisers have the required skills according to the current job market. In this way, we will analyze the axes of digital advertising, the evolution of advertising agencies, digital higher education training and job skills. These will give us clarity about the current context of the skills and performance of publicists from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences in their work areas. Employers will identify what essential tools an advertiser must use to achieve the skills they value as necessary for a future digital media advertiser.

Abstract:
El siguiente artículo de investigación analiza de qué manera los estereotipos de rol de género son defendidos por los publicistas como éticos mediante los argumentos que ellos brindan como justificación del empleo de estos en el discurso publicitario peruano. Esta investigación surge como consecuencia de que en la publicidad aún se perciben estereotipos de rol de género considerados como dañinos para la sociedad, por lo que van en contra de la ética. Finalmente, la metodología estará basada en un estudio cualitativo con la técnica de entrevistas a profundidad a diversos publicistas de distintas áreas de publicidad encargadas de producir este tipo de comunicación.
This paper analyzes how gender role stereotypes are defended by advertisers as ethical through the arguments they provide as justification for their use in Peruvian advertising discourse. This research arises as a consequence of the fact that in advertising gender role stereotypes are still perceived as harmful to society and therefore go against ethics. Finally, the methodology will be based on a qualitative study with the technique of in-depth interviews with various advertisers from different advertising areas in charge of producing this type of communication.

This work focuses on issues that have permeated public debates in the nineteenth century, involving issues related to the constitution of rights and struggle for citizenship and equality. The abolition of slavery and the prospect of a citizen inclusion referenced in the idea of the Republic inaugurated a new phase in the social construction of the country. Looking up, from the study of women's writings and directed for the women, check a process of social change in which it is proposed to build a new society, the more egalitarian in the tangent of gender relations. From the second half of the nineteenth century, even timidly, is already perceptible movement of claims of an expansion of the rights of political participation of women. This is amplified in the last decades of the Empire and beginning of the Republic. The period marks a rapid change in the direction of overcoming the patriarchal traditions in favor of an increasing participation of women in public debate political debate and ideological. This process was very clear and significant in the northern provinces of the country, as of Paraíba. The research aims reconstruct, from the study of political thought, based on primary sources, mainly involving collections of newspapers of epoch, the importance of the role of women in this time of great political and social transformations.
Este trabalho debruça-se sobre questões que permearam os debates públicos no século XIX, envolvendo temas relacionados à constituição dos direitos e à luta em favor da cidadania e da igualdade. A abolição da escravidão e a perspectiva de uma inclusão cidadã referenciada na ideia de República inaugurou uma nova fase na construção social do país. Busca-se, a partir do estudo dos escritos femininos e dirigidos às mulheres, verificar um processo de mudança social no qual é proposta a construção de uma nova sociedade, mais igualitária no tangente às relações de gênero. A partir da segunda metade do século XIX, mesmo que timidamente, já é perceptível um movimento reivindicatório de uma ampliação dos direitos de participação política às mulheres. Este se amplifica nas últimas décadas do Império e nas primeiras da República. O período marca uma mudança rápida no sentido da superação das tradições patriarcais em favor de uma cada vez maior participação das mulheres no espaço público e no debate político e ideológico. Este processo foi bastante nítido e significativo nas províncias do Norte do país, como a da Paraíba. A pesquisa procura reconstituir, a partir do estudo do pensamento político, com base em fontes primárias, envolvendo principalmente coleções de jornais de época, a importância da atuação das mulheres nesse momento político e social de grandes transformações.

El presente estudio es el resultado de una investigación mediante el uso de encuestas a un grupo de creativos publicitarios con una amplia trayectoria creativa en las principales agencias de publicidad de Lima. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo dar a conocer de manera clara y precisa cuáles son las técnicas y métodos usados por los creativos para un proceso ordenado en el desarrollo de ideas, en una situación real de trabajo. Como resultado se demostró que el proceso creativo requiere de un orden y etapas para producir ideas, así como tener claridad en lo que se quiere comunicar y conocer muy bien el producto.

Au 18 brumaire, la magistrature est confrontée à un vide judiciaire qui la laisse dans un grand désarroi. Aussi les hommes du palais entendent-ils participer aux grandes réformes napoléonniennes pour réaliser les fameuses "masses de granit", notamment par l'intermédiaire d'une abondante litterature judiciaire. Hantés par le souvenir de la Terreur et de l'esprit de table rase révolutionnaire, les juristes du XIX° siècle s'en remettent à l' "expérience" pour composer leur idéal de justice, c'est-à-dire à une tradition d'Ancien régime. . . Qu'ils ont bien connue. Dans l'ensemble, tous furent avocats-bourgeois au parlement durant le siècle de Louis XV et, à ce titre, ils alimentèrent les Lumières et l'esprit de réforme qui soufflaient sur la monarchie jusqu'à la réunion des Etats généraux. Mais si la suppression des cours souveraines en 1790 fut décidée sans grande opposition, les publicistes napoléoniens, bercés par une incroyable nostalgie, plaident la cause de ceux qu'ils considèrent désormais comme leurs prédécesseurs. Devenus notables-magistrats, ils souhaitent revêtir le manteau de la dignité des hauts juges d'Ancien régime, réaliser en quelque sorte un rêve du XVIII° siècle que l'arrogance des anciens parlements ne leur avait pas autorisé. Ainsi, loin des idées reçues, la littérature judiciaire napoléonnienne n'est pas simplement dévouée à l'Empereur. Les discours des juristes du Consulat et de l'Empire révèlent les attentes d'un monde qui veut recommencer le XVIII° siècle à la lueur des cahiers de doléances, enrichi toutefois par l'échec révolutionnaire. Mais derrière le souci manifeste de réformer la justice, se cache une ambition politicienne chère aux yeux des notables, celle de recomposer le prestigieux corps de la magistrature pour faire du juge le représentant d'un véritable pouvoir judiciaire. De quoi rappeler le souvenir des mythes parlementaires. .
During the 18th brumaire (2nd month of the french revolutionary calendar) the judicial authorities were confronted with a vacuum in the judicial system which left it a state of confusion. The judicial authorities who participated in the main napoleonic reforms to create the famous "masses de granit" through the creation of an abundant judicial literature were obsessed by the memory of "la Terreur" and a revolutionary spirit. The 19th century jurists relied on past ideas, the tradition of the Ancien régime, with which they were exceptionally familiar, to create their ideal version of "justice". Most of them were bourgeois barristers of the parliament during the reign of Louis XV and in this name they participated in the enlightenment of the 18th century and in the general spirit of reform which infused the monarchy of this period until the convocation of the "Etats généraux". But if the suppression of the parliaments in 1790, which passed with little opposition had an effect, it was to make the napoleonic jurists, who were coloured by a powerful nostalgia, defend those who they considered as their predecessors. Having become town notables, truly prominent judges, they sought the prestige and dignity formerly accorded to their counterparts of the Ancien régime. This was a previously unattainable state because the arrogance of members of the parliaments would not allow it. In this way, removed form former prejudices, the napoleonic judicial literature was not simply devoted to the emperor. The discourse of the Consulate jurists and those of the Empire brought to light the aspirations of a society who wanted to begin the 18th century by airing their catalogue of grievances which were deepened by revolutionary constraints. Behind the manifest problems of judicial reforms hid a political ambition dear to the jurists of remaking the prestigious judicial community with a capacity to judge reinforced by a real judicial power. To present their authority in this way was enough to recall the mythic parliaments of old

L’objectif de ce travail est de faire découvrir l’œuvre d’Igor Efimov, écrivain, philosophe et éditeur russe, et de proposer une analyse de son itinéraire littéraire. Ses débuts littéraires ont été marqués par la période dite du dégel en Russie soviétique. Peu après il commença à publier ses ouvrages littéraires et philosophiques à l’Ouest (sous le pseudonyme de Moscovite). Devant la pression des autorités qui se manifestait sous forme de menaces d’arrestation ou d’interdiction de publication, Efimov choisit l’émigration comme de nombreux écrivains, poètes et artistes qui faisaient partie de la culture non officielle de cette époque. L’émigration aux Etats-Unis constitue une étape importante de son cheminement littéraire, car il y fonde sa propre maison d’édition Hermitage. C’est dans ce contexte que nous examinons les activités éditoriales d’Efimov. Nous portons également notre attention sur Efimov romancier. L’analyse des romans de l’écrivain prend en compte leur aspect littéraire et philosophique
The present thesis focuses on the work of the Russian writer, philosopher and editor Igor Efimov and aims to analyse his literary path. His literary beginnings were influenced by the period of ‘the thaw’ in Soviet Russia. Later he started to publish his books in the West (under the penname of Moscovite). Efimov realised that the growing pressure from the government could end up in his arrest or even prevent him from publishing, so he chose to emigrate as numerous other writers, poets and artists. They together accounted for the non-official culture of this period. The emigration to the USA is considered as an important step in his literary career as it is there that he founded his own publishing house Hermitage. In this context the editorial activities of Igor Efimov are looked into. Moreover Efimov is studied as a writer. The analysis of his novels takes into account their literary and philosophical aspects

Cette thèse se présente comme une contribution à l'histoire de la communication politique des dernières décennies du XVIIIe siècle. Elle étudie une écriture politique personnelle, dramatique, et démocratique qui apparaît surtout en France et en Angleterre à partir des années 1760. Un premier axe de recherche se focalise sur les origines et les répercussions de cette posture d'auteur transgressive du "publiciste". Un deuxième axe de recherche s'intéresse au débat contemporain sur cette figure de l'écrivain politique au sein d'une réflexion plus générale sur les opportunités et les pièges de la communication médiatique. Le publiciste naît en contexte de médiatisation, et il permet d'en discuter le rapport complexe aux origines de la politique démocratique. Le caractère ambigu du débat contemporain, au même temps, offre un contrepoids important à un point de vue normatif sur la communication politique au XVIIIe siècle
This study deals with a transformation of political communication in the last four decades of the 18th century. It examines how French, British, and, to a lesser extend, German and American authors developed a new posture d'auteur and turned to more personal, more dramatic and more democratic practices of political writing. These publicists are studied with a double focus. A first line of inquiry examines the origins of their transgressive style and discusses its repercussions regarding political communication and political argument. A second line of inquiry analyses the extensive debate about publicists amidst a wider critical preoccupation with the opportunities and pitfalls of mediated communication. Refraining from a normative outlook on late 18th-century political writing, the story of publicists emphasises the challenges produced by a process of mediatisation and its constitutive yet always ambiguous relationship to democratic politics

La crise des annees 1930 a entraine des bouleversements dans l'ordre des idees comme dans celui des faits. La doctrine publiciste francaise a connu a ce moment-la d'importantes transformations du point de vue sociologique et intellectuel : critiquant la souverainete parlementaire de la iiieme republique, les publicistes se sont engages massivement en faveur d'une reforme de l'etat ; ils ont par la meme developpe de nouvelles conceptions de l'etat et du droit public. Radicalisant certaines tendances a l'oeuvre depuis le debut du siecle, la doctrine des annees 1930 a redefini les fonctions de l'etat au profit de la fonction gouvernementale, renouvele la theorie de la representation par la defense du referendum ou du corporatisme et adopte l'idee de droit social impliquant aussi bien des droits sociaux subjectifs que le pluralisme juridique. Ces conceptions ont eu par la suite des prolongements aux plans theorique et pratique : elles ont domine la doctrine posterieure aux annees 1930 et favorise la preponderance de la science politique dans les facultes de droit jusqu'au debut des annees 1980 ; elles ont aussi inspire la plupart des reformes institutionnelles mises en oeuvre des annees 1930 jusqu'a la veme republique.

A importância cada vez maior da tecnologia inovadora na sociedade deixa claro que há aspectos positivos na proteção patentária pelo Governo, mas também aspectos negativos decorrentes do exercício de monopólio próprio do sistema de patentes. Para que tais aspectos negativos não tenham um impacto danoso na sociedade, o Estado intervém na propriedade intelectual quebrando o monopólio legal para que não haja dano econômico e para que as populações à margem do desenvolvimento tenham acesso à tecnologia. A licença compulsória de patentes é o instrumento legítimo de tal intervenção. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo verificar a natureza de direito público de tal intervenção

Familjen Hjörne har sedan 1926 varit Västsveriges dominerande mediefamilj. Under tre generationer har familjen i stort sett haft monopol på tidningsmakande i Göteborg och ägt, drivit och skrivit i Göteborgs-Posten. Under 2000-talet har familjen expanderat sitt tidningsägande och genom bildandet av mediekoncernen Stampen kan de idag titulera sig Sveriges största ägare av dagstidningar. Idag har familjen ett tidningsägande som inte bara går tre generationer tillbaka, utan som geografiskt sträcker sig från Halland i söder till Dalarna i norr. Sammanlagt kontrollerar familjen Hjörne 16 % av den svenska dagstidningsmarknaden (Sundin 2011). Uppsatsen ”Mediekonglomeratets vagga” studerar familjen Hjörnes syn på sin publicistroll och sitt företagsarv. Deras tidningsföretag står snart inför två intressanta skiften. Dels det digitala skiftet, där dagstidningens livslängd spås kortare för varje dag. Men också familjeföretagets tredje generationsskifte, där den fjärde generationen Hjörne snart kommer att avlösa Peter Hjörne. ”Mediekonglomeratets vagga” studerar verksamheten ur ett ekonomiskt familjeföretagsperspektiv och ur ett publicistiskt ägarperspektiv. Frågorna uppsatsen önskar besvara är:Hur ser familjen Hjörne på rollen som tidningsägare? Vad känner familjen för publicistiskt ansvar? Hur ser familjen på sitt företagsarv? Uppsatsen kombinerar John L. Wards teorier om familjeföretagande med Bourdieus teorier om ekonomiskt, kulturellt, socialt och symboliskt kapital. Eftersom kapital är något som precis som arv överförs blir det centralt i ett familjeföretag och kan användas för att analysera familjens syn på sitt företagsarv. Familjens relation till företaget analyseras socialkonstruktionistiskt utifrån relationen mellan familjen och företaget. Studien är baserad på kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med medlemmar ur tre generationer av familjen Hjörne. Intervjuerna kretsar kring två teman, familjen och företaget. Resultatet från intervjuerna kombinerat med relevant litteratur och tidningsartiklar om familjen Hjörne ligger som grund för analysen. Familjen Hjörne har ett stort ekonomiskt kapital men talar hellre om sina symboliska och kulturella kapital. Familjen reproducerar det sociala kapitalet genom att ”vagga” in nästa generation i företaget och återskapar då samtidigt det ekonomiska och kulturella kapitalet. Familjen har en stark familjeföretagsidentitet som länge förknippats med makt i Göteborg och publicistisk verksamhet, men som idag i och med expansionen är i förändring. Idag är familjen Hjörne en företagsfamilj med nationell makt. Slutsatsen är att familjen Hjörne mer och mer går från ett totalt publicistiskt inflytande till ett absolut ekonomiskt inflytande över sin verksamhet. Fjärde generationen Hjörne har inga planer på att skriva i tidningen men är inställd på att fortsätta vara ägare. Familjen är mån om att förvalta sitt tidningsföretag - numera tidningskoncern - och arbetar aktivt för att professionalisera sitt ägande. Idag finns ett mer ekonomiskt än publicistiskt intresse hos familjen som snarare fokuserar på koncernens utvidgning än tidningens utveckling. Idag är arvet ett stort företag med många små tidningar, inte ett litet företag med en stor tidning.

Abstract:
This study examines the life of Lucia True Ames Mead (1856-1936), one of the American peace movement's most effective publicists. Manuscript sources, including diaries, letters, and other personal papers, provided the necessary primary materials for this biography. Mrs. Mead also left a wide variety of published works, including seven books.;A teacher of adult courses in great literature before 1897, Mead joined the peace movement in 1897. She quickly became a leading participant at peace conferences and member of the major American peace organizations. She emerged as one of the movement's most effective publicists, travelling the United States year after year to spread the "gospel of peace." Her career spanned the pre and post-World War I peace movements. During World War I, she helped found the innovative Woman's Peace Party and later served as the national secretary of this organization.;This study of her ideas and activism reveals the important role played by a woman in a reform crusade dominated by men. She also disagreed with most of her male colleagues regarding the importance of generating mass support for pacifist doctrines. Few peace advocates wished to seek out supporters from among non-elites; but Mead not only called for such a campaign of public education, she devoted more energy to speaking to common people than any other peace activist of the period. She also wrote countless popular pieces for mass circulation journals and daily newspapers. Like all women of the era, she lacked access to the inner channels of policymaking in the United States. Thus, she chose to devote her own efforts to create grass roots support for the cause that commanded her attention. Beginning in the 1920s, most of the pacifist organizations, and most peace advocates of either gender, saw the wisdom in such a course of action.

Abstract:
This dissertation is about a group of influential British publicists on the left-wing of the Liberal Party known as Radicals. The focus is on the year 1917 during the First World War and the Radical publicist’s belief in the necessity of a negotiated settlement as an essential ingredient to achieving a just and lasting peace. These publicists also believed that the United States could play a unique role in mediating an end to the war and reforming the international system. Radical publicists tirelessly campaigned for a revision of Allied war aims and were convinced that alliances, the arms race, secret diplomacy, imperialism and militarism, played a large part in the outbreak of war and its prolongation. They believed that when the peace settlement came, it should not be a peace of vengeance but a just peace that addressed these flaws in the international system. The Radical publicists looked increasingly to the American President Wilson for leadership, while Wilson was drawn to the Radical publicist’s progressive internationalist ideas, particularly the concept of a league of nations. The Conclusion examines the reason for the failure of the Wilsonian strategy to achieve a just and lasting peace in 1919, but points to the enduring legacy of the Radical publicist’s ideas about creating a stable world order. This dissertation finishes by looking at contemporary commentators who advocate an approach to world order in the tradition of the Radical publicists of the First World War

Dès le XVIIIe siècle et l'émergence d'une opinion publique en Allemagne se pose la question des interactions entre presse et pouvoir. Dans quelle mesure la question du pouvoir devient-elle une clé pour la compréhension des rapports entre les autorités officielles et les journalistes qui tentent de participer à la vie publique ? Cette interrogation porte à la fois sur la nature du pouvoir politique, sur les conflits entre autorités et journalistes et sur l'émergence du pouvoir de la presse. Les rapports entre presse des Lumières et pouvoir sont examinés à partir d'une étude de cas, celle d'un réseau de publicistes autour de Peter Adolph Winkopp (1759-1813). Ce qui unit ces journalistes, c'est une attitude ambiguë, à l'égard du pouvoir politique et religieux. D'une part, le potentiel contestataire de leurs publications dans les années 1780 provoque l'intervention répressive des autorités. D'autre part, les journalistes coopèrent avec les sphères du pouvoir qui les ont condamnés. Malgré la rupture, il y a continuité dans l'idéal politique. Leur action s'explique par la volonté de réformer l'État à partir d'une constitution garantissant les libertés. Leurs revendications politiques ne peuvent être réalisées que par un souverain qui imposerait en Allemagne l'héritage des Lumières. Ces journalistes sont bien des relais entre le XVIIIe et le XIXe siècle. À travers la figure de Peter Adolph Winkopp, on retrouve le tableau d'une Allemagne qui hésite encore sur la voie qu'elle empruntera. Son œuvre dans les années 1780 n'en demeure pas moins le signal de profonds changements dans l'opinion publique. Les valeurs qu'il prône ont indiscutablement eu une postérité riche et prometteuse
As soon as public opinion rised in Germany during the 18th century, the interaction between press and power came up for discussion. How did the question of power get a key part in the relationship between official authorities and journalists who aim at participating in public life? That question concerns the nature of political power, the conflicts between authorities and journalists and the birth of press power. The connection between Enlightenment press and power is illustrated by a case study concerning a network of journalists whose central personality is Peter Adolph Winkopp (1759-1813). Those journalists share a similar ambiguous behaviour towards political and religious power. On the one hand, the contentious and polemical potential of their writings during the 1780s leads to a strong repressive reaction of the authorities. On the other hand, the journalists finally cooperate with the political systems which condemned them. That attitude can be explained by their will to reform the state; despite repression, the journalists keep on believing in a constitution which guarantees freedom and in a sovereign which would be able to impose the legacy of Enlightenment in Germany. Therefore, those journalists are to be seen as intermediaries between the 18th and the 19th century. Through the figure of Peter Adolph Winkopp, a picture of Germany is drawn, which shows that its states hesitate about the way that they are going to choose. Nevertheless, his writings and periodicals prove deep changes in public opinion. The values he defended are going to be handed down to posterity

O Barão do Rio Branco integra, seguramente, o grupo dos principais personagens da história nacional. Entretanto, sua herança política, baseada sobretudo na consolidação das fronteiras e na modernização da diplomacia brasileira, acabou por absorver ou eclipsar uma gama de atividades exercidas por ele ao longo de sua trajetória. Destacamos aqui sua relação constante e dinâmica com a imprensa do Rio de Janeiro. Rio Branco construiu uma eficiente rede de sociabilidade com proprietários, editores e redatores dos principais jornais da capital, produzindo artigos, fornecendo informações e, em alguns casos, pautando as edições de acordo com suas ideias e necessidades. Nessa perspectiva, temos como objetivo central discutir e analisar o discurso político que Rio Branco construiu e empregou por meio da imprensa fluminense, em dois momentos distintos: enquanto opositor do governo republicano e, posteriormente, como figura fundamental para a legitimação e consolidação do mesmo regime.
The Baron of Rio Branco surely belongs to the group of the main characters of national history. However, his political legacy, based mainly on the consolidation of borders and the modernization of Brazilian diplomacy, ended up absorbing or eclipsing a range of activities carried out throughout his life. Notably, his constant and dynamic relationship with the press of Rio de Janeiro. Rio Branco built an efficient network of sociability with owners, editors and writers of the capital's main newspapers, producing articles, providing information and, in some cases, setting the issues according to their ideas and needs. From this perspective, our main objective is to discuss and analyze the political discourse that Rio Branco has built and used through the press in Rio de Janeiro, at two different times: as an opponent of the republican government and, later, as a fundamental figure for the legitimation and consolidation of the same regime.

Les idées des Lumières françaises influencent les juristes et publicistes lombards du XVIIIe siècle. Si en France les philosophes se cantonnent dans la contestation de l'ordre établi, les partisans lombards de ces idées participent au gouvernement avec les souverains autrichiens. L'influence des Lumières en Lombardie se situe donc entre le mythe de l'intellectuel éclairé et celui du gouvernant éclairé, réalisant ses idées. Les idées nouvelles sont reprises et adaptées au cas lombard causant une révolution idéologique, fondée sur une idéologie individualiste et égalitaire. Cela est source de revendications dans le domaine pénal et économique. Les idées des Lumières se heurtent cependant à des résistances idéologiques et institutionnelles car elles bouleversent l'ordre ancien. Toutefois, ces résistances sont subjuguées par l'action des réformateurs et des souverains autrichiens, qui n'hésitent pas à instrumentaliser les idées des Lumière pour renforcer leur autorité
In the 18th century, lombard thinkers and jurists draw on the sources of french ideas to reform their region. Unlike France, where the philosophers only contested the political and social order, the Lombards took an active part in the government of their region. The new ideas were adapted to Lombardy, causing an ideological revolution, whom base is an individualistic and egalitarian vision of mankind. This new anthropology caused juridical claims, in particular in the criminal area. In the economical area the effects of the French influence are important and lead to liberal reforms, against privileges. As everywhere in Europe, the enlightenment's ideas in Lombardy, faced resistances, as ideological as corporative and institutional, because they challenged the ancient order. Though, those resistances were subjugated by the action of the reformers and the austrian sovereigns, who didn't hesitate to use the enlightenment's ideas to reach their aims of reinforcement of their authority

Abstract:
In my dissertation, I study a selection of little known Spanish and Cuban texts published during the Cuban War of Independence at the end of the 19th century. In this project, I provide a transatlantic approach of literary texts in various genres and subgenres, and political messages exchanged between Cuba and Spain, which have been neglected by scholars in the field. By analyzing the emergence of a colonial discourse in the works of novelists, politicians and thinkers who wrote about the Cuban-Spanish confrontation, I establish their ambiguous and frequently contradictory colonial messages. In doing so, this dissertation furthers our understanding of the complexities of the political moment as well as the interest and ideals that ignited the conflict. The study is of great relevance in view of the recent agreements between the United States and Cuba. The relations between the two countries are evolving in a way that was unthinkable at the beginning of the 20th century. Furthermore, secessionist feelings within the Spanish nation are reemerging and similar allegations and demands that brought Cuba to independence are in place. For all these reasons, it is necessary revisiting and comprehending the complex and, frequently contradictory, discourses that emerged in a moment, which was determinant for the development and future political attitudes of the three nations involved.

Es vol esbrinar si durant un determinat període de temps es detecta una permanència de l'art magrittià en peces gràfiques actuals i per tant es pot determinar l'existència de "publicitat magrittiana". Per tal d'acotar aquest objectiu s'empra la metodologia de l'anàlisi de contingut amb una mostra de 6.360 anuncis editats en la publicitat impresa del dominical espanyol d'"El País Semanal" (El País). A la vegada, es realitza un recorregut comparatiu entre les etapes pictòriques i publicitàries de l'artista belga, fent una especial menció a les etapes i els objectes recurrents que formen part de l'anomenat abecedari magrittià.
This thesis makes a research on the relationship between René Magritte's art and the nowadays advertising. The main aim is to discover whether, during a certain period of time, some magrittian art influences can be detected in ads and, therefore, it can be said that the existence of the "magrittian advertising" as specific technique. To confirm this claim, the content analysis method is used with a sample of 6.360 advertisings published in the Spanish Sunday magazine "El País Semanal" (newspaper, El País). At the same time, a comparative research of the different pictorial and advertising stages of the Belgian artist has been carried out.

A dissertação tem por objeto a análise das três principais premissas teóricas do modelo publicista de participação do juiz na fase probatória do processo, entendido este como o modelo que admite que o juiz investigue os fatos trazidos pelas partes através da designação de provas de ofício. Assim, analisam-se a verdade no processo, a igualdade das partes e a imparcialidade judicial. O objetivo do estudo, como se vê, não é apontar o modelo mais eficiente, mas analisar de forma crítica as premissas que conferem suporte teórico ao modelo vigente nos países da Europa continental e da América Latina para, ao final, concluir se o modelo publicista está ou não corretamente justificado no plano teórico.
This work aims at discussing the three main theoretical premises concerning the active role of a judge during the evidentiary phase of a judicial proceeding. This model is understood as the one in which the judge is allowed to investigate facts submitted by the parties by means of ordering ex officio evidence. We, thus, study how the material truth in the proceedings, equality of the parties, as well as the impartiality of the judge are dealt with in such model. The purpose of the work, as can be seen, is not to identify the most efficient regime, but to critically analyze the premises which provide theorical background to the regime currently in force in continental Europe and Latin America, in order to conclude whether such regime is properly supported from a theoretical perspective or not.

Le regime de la troisieme republique est defini par carre de malberg comme le regime de l'etat legal car il organise le regne de la loi, votee par un parlement desormais elu au suffrage universel. Il se caracterise donc par la suprematie (au moins apparente) du parlement. L'etude de la doctrine publiciste entre 1879 et 1914 montre que celle-ci ne se satisfait pas d'un tel systeme puisqu'elle voit dans l'omnipotence parlementaire un danger plutot qu'une garantie. Cette remise en cause affecte les theories de la souverainete et celles de la representation. Les publicistes substituent progressivement a la theorie politique de la souverainete nationale celle, plus juridique, de la souverainete de l'etat. Ce deplacement relativise l'importance du corps electoral et du corps legislatif. Tous souhaitent limiter les effets du suffrage universel "inorganise" et restaurer l'equilibre des pouvoirs. Ayant perdu confiance dans les vertus de la loi et des garanties politiques de l'etat legal, ils cherchent dans le droit la possibilite de sauvegarder les valeurs liberales qu'ils estiment menacees par l'extension du suffrage. Le juge est promu au rang de garant essentiel des libertes et de l'ordre juridique. Les recours juridictionnels doivent assurer la securite des administres face a l'interventionnisme etatique et permettre le triomphe de la "vraie democratie", abstraite et juridique. Propose comme solution pour tous les conflits, le droit doit se soumettre la politique, vecue par les publicistes comme le regne de l'anarchie et des interets particuliers, reintroduire l'ordre et la rationalite dans une societe transformee par l'industrialisation. L'etat de droit se presente ainsi comme l'achevement de la revolution francaise et la condition d'effectivite du droit public qui lui donne les moyens de sa legitimite
The third republic regime is defined by carre de malberg as the regime of the etat legal for it organizes the rule of the law voted by a parliament now elected by universal franchise. It is therefore characterized by the apparent supremacy of the parliament. The study of the public law doctrine from 1879 to 1914 shows that this doctrine is not satisfied with such a system for it regards the parliamentary omnipotence more as a danger than as a safeguard. This calling into question concerns both the theories of sovereignty and of representation. The publicists progressively substitute the more juridical sovereignty of the state for the political theory of national sovereignty. This transfer lessens the importance of both the electorate and the legislative body. All of them wish to limit the effects of the unorganized universal franchise and reestablish the balance of power. Having lost confidence in the virtues of the law and the political guarantees of the etat legal, the publicists try to find in the law a way to preserve the liberal values which they consider threatened by the extension of the suffrage. The judge becomes the main guarantor of freedom and juridical order. The juridical appeals should ensure the people's security against state interventionism and permit the triump of the abstract and juridical "true democracy". Suggested as a solution for all conflicts, politics should be subjected to law because the publicists regard politics as an area of anarchy and individual interests ; law should reintroduce order and rationality into a society transformed by industrialization. Thus the etat de droit seems to be the end of the french revolution and the condition of the effectiveness of public law which in return gives the state the means for its legitimacy

Syftet med undersökningen var att ta reda på hur webbplatsen Newsmill påverkat det svenska debattklimatet på internet. Studien har genomförts genom att intervjua personer verksamma inom media. Bakgrunden till denna undersökning har varit att internet alltmer intagit den roll papperstidningarna förut hade. Numera är det i debattforum på nätet de offentliga samtalen äger rum. Intervjuerna har genomförts med fyra personer med nära anknytning till den sortens publicistik som bedrivs av Newsmill. Intervjuerna är analyserade utifrån Pierre Lévys teorier om kollektiv intelligens, Joshua Cohens ideal för deliberativ demokrati och Denis McQuails definitioner av framing, som är en process av mediernas agenda setting. Resultaten visar att Newsmill uppfyllt syftet med att låta oetablerade skribenter nå ut med sina åsikter. Newsmill fungerar därmed som en kanal för åsikter som inte får plats på de stora mediernas debattsidor. Redaktionen har kunnat etablera en plats i den svenska mediesfären tack vare publicerade artiklar som fått spin-off effekt i större medier. Den snabba publiceringstakten är till viss del inte till Newsmills fördel då sidan av intervjupersonerna kan upplevas som överbelamrad med åsikter.

Visitant la france en 1792, il predit le regicide et l'eviction des girondins par les jacobins. Ses propos republicains lui font perdre son poste. Il frequente les democrates hambourgeois et avec leur collaboration, il fonde alors un mensuel specialise sur la france: frankreich (17951805). Le reversement de robespierre laisse esperer la realisation d'une republique liberale. Mais r. Est vite decu par un peuple trop jacobin ou trop royaliste et par un directoire qui cherche appui aupres de l'armee. Le pays va d'agitations en coupe de force. L'economie est chaotique. Cette thèse constitue une lecture révisionniste de Muhammad Rashîd Ridâ (1865-1935), figure emblématique de la Renaissance arabe (Nahda) et du réformisme musulman, fondateur de la célèbre revue cairote al-Manâr (1898-1935), et père putatif du salafisme, du panislamisme, voire, du nationalisme arabe. En déplaçant l'accent analytique de «l'islam» vers «le journalisme », d'une doctrine religieuse idéologisée vers une profession mondaine en devenir, ce travail entendait restituer une cohérence mise à mal par la majorité des travaux antérieurs. Mal lu, Ridâ justifie paradoxalement d'une littérature dense qui agit tel un écran de fumée entre nous et ses textes. Il s'agissait donc d'isoler le dispositif fumigène (le paradigme jurisprudentiel) et d'analyser les procédures positives mobilisées par Ridâ pour opérer ce passage historique du 'ilm (science islamique) vers la sihâfa (journalisme). Le recours journalisé à la notion jurisprudentielle de maslaha 'âmma (intérêt général) fut le ressort de ce passage, qui permit à Ridâ d'établir les fondements de l'opinion publique. En arguant d'une équivalence terme à terme des institutions de l'Etat-nation européen et de leurs «homologues » islamiques, Ridâ publiciste ouvrit subrepticement la porte à une extension sans précédent de la juridiction de l'« islam», inaugurant ainsi le «tournant salafiste». This dissertation is a revisionist reading of Muhammad Rashîd Ridâ (1865-1935), emblematic figure of the Arab Renaissance (Nahda) and "Islamic Refonn," founder of the influential Cairene journal al-Manâr (1898-1935), and "father" of the modem Salafiyya, Panislamism and, according to some, Arab nationalism. By shifting the analytical focus from "Islam" to "journalism," from an ideologized religious doctrine to a mundane profession in the making, this work intended to restore a coherence tampered with by the bulk of previous scholarship. Erroneously read, Ridâ has nonetheless generated a dense literature that is today impeding access to his texts. The task was to isolate the obstacle (the jurisprudential paradigm) and analyze the positive procedures mobilized by Ridâ in order to operate this historical move from 'Um (lslamic knowledge) to sihâfa (journalism). One such procedure was the journalization of the legal theory concept of maslaha 'âmma (public interest), as it allowed Ridâ to establish the foundations public opinion. By arguing for a term-to-term equivalence between the institutions of the European nation-state and their Islamic "homologues", Ridâ-the-publicist surreptitiously opened the door to an unprecedented extension of the jurisdiction of "Islam", thus inaugurating the "Salafi turn". By situating Ridâ's enterprise in the context of the waning of the Ottoman Empire, whose reformist reflex during the Tanzimât era (1839-1876), had been precisely in a bureaucratized recourse to this notion of maslaha, we were also able to show why an assessment of the legacy of this "last Ottoman" had been such a frustrated endeavour

Šis darbas skirtas didžiausių Lietuvos dienraščių – „Lietuvos ryto“ ir „Respublikos“ – dalyvių, pusdalyvių ir padalyvių vartojimo analizei. Norėta išsiaiškinti, ar dalyviai iki šiol yra dažnai tebevartojami, koks jų santykis minėtuose dienraščiuose. Dalyvių vartojimo polinkiai publicistikoje anksčiau beveik nebuvo tirti, tad darbas galėtų būti tolimesnių bei išsamesnių tyrimų pradžia. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas buvo nustatyti visų minėtų dalyvinių formų dažnumą, aptarti rašytinės kalbos dalyvinių konstrukcijų vartojimo ypatumus minėtuose dienraščiuose ir palyginti abiejų laikraščių kalbą. Analizuojant tiriamąją medžiagą buvo keliami šie uždaviniai: 1) apžvelgti lingvistinę literatūrą, susijusią su nagrinėjimo objektu; 2) išrinkti iš minėtų dienraščių analizuojamųjų straipsnių dalyvius, pusdalyvius ir padalyvius, sugrupuoti juos; 3) nustatyti ir aptarti dalyvių vartojimo dėsningumus (ypatumus); 4) palyginti dalyvių, pusdalyvių ir padalyvių vartojimą, t. y. nustatyti jų vartojimo santykį dviejuose populiariausiuose Lietuvos dienraščiuose; 5) statistiškai pateikti gautus rezultatus, analizuoti, apibendrinti. This work is aimed at the analysis of usage of participles, half-participles, verbal adverbs in “Lietuvos rytas“ and “Respublika“ newspapers. The purpose was to find out if participles are still often used and what is the frequency of this usage in the magazines. The usage of participles has not been examined yet that is why this work could be the beginning of the further examinations. The main purpose of the work was to assume the frequency of the participles and their forms, discuss the peculiarities of their spelling in the above-mentioned magazines and compare their language. While analyzing the newspapers I set the main goals: 1) examine linguistic literature related to the object of analysis; 2) choose the participles, half-participles and verbal adverbs from the above mentioned newspapers and group them; 3) ascertain and discuss the rules (peculiarities) of the usage of participles; 4) compare the usage of participles, half-participles and verbal adverbs and ascertain the frequency of their usage in the above mentioned magazines; 5) establish the statistics of the results, discuss them and sum up. Människor är trötta på reklam och företagen har börjat förstå att deras kommunikation till kunderna behöver förbättras. Content marketing, även kallat innehållsmarknadsföring har kommit att bli en populär metod, dock med en svag definition i grunden som bäddar för olika åsikter för vad content marketing innebär. Content marketing är ett hett begrepp i den svenska marknadsföringen, men vad krävs för att lyckas? Den här uppsatsen kartlägger begreppet, varför det är svårdefinierat samt ger en rekommendation till de verksamheter som vill tillämpa metoden kring viktiga aspekter i att arbeta med denna kommunikationsstrategi. För att besvara problemformuleringen utfördes en litteraturstudie och ett flertal personintervjuer med betydande aktörer inom kategorierna traditionella och redaktionella verksamheter samt områdesexperter. Utifrån resultaten från undersökningen kan slutsatsen dras att det inte finns en generell modell som fungerar för alla utan att content marketing måste anpassas för varje enskild verksamhet. Däremot finns det kluster av råd som kommer att presenteras, som exempelvis att ha en tydlig strategi med tydliga mål för att kunna mäta effekten av verksamhetens content marketing-satsningar samt att se sig själva som en publicistisk verksamhet som kräver en särskild redaktionell kompetens och mycket klar bild av sin målgrupp.
The report examines the content marketing strategy. There are several challenges in defining the area and more to come when working with it. This essay aims to provide a recommendation of how to implement the strategy. How can traditional corporations learn from the editorial business and content  marketing experts? Several companies in the categories of traditional, editorial and content marketing experts have been interviewed for the study. The results showed that it is difficult to define content marketing and then suggests to label it otherwise. The study also concludes that there is no general solution for every company, thus different tools are acquired for different situations. However, main points of what factors to consider with the work of content marketing are presented, such as having editorial competence, a clear strategy and to measure relevant data. In the system of functional styles, the publicistic style occupies an intermediate position between subject-specific styles and the belles-lettres style. Presently, it is possible to speak about a separate publicistic style, since its varieties have been fully formed. It has been observed that the issue of analysing publicistic-style varieties is very topical and results from the growing popularity of this style. The typology of the publicistic style has not been widely investigated in works on Lithuanian language stylistics. This style is not divided into clear-cut varieties: more emphasis is placed on its genre differentiation. On the basis of linguistic and non-linguistic factors, the following varieties of the publicistic style (sub-styles) may be distinguished: informational, analytical and the sub-style of expressive information (artistic publicistics). So far, the place of artistic publicistics between the publicistic and other functional styles has not been defined; therefore, description of texts of this sub-style poses problems. I denna kandidatuppsats undersöks berättelsers retoriska funktion i tidningen Situation Sthlm. Huvudsyftet är att undersöka om och i sådana fall hur berättelserna i tidningen bidrar till att uppnå tidningens publicistiska målsättning. I det ingår det underordnade syftet att undersöka om och i sådana fall hur berättelserna bidrar till att skapa identifikation hos läsarna. Materialet består av sex stycken berättelser som är tagna ur olika nummer av tidningen och samtliga berättelser handlar om hemlösa människor som själva är försäljare av tidningen. Uppsatsen bygger på teorier om vad en berättelse är, berättelsers retoriska funktion samt teorier om identifikation. Analyserna är gjorda efter Sonja K. Foss modell för narrativ analys om än i något reviderade version då inte alla analyskategorier som finns med i originalmodellen används i uppsatsen. Uppsatsen visar på att samtliga berättelser har potential att skapa identifikation och att bidra till den publicistiska målsättningen i någon mån men de berättelser som har potential att engagera flest läsare är de som är specifika på flera olika nivåer. Detta uppnås dels genom att ge detaljerade beskrivningar av miljöer och dels genom att karaktärerna skildras på ett mångdimensionellt och nyanserat sätt i kombination med att deras handlingar upplevs som motiverade och begripliga. Även användandet av topiker är centralt för att uppnå det retoriska syftet. Genom att vissa av berättelserna erbjuder läsarna flera olika topiker (mentala mötesplatser) minskar risken att vissa läsargrupper exkluderas.
This Bachelor thesis investigates the rhetorical function of stories published in the Stockholm based street newspaper, Situation Sthlm. The main purpose of the study is to investigate if, and in such a case how, the stories aid in obtaining the goals set by the newspaper with regards to their publishing criteria. A subordinate purpose to that is to investigate if, and in such a case how, the stories aid in creating a sense of identification for the readers. The materials used, include six stories retrieved from several different issues of Situation Sthlm, and in common each story depicts a homeless person who works as a vendor for the street newspaper. The thesis utilizes several different theories aimed at describing the concept of stories, the rhetorical function of stories as well as theories regarding the concept of identification. The model for narrative analysis established by Sonja K. Foss, has been applied for the analyses performed in this study, the model has however been slightly reduced due to the exclusion of certain categories that are included in the original model. It is concluded in this thesis that the six stories analyzed all have the potential of creating a sense of identification for the reader and that they, to an extent, contribute to the newspaper’s publishing criteria. Nevertheless, the stories that have the potential of capturing the largest amount of readers are those that include several different levels of specificity. This is partially achieved through highly detailed descriptions of the milieus in which the story takes place and partially through highly nuanced and multi-dimensional character portrayals in combination with creating an essence of the character’s actions as being well motivated and comprehendible. The usage of topos is also crucial in order to achieve the rhetorical aims in the stories analyzed. By offering an array of topos (fictional meeting places), which was the case for some of the stories, there is a reduced risk of excluding certain categories of readers.

O presente estudo pretende analisar a CISG a partir de sua dimensão publicista, resultando na sua identificação como aliada do Estado na efetivação dos objetivos da CF, descritos no art. 3º, I, construir uma sociedade livre, justa e solidária, e na promoção do seu desenvolvimento. Estudá-la como tratado permite compreendê-la como parte de um movimento transformador da atual sociedade internacional. Ressalte-se o fato de a maioria dos trabalhos concentrar-se no seu aspecto privatista, conferindo importância à presente pesquisa. Esta tem início na análise do seu preâmbulo, contendo seu espírito e objetivos, para então adentrar em sua parte dispositiva, examinando-se os obstáculos à harmonização, bem como os instrumentos para superá-los, destacando-se o art. 7º como guia interpretativo e a utilização da CISG em âmbito estatal. Nesse ponto, analisam-se os efeitos de sua incorporação interna, refletindo em sua adoção nos procedimentos licitatórios, pois, como parte do ordenamento interno, passa a ter natureza de lei ordinária, idêntica à Lei de Licitações A pesquisa apontou ser a CISG aliada do Estado na consecução dos objetivos constitucionais, refletindo sua utilização na promoção do bem comum e no desenvolvimento da sociedade. Ademais, a adesão do Brasil produz na parte estrangeira a legítima expectativa de que os contratos administrativos serão por ela regulados, reflexo do compromisso internacional assumido pelo país, sendo a CISG afastada nos seus próprios termos previstos para tal situação. A pesquisa revelou também sua consolidação como um dos documentos de maior alcance transfronteiriço, chegando a harmonizar, de forma bem sucedida, os sistemas de civil law e common law, sedimentando a existência de uma ordem internacional e flexibilizando a tradicional formação da normas unicamente pelo ente soberano. Ainda, efetiva as intenções previstas no preâmbulo, aproximando países e promovendo direitos mediante uma lei uniforme para a compra e venda internacional de mercadorias.
The present study intends to analyze the CISG from its publicist dimension, resulting in its identification as an ally of the State in the accomplishment of the objectives of the CF, described in art. 3, I, to build a free, fair and supportive society, and to promote its development. Studying it as a treaty enables it to be understood as part of a transformative movement in today's international society. It should be emphasized that most of the works focus on its private aspect, what gives an importance to the present research. It begins with an analysis of its preamble, containing its spirit and objectives, to focus in its operative part, examining the obstacles to harmonization, as well as the instruments to overcome them, highlighting art. 7 as an interpretive guide and the use of the CISG at the state level. At this point, the effects of its internal incorporation are analyzed, reflected in its adoption in the bidding procedures, since, as part of the internal order, it is now an ordinary law, identical to the Bidding Law The research pointed the CISG to be allied to the State in achieving the constitutional objectives, reflecting its use in promoting the common good and the development of society. In addition, the adhesion of Brazil produces in the foreign part the legitimate expectation that the administrative contracts will be regulated by it, a reflection of the international commitment assumed by the country, being the CISG removed in its own terms predicted for such situation. The research also revealed its consolidation as one of the most cross-border documents, successfully harmonizing the civil law and common law systems, consolidating the existence of an international order and being able to flexibilize the traditional formation of the norm only by the entity sovereign. It also makes the intentions of the preamble effective, approaching countries and promoting rights through the creation of a uniform law for the international sale of goods.

Disertacijos tyrimo objektas – okazionalieji, t.y. individualios vartosenos, frazeologiniai junginiai, patarlės ir priežodžiai. Disertacijos tikslas – išnagrinėti frazeologinį vaizdą ir jo kūrimo būdus, okazionaliųjų frazeologizmų, patarlių ir priežodžių stilistinius atspalvius remiantis pasirinktais šaltiniais. Bendrosioms frazeologizmų funkcijoms, semantikai, struktūrai kalbininkai skiria daug dėmesio, o stilistinėms jų ypatybėms – gerokai mažiau. Iki šiol lietuvių kalbotyroje nebuvo nė vienos disertacijos, skirtos okazionaliajai frazeologijai. Iš tikrųjų šių frazeologinių junginių stilistinių ypatumų aptarimas yra ne ką mažiau svarbus negu frazeologizmų kilmės, semantikos ar struktūros tyrinėjimai: kalba nuolat kinta, o okazionalieji frazeologizmai, patarlės ir priežodžiai kaip tik ir atspindi šį procesą, tai rodo komponentų keitimas, sudėties plėtimas, reikšmės kitimas, frazeologinių junginių plėtojimas į platesnį kontekstą ir pan. Modifikacijos būdai parodo junginių pritaikymo šiandieninio gyvenimo situacijoms, reiškiniams galimybes, aktualumą komunikacijos procese. Kalbos ir stiliaus kitimas aiškiai matomas publicistikoje, kurioje fiksuojami svarbiausi žmonių gyvenimo, valstybės, kultūros pokyčiai. Object of the research this Dissertation – occasional phraseological units, common proverbs and sayings, i.e., units of individual usage. The latter are discussed not only when they are used in Lithuanian but also when found in texts in their original language. Purpose of the Dissertation – based on the selected references, to examine the phraseological image and image formation methods as well as stylistic shades of occasional phraseological units, common proverbs and sayings. General functions of phraseological units, semantics and structure are given vast attention by linguists whereas their stylistic characteristics receive rather less consideration. Dissertations regarding occasional phraseology are absent from Lithuanian linguistics thus far. In fact, consideration of stylistic patterns of these phraseological word combinations is none the less important than research of their origin, semantics and structure: language is continuously changing, and occasional phraseological units, common proverbs and sayings are the ones that reflect this process; it is evidenced by the change and replacement of components, expansion of composition, change of meaning, development of phraseological units into the broader context, etc. Types of modification show adaptability potential of word combinations and their communicative flexibility. Process of speech and style changing is obvious in the publicistic writings where fundamental changes in human life, state and culture are captured.

Jméno Ivana Slavíka jev širším čtenářském okruhu téměř neznámé. Pokud tu existuje představa o jeho díle, týká se Slavíkovy katolicky orientované poezie. Pravděpodobně je to dáno tím, že ve středoškolských porevolučních učebnicích literatury se jeho jméno objevuje pouze zřídka (v období totality jeho dílo v učebnicích reflektováno nebylo). Jeho esejistická a publicistická činnost je takřka neznámá; domnívám se, že hlavním důvodem je charakter periodik a sborníků, do nichž Slavík přispíval: většinou se jednalo o okrajové a regionální noviny (spolupráce s významnějšími periodiky, stoj ícími v centru kulturního a společenského dění, mu byla totalitním režimem znemožněna) . Cílem mé diplomové práce je zmapování Slavíkova původního ne-básnického díla: chronologické uspořádání jeho předmluv, doslovů a publicistických statí nejrůznějších žánrů a zaměření. The present study Antonín Macek: the poet, the publicist and the prosaist is concerned with the works of Antonín Macek, one of the forgotten Czech authors of the first two decades of twentieth century. The literary science has not taken the sufficient account of his artistic legacy so far. Just the marxistic theorists in the second half of twentieth century has perused his writings and viewed Macek's merely as a revolutionary socialistic writer with respect to his leftist politics (displayed especially in his journal articles). Our main purpose is to prove that this view is quite simplified and that Macek's work at full is much richer. For this purpose we tried to restore all the original editions of Macek's writings (especially his poems and tales) to reach new and current interpretation. We attempted to specify his apparently solitary place in the history of Czech literature by marking out his relations to more remarkable writers of Macek's epoch (such as S. K. Neumann, F. X. Šalda, J. S. Machar, M. Marten, O. Theer etc.) and incorporate his works in the field of opposed contemporary styles (such as symbolism, social poetry, nature lyrics, proletary poetry etc.). Liehm acting from the 1940s in the most important Czechoslovak cultural periodicals. Furthermore, the thesis shows the contemporary context of the last century and turning points in our history. The most important periodicals, in which content the author was involved, are described in two separate chapters. They relate to the weekly periodicals Kulturni noviny and Literarni noviny. Other periodicals are mentioned particularly in relation to author's exile work. Finally, the thesis explores the French magazine Lettre Internationale, which the author founded in the 1980s in Paris. The author used to meet a huge number of culturally and artistically oriented personalities, especially from the film industry. After emigrating from Czechoslovakia in 1969 he continued to publish from exile and repeatedly has been involved into discussions and interviews related to the Prague Spring and Czechoslovak culture. This thesis aims to collect information both from various official sources and by virtue of personal contact with the author himself and to provide an overview of his personality and life.

Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the literary and journalistic works of Czechoslovakia's first president, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk - how he attempted to influence public opinion through them and entered into the current disputes on various topics. The main interest of this thesis is his anonymous journalistic output, i.e. articles and commentaries that he wrote under different initials, or were published anonymously. In these writings, Masaryk continued his previous wartime and pre-war activities. After the war, however, they took on completely different proportions since he couldn't remain a purely private person. He was seen primarily as the head of the state. His political function thus began to intersect with his tendency to express his opinions on various topics in public and enter into the current political and cultural arena. Masaryk tried to overcome (or circumvent) this contradiction, which was limited by the formal delimitation of the powers of the president of the republic, by publishing anonymous articles. In these texts he could express hismelf more freely and openly than he could in signed articles or official speeches. The diploma thesis analyzes and compares three life and social roles of one of the most well-known writers of Czech literature, Jaroslav Hasek. Specifically, it is his role as a storyteller, a journalist and a politician. My work is focused on the analysis of the blend and differences between these roles pertaining to the development and context of both the time period and Hasek. The analysis is divided into several parts and it tries to view Hasek from different points of view. Specifically, it deals with the author's historical genesis, then with the narratological analysis of short stories and finally the content analysis associated with the reference to Jaroslav Hasek's language resources.

The purpose of this research is focus on the incentive weight affects public relationship employees’ performance. The framework first uses the theory of Product Life Cycle and Consumer Involvement to classify companies into four categories. Next, we apply the incentive contract theory (Milgrom and Roberts, 1992)to devise an optimal incentive system. Based on a survey of public manger, the result in Durable Products is that the Public Relationship Department’s performance would be better by increasing the incentive weight of Information Key Performance Indication(KPI). The result in Preference Products is that the Public Relationship Department’s performance would be better by increasing the incentive weight of Production KPI. The result in Convenience Products is that the Public Relationship Department’s performance would be better by increasing the incentive weight of Finance KPI.

O presente estudo versa sobre o (des)enquadramento do atual regime da revelia no processo civil cooperativo.Se o princípio da cooperação é «adorado» pelo legislador português, a verdade é que há concretos indícios de que é também atraiçoado pelo mesmo. Isto porque tem de, forçosamente, conviver com regras e princípios técnicos cuja feroz rigidez anula a possibilidade de uma sua total afirmação. O que nos leva a ter de assumir que o nosso processo civil não é totalmente cooperativo. Não o deixam ser. É, pois, quando muito, medianamente cooperativo. Um dos freios à total afirmação de um processo civil de cariz cooperativo, focado na justa composição dos litígios, está patente nos atuais efeitos da revelia do réu. Vigoram, entre nós, os sistemas de «ficta confessio». Em Portugal, levados ao extremo.Sem deixar de referir as vantagens de um tal regime, que passam pelo incentivo à apresentação de contestação e, ainda, pela celeridade processual, cabe-nos transmitir a primazia das desvantagens que apresenta. É que a teoria de que quem não contesta é porque nada tem a acrescentar aos factos alegados pelo autor na petição inicial e, portanto, que os considera verdadeiros, não é uma regra indubitável, exata. Por detrás da falta de contestação podem estar inúmeros motivos que não esse. Daí decorre a falácia da «regra» e a imprestabilidade de um regime que deixe à sorte o alcance da justa composição dos litígios. Não nos basta uma mera hipótese ocasional de sucesso que se daria sempre que, de facto, o réu que não contestasse, não o fizesse por considerar verdadeiros os factos alegados pelo autor na petição inicial. Nem tampouco nos saciamos com as consagradas exceções aos efeitos da revelia. Mas a verdade só importa nessas hipóteses? E nas restantes? É um facto o de que o processo civil português teima em radicalizar os efeitos que outros ordenamentos jurídicos têm tido a sensatez de amenizar. Posto isto, é flagrante a incongruência sistemático-teleológica patente no atual regime da revelia do réu. E é neste sentido que «evocamos a metamorfose» do instituto da revelia.
The present study deals with the (dis)framing of the current regime of default in the cooperative civil procedure.If the principle of cooperation is “adored” by the portuguese legislator, the truth is that there are concrete indications that are also betrayed by the same. This is because it must forcibly live with rules and technical principles whose fierce rigidity nullifies the possibility of a total affimation. Which leads us to have to assume that our civil procedure is not fully cooperative. They won’t let him be. It is therefore, at best, medium-cooperative.One of the brakes on the full affirmation of a cooperative civil procedure focused on the fair composition of disputes is evident in the current effects of the defendant’s default. Among us, the systems of «ficta confession» are in force. In Portugal, taken to the extreme.Without forgetting to mention the advantages of such a regime, which include encouraging the presentation of contestation and, also, procedural speed, it is up to us to transmit a primacy of the disadvantages it presents. It is that the theory that those who do not contest is because they have nothing to add to the facts alleged by the author in the initial petition and, therefore, that he considers them to be true, is not an undoubted, exact rule. Behind the lack of contestation there can be numerous reasons other than that. Hence the fallacy of the "rule" and the unworthiness of a regime that leaves luck to the extent of the composition of disputes. It is not enough for us to have a mere occasional chance of success that would occur whenever, in fact, the defendant who did not contest, did not do so because the facts alleged by the plaintiff in the initial petition were true. Nor are we satisfied with the consecrated exceptions to the effects of default. But does the truth only matter in these cases? And the rest?It is a fact that the portuguese civil procedure is about radicalizing the effects that other legal systems have had the wisdom to mitigate.That said, the systematic teleological incongruity in the current regime of the defendant’s fault is blatant. And it is in this sense that we “evoke the metamorphosis” of the institute of default.
