The document which is published here comes from the Michaelides Collection, formerly belonging to G. A. Michaelides and now in the possession of Cambridge University Library. In addition to a substantial number of Arabic papyri this collection also contains Arabic paper documents. The paper documents are very varying in date, ranging from the Fāṭimid to the Ottoman periods. The present document is a petition from the Fāṭimid period. Some Fāṭimid documents of this type have already been published. Several unpublishedFāṭimid petitions have come to my attention. Most of these are from the Cairo Genizah and will be published as part of a corpus of Arabic Genizah documents. I am publishing the present document from the Michaelides collection separately.

Abstract:
Document sets where the content is evolving frequently occur often in organizations. It is common for oranizations to update the policy documents periodically and for a news story to evolve over a period of time. When a document set evolves, some of the old content may remain unchanged while some other new content may be added. Depending on the amount of changes, users may need to read and/or analyze the new content once again. Evolving content may make it hard for users to track the changes and understand the global view of the change. In this paper, we consider document sets consisting of documents published at two different points of time and develop a measure to capture the change in content between the documents published at two different time points. We divide a document set into two subsets – a subset of documents containing documents published at an earlier date and another subset containing documents published at a later date. We use Latent Dirichlet Allocation to extract a topic and word distributions for each of the two subsets of the document set. We then compute similarity of the set of topics computed for each subset to measure the amount of change in the content. We study the effectiveness of the method on two data sets – a set of privacy policy documents and a set of Reuters news articles extracted from the TDT-Pilot Corpus and present the experimental results.

Abstract:
According to the data collected from the genealogical contract documents from the Qing Dynasty to 1949, the genealogical contract documents were first published in the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, and the contract documents clearly stated that the genealogical contract documents should be published in the Qianlong period. However, the surviving amount of genealogical deed documents is less than one thousandth of the existing genealogy. It is estimated that the surviving amount of genealogical deed documents is less than 5000. As for the type of genealogical contract document, it is roughly the same as the type of scattered contract document, mainly land sale contract document, and genealogical contract document is related to the interests of the clan. The main purpose of the contract in the genealogy is to protect the interests of the family property from loss, so as to maintain the permanent existence of the family property.

Abstract:
Abstract. The study aims to review the scientific evidence related to football for amputees. For the reference search, the following keywords were used as descriptors: “Football” and “Amputee”. The terms were entered in English in the following computerized databases: SPORTDiscus, PUBMED, Web of Science and SCOPUS, considering all the documents published up to September 2020. To limit the search, four inclusion criteria were introduced: 1) Select documents available in full text or with abstract, 2) Have enough relevant information about soccer for amputees (Minimum 50 words), 3) Provide information related to the physical condition, training, injuries and / or social aspects of the players of soccer for people with amputations, and 4) Be written in Spanish, English or Portuguese. The exploratory systematic review featured ten football related documents for amputees. The existing documents related to the subject are scarce as a consequence of the lack of evolution of this modality. These manuscripts, for the most part, deal with aspects such as strength and endurance. Furthermore, only one document talks about the use of inertial devices in their measurements. Therefore, there is a need for further research in the field of football for amputees.

Abstract:
ObjectivesTo conduct a document and content analysis of exertional heat illness (EHI)-related documents published by sports organisations in Victoria, Australia, in order to determine their scope and evidence base against current international best practice recommendations.MethodsA qualitative document and content analysis. Official documents relating to EHI were identified through a search of 22 Victorian sport organisation websites, supplemented by a general internet search. The content of these documents was evaluated against recommendations presented in three current international position statements on prevention and management of EHI.ResultsA range of document types addressing EHI were identified (n=25), including specific heat policies, match day guides, rules and regulations. Recommendations about prevention measures were the most common information presented, but these were largely focused on event modification/cancellation guidelines only (n=22; 88%). Most documents provided information on hydration as a preventive measure (n=20; 80%), but the emphasis on the importance of cooling strategies (n=7; 28%) and heat acclimatisation (n=5; 20%) was inadequate. Details on EHI, including its definition, symptoms/signs to look out for, and common risk factors (beyond humidity/high temperatures) were lacking in most documents.ConclusionThere is considerable variation in formal documents with regard to their content and quality of information. Continued efforts to bridge the evidence to practice gap in sports safety are therefore important. This study highlights the challenge for community sport, which relies on high-level policy and governance, across settings and populations that can differ substantially in their needs.

Abstract Online journalism is increasing every day. There are many news agencies, newspapers, and magazines using digital publication in the global network. Documents published online are available to users, who use search engines to find them. In order to deliver documents that are relevant to the search, they must be indexed and classified. Due to the vast number of documents published online every day, a lot of research has been carried out to find ways to facilitate automatic document classification. The objective of the present study is to describe an experimental approach for the automatic classification of journalistic documents published on the Internet using the Vector Space Model for document representation. The model was tested based on a real journalism database, using algorithms that have been widely reported in the literature. This article also describes the metrics used to assess the performance of these algorithms and their required configurations. The results obtained show the efficiency of the method used and justify further research to find ways to facilitate the automatic classification of documents.

Abstract:
Four giant volumes (plus a companion one on Humble Oil) appeared between 1955 and 1988 on the history of Standard Oil Company (New Jersey) and its successor (as of 1972) Exxon Corporation. These well-documented volumes took the story to 1975. As related by the publisher and author of this book, about four years after the 1999 megamerger of Exxon and Mobil and the formation of ExxonMobil, the merged unit gave a collection of its historical files—containing some four million documents—to the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History (DBC) at the University of Texas at Austin. When the document transfer was made, in 2003, William Hale, a thirty-year Exxon/ExxonMobil manager (most recently in the public relations department) suggested that it was time for a fifth volume of Exxon history. ExxonMobil's top management approved, and in 2005 the DBC asked Joseph Pratt to write it. He agreed, and the book under review, which covers the period 1973 through the merger to 2005, was written by Pratt “with the assistance of William Hale” and published by DBC.

Abstract:
The article offers a review of a new documents collection prepared by the staff of the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus (NARB) and devoted to creation and first months in operation of the Belarusian headquarters of partisan movement (BHPM), the main military and political body that guided partisan movement on the territory of the BSSR. The collection includes 204 documents, 196 of them from the NARB fonds; most are being introduced into scientific use for the first time. The historiography on the history of partisan warfare on the territory of Belarus is quite diverse, and yet this collection is of great importance and significance. Firstly, a comprehensive study of the BHPM activities in the wartime is yet to be carried out by Belarusian or foreign historians. Secondly, the designated time period (September-December 1942) remains little-studied; documentary materials that have for a long time been classified are yet to be introduced into scientific use. Authors-compilers use the published documents to address various aspects of the BHPM activities in its most difficult days: recruitment of qualified personnel and personnel records, operational intelligence work, organization of communication and logistics of material supply in partisan formations, document management and document flow. The collection also contains documents of the Central Headquarters of the Partisan Movement (CHPM) and the partisan formations of the BSSR, which makes it possible to consider the activity of the BHPM not as an autonomous process, but as an interaction of the CHPM, the BHPM, and other partisan formations. It is important to introduce into the scientific use documents related to the activities of the subordinate BHPM structures: school for training personnel, mobile radio centre, Belarussian diversionary special operations brigade. One of the main documents on the history of the partisan warfare - ‘Plan for development of the partisan movement and actions of the BSSR partisan detachments in winter 1942/1943’ - is being published for the first time. Collection of documents and materials allows to re-evaluate various areas of activities of the BHPM and its subordinate structures in autumn-winter of 1942.

Abstract:
Incremental document clustering is important in many applications, but particularly so in healthcare contexts where text data is found in abundance, ranging from published research in journals to day-to-day healthcare data such as discharge summaries and nursing notes. In such dynamic environments new documents are constantly added to the set of documents that have been used in the initial cluster formation. Hence it is important to be able to incrementally update the clusters at a low computational cost as new documents are added. In this paper the authors describe a novel, low cost approach for incremental document clustering. Their method is based on conducting singular value decomposition (SVD) incrementally. They dynamically fold in new documents into the existing term-document space and dynamically assign these new documents into pre-defined clusters based on intra-cluster similarity. This saves the cost of re-computing SVD on the entire document set every time updates occur. The authors also provide a way to retrieve documents based on different window sizes with high scalability and good clustering accuracy. They have tested their proposed method experimentally with 960 medical abstracts retrieved from the PubMed medical library. The authors’ incremental method is compared with the default situation where complete re-computation of SVD is done when new documents are added to the initial set of documents. The results show minor decreases in the quality of the cluster formation but much larger gains in computational throughput.

The Aramaic clay tablets presented here are legal documents with Neo-Assyrian formularies. These texts are important as they attest to an Akkadian legal tradition and its adaptation to an Aramaic context. The fact that the writing material is clay is exceptional since one would expect an Aramaic document to be written on parchment or papyrus. Published examples of Aramaic documents on clay are relatively uncommon although more are surfacing.

Abstract:
The objective of the study was to perform a bibliometric analysis of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. For this purpose Scopus database was used. As of 13th May 2021, one hundred and seventy-three (n=173) research documents are published about it. We used Vosviewer and Biblioshiny (Bibliometrix) in the present report. In all publications, 1160 authors have significantly contributed. The documents per author was 0.119, while authors per document was 8.41. Collaborative Index (CI) was found to be 9.47. By biblioshiny we also applied Lotka’s law to depict the author’s frequency. 1097 authors were involved in only one (n=1) publication. Based on the Scopus record, the highest documents are published by Dormitzer, P.R. (n=6). In universities and countries categories, Tel Aviv University (n=7) and USA (48) are the most productive. By Vosviewer the collaboration pattern among authors, institutes, and countries is graphically presented. For example, 28 authors, 17 departments and 7 countries directly contributed to one publication. The research documents (133) are published in 102 sources or journals. The highest documents are published in Vaccines (n=8), while the highest citations were recorded for the New England Journal of Medicine (n=838). We also applied co-words analysis to understand the main focus of these publications.

Abstract:
Document audit system is a means of evaluating documents on the results of delivering information, administrative documentary evidence in the form of texts or others. Currently, these activities become easier with the presence of computer technology, smartphones, and the internet. One of the examples is the documents created by various government institutions whether local, city and central government. The instance is online-published documents that are shaded by certain government institutions. Before the documents are published or used as an archive or authentic evidence for reporting or auditing activities, the documents must go through the editing stage to correct if there are errors and deficiencies such as spelling errors or incomplete information. In the editing process, however, a person may not be able to escape from making mistakes that result in the existence of writing errors after the editing process before the submission. Word spelling mistakes can change the meaning of the conveyed knowledge and cause misunderstanding of information to the readers, especially for assessors or the audit team. Based on the problem, the researcher intends to assist the work of the audit preparation team in document analysis by proposing a system capable of detecting word spelling errors using the Dictionary Lookup method from Information Retrieval (IR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) science combined with Stream Deep Learning algorithms. Dictionary Lookup method is considered effective in determining the spelling of words that are true or false based on Lexical Resource. In addition, String Matching method that has been developed can correct word-writing errors correctly and quickly. Keywords: spelling mistake detection, dictionary lookup, audit of government institution documents, stream deep learning

Abstract:
We usually perceive archives as the end of the active life of a document, a place where a document is deposited to be protected and preserved for the creation of future memories and histories. And yet archives are beginnings as much as they are ends: they give their documents a new life and particularly with the advent of digitisation, new and diverse forms of life; but they can also deprive their documents of a future life, by hiding them through mysterious cataloguing structures, complex classification practices or merely spatial arrangements. Apart from curators and archivists who create and organise archives, often hiding documents in them, researchers also create archival assemblages when they bring together documents from diverse archives and sources around the world. But researchers, like archivists, often hide the archival strategies or sources of their research, through their immersion in the power relations of knowledge production. In this paper I look at the creation of an archival assemblage from my research with documents of life written by French seamstresses, active in the feminist circles of the romantic socialist movements of the nineteenth century. What I argue is that as researchers we need to become more sensitive to the life of the documents of life we work with; simply put: we cannot engage with documents of life while ignoring the life of documents within the archive and beyond. Abstract:
This systematic review of research used science mapping as a means of analyzing the knowledge base on education for sustainable development (ESD) in K-12 schooling. The review documented the size, growth trajectory and geographic distribution of this literature, identified high impact scholars and documents, and visualized the “intellectual structure” of the field. The database examined in this review consisted of 1842 English language, Scopus-indexed documents published between 1990 and 2018. The review found that the knowledge base on ESD has grown dramatically over the past 30 years, with a rapidly accelerating rate of publication in the past decade. Although the field has been dominated by scholarship from Anglo-American_European nations, there is evidence of increasing geographic diversification of the ESD knowledge base over the past 15 years. Citation analyses identified authors who have had a significant influence on the development of this literature. Author co-citation analysis revealed three “schools of thought” that comprise the “intellectual structure” of this knowledge base: Education for Sustainable Development, Developing a Sustainability Mindset, Teaching and Learning for Sustainability. Document content analyses led to the conclusion that the current knowledge base is heavily weighted towards critical, descriptive and prescriptive papers, with an insufficient body of analytical empirical studies. Several recommendations are offered for strengthening this literature.

Abstract:
Fifty years after the approval of the Ley General de Educación y Financiamiento de la Reforma Educativa (1970-1990), this article aims to identify and analyze, through a cross-retrospective review, the scientific production on moral education and values published in some scientific journals during the term of the aforementioned law. For this purpose, 2,684 documents corresponding to the years 1970- 1990 were identified, of which a total of 187 documents were selected (6.97% of the articles published in those years). The analysis of the selected documents allowed to recognize the specific weight, the temporal distribution, the documentary typologies, the associated pedagogical disciplines and their subjects or themes. Predominance of theoretical documents (73.80%) and of the discipline of Theory and Philosophy of Education (44.92%) was observed, with highly variable topics or subjects. Furthermore, two periods of time were identified in which there was a considerable increase in the number of publications, possibly due to the issue of some specific monographs on moral education and values, together with a special interest in the preparation of the 1990 educational reform. In short, the concern moral education and values during the analyzed period of time was notable and growing, although limited to some places and irregular.

Abstract:
We surveyed and identified species of lady beetles from the West Bank to document their geographic distribution and understand their ecological significance. This study documents the presence of 35 species of Coccinellidae in 19 genera belonging to 10 tribes and 6 subfamilies. Seven species (mostly very rare), out of the 35 documented, are recorded for the first time in the area studied. These are Nephus (Bipunctatus) bipunctatus, N. crucifer, Scymnus (Scymnus) interruptus, S. (Parapullus) abietis, S. (Neopullus) limbatus, S. nigropictus, and S. (Pullus) suturalis. Nephus peyerimhoffi, introduced to Palestine in 1986 and later considered extirpated, is recorded from three localities in this study. The distribution of many species generally correlates with local biogeographical zones. All species recorded during the study feed on agricultural pests such as aphids and scale insects. Previously published accounts have been very limited, and while more remains to be done, this study is currently the most comprehensive in the West Bank.

Abstract:
The article focuses on the critical analysis of sources of the late 16th century – “shert’” letters, that were discovered by the author in the Russian archive of ancient acts. The author discusses the origins of these documents and the circumstances of their discovery in the Archive’s funds. The first discovered source is the shert’ of Khan Kuchum given to Tsar Ivan the Terrible in 1571/72. Although this document was known in the first half of the 17th century, its original was considered lost. This paper presents a transcription of this shert’ letter, preserved in the collection of diplomatic correspondence. The second discovered source is “shert’ of Yermak” 1580 (1582). Different versions of this document are contained in the Esipov Chronicle, in the Pogodin Chronicle, as well as in a copy of the turn of the 18th – 19th century, as part of documents collected by A. F. Malinovsky. The last-mentioned version was published by V. I. Sergeev in 1976. This publication, however, has several inaccuracies. Comparison of publications and archival versions of sources showed, that over the years, researchers used defective editions, that had a bunch of incorrectness. In light of the fact, the need for further archival research aimed to discover the earlier existence of these valuable sources becomes apparent. The text of the documents is published in this article according to the simplified rules for publishing historical sources.

Abstract:
The archive of Toledo’s Mozarabs was translated from Arab into Spanish and published in four volumes by Anhel Gonzales Palencia in 1926–1930. The territory of Toledo was numerous times reoccupied by either Spaniards or Arabs during the Reconquista period. The chronological frames are 1083–1315. The archive includes a collection of the 1175 documents: legal papers with the registration of property arrangements between individuals and religious institutions. Most of the documents are related to the Toledo Cathedral of St. Mary. Every Mozarab document (with the exception of 25) is written in Arabic which emphasizes the official status of Arabic language in Toledo even at the beginning of the 14th century. In Arabic texts, there are words in aljamiado, (Spanish words written with Arabic letters). This phenomenon is of great philological interest. Traces of Mozarabs’ aljamiado, the language of Spaniards on the territory conquered by Arabs, is not present in any of written documents so the earlier period of Spanish language history has been documented very poorly. The archive of Toledo’s Mozarabs is an important source of vocabulary in aljamiado of Moriscos. In these texts, there are Spanish toponyms; Christian onomatology; designation of church posts; names of Christian holidays; designations of a number of secular court posts; references to family connections, etc. Documents are very often written in Arabic and Romance. In many documents, there are names both in Arabic and Romance. The cases of name identification which show that the names used in daily life were those in Arabic and not in Romance are quite frequent. With Arabic names including elements of Spanish morphology, names in Romance, in contrast, were formed following the pattern of Arabic names including the distinctive characteristic such as mentioning of several generations. Particular attention should be paid to the transcription of names in Romance in Arabic documents. Some of these transfer the particularities of pronunciation which is closer to the Latin ones than Spanish. To identify Muslims among signers is especially difficult as Christians also had Arabic names.

Abstract:
Spatial planning documents contain information about the principles and rights of land use in different zones of a local authority. They are the basis for administrative decision making in support of sustainable development. In Poland these documents are published on the Web according to a prescribed non-extendable XML schema, designed for optimum presentation to humans in HTML web pages. There is no document standard, and limited functionality exists for adding references to external resources. The text in these documents is discoverable and searchable by general-purpose web search engines, but the semantics of the content cannot be discovered or queried. The spatial information in these documents is geographically referenced but not machine-readable. Major manual efforts are required to integrate such heterogeneous spatial planning documents from various local authorities for analysis, scenario planning and decision support. This article presents results of an implementation using machine-readable semantic metadata to identify relationships among regulations in the text, spatial objects in the drawings and links to external resources. A spatial planning ontology was used to annotate different sections of spatial planning documents with semantic metadata in the Resource Description Framework in Attributes (RDFa). The semantic interpretation of the content, links between document elements and links to external resources were embedded in XHTML pages. An example and use case from the spatial planning domain in Poland is presented to evaluate its efficiency and applicability. The solution enables the automated integration of spatial planning documents from multiple local authorities to assist decision makers with understanding and interpreting spatial planning information. The approach is equally applicable to legal documents from other countries and domains, such as cultural heritage and environmental management.

The article describes the beginning of the activities of the Ukrainian Revolutionary Party and the charging document of the prosecutor of the court of justice, which is stored in the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Lviv, is introduced into scientific use. It allows to concretize information about active party leaders, in particular P. Andrijewskyj, P. Steshenko, M. Popov, G. Kollard, I. Manzheley. It is stated that the first Ukrainian party, which was created in 1900, began its active work in 1902–1903, which attracted the attention of the Department for Protecting the Public Security and Order in Kharkiv. The document that is being published belongs to this period. It is noted that researchers have been studying the history and analysis of the activities of the first Ukrainian party since the 20s of the XX century, in particular, the most fundamental work belongs to the famous political and public figure, historian A. Germeise, who not only brought the history of the party to the reader, but also published 53 leaflets and proclamations of the Revolutionary Ukrainian Party. The sources of private origin also contain a lot of valuable material on the activities of the Ukrainian Revolutionary Party. At the end of the 20th century, various collections of documents devoted to the Ukrainian independence movement were published. However, even today there are a large number of documents that are unfamiliar to a wide range of researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to introduce a document that additionally reflects the activities of the Revolutionary Ukrainian Party at the beginning of the 20th century, into scientific use.

The article briefly presents the US National Archives, where a number of documents important for the history of the Lithuanian diplomacy, as well as a document significant for the history of the Lithuanian diaspora and its political organizations, are preserved. One of them is Memorandum of Conversation dated 2 February 1949 and prepared by John D. Hickerson, an official of the US Department of State. It extensively describes his meeting and conversations with members of the Supreme Committee for the Liberation of Lithuania, the Prelate Mykolas Krupavičius and Vaclovas Sidzikauskas, who for the first time visited the US and were accompanied to the meeting by the then Lithuanian Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary Povilas Žadeikis. Memorandum of Conversation is introduced into scientific circulation through methods of archival document monitoring and case analysis, as well as additional tools (such as periodicals and memoirs, archival documents) and based on the principles of document publication. The document published for the first time, as a primary source, supplements the data of Lithuanian historiography, gives a broader content to the known fact, reinforces the scientific research base on the history of Lithuanian diplomacy, the history of the Lithuanian diaspora’s political organizations and separately – the history of Lithuanian-the US bilateral diplomatic relations.

Abstract:
The article publishes and analyzes the documents of the Soviet special services on the deportation of the group of Germans from Stanislav region (October–December 1946). Eight documents presented in this article demonstrate the circumstances of the deportation of a large group of Germans from the territory of Stanislav region of Ukrainian SSR in late 1946. These documents are stored in the State Archives of the Security Service of Ukraine. These are official correspondence between the heads of institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) at various levels. The first of these documents is the report of one of the executives of the Department of the MIA in Stanislav region, Hrytsenko, on the case of the registration of Germans in Stanislav region who are subject to resettlement. It was reported that 38 German families (34 men, 51 women, 70 children under the age of 16) live in the Dolyna district of Stanislav region – a total of 155 people. They allegedly fled with the German Army as early as 1944, but were intercepted by Red Army and sent home. The Soviet authorities planned to send them to a special settlement in Aktubinsk region of Russia, but temporarily used this group of Germans to build a railway station. The Document № 3 is very important. The telegram was sent from Moscow to Kyiv on November 14, 1946, ordering the German families from Stanislav region of the USSR to be sent to a special settlement in the Mary Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in Russia. They were to be handed over to the Suslonger Forestry, which was a structural part of the “Marybumles” Trust. Personal farms and cattle were allowed to be sold. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR were obliged to find the required number of vans for the deportation of Germans. The conditions for organizing the deportation of these German families are disclosed in other documents. In the end, according to L. Pastelnyak, the Deputy Head of the Anti-Banditry Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Stanislav region (document № 8), the echelon with the Germans was sent from the Dolyna station on December 29, 1946. Unfortunately, we do not know the circumstances of transporting the group of Germans to Suslonger railway station, as well as the circumstances of their stay at the special settlements and the subsequent fate after the liquidation of the special settlement system in the 1950-ies. Thus, the published documents reveal some circumstances of the deportation of one and a half hundred people of German nationality from the territory of Dolyna of Stanislav region to Russia at the end of 1946. Of course, the operation carried out by the Soviet repressive authorities should be called deportation, i.e. “forced eviction from the place of permanent residence of a person, group of persons or people”. Documents are published in the original language (Russian) in compliance with the necessary archaeographic requirements.

Unfortunately, the majority of data analysis focuses on structured and semi-structured data, although unstructured data such as text documents or images account for the largest share of all available enterprise data. One reason for this is that most of this data is not machine-readable and requires dedicated analysis methods, such as natural language processing for analyzing textual documents or object recognition for recognizing objects in images. Especially in the latter case, the analysis methods depend strongly on the application. However, there are also data formats, such as PDF documents, which are not machine-readable and consist of many different document elements such as tables, figures or text sections. Although the analysis of PDF documents is a major challenge, they are used in all enterprises and contain various information that may contribute to analysis use cases. In order to enable their efficient retrievability and analysis, it is necessary to identify the different types of document elements so that we are able to process them with tailor-made approaches. In this paper, we propose a system that forms the basis for structuring unstructured PDF documents, so that the identified document elements can subsequently be retrieved and analyzed with tailor-made approaches. Due to the high diversity of possible document elements and analysis methods, this paper focuses on the automatic identification and extraction of data visualizations, algorithms, other diagram-like objects and tables from a mixed document body. For that, we present two different approaches. The first approach uses methods from the area of deep learning and rule-based image processing whereas the second approach is purely based on deep learning. To train our neural networks, we manually annotated a large corpus of PDF documents with our own annotation tool, of which both are being published together with this paper. The results of our extraction pipeline show that we are able to automatically extract graphical items with a precision of 0.73 and a recall of 0.8. For tables, we reach a precision of 0.78 and a recall of 0.94.

Abstract:
Grain cereals such as wheat, barley, rice, and maize are the nutritional basis of humans and animals worldwide. Thus, these crop plants are essential in terms of global food security. We conducted a bibliometric assessment of scientific documents and patents related to wheat and barley through the Scopus database. The number of documents published per year, their affiliation and corresponding scientific areas, the publishing journals, document types and languages were metricized. The main keywords included in research publications concerning these crops were also analysed globally and clustered in thematic groups. In the case of keywords related to agronomy or genetics and molecular biology, we considered documents dated up to 1999, and from 2000 to 2018, separately. Comparison of the results obtained for wheat and barley revealed some remarkable different trends, for which the underlying reasons are further discussed.

Abstract:
The GGBN Data Standard (https://terms.tdwg.org/wiki/GGBN_Data_Standard) provides a platform based on a documented agreement to promote the efficient sharing and usage of genomic sample material and associated specimen information in a consistent way. It builds upon existing standards commonly used within the community extending them with the capability to exchange data on tissue, environmental and DNA samples as well as sequences. The standard has been recently extended to support environmental DNA and High Throughput Sequencing (HTS) library samples. Both, eDNA and HTS library sample use cases have been published in the GGBN Sandbox (http://sandbox.ggbn.org) and will be presented here. The use case collection is documented in the GGBN wiki (http://wiki.ggbn.org/ggbn/Use_Case_Collection). In addition a general overview of the GGBN Data Portal (http://www.ggbn.org) will be given. Based on ABCD, DwC and the GGBN Data Standard the GGBN Data Portal is the gateway to standardized access of DNA, tissue and environmental samples and their associated specimens. The third core piece of GGBN is the GGBN Document Library (https://library.ggbn.org), today containing more than 300 documents about research, management and legal aspects of biodiversity biobanks. We will provide an overview of covered topics and gaps that the community can help to fill. Finally an outlook of goals and priority tasks for the next two years will be given.

Abstract:
he publication of audiovisual archives asks many questions about the meaning of documents. Publishing a video archive on a Web site, for example, is a re-contextualisation. The loss of cultural references needed to understand a document implies the necessity to recontextualise documents. This means adding elements, such as titles, descriptions and other information. This paper analyzes the case of a video published by Ina on its Web platform Ina.fr and its Blog, the Blognote. The video, dated 1st January 1947, is a report envisioning a future when surveillance cameras would be installed on the streets in Paris. These two instances of publication offer two different views on the editorialization of video archives.

Abstract:
The maldistribution of and lack of access to health professionals continues to be a major issue for policymakers at all levels of government. Additionally, the basis by which Health Human Resource (HHR) policy is determined is unclear. Publications found in independent reports, peer-reviewed journals and most importantly, grey literature, can significantly influence or inform major policy decisions for “hot button” HHR issues (1) . We propose a framework that can be used to classify, rank and evaluate HHR policy/planning documents. Our framework creates six major criteria that are used to evaluate policy documents. These criteria are: 1) literature review, 2) source of primary information, 3) nature of recommendations, 4) implementation strategies, 5) credibility of authors and 6) credibility of publisher. Within each category, a score from zero to three (for criteria 1-4) or zero to two (criteria 5-6) is assigned, depending on the caliber of the document. Summing the scores from each section yields a document’s overall score. The intent of this measure is two-fold. Firstly, we want to create a tool that can be widely utilized by policymakers to help inform their decisions. Secondly, it can be used as a springboard to stimulate discussion and debate around HHR planning and policy formulation. Abstract:
This article is a comprehensive document on the diagnosis and management of fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD), which was commissioned by the working group ‘Hypertension and the Kidney’ of the European Society of Hypertension (ESH) and the Society for Vascular Medicine (SVM). This document updates previous consensus documents/scientific statements on FMD published in 2014 with full harmonization of the position of European and US experts. In addition to practical consensus-based clinical recommendations, including a consensus protocol for catheter-based angiography and percutaneous angioplasty for renal FMD, the document also includes the first analysis of the European/International FMD Registry and provides updated data from the US Registry for FMD. Finally, it provides insights on ongoing research programs and proposes future research directions for understanding this multifaceted arterial disease.
