Full textThe general objective of the thesis is to analyze the perception of teachers regarding their mediating role, in the modality of distance education, in a public educational institution of preschool level in the Pueblo Libre district; while the specific objectives are: (i) Describe the teacher's perception of their role as planner and organizer of activities in the distance education modality, (ii) describe the teacher's perception of their role in monitoring their students in the modality of distance education, (iii) describe the teacher's perception about their role as facilitator and dynamizer of learning in the distance education modality and, (iiii) describe the teacher's perception about their function of evaluation of learning in the education modality a distance. The issue is relevant since the mediator role of the teacher is vital for the learning process of children. A qualitative approach is followed and the focus group is used as a technique. It is concluded that the teachers interviewed identify that their mediating role is directed not only towards their students, but also highlights this role directed at parents, in order for parents to be participants in this teaching and learning process and to be able to accompany and guide their children during this school stage in a different context such as distance education.

Full textThe current water management for irrigation of green areas in the Municipality of Pueblo Libre represents a public health risk, specially, for people who arrives to the recreational areas where poor water quality is used for this purpose. Furthermore, the maintenance of green areas represents a sustainability problem due to scarcity of water availability. This thesis has the aim of proposing alternatives for water management for irrigation of green areas adapted to coastal zones where the Municipality of Pueblo Libre is located. In order to reach this aim, the water management was evaluated from July 2016 until December 2017 applying two methodological tools. The first one, related to qualitative characterization of water using a water quality exploratory analysis. The second one, based on the application of the Ecosystem Approach Methodology by means of a compliance audit of the requirements of this approach. This methodology also allowed the compliance evaluation of the requirements of Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM). The results of the qualitative characterization showed that the water quality used for irrigation of green areas in the Pueblo Libre District represents a risk for public health due to high concentrations of fecal coliforms and Escherichia coli that exceed the ECA Agua - Categoría 3 Peruvian Standard (around fifty-four times the permitted concentration). On the other side, the audit with Ecosystem Approach showed the failures in water management for irrigation of green areas in this urban area, furthermore, the weak implementation of the IWRM in this district. Some alternatives and implemented working groups were showed to improve the water management in urban areas.

Full textThe present investigation has the principal objective to analyze the use of audiovisual resources in the teaching-learning process in a 5-year-old classroom in the context of remote mode education in a public school of Pueblo Libre. The specific objectives are to be able to describe how the teacher uses the audiovisual resources and what is his or her role in dealing with them. The interest to develop this investigation arises from the change of modality from face to face education to distance educative due to the health emergency. The methodological approach for this research is qualitative investigation, being descriptive; likewise, this is a case study. The non-face-to-face education modality has been a significant change to students and has served as an awakening of teachers because technology has taken a very important role at this time and not everyone is trained to use it, especially teachers. In addition, children are more connected to technology because they are using some digital resources that their classroom teachers send to them so they can not lose their most important right, which is the right to have education. It’s concluded that audiovisual technologies and resources are necessary for distance education and, in this way, provide an adequate education to students. Finally, some recommendations for future investigation are provided

Full textThe aim of this research is to analyze the teachers’ perception in relation to storytelling. Storytelling is a tool for developing children’s social skills during their early childhood developmental education. Thorough research was conducted to achieve this. This research was inspired by using a teachers’ experience throughout five years. The teacher gathered ideas on what best suits children during their early childhood development, and how they cope with society. This is argued through theoretical framework, where it states that this social skill should be handed to children in stages. This research is a case study which highlights a teachers’ experience, and thoughts, on the use of storytelling as a device to enhance social skills in the early stages of developmental studies. As a result, teachers have confirmed that children’s social skills are completely developed. This confirms that they have fun and become active in their day to day lives.

Full textThe objective of the research study was to determine the relationship of strategic planning as an improvement tool in the management of the municipal government of La Molina. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was the applied and the descriptive level. The population of the municipality of La Molina was 1,050 workers, including administrative personnel, managers, chiefs, technical personnel, and operating personnel. The sample consisted of 282 workers, to whom the instrument consisting of 20 questions was applied, using the Likert scale with multiple response alternatives. We proceeded to analyze the results, then we tested the hypothesis, using the statistical test known as the SPEARMAN correlation coefficient, because the study variables are qualitative. Finally, it was determined that strategic planning as an improvement tool is significantly related to the management of the municipal government of La Molina.

Full textThe following thesis proposes a choice to improve the service level of two intersections at Pueblo Libre district, through the right analysis of its mesoscopic modeling. The first intersection is Simon Bolivar Avenue with San Martin Avenue and the second one is Simon Bolivar Avenue with Paso de los Andes Avenue. These intersections have a walking distance of 280 meters, approximately. Gauging was done, the saturation level was analyzed in both intersections, the delays were calculated to finally determinate the actual service level. Then, some solutions were analyzed; some of them, the traffic lights cycles were evaluated to improve the service level and somehow make the traffic goes faster at rush hours.

Full textThe main objective of this study is to analyze the main factor that influence the teacher´s attitude towards the inclusive education process of students with learning disabilities in primary regular classrooms of a public school in the district of Pueblo Libre. This study presents a qualitative and phenomenological approach, in order to study the influence of each factor according to the experiences of teachers, parents and directors. The development of this research is considered relevant, as the issue of inclusive education has become more important in recent decades due to a number of factors, including the increase in students with learning disabilities and new education policies related to educational inclusion. In addition, investigations realized in different countries indicate the frequent failure of teachers to include students with disabilities in learning in regular primary-level classrooms. On the other hand, few sources demonstrate studies in Latin America on educational inclusion of the group of students mentioned. That is why it is considered relevant to investigate around those factors that influence the teaching attitude when a student with a disability is included in learning in a regular classroom. The main results obtained in the research show the direct influence by certain factors in different proportions. It is therefore concluded that the main factors considered most influential are teacher education, resources and working with the families of students with learning disabilities.

Full textThis thesis is research of qualitative and exploratory-level approach as descriptive that adapts to the case study methodology of case studies, its general objective is to describe the conceptions and practices of a pre-school teacher on emotional intelligence. The following research is of great importance, because with this information it is desired to show a little researched content such as the subject of the conceptions and practices that a teacher of the initial level has about emotional intelligence, in this way greater attention is expected on the subject so that said content in early childhood school is relevant. Based on the results obtained, it can be noted that the teacher shows someconceptual knowledge proposed in the research on the subject of emotional intelligence, which is not applied in her classroom during continuous practice with her students. On the other hand, it can be described that there are moments in which the teacher during her continuous practice in the classroom applies some concepts aboutemotional intelligence, which she does not know in theory. Likewise, it is considered necessary, as necessary, to continue with furtherstudies in relation to this topic so that future findings contribute new strategies in teaching and accompanying children, in such a way that the development of emotional intelligence is also prioritized within formal learning spaces, such as the initialeducation classroom.

Full textThe objective of this Teaching Professional Proficiency Report is to demonstrate the acquisition of the 10 teaching competences proposed by the Faculty of Education of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru according to their progress profile in primary education and, in addition, measure the level of achievement obtained by myself in differents skills in these 5 years of academic training. In this sense, this document is characterized by being the result of a reflective practice that considers the experiences of the training received in faculty and the preprofessional practice carried out in the first and third grade of primary school in a public school in the district of Pueblo Libre. Likewise, the document shows the mobilization of diverse competences in the reflections that arise from a teaching experience carried out specifically in the third grade of said institution. To conclude, just note that the reading of the report is complemented by the virtual portfolio, which will be the tool that contains the evidence of the achievement of the performance of the previously determined competencies.

Full textIn this paper, we will analyze the relationship between pricing strategies and the image of the market in the mobile operators, in young people aged 18 to 30 in the districts of Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, San Miguel, Cercado de Lima and Rimac. For the development of this research, the pricing strategies carried out by the main mobile operators operating in Peru were taken into account: Movistar, Claro, Entel and Bitel. What is sought is to know the relevance of the different pricing strategies that operators are carrying out to remain competitive, in the generation of users' brand image. To do this, qualitative tools have been used, with interviews with experts and users of the target audience to know their thoughts and beliefs in an optimal way.

Full textThis research is descriptive with a mixed approach and method is a case study. It is based on dyslexia, a learning difficulty not studied in our country, which limit to develop the reading and writing skills that are essential for people. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the perceptions of teachers about dyslexia and learning difficulty reading that must be addressed in primary education. This general objective is accompanied by two specific objectives, which are: to analyze knowledge about dyslexia who manage teachers of a Educational Institution public and describe the perceptions of third ciclo teachers of primary on dyslexia and learning difficulties of reading. This research showed that teachers in state educational institution handle basic understanding of dyslexia, such knowledge was obtained through experience, although no evidence deepening more on the subject for future similar situations. The main conclusion is that most teachers consider dyslexia as a problem that will affect the continuity of their class sessions rather than considering it as an opportunity in which all students in the classroom may benefit by putting greater emphasis on teaching reading and writing.

Full textThis report responds to a professional sufficiency job to obtain a degree in Elemen tary education. The main objective of this is to reflect critically and permanently on the development of the skills achieved throughout the teacher training, as well as preprofessional performance in a classroom context, all based on the competencies and performances proposed in the graduate profile of the Faculty of Education of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. In this sense, a detailed analysis is carried out based on some significant experiences that support the achievement of these competencies, accompanied by theoretical support. These experiences are documented in the portfolio, as evidence of competencies, since this is a tool for self-evaluation and systematization of teaching practice. According to Lamas and Vargas (2016), the portfolio is a formative and evaluation tool, which encourages continuous reflection and the joint construction of knowledge and metacognitive skills. For the development of this document, relevant aspects have been considered such as: the educational context in which pre-vocational practice takes place, a frame of reference for aspects related to education, a critical reflection on the professional competencies achieved and in the process of being achieved, as well as an overall assessment of the strengths and opportunities for improvement in the skills analyzed and developed in the work experience classroom.

Full textThe present project is a mixed building under the concept “in between” (intermediate spaces), the main typology of which is a university residence, complementary to which arise complementary uses such as commerce, co-working offices and multipurpose rooms. It is strategically located in the Pueblo Libre district, close to the necessary and complementary equipment for these typologies. With the elaboration of this project, the aim is to cover 3.05% of the current demand from students from the province or from abroad, who due to a lack of buildings like this, have the need to stay in environments that are not architecturally suitable for their needs. The objective of the university residence is to accommodate the students and provide them with leisure and rest spaces whose architectural quality allows the students to function personally, academically, socially and culturally. On the other hand, it is necessary to mention that co-working offices, shops and multipurpose rooms are complementary spaces to this residence, which are included in the project in order to make it more attractive to investors and, therefore, hence, more profitable.

Full textDetermina la percepción de la calidad de vida del adulto mayor en relación a la salud bucal. Se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 120 participantes del programa del Adulto Mayor de la Municipalidad de Pueblo Libre, Lima, Perú. 2010, con edades de 60 o más. La evaluación de la autopercepción de salud oral se realizó mediante el Índice de Salud Oral Geriátrico (GOHAI) en la versión en español de Kathryn Atchinson. Encuentra que la mayor parte de la muestra presentó una autopercepción de su salud oral mala (61,7%), seguida por moderada (25,8%). Solo el 12,5% presentó una autopercepción buena, en la cual no requerían atención odontológica. No se encontró relación significativa entre la autopercepción de salud oral y el sexo (P:0,318), nivel educativo (P:0,187), edad (P:0,567) o estado civil (P:0.304). Concluye que la mayor parte de la muestra presentó una autopercepción de su salud oral “mala”; no se encontró relación entre la autopercepción de salud oral y el sexo, edad, nivel educativo o estado civil.

Full textThe present thesis, entitled teaching strategies to foster the development of communicative competencies in five-year-old children in a public educational institution in the district of Pueblo Libre, is an investigation carried out within the framework of the qualitative and descriptive level approach, which responds to the methodology of a single case study and has the general objective of analyzing the teaching strategies used to promote the development of communicative competencies in five-year-old children. This research explains what communicative competence is, how it is developed in the child; it also compiles different teaching strategies to promote its improvement. In addition, a checklist was used, which was applied to the children in two moments before and after making observations of the strategies used by the classroom teacher, which were compiled in a field notebook. In making the observations, she focused on the scheduled sessions in the area of communication and some other activities such as workshops and permanent activities. Based on the results obtained in this research, it was identified that a five-year-old child should have different significant experiences that enhance the development of communication skills, which are raised by the teachers of the initial level through various strategies such as reading aloud, open questions, differentiation between letters and numbers, performing pincer function when holding a pencil, among others. Therefore, it is considered that the use of teaching strategies throughout the school year significantly favours the development of communicative skills, since during the observations made during the one-month period, progress with a positive trend was visualised in each child.

Full textThis research had as the main objective identified whether the program EDEN influences the narrative, syntactic and semantic oral language skills in girls 5 years old. A quasi-experimental design was used to study the sample consisting of 38 students who participated in the study, we apply measure instruments such as narrative assessment (EDNA) to analyze the production and comprehension of narrations. Test of pre-reading skills (THP) for syntactic and semantic oral language skills. The procedure and data analysis considered the program's effectiveness. In conclusion the program shows that stimulation of narrative significantly influences the syntactic skills (p=000) and semantic skills (p=000) of oral language.

Full textThe research responds to the analysis of educational documents such as audiovisual stories and worksheets used in the “Leemos Juntos” segment of the “Aprendo en Casa” strategy in a state-run school in Pueblo Libre district during the 2020 school year, where the characteristics of audiovisual stories used by first-grade students as an asynchronous resource and their relationship with the levels of literal, inferential and critical reading comprehension are analyzed. The study corresponds to a qualitative, descriptive-level approach and its method is documentary research. It works with two categories, the first related to the characteristics of audiovisual stories, and the second to the levels of reading comprehension. The information was collected using the documentary analysis technique and individual and comparative analysis matrices were used as instruments. The analysis and interpretation of the results is consolidated in a synthesis matrix and statistical graphics. Finally, it was concluded that audiovisual stories as asynchronous resources used as didactic material in first grade students have characteristics significantly related to reading comprehension levels and that they also share common criteria such as: Characterize names of characters , Delimit a scenario, Describe actions of characters, Describe experiences of the reader, Address a theme associated with previous knowledge and new words, Reading images that infer implicit information; and Situations that argue the position and intention of the author.

Full textThis thesis is an empirical investigation that aims to analyze the didactic strategies that teachers use during local festivities in order to promote the construction of a cultural identity in the children of an E.I cycle II of the elementary level of Pueblo Libre district.This is a qualitative and descriptive level investigation that conforms to the case study methodology. The sample consisted of two teachers, from the classroom of three and four years. The technique used was the interview and the observation of five local festivities. The study was aimed at identifying the teaching strategies used by teachers in the development of local festivities. As well as identifying the teaching conceptions of local festivities in the promotion of cultural identity.Regarding the results, it is evident that the most used strategies are to activate knowledge, that is, previous knowledge, on the contrary, the strategy that is least used in the final strategy, which is aimed at developing a dialogue and organizing and internalizing The information obtained. In addition, the plastic arts, in these different languages of art, dance, dramatization, painting, among others are used.
