Abstract:
Abstract The decreasing number of the Lithuanian residents has strong impact on the educational system: the number of pupils is decreasing, the schools are getting closed. School is considered to be the provider of educational services, so it is necessary to search, how to preserve and attract clients – pupils. The growing competition induces search for distinctiveness among the schools. According to the theory of generations of William Strauss and Neil Howe, now we have to educate representatives of generation Z, who do not like violence, restrictions, want to be distinctive and are open to the world of technologies. The teacher faces the challenge when s/he wants to convey mathematical skills to these pupils. The profile teaching followed by training based on individual curricula provided more choices for the pupils. This freedom led to the dead-end of mathematical literacy and forced to return to a compulsory national final exam of Mathematics and to change the indexes for the persons entering studies of the first cycle and integrated studies. In the article, mathematics achievements and situation in schools in Lithuania as well as the measures taken to improve mathematical literacy in the country are described.

Abstract:
Nowadays the inclusive practices allow all pupils to attend the school they would attend if they did not have a disability, and no pupil can be deprived of placement, because of a disability unless they are a danger to themselves or other students. Pupils with special educational needs are included in the school population and served in the general education classes alongside students without disabilities. Unlike traditional education practices, inclusive education strives to provide intervention, remediation, and support within the general education classroom. Inclusive education is based on the principle according to which education should be delivered at different levels using multiple methods to meet the needs of all pupils. Anyway, some authors discuss the risk of inclusion, which only involves moving special education practices into the mainstream classes. From this perspective, inclusion comes to mean nothing more than integrating children with special educational needs into regular classrooms and the process of ordinary teaching leaves unchanged. Based on this it is very important to investigate and analyze "the inclusive education" provided in the schools from the teachers' points of view in order to find out the real picture about the inclusiveness from a very broad perspective.
From this perspective, the review of Finish policies and practices shows that inclusion itself and by its nature is the favored approach to education for pupils with special educational needs, whenever possible.

Abstract:
The development of ITC has enabled more diverse approaches to teaching. The internet has become an important source for the pupils as well as the teachers. There are computers and projectors in the classrooms, the teachers and the pupils can access the information and many useful programmes free of charge through the internet. Power Point presentations have slowly been losing its appeal mainly because of being too static. The pupils nowadays are motivated by dynamic, information- packed and interesting lessons. This is achieved by using computer presentations where the pupils participate actively. The programme that is being used in such lessons is going to be presented in this article. This programme enables the formation of multimedia and interesting elements. Keywords: Prezitool, presentation, motivation, geography teaching, primary school

Abstract:
This paper presents the findings of a study investigating School-Age Educare (SAE) teachers’ conceptions of care and care practices and how these conceptions of care and actual practices relate to pupils’ needs. The study is based on observations and interviews with two experienced SAE teachers and one young teacher in a Swedish SAE centre, working with pupils between 9–11 years old. The study was undertaken between March 2018 and April 2019, and provides insight into different forms of care and caring practices. The study also shows that pupils nowadays, according to the teachers, have needs that were previously met by their families. The teachers’ conceptions of the importance of a well-functioning group and pupils’ needs to be able to share their feelings, dreams and worries and to value each other’s differences were also salient findings of the study.

Abstract:
Nowadays are increasingly encountered children diagnosed with autism, but there are still serious problems of inclusion of these children in the comprehensive general education system. This is due to various factors. The author of this study many years is working in the schools of special education in Rome, so in the year 2010 started research on inclusion of pupils with autism into the Italian schools. The idea is to transmit the author's knowledge and experience further in Latvia, where inclusion of such pupils into general education schools is still at an early stage because of a lack of both human resources and financial resources, as well in regard of experience and clear understanding about organization and management of this inclusion process. Here in this article is described the purpose of the study to explore the experience of people linked with the special pedagogy in Italy, attitudes, thoughts on the inclusion process quality of pupils with autism in schools, obstacles and solutions needed by methodological instructions. It will complement the already existing knowledge and give the opportunity to learn from the gained experience. The study is built on research activities and there are used both theoretical and empirical methods, such as scientific literature research, analysis and interview with 4 individuals who are in close contact with the pupils with autism. The qualitative data resulting from interview are processed with the software AQUAD Six. The results obtained from the interview indicate that there are serious difficulties of inclusion of the pupil x with autism in the school because the teachers and support staff are not professionally prepared for it.

We chose this theme important nowadays because we want to interfere with the development of specific programmes pupils aged between 12 and 13 years to have a posture correct biomechanical point of view. Scientific article is made on a sample of 20 subjects, and the kinetoprophylaxy program includes 3 stages of 12 means for all the muscles of the back. The period during which the program has been conducted January-April 2019, two weekly sessions of 50 minutes. We believe the school is kinetic prophylaxies cifosis indispensable, even more students tend to sit leaning because of vicious positions from the bench and the engineer that is weighted with fractious, following a physical therapist should be present in any school to prevent physical deficiencies.Angle cifosis appears in conditions that destroying one or more vertebral bodies leading to a consolidation.„Arched” cifosis appears in the conditions affecting the spine on a larger expanse.

Abstract:
In this article the results of a large-scale investigation into the level of language proficiency are presented. The central question is whether there can be identified developments in first and second language proficiency of Turkish and Moroccan pupils. As a point of reference for the second language level of both non-indigenous groups the language level of their indigenous classmates is used. The sample consists of 120 schools and 368 Turkish, 254 Moroccan and 1582 Dutch pupils in the last year of primary education. The main results are: (1) the proficiency of Turkish is fairly good, while the proficiency of Arabic is extremely low; (2) there are large differences in the influence of moment of entrance in Dutch primary education between Turkish and Moroccan pupils with regard to their first and second language level; (3) because nowadays most non-indigenous children enter Dutch education in the first grade it must be expected that the level of (especially written) Arabic will go down further soon, this notwithstanding the fact that most Moroccan pupils attend some hours of Arabic language teaching every week; (4) compared with their indigenous classmates the Dutch language proficiency of Turkish and Moroccan pupils is very low, even after controlling for moment of entrance and socio-economic milieu.

Abstract:
Nowadays, virtual tests of optical systems with holographic elements are being used more and more. Despite the fact that holographic optical elements have existed for decades and most programs for designing optical systems include ray tracing modules in optical systems containing holographic elements, the synthesis of realistic images formed by these systems is absent in most of these programs. The paper presents the results of a study of the possibility of implementing an effective and physically accurate stochastic ray tracing through hologram optical elements. The theoretical foundations of the light propagation through hologram optical elements are considered and a detailed ray tracing algorithm for its implementation in forward, backward and bidirectional stochastic ray tracing methods are presented. The results of modeling the propagation of rays and the synthesis of a realistic image formed by a two-hologram augmented reality system are presented. Also, we conducted a study of the influence of the observer's eye pupil position on the quality of the formed image.
