In patients suffering from various variants of purulent-inflammatory diseases (GVZ), changes in the parameters of the immuno-metabolic spectrum are formed, which have diagnostic significance and require the appointment of certain therapy regimens. Basic treatment of diseases causes unstable positive dynamics of these indicators, which requires correction by additional prescription of the metabolite Mexidol to patients. Statistical processing of primary data indicates that laboratory spectrum indicators have correlations with immunological and metabolic indicators. This serves as confirmation o

The high prevalence of purulent-inflammatory diseases and postoperative purulent complications, along with the transition of acute purulent-inflammatory processes to chronic forms, leads to prolonged inpatient treatment and significant economic losses associated with patient rehabilitation and recovery of working capacity. These factors clearly highlight that the issue of purulent infections in surgery remains unresolved, making the treatment of patients with purulent-inflammatory processes one of the most pressing challenges in modern clinical surgery. The issues of treatment of purulent inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region (PMMA) are quite urgent, due to increasing number of such patients. Their clinical course is getting worse, and the efficiency of antibiotic therapy is decreasing. Clinical outcomes of purulent maxillofacial pathology in children are complicated by potential severe local deformities at the growth areas of the jaw bones which are difficult to eliminate. The number of cases of prolonged and chronic inflammatory processes, development of local and general complications is increased. The reason for these complica
