Abstract:
The article introduces the design scheme of a motion control card on PXI bus. A detailed description of PCI interface module, FPGA module, DSP module, serial transceiver module and analog acquisition module is also given in this paper. Tests of data transfer rate between host and motion control card are adopted, the results suggest that the PXI local bus can get a high-rate communication. The motion control card is applied to control the two-dimensional turntable of an optoelectronic imaging and tracking system. The experiments indicate that the motion control card based on PXI can meet the requirements of real-time control. The performance of control is also acceptable.

Abstract Abstract 382 Background: Platelets are critical for maintaining hemostasis, but inappropriate platelet activation can lead to pathogenic thrombosis. Integrin aIIbb3, the most abundant protein on the platelet surface, is a key molecule for platelet aggregation and thrombus formation. The PSI domain of b3 integrin is highly conserved among different species but the function of the PSI domain in the integrin family has not been well defined and the role of this domain in hemostasis and thrombosis is poorly understood. It has been reported that b3 integrin possess PDI activity, which may play a role in integrin activation and platelet aggregation. However, whether the PSI domain of b3 integrin has PDI function is currently unknown. Methods: We generated recombinant protein of PSI domain of mouse b3 integrin. Mouse anti-mouse PSI domain mAbs were generated utilising b3 gene deficient mice (b3−/−) immunized with the recombinant protein. Antibody specificity was determined by flow cytometry and western blot. PDI activity assay of mouse PSI domain and native human b3 integrin was performed using reduced and denatured RNase (rdRNase). The effects of the mAbs on platelet function were measured in vitro using aggregometry and in vivo using intravital microscopy thrombosis model. Results: Analysis of the PSI domain of b3 integrin reveals that it contains two CXXC amino acid sequences (the active site motif of PDI), which are highly conserved in different species. Refolding of rdRNase assay showed that the PSI recombinant protein has endogenous PDI activity. Bacitracin, a well-known PDI inhibitor, inhibited PSI domain PDI function in a dose dependent manner. Four anti-PSI domain monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) were generated and showed different inhibitory effects on PDI function of the recombinant PSI domain and purified human platelet b3 integrin. In vitro and ex-vivo studies showed that anti-PSI antibodies inhibited mouse and human platelet aggregation. Using intravital microscopy we demonstrated that anti-PSI mAbs inhibited mouse platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in laser injury thrombosis model. Conclusions: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time in which it has been demonstrated that the PSI domain of b3 integrin has endogenous PDI activity, which may play important roles in cell biology of platelets and other cells. Our data suggest that the PSI domain of b3 may be a new target in controlling platelet function and our mAbs may have potential in anti-thrombotic therapy. Due to the uncertainty and variability of various factors affecting the pavement performance, the change in pavement performance cannot be completely determined. In addition, this uncertainty is not accurately reflected by the pavement performance prediction model. In particular, the gray GM (1, 1) model is very suitable due to it is ability to better predict the existing situation of a domestic asphalt pavement along with the actual performance of a road surface of the “small sample, poor information” gray system. In this regard, the gray GM (1, 1) model is being increasingly used to forecast the performance of an asphalt pavement. When a gray GM (1, 1) model is used to predict the performance of an asphalt pavement, the condition number of the GM (1, 1) model matrix is too large, which, in turn, leads to the deviation of calculation and even wrong results in some cases. This study analyzed the reason for a large condition number of the GM (1, 1) model matrix. Combined with the numerical characteristics of the pavement condition index (PCI) and pavement quality index (PQI), this study focused on the annual, monthly, and daily attenuations of PCI and PQI to the condition number of the GM (1, 1) model matrix. Accordingly, we propose a method to forecast the performance of an asphalt pavement using the monthly attenuation of PCI and PQI. The PCI and PQI in Hunan Province in recent years have been predicted, and the findings reveal that the prediction GM (1, 1) model for the monthly attenuation of PCI and PQI not only effectively lowered the condition number of the matrix but also ensured that the relative error was small.

The overall objective of this study is to assess the inter-relationships between CPI, PPI and PMI as predicting variables. This study is quantitative in nature and employed an ARDL econometric model, error correction model (ECM) and Granger causality approaches to establish long and short-run relationships. Abstract:
Risk models developed on one dataset are often applied to new data and, in such cases, it is prudent to check that the model is suitable for the new data. An important application is in the banking industry, where statistical models are applied to loans to determine provisions and capital requirements. These models are developed on historical data, and regulations require their monitoring to ensure they remain valid on current portfolios—often years since the models were developed. The Population Stability Index (PSI) is an industry standard to measure whether the distribution of the current data has shifted significantly from the distribution of data used to develop the model. This paper explores several disadvantages of the PSI and proposes the Prediction Accuracy Index (PAI) as an alternative. The superior properties and interpretation of the PAI are discussed and it is concluded that the PAI can more accurately summarise the level of population stability, helping risk analysts and managers determine whether the model remains fit-for-purpose.

BackgroundPrevious studies have revealed that plasma levels of free fatty acids (FFAs) are related to cardiovascular risk. However, whether FFAs could predict periprocedural myocardial injury (PMI) following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with stable coronary artery disease (CAD) remains unclear.PurposeThis study aimed to investigate the relationship of FFAs to PMI in untreated patients with CAD who underwent PCI.MethodsA total of 374 consecutive patients with CAD without lipid-lowering treatment on admission and with normal preprocedural cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels who underwent PCI were prospectively enrolled. The baseline characteristics were collected and PMI was evaluated by cTnI analysis within 24 hours. The relation of preprocedural FFA levels to peak cTnI values after PCI was examined.ResultsPreprocedural FFAs were positively correlated with peak cTnI values after PCI in both simple regression model (β=0.119, p=0.021) and multiple regression model (β=0.198, p=0.001). Patients with higher FFA levels had higher postprocedural cTnI levels compared with those with normal FFA levels (0.27±0.68 ng/mL vs 0.66±0.31 ng/mL, p=0.014). In the multivariable model, preprocedural FFA levels were associated with an increased risk of postprocedural cTnI elevation above 1× upper limit of normal (ULN, OR: 1.185, 95% CI 0.997 to 1.223, p=0.019) up to 10× ULN (OR: 1.132, 95% CI 1.005 to 1.192, p=0.003) .ConclusionsThe present study first suggested that elevated FFA levels were associated with an increased risk of PMI in untreated patients with CAD. Further study with large sample size may be needed to confirm our findings.

The Proteomics Standards Initiative (PSI) aims to define community standards for data representation in proteomics and to facilitate data comparison, exchange and verification. Initially the fields of protein–protein interactions (PPI) and mass spectroscopy have been targeted and the inaugural meeting of the PSI addressed the questions of data storage and exchange in both of these areas. The PPI group rapidly reached consensus as to the minimum requirements for a data exchange model; an XML draft is now being produced. The mass spectroscopy group have achieved major advances in the definition of a required data model and working groups are currently taking these discussions further. A further meeting is planned in January 2003 to advance both these projects.

In this paper we investigate the structural properties of a conditional dynamic consequence relation $\models _{\rm{\Gamma }}^d$ extending van Benthem’s proposal. It takes into account a set of background conditions Γ, inspired by Makinson (2003) wherein Makinson calls this reasoning ‘modulo’ a set Γ. In the presence of common knowledge, conditional dynamic consequence is definable from (unconditional) dynamic consequence. An open question is whether dynamic consequence is compact. We further investigate a dynamic consequence relation for soft instead of hard announcements. Surprisingly, it shares many properties with (hard) dynamic consequence. Dynamic consequence relations provide a novel perspective on reasoning about protocols in multi-agent systems.

Abstract:
V raziskavi smo primerjali vrednosti dinamičnega in statičnega modula elastičnosti 7- in 11-slojne vezane plošče z različnimi kombinacijami usmeritve tkiva posameznih slojev furnirjev. Dinamični modul smo določili iz lastnih frekvenc prvega in drugega nihajnega načina nihanja, kjer smo uporabili Bernoulli-Eulerjevo enačbo, statični modul pa s 4-točkovnim upogibnim testom. Rezultati so pokazali, da ima vezana plošča največji modul elastičnosti pri usmeritvi tkiva zunanjega sloja 0°, nato pa z naraščanjem kota modul pada. Dinamični modul je od statičnega v povprečju za 12 % večji pri 7-slojnih ploščah in za 14 % pri 11-slojnih ploščah. Dinamični modul, določen iz druge lastne frekvence, je v primerih, kjer ni vpliva striga, enak modulu iz prve lastne frekvence, ko pa se pojavi vpliv striga, se modul zniža. Iz omenjene raziskave lahko potrdimo, da sta tako statični kot tudi dinamični način določanja modula elastičnosti vzorcev vezane plošče ustrezna, vendar pa je treba pri dinamičnem načinu preveriti vpliv striga.

Abstract:
The urgency of the study is determined by the lack of data necessary in order to assess the safety of prolonged use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in patients with IHD combined with anti-aggregant therapy. The aim of the study was to study the relationship between the use of PPI and the risk of thrombotic complications in patients undergoing planned procedures of percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and receiving dual antiplatelet therapy. Materials and methods. The study is a prospective register of patients who successfully underwent planned percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The effect of PPI (omeprazole and pantoprazole) on the frequency of the combined end point cardiovascular death, ACS, AI, TIA, peripheral arterial thrombosis and PE was assessed using the Log-Rank criterion, as well as in a multivariate analysis (Cox proportional risk regression model). Results. A total of 391 patients were included in the study (23.1% women, mean age 61.2 [Symbol] 10.4 years). The median duration of follow-up was 18 months. During this period of time, 34 adverse events were recorded. Log-Rank analysis showed that the proportion of patients without adverse events in the omeprazole group was significantly lower in comparison with patients who did not receive PPI (0.56 vs. 0.84, Log-Rank p=0.003), and for pantoprazole no such pattern was found (0.89 against 0.84, Log-Rank p=0.21). The average level of residual platelet reactivity (ORT), as well as the number of patients with high ORT (> 208 PRU), did not differ significantly between the groups of omeprazole, pantoprazole and the group of patients not receiving PPI. According to multivariate analysis, omeprazole was an independent predictor of thrombotic complications after a planned PCI (OR 3.75, 95% confidence interval 1.72-8.17, p=-0.0009). Conclusion. Long-term use of omeprazole (at least 30 days) is an independent predictor of thrombotic complications in patients who underwent planned PCI.

Abstract:
The study reported in this article compared two different inductive instructional methods implemented in a Business English writing training, including paper-based instruction (PPI) and product-based instruction (PDI). It assessed the effectiveness and examined practical issues of the implementation of each method. A total of 46 Thai students majoring Business English program in a Thai university took part in this study. The students were randomly divided into two groups and put into either PPI or PDI training module. Data were collected from direct observations, focused-group discussions, and students’ writing scores. Qualitative data from the focused-group discussions and observation field notes were analyzed thematically using the grounded theory while students’ writing scores were cross-examined. Results of the study indicate that the fundamental dichotomies between both approaches include the tangibility, authenticity and contextuality. Students’ difficulties in formulating grammar and rules in writing on their own, and students’ perception of learning as a burden were found as the challenges occurred in both modules. The findings also indicate that both PPI and PDI modules trigger the dynamics and positive atmosphere; however, PDI resulted in more vigorous dynamics as student movements and interactions were relatively higher. Finally The findings of this study are beneficial instructors who are seeking innovative instructional methodology to improve their teaching of business English writing. Based on the findings of this study, PDI will enable instructors to create chances for students to learn in authentic professional environments, contexts and culture that are casted in the real-life business situations.

We have developed a digital signal processing module for real time processing of time-division multiplexed data from SQUID-coupled transition-edge sensor microcalorimeter arrays. It is a 3U PXI card consisting of a standardized core processor board and a daughter board. Through fiber-optic links on its front panel, the daughter board receives time-division multiplexed data (comprising error and feedback signals) and clocks from the digital-feedback cards developed at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. After mixing the error signal with the feedback signal in a field-programmable gate array, the daughter board transmits demultiplexed data to the core processor. Real-time processing in the field-programmable gate array of the core processor board includes pulse detection, pileup inspection, pulse height computation, and histogramming into on-board spectrum memory. Data from up to 128 microcalorimeter pixels can be processed by a single module in real time. Energy spectra, waveform, and run statistics data can be read out in real time through the PCI bus by a host computer at a maximum rate of ~100 MB/s. The module's hardware architecture, mechanism for synchronizing with NIST's digital-feedback, and count rate capability are presented.

Abstract INTRODUCTION The contribution of different intracranial structures on neurocognitive decline after radiation therapy (RT) in children is unclear. METHODS This was a retrospective study of children with brain tumours treated from 2005 to 2017. Patients with longitudinal neurocognitive assessments and photon dosimetric data (if RT given) were included. Full scale intelligence quotient (FSIQ) was the primary endpoint; sub-indices of neurocognition were modelled separately (perceptual reasoning [PRI], processing speed [PSI], verbal comprehension [VCI] and working memory [WMI]). Multivariable linear mixed effects models were used to model endpoints, with age at diagnosis & dose to different brain regions as fixed effects and patient-specific random intercepts. RESULTS Sixty-nine patients were included; ten patients did not receive any RT (i.e. low-grade glioma). Median neurocognitive follow-up was 3.2 years. Right hippocampus mean dose was a strong predictor of declines in FSIQ (p < .001), VCI (p = 0.002) and PRI (p = 0.049). Dose to 50% of the supratentorial brain (D50) was the strongest predictor for WMI (p < .001) and PSI (p < .001). Each gray increase in mean right hippocampus dose resulted in a decrease of 0.038 FSIQ points/year. After adjusting for dose to brain substructures, younger age & presence of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt were also associated with decreased FSIQ. CONCLUSIONS Mean dose to the right hippocampus was associated with declines in FSIQ, VCI and PRI, while supratentorial brain D50 was associated with WMI and PSI. Efforts should be made to reduce unnecessary dose to these brain structures.

The Proteomics Standards Initiative (PSI) aims to define community standards for data representation in proteomics and to facilitate data comparison, exchange and verification. Rapid progress has been made in the development of common standards for data exchange in the fields of both mass spectrometry and protein–protein interactions since the first PSI meeting [1]. Both hardware and software manufacturers have agreed to work to ensure that a proteomics-specific extension is created for the emerging ASTM mass spectrometry standard and the data model for a proteomics experiment has advanced significantly. The Protein–Protein Interactions (PPI) group expects to publish the Level 1 PSI data exchange format for protein–protein interactions by early summer this year, and discussion as to the additional content of Level 2 has been initiated.

In this work, an automatic measuring platform was designed and implemented for characterizing underwater acoustic transducers. The overall hardware setup includes a PXI (PCI Extensions for Instrumentation)-based data acquisition system, computer-based controller module, motion controller module, and LabVIEW-based automatic calibration program. The system performs a sequence of operations automatically and achieves synchronous control of transmission and acquisition of real-time acoustic signals as well as processing, recording, and report generation. This measurement platform can be utilized for characterizing any type of acoustic transducer for its receiving sensitivity, transmitting response, and directivity measurement as per IEC60565 standard. The measurement results for RESON TC4034 and RESON TC 2080 transducers are presented and the results show that the system is able to carry out accurate calibration and characterization of any underwater acoustic transducer. Sources of uncertainty for calibration are also presented with the confidence level of approximately 95%.

ABSTRACTBackground: The International Wellbeing Index is a measure of general quality of life formed by two scales: the Personal Wellbeing Index (PWI) and the National Wellbeing Index (NWI). This paper studies the psychometric properties of the PWI and NWI, using Rasch analysis and classic psychometric methods.Methods: The PWI and NWI were applied to a representative sample of 1106 community-dwelling adults, aged 60 years and over, residing in Spain. Mean ± standard deviation age was 72.07 ± 7.83 years and 56.3% were women.Results: Five PWI items (achieving in life, relationships, safety, community connectedness, and future security), and five NWI items (economic situation, state of environment, social conditions, business, and national security of the country) fitted the Rasch model. After adjusting the response scale format, satisfactory fit was obtained, with good reliability (person separation index of 0.91 for both the PSI and NWI), local independency of items, and strict unidimensionality. The measures showed adequate external construct validity with related measures.Conclusions: The PWI and the NWI, with fewer items and simpler response scale formats, provided valid and reliable linear measures in older adults, according to Rasch and classic psychometric analyses.

The ab initio conformational energy minima of the model tripeptide N-formyl-L-alanyl-L-alanine amide (ALA-ALA) were determined by ab initio RHF/4-21G and RHF/6-31G* gradient geometry refinement. For the current investigation, 11 664 RHF/4-21G structures were optimized, representing grid points in the four-dimensional (phi1, psi1, phi2, psi2) conformational space, which were constructed in 40° increments along the outer torsions phi1 and psi2 and in 30° increments along the inner torsions psi1 and phi2 of ALA-ALA. Two new energy minima, previously not reported, are described. The positions of the RHF/6-31G* energy minima in phi,psi-space can differ significantly from the corresponding RHF/4-21G locations, and both sets are not clustered in the centers but on the fringes of the most populated regions of phi, psi-space in protein crystal structures. Thus, the torsion angles of the ab initio energy minima are not those of the typical substructures of proteins: the most stable helices are not alphaR, and the torsion angles of the most stable bend forms are not those most frequently encountered in protein bends. Limitations of the dipeptide approximation are explored, illustrating how the conformational energies of an amino acid residue depend on the state of its neighbor.Key words: alanyl alanine amide, dipeptide approximation, model tripeptide, peptide models, structure of peptides.

This paper presents a PXI-based biomedical electrical impedance tomography (BEIT) system and interprets how to build up a practical BEIT system quickly. The hardware platform of the system is composed of signal source module, switch module, signal conditioner module and PXI-6251 data acquisition card supplied by National Instruments (NI), which simplify the system structure as well as improving the stability and accuracy of the system. Different from the traditional BEIT systems, the electrodes selection, the switch pattern, the programmable gain amplifier (PGA) gain selection are realized by code programming in LabVIEW instead of electrical components design. The composition of the proposed system and the specialized software package developed in LabVIEW are introduced in detail in the paper, and experiments are undertaken to verify the feasibility of the system. The imaging results verify that the PXI-based BEIT system has prominent performance in flexibility, reliability and scalability.

ABSTRACT The K15 capsule determinant of uropathogenic Escherichia coli strain 536 (O6:K15:H31) is part of a novel 79.6-kb pathogenicity island (PAI) designated PAI V536 that is absent from the genome of nonpathogenic E. coli K-12 strain MG1655. PAI V536 shows typical characteristics of a composite PAI that is associated with the pheV tRNA gene and contains the pix fimbriae determinant as well as genes coding for a putative phosphoglycerate transport system, an autotransporter protein, and hypothetical open reading frames. A gene cluster coding for a putative general secretion pathway system, together with a kps K15 determinant, is localized downstream of a truncated pheV gene (′pheV) also present in this chromosomal region. The distribution of genes present on PAI V536 was studied by PCR in different pathogenic and nonpathogenic E. coli isolates of various sources. Analysis of the 20-kb kps locus revealed a so far unknown genetic organization. Generally, the kps K15 gene cluster resembles that of group 2 and 3 capsules, where two conserved regions (regions 1 and 3) are located up- or downstream of a highly variable serotype-specific region (region 2). Interestingly, recombination of a group 2 and 3 determinant may have been involved in the evolution of the K15 capsule-encoding gene cluster. Expression of the K15 capsule is important for virulence in a murine model of ascending urinary tract infection but not for serum resistance of E. coli strain 536.

Modular multilevel converters (MMCs), with their inherent features and advantages over other conventional converters, have gained popularity and remain an ongoing topic of research. Many scholars have solved issues related to the operation, control, protection, and reliability of MMCs using simulation software and small hardware prototypes. We propose a novel approach for an MMC controller design with real-time systems. By utilizing a key benefit of LabVIEW Multisim co-simulation, an MMC control algorithm that can be deployed on a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) was developed in LabVIEW. The complete circuit was designed in Multisim, and a co-simulation was performed to drive an MMC model. The benefit of this topology is that control algorithms can be designed in a LabVIEW FPGA and tested with the Multisim co-simulation circuit to obtain simulation results. Once the controller works and provides satisfactory results, the same algorithm can be deployed in any NI (National Instruments) FPGA-based controller, like a compact remote input/output (RIO), to control real-time MMCs designed in an NI PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation (PXI) system. This method saves time and provides flexibility for effectively designing control algorithms and implementing them in an FPGA for real-time model implementation.

SUMMARY Chinese Language Reform: Esperanto as Provocation and Inspiration Between 1916 and 1919, Esperanto's claim to the position of a common international language was hotly debated in the avant-garde Chinese journal Xin Qingnian. Closer analysis reveals a number of complex subtexts underlying the Utopian visions put forward by Chinese linguists and language planners like Qian Xuantong. As a linguistic model, Esperanto helped to catalyze new approaches to Chinese phonetical transciption and writing reform, and to the shaping of a common Chinese language. The Esperanto debate was also part of the wider battle over the Chinese classical tradition: Qian's provocative call for the abolition of the Chinese language must be regarded as a direct attack on the conservative Chinese literati. Keefektivan pembelajaran didapatkan dengan lembar pengamatan keaktifan mahasiswa, diperoleh hasil keaktifan mahasiswa termasuk kategori aktif. Sedangkan uji kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran, dari uji lapangan diperoleh hasil pengamatan terhadap proses pembelajaran, angket respon pengajar dan mahasiswa terhadap pemakaian perangkat pembelajaran semuanya menunjukkan hasil yang baik.

This research produces a multicultural PAI based learning model through which students can absorb and practice multicultural PAI based learning in tertiary institutions so that it has implications for attitudes of respect, acceptance and appreciation of differences between students. The conformational properties of Ac-Delta(Me)Ala-NHMe (N-acetyl-N-methyl-alpha,beta-dehydroalanine N'-methylamide), as the simplest model of N-methyl-alpha,beta-dehydroamino acids, was examined with theoretical methods and in comparison with Ac-DeltaAla-NHMe and Ac-DeltaAla-NMe(2). The N-terminal amide of the Delta(Me)Ala residue easily adopts the configuration cis and the torsion angles phi, psi are highly flexible. The Delta(Me)Ala residue is a conformational flexibilizer as compared to the parent DeltaAla, which is a conformational stiffener. This seems to be the reason why Delta(Me)Ala is found in small natural cyclic peptides, where it ensures the conformational flexibility necessary for biological action.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and employs three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While data analysis techniques will be based on the opinion of Miles, and Huberman, including 1) data reduction, 2) display/ presentation of data, and 3) drawing conclusions or data verification. In this research, the validity of the data will be analyzed by using four criteria, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the PAI supervisor had already developed a worship approach as a supervision model for improving the performance of PAI teachers, through working models solely because of God, working models as a means of communication with God, working models as a symbol of obedience to God, and the model of all work is valued as worship, and the model of work tirelessly. Even though this approach has been developed by PAI supervisors, it turns out that daily the PAI supervisors show mediocre attitudes and behavior in improving the performance of PAI teachers in public schools.

Abstract:
Objectives. To examine the impact of the Preferred Drugs Initiative (PDI), an Irish health policy aimed at reducing prescribing variation. Design. Interrupted time series spanning 2012 to 2015. Setting. Health Service Executive pharmacy claims data for General Medical Services (GMS) patients, approximately 40% of the Irish population. Participants. Prescribers issuing preferred drug group items to GMS adults before and after PDI guidelines. Primary Outcome. The percentage coverage of PDI medications within each drug class per calendar quarter per prescriber. Methods. Latent curve models with structured residuals (LCM-SRs) were used to model coverage of the preferred drugs over time. The number of GMS adults receiving medication and the percentage who were 65 years and older at the start of the study were included as covariates. Results. In the quarter following PDI guidelines, coverage of the preferred drugs increased most in absolute terms for proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) (1.50% [SE 0.15], P < 0.001) and selective and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) (1.17% [SE 0.26], P < 0.001). Variation between prescribers remained relatively unchanged and increased for urology medications. Prescribers who increased coverage of the preferred PPI also increased coverage of the preferred statin immediately following guidelines (correlation 0.47 [SE 0.13], P < 0.001). Where guidelines were disseminated simultaneously, coverage of one preferred drug did not significantly predict coverage of the other preferred drug in the next calendar quarter. Prescribing of preferred drugs was not moderated by prescriber-level factors. Conclusions. Modest changes in prescribing of the preferred drugs have been observed over the course of the PDI. However, the guidelines have had little impact in reducing variation between prescribers. Further strategies may be necessary to reduce variation in clinical practice and enhance patient care.

The development of an Islamic religious education curriculum (PAI) is an activity to produce a PAI curriculum and a process that links one component to another to create a better Islamic education curriculum (PAI). The curriculum component must consist of at least four parts, namely objectives, contents, processes, and assessments. This study discusses in depth the development of the curriculum in the Indonesian curriculum for the 2013 Curriculum model. This study aims to determine the extent to which the curriculum development curriculum for the 2013 curriculum model PAI. This study uses a literature review method. Data collection is done through documentation study techniques. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum development of the 2013 curriculum in the PAI is very significant, oriented towards realizing character education, creating education with local insight and creating a cheerful and friendly culture. Pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) adalah kegiatan menghasilkan kurikulum PAI, dan proses yang mengkaitkan satu komponen dengan komponen yang lainya untuk menghasilkan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) yang lebih baik. Komponen kurikulum setidaknya harus terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu tujuan, isi, proses dan penilaian. Penelitian ini membahas secara mendalam mengenai pengembangan kurikulum PAI model Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengembangan kurikulum PAI model Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi dokumentasi. This article explores the career of Rubén Figueroa, who, as governor of Guerrero, came to represent a classic regional boss during the latter part of the PRI regime. It examines how and why upwardly mobile actors built extensive personal networks and it offers a discussion of the nature of political power under the PRI. It advances three arguments: that effective networks were socially and spatially diverse, tying provincial aspirations to Mexico City’s corporatist politics; that these broad networks were important because of the regime’s particular metrics of “political strength;” and that this system articulated a distinctive power that linked capital and province. Este artículo examina la carrera política de Rubén Figueroa, quien llegó a ser visto como un cacique típico durante el régimen del pri. Airborne panel series circuit modules are used to process and transform the information between the aircraft cockpit control panels and the avionics system. A kind of test system software design for the airborne panel series circuit modules using the PXI host system as the testing platform is introduced in this paper. The test system architecture, software design idea and realization method are also discussed. In order to test the airborne panel series circuit modules, whose all kinds of interface signals are needed to provide according to the circuit modules’ test requirements. The most important function of test system is to provide excitation signals to the tested object, while the response signals of the tested object is collected, so the test results can be formed by the test criterion. In the software design, the different test processes are used for the different test objects. The test work can be completed according to the test process, the test data and test results formed in the test can be saved to the database. In the test process, the connection between the test program and database is established. All test data and results are managed by the private database management system. The entire test system uses the top-down design methodology, and host computer adopts PXI system to control the tested modules. The test system has been well applied in project, and its stability and excellent performance have been proved in experimental work.

If Γ is an abelian group, we show that {K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}} completely classifies graded ultramatricial {*}-algebras over a Γ-graded {*}-field A such that (1) each nontrivial graded component of A has a unitary element in which case we say that A has enough unitaries, and (2) the zero-component {A_{0}} is 2-proper ({aa^{*}+bb^{*}=0} implies {a=b=0} for any {a,b\in A_{0}}) and {*}-pythagorean (for any {a,b\in A_{0}} one has {aa^{*}+bb^{*}=cc^{*}} for some {c\in A_{0}}). If the involutive structure is not considered, our result implies that {K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}} completely classifies graded ultramatricial algebras over any graded field A. If the grading is trivial and the involutive structure is not considered, we obtain some well-known results as corollaries. If R and S are graded matricial {*}-algebras over a Γ-graded {*}-field A with enough unitaries and {f:K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}(R)\to K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}(S)} is a contractive {\mathbb{Z}[\Gamma]}-module homomorphism, we present a specific formula for a graded {*}-homomorphism {\phi:R\to S} with {K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}(\phi)=f}. If the grading is trivial and the involutive structure is not considered, our constructive proof implies the known results with existential proofs. If {A_{0}} is 2-proper and {*}-pythagorean, we also show that two graded {*}-homomorphisms {\phi,\psi:R\to S} are such that {K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}(\phi)=K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}(\psi)} if and only if there is a unitary element u of degree zero in S such that {\phi(r)=u\psi(r)u^{*}} for any {r\in R}. As an application of our results, we show that the graded version of the Isomorphism Conjecture holds for a class of Leavitt path algebras: if E and F are countable, row-finite, no-exit graphs in which every infinite path ends in a sink or a cycle and K is a 2-proper and {*}-pythagorean field, then the Leavitt path algebras {L_{K}(E)} and {L_{K}(F)} are isomorphic as graded rings if any only if they are isomorphic as graded {*}-algebras. We also present examples which illustrate that {K_{0}^{\operatorname{gr}}} produces a finer invariant than {K_{0}}.

This study uses e-learning theory proposed by Rosenberg as a tool of analysis. Based on the theory and methods of this study show that: first, the model of learning with e-learning PAI in SMAN 13 Jakarta implemented using modules within Moodle modules such as reading, assignments, quizzes, and chat. Second, the implementation of e-learning in teaching at SMAN 13 Jakarta PAI system combines e-learning and conventional. Third, the constraints in the implementation of e-learning PAI (1) limited computer, (2) an evaluation system is still not online, (3) speed internet access.
