A feladat alapötlete a jelenleg is használatban lévő ügyfélkezelő megoldások forradalmasítása, egy adatcserélő applikáció elkészítése. Az applikáció képes adatokat egyedi azonosítók alkalmazásával biztonságosan letárolni. Az azonosítók szabványosak, így adatcserére is alkalmasak. Az adatok biztonsági szintje szabályozható, így adatcsere esetén csak a megfelelő szintű adatok kerülnek átadásra. A kért adatok egy QR kód beolvasásával kerülnek azonosításra. The principal aim of this thesis is to assess the state of the mobile marketing as of the first quarter of 2011 and to discuss various scenarios of the future development. This thesis defines the terms "mobile marketing" and "mobile advertising" and identifies the main players in the industry. It explores the main categories of mobile advertising such as mobile messaging, in-content and mobile internet advertising. This thesis describes barcodes which are used in postal services. Specifically, it is concerned with Intelligent Mail Barcode, the GS1-128 code, the C128 code of Ceska posta (Czech Postal Services) and the QR code. The thesis attempts to analyze methods of encoding information into barcodes and error detection algorithms used for error correction during the decoding processes. Most importantly, there is described Reed-Solomon error correction in the QR code. The aim of this diploma thesis was to created application for detection and decoding QR codes using devices with the Android Operating System. For preprocessing of the visual field camera is used OpenCV library. Designed preprocessing string searches a perspective transforms possible QR codes. This is suppressed a shape distortion QR code that would otherwise reduce the successful decoding. At the same time the preprocessing string applied unsharp mask, which reduces the effect of motion blur image caused by the camera motion. This thesis describes the QR Code detector based on detecting edge lines using Hough Transform and point-to-line parametrization. Generally, the presented method can be also used for detecting different types of matrix codes. This approach searches in the accumulated Hough space for evidence of the matrix code as one compound object. Z rešerše současně dostupných nástrojů a technik je vybrán vhodný postup a algoritmus je napsán jako modul v programovacím jazyce Python, který je snadno integrovatelný do ROS. Ke zprostředkování výpočtů na vícejádrovém hardware, jako jsou grafické karty či vícejádrové procesory, je využita knihovna OpenCL.
