Expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs) are genetic markers associated with transcription of Ribonucleic Acid (RNA). eQTLs are detected using association analysis to detect correlations between RNA expression data (microarray or RNA-SEQ) and the genotypes of individuals within a study. Nous reportons dans ces travaux de thèse le développement de deux spectromètres à lasers fonctionnant dans la région spectrale du moyen infrarouge (2,78 µm et 8 µm) correspondant aux deux fenêtres atmosphériques pour la détection de traces de gaz. This thesis deals with issues automatic composing panoramic photos from individual photos. A genetic linkage map of mustard (Brassica juncea) was developed using two double haploid populations produced from crosses between a low erucic cultivar “ZEM1” and two moderate erucic acid lines “Vniimk351” and “Vniimk405” with the use of SSR and SRAP markers.
