Abstract:
There are few known parameters which govern tungsten trioxide (WO3) hydrothermal synthesis process which includes material source concentration, synthesis temperature, duration, pH value and additive level. Using design of experiments (DOE) approach, a systematic experimental procedure was conducted to investigate the effect of each parameter to the final morphology of the synthesized nanostructure. Despite the response obtained from this study is in qulitative form, the analysis still can be done to identify the combination of variables that most likely can produce either 1-D, 2-D or 3-D nanostructure. This insight is essential before further optimization of the process can be done in order to predict the behavior of the WO3 hydrothermal synthesis process.

Abstract:
Sadranan is a form of cultural assimilation of Hinduism and Buddhism by Islam whose activities are clean villages and visiting residents' homes. In some places Sadranan traditions have different forms of ceremonies. Some Sadranan in other places are called "clean villages". These activities include cleaning roads, markets, graveyards, village halls and fields. In this activity the community becomes one and jointly cleanses the place. The aim of this study was to determine how to build the students’ character through cultural wisdom Sadranan at SD N 2 Ketaon. The method used in this study is descriptive qulitative. The researcher was conducted the reseach with collecting the data by observation, interview and documentation. The result of the research is the researcher can found the values of the Sadranan that are respecting to others, harmony, cooperation, hard work, gratitude, religious, and protecting the environment. The conclusion of this study is that students can show the better characters.

Abstract:
The scarcity of human resources in the agricultural sector or the semi-forced involvement of most of agricultural labors due to the unavailability of other alternatives, has resulted in the unoptimized production process. The young peoples attitude toward farmer as a profession and its agriculture activity is affected by three major aspects, i.e. micro aspect (parents, friends, and mass media); messo aspect (the nearby community); and macro aspect (the society). This study investigates the micro aspect in building agricultural values on young people. The study used a descriptive qulitative approach to reveal the reality of value transfer from parents and also mass media to young people in rural area. The study finds that parents particularly the father as the main actor in transferring agricultural values to young people. Television is the most accessed mass media by young people. Young people still have the interest in working in the agricultural sector, not as a main job but as a side job.Keywords: attendance of mass media and parents, value of agriculture in the eyes of rural

Abstract:
AbstractThe solvent finding step has always been a time-consuming job in chemical-involved processes. The source of difficulty mainly comes from the trial-and-errors, as a repetitive process of chosing solvents and mixing them in different proportions. Computers are good at doing repetitive processes; however, they can only deal with numerical values, rather than qulitative scales. Numerification of qualitative parameters (like solubility) has already been introduced. The most recent one is the Hansen solubility parameters (HSPs). Using the HSPs could provide a solvent or solvent-mixture. In our previous study, we introduced a computer-aided model and a software to find a solvent mixture. In this study, we have used the computer-aided solvent selection model to find some solvent mixtures for polyamide 11, a biobased polymer which has attracted enormous attention recently. Using this numerical model significantly diminished the time of solvent development experimentation by decreasing the possible/necessary trials.

Consider the Creative writing is very popular rightnow, the researcher tried to investigated the Students’ engagement through Creative writing activities. This study investigated how far the creative writing will engage the students’ in learning poetry. The participant of this study was students in fourth semester of English Department in Wiralodra University. Therefore, this qulitative study sets out to investigate the students’ engagement in doing Creative writing activities in poetry Class.The findings suggest that Creative writing activities is able to engage students in poetry classroom. Then emotional engagement ( M= 32,63) is dominated followed by behavioral engagement ( M= 17.24) and cognitive engagement (M = 15,24 ). So it means Emotional engage­ment from their perspective has more to do with the pleasant and unpleasant emotions students connect to the activity and behavioral engagement focused on their effort but as cognotively not. In other words, they have effort to simply do the work but cannot focused on understand­ing and mastery. However this result showed that emotional engagement dominated in students engagement in poetry class, cognitive and behavioural still showed the positive engagement in poetry class.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether using Reader’s Theatre starategy could improve students’ comprehension level or not and exore students’ perception about the imlementation of Reader’s Theatre in learning English poetry. A total of eight participants from the same program in Kolej University Islam Perlis (KUIPs), Perlis were involved in the research. This study used Embedded Mixed Method in which preexperimental research was conducted in the quantitative stage of data collection, where the quantitative data were gained from students’ pre-test and posttest. Meanwhile the qulitative data were gained from the interview conducted at the end of experimental study. The data collected from the results of students’ pretest and posttest were analyzed by using paired samle T-Test, while thematic analysis was used to analyse the responses from interviews. The results of the analysis showed that 1) Reader’s Theatre strategy was able to enhance students’ comprehension level and 2) students showed positive perception that the learning activities with the implementation of Reader’s Theatre strategy brought three benefits; first, the activity was interesting and enjoyable, secondly, the activity made it easy to comprehend English literatures and thirdly, the activity made students work collaborativey in groups.

The open access to information and the rapid turnover of goods and services encourages the city to emerge as one of the actors in international relations. Not only that, cities in different parts of the world can compete instantly without any obstacles. The current phenomenon is that cities interact directly, establishing cooperative relationships in commerce, government, education, as well as in peace building missions.This research is trying to study Gorontalo's potential to become an international region with the development of global cooperation. This research is done by qulitative method through interview and literature source search. With the potential and a very strategic location Gorontalo has a great opportunity to cooperate with other regions in various parts of the world. This study try to assess Gorontalo's capacity to internationalize itself. Using the data obtained this research analyze the opportunities and challenges faced in the internationalization process of Gorontalo City.The results show that regionalization through an international cooperative model actually offers a bright prospect. However, institutional obstacles need to be responded by local and central government through strengthening the leadership and capacity of the government, providing clear rules of law, supervision in policy implementation and adequate funding.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to access an understanding about Gluten-Free Casein-free Diet (GFCF) and its application in autism children in special need school C Yakut Purwokerto. This study uses qualitative research methods, descriptive depth interviews with 6 key informants and 11 informants support. The results showed that the mother initially did not understand and know about the GFCF diet. After got information from therapy, physician, psychologist and school teacher, they understanding of GFCF diet with is proved by mothers already know what foods must be limited. But the mother has not been able to implement a GFCF diet in everyday life as evidenced by the child is still often eat foods made from flour and milk. This is also evidenced in the form Food Frequency Quetionnaire Qulitative. Mother's level of understanding about the GFCF diet has been good, but from the 6 main informant could not do GFCF diet properly and strictly. Keywords: Autism, Diet Gluten Free Casein Free, Flour and milk ABSTRAK Sekitar 60% penyandang autis mempunyai gangguan sistem pencernaan akibat alergi makanan. Gangguan sistem pencernaan ini mengakibatkan terjadinya kebocoran usus (Leaky Gut). Dampak leaky gut pada autis menyebabkan produksi hormon sekretin terhambat. Sebagai akibat, protein susu sapi (casein) dan gandum (gluten) tidak dapat dicerna dengan sempurna, karena protein tersebut tidak berubah menjadi asam amino tetapi menjadi peptida yang seharusnya dibuang lewat urin, akan tetapi pada anak autis peptida ini diserap kembali oleh tubuh dan masuk ke otak dan diubah oleh reseptor opioid menjadi morfin. Untuk itu anak autis harus membatasi asupan makanan dari gluten dan kasein, agar tidak membuat anak hiperaktif dan tantrum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran pemahaman ibu mengenai diet GFCF serta sejauh mana ibu menerapkan diet tersebut pada anaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, jenis deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 6 informan utama dan 11 informan pendukung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ibu pada awalnya tidak memahami dan mengetahui mengenai diet GFCF. Setelah mendapatkan informasi dari terapi, dokter, psikolog dan guru sekolah ibu menjadi paham mengenai diet GFCF dengan dibuktikan ibu sudah mengetahui makanan apa saja yang harus dibatasi. Namun ibu belum bisa menerapkan diet GFCF di kehidupan sehari-hari yang dibuktikan dengan anak masih sering mengonsumsi makanan berbahan dasar tepung dan susu. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dalam form Food Frequency Quetionnaire (FFQ) Qulitative. Tingkat pemahaman ibu mengenai diet GFCF sudah baik, namun dari 6 informan utama belum bisa melakukan diet GFCF dengan baik dan secara ketat. They are segmenting, targeting, and positioning. This research aims to know how the application of strategic marketing in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Jemur Handayani Surabaya.This research is using qulitative approach with case study strategy. The datacollecting method is using direct interview with Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Jemur Handayani’s office workers. The data analysis method is using descriptive qualitative approach.The result of this research shows that strategic marketing which is applied in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Jemur Handayani are compatible with sharia principle. Market segments in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Jemur Handayani are from lending and funding. For targeting, Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Jemur Handayani is using the full market coverage pattern. And the positioning is done by raising the quality of service.

Abstract:
The core problem of this study is to investigate the types of implicature used by Haruko, the main character, as verbal respond in he drama titled Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo. This study used cooperative principles theory by Grice to analyze the implicature. The study is to aimed to describe the verbal respond which the main character used in the drama, also to find the implicit meaning in the conversation. The study is using descriptive qulitative methode. The data are obtioned from the Haruko’s verbal respond which is violating the cooperative principle maxim by Grice. This study is a pragmatic study, so the analysis will be analyzed by the context. There are 23 datas obtioned from Haruko’s verbal respond which is violating the cooperative maxim by Grice. From those datas, there are 1 utteranc violating the maxim of quality, 11 utterances violating the maxim of quantity, 13 utterances violating the maxim of relation, and 6 utterances violating the maxim of manner. From this study is also found that there is utterances from Haruko’s verbal respond that is violating more than one maxim. The violating maxim of ach utterance have a different meaning. Based on the analysis that have been dobe, the aim of the conversational implicature in the drama to give or ask some information, to hide something, to avoid conversation, to express anger, to increase self confident, to mock someone, to share some stories, to share some information in polite way.

Syftet var att undersöka internkommunikation ur ett ledarskapsperspektiv i samband med organisationsförändring. En kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer användes där nio chefer från olika hierarkiska nivåer intervjuades. För att undersöka fenomenet internkommunikation utgick vi från ett empiriskt fall, myndigheten Jordbruksverket. Det empiriska materialet analyserades med hjälp av tematisering vilket slutligen genererade i slutsatser gällande internkommunikation. Den vetenskapliga utgångspunkten var systemteorin och utifrån den framtogs tre relevanta fokusområden; kommunikation, ledarskap och förändring som varit genomgående teman i hela studien. Studien utgick ifrån tre frågeställningar där resultatet visade hur ledare arbetar med internkommunikation och vilket förhållningssätt ledare har till sitt kommunikativa uppdrag.
The aim with this study was to examine internal communication from a leader´s perspective in relation to organizational change. A qualitative method containing semi structured interviews was used and the empirical case was the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Nine leaders from different hierarchical levels were interviewed. The empirical material was thematised which lead on to several conclusions about internal communication. The scientific general systems theory of organizations was used and three topics were settled; communication, leadership and organizational change. These main themes were guidelines throughout the entire study. Three questions were formulated and the result showed how leaders are working with internal communication and which approach they take on in relation to their communicative assignment.

I detta examensarbete har en modell av ett ekonomilärarledarskap utvecklats utifrån ett hypotetiskt resonemang som bygger på tidigare forskning om ekonomiundervisning på gymnasienivå samt tidigare forskning om motiverande lärarledarskap. Modellens ekonomilärarledarskap består av två delar: 1. ledarskapskompetenser som är instruerande, prestationsorienterat, stödjande och deltagande, 2. didaktisk kompetens i kombination med ämneskompetens i vilken läraren planerarar och genomför ekonomiundervisning som kan innehålla a. fallbeskrivningar och konkreta exempel från företag samt b. datorstöd t.ex. Office- och bokföringsprogram. När ekonomiläraren planerar och genomför sin undervisning utifrån ekonomilärarledarskapet får de motiverade elever som lär sig företagsekonomi. Syftet med arbetet har varit att: pröva ”Modellen av ett motiverande ekonomilärarledarskap” som en hypotes mot en företagsekonomisk empiri för att få svar på om ekonomilärare undervisar på det sätt som beskrivs i modellen av ett ekonomilärarledarskap Arbetet utgår ifrån två frågeställningar: 1. Hur påverkar mekanismer i skolan ekonomilärarens möjligheter till ett lärarledarskap och vilka konsekvenser får det för undervisningen av ämnet företagsekonomi? 2. Hur uppfattar ekonomilärare att de genom sitt ledarskap kan motivera elever till lärande av företagsekonomi och vilka utmaningar möter läraren i sitt ledarskap? De teori som använts för att utveckla och genomföra arbetet är: Utbildningsmotivation och elevers lärande, lärarens ledarskap samt tidigare forskning om autentisk företagsekonomiundervisning. Empiristudien har genomförts som en intervjustudie med fyra ekonomilärare vid två gymnasiefriskolor i sydvästra Skåne. Intervjuerna genomfördes i mars 2020 med två kvinnliga och två manliga ekonomilärare i 40-60 årsåldern. Två av respondenterna hade arbetat två år, en nio år och en tjugotre år som ekonomilärare. Studiens resultat är att: De svar som respondenterna gav vid intervjuerna ger stöd åt modellen men det finns exempel som visar att en del av stödet är svagt speciellt när det gäller lärarens prestationshöjande ledarskapsagerande eftersom det endast finns ett didaktiskt exempel på detta. Respondenternas utsagor ger ett visst stöd för att säga att ekonomielärarna använder lärarledarskap på det sätt som modellen föreslår, men eftersom studiens empiri består av svar från endast fyra respondenter behövs mer forskning för att kunna anta modellen som en hypotes.
